Abstract

Rumah sakit pemerintah merupakan unit kerja dari instansi pemerintah yangmemberikan pelayanan publik di bidang kesehatan kepada masyarakat yang didukungdengan sarana, prasarana, dana, maupun tenaga sesuai kebutuhan. Pengelolaan keuanganBadan Layanan Umum Daerah dapat diberikan fleksibilitas untuk menerapkan praktik-praktikbisnis yang sehat termasuk remunerasi. Implementasi remunerasi di RSUD La TemmamalaSoppeng dapat menjadi sebuah perubahan awal dalam pemberian insentif, namun padakenyataanya hal tersebut belum diterapkan. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat implementasiremunerasi meliputi kebijakan komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi.Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penghambatimplementasi remunerasi di RSUD La Temmamala SoppengPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, Adapunteknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber datautama dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan wawancara atau pengamatan pada unsurmanajemen sebanyak 4 orang sebagai informan kunci dan unsur yang mewakili pelayananyaitu komite-komite sebagai informan pendukungHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dari implemetasi sistem remunerasihanya terkait kurangnya komitmen dari pemberi layanan dan juga koordinasi dari pimpinanyang masih perlu ditingkatkan.Kesimpulan penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek komunikasi, pimpinanmaupun pegawai di RSUD La Temmamala Soppeng telah memahami tujuan, manfaat dandampak dari remunerasi. Namun dari sisi SDM belum ada tenaga yang disiapkan untukmenangani sistem remunerasi. Aspek disposisi dapat terlihat pada komitmen seluruh pegawaidi RSUD La Temmamala Soppeng terhadap remunerasi yang masih sangat kurang. Padaaspek sistem birokrasi menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan Permendagri 79 Tahun2018 khususnya penerapan sistem remunerasi masih lemah karena tidak ada konsekuensiterhadap pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

Introduction: The Indonesian Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) has developed an information technology-based service, Mobile JKN, which can be accessed via smartphone. This application can make obtaining program services easier for National Health Insurance participants. However, utilization of the Mobile JKN application is still lacking; only 6.8% of National Health Insurance Participants in Ternate City use this application. This research aims to determine the factors related to using the Mobile JKN application at BPJS Health in Ternate City. Methods: This type of research is quantitative, using an analytical survey method and a cross-sectional study. A sample of 265 was obtained by chance through direct interviews and online questionnaires on Google Forms. Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using Fisher's exact test. Results: The research found a relationship between system quality (p=0.001), information quality (p=0.000), service quality (p=0.000), user satisfaction (p=0.000), and net benefits (p=0.000) with the use of the Mobile JKN application. These findings highlight the critical role of technical and user experience factors in driving app adoption. Conclusion: All research variables were related to using the Mobile JKN application. The information system for the Mobile JKN application must be developed to be more easily accessible to all groups of society. To improve utilization, efforts should focus on enhancing accessibility, user-friendliness, and digital literacy, especially for underserved populations. Strengthening infrastructure and nationwide awareness campaigns can further drive adoption. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and serve as a model for similar digital health initiatives globally.

Abstract

Kota Makassar adalah salah satu kota yang meraih penghargaan Swasta Saba Wistara 5 kali berturut-turut. Penghargaan tersebut tidak melihat salah satu aspek yang dinilai sangat penting yaitu indikator pulau sehat. Hal ini dikarenakan indikator pulau sehat di Indonesia masih belum diselenggarakan sebab masih mengikuti sistem administrasi Kabupaten/Kota sehat. Tujuan dari pengembangan model ini adalah untuk menyusun indikator dan model pulau sehat di Kota Makassar. Pengembangan model dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Mixed Methods. Tahap 1 menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu melakukan wawancara mendalam dan FGD dengan tokoh-tokoh kunci yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Tahap 1 ini banyak menyusun indikator pulau sehat berdasarkan hasil penilaian dan need assessment yang dilakukan. Tahap 2 penelitian ini adalah melakukan penilaian indikator dan kemudian menyusun model pulau sehat. Etika penelitian ini berasal dari Universitas Hasanuddin.

Abstract

BPJS kesehatan adalah Badan Penyelenggra Jaminan Sosial yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan jaminan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kehandalan, bukti fisik, ketanggapan, jaminan dan empati secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS. Metode penelitian ini menggunankan rancangan Cross Sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 129 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda, sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil Penelitian dari analisis berganda menunjukan bahwa BPJS=9,167+1,073 yang berarti setiap variabel berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS. Dari hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa ada 2 (dua) variabel yang tidak signifikan yaitu variabel jaminan 0,679>0,05 dan empati 0,845>0,05. Hasil uji f menunjukan tingkat signifikan 0,00<0,05 ini berarti semua variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Nilai R square variabel ini adalah 0,784 berarti 78,4% kepuasan pasien BPJS di pengaruhi oleh semua variabel. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh antara variabel kehandalan, bukti fisik, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS.

Abstract

Health as a complex problems requires prioritisation and identification of root causes to determine appropriate interventions. This study aimed to determine the priority health problems in Bonto Matene Village, Segeri District, Pangkajene and Islands Regency. Perform research using descriptive approaches. Univariate analysis was applied to determine the hierarchy of health concerns based on survey responses collected through standardized questionnaires conducted during interviews. The prioritization of health problems was carried out by utilizing Hanlon's qualitative method through focus group discussions. The Ishikawa diagram, also referred to as the fishbone diagram, was used to identify the root cause of a problem. The survey, which included 272 families and a total of 520 individuals, identified 14 health problems. The factors contributing to these issues encompass substandard waste management practices resulting in improper composting, occupational health disorders, occupational accidents, hypertension, insufficient COVID-19 vaccination doses (3), segregation of organic and non-organic waste, work-related injuries, ISPA (Influenza-like Illness), limited access to clean water, inadequate hand hygiene practices, smoking within the household, insufficient physical exercise, limited knowledge about HIV, and irregular consumption of TB medication. The primary health issue in Bonto Matene Village was a lack of knowledge about HIV. To address this, an intervention is developed to enhance HIV knowledge through direct education and various media platforms. The aim is to raise awareness and improve community understanding of HIV, while also promoting the adoption of safe and healthy behaviors in place of risky behaviors.

Abstract

Background: The emergence of COVID-19 in early 2020 caused high mortality worldwide. The government expects public participation in carrying out vaccines to end the pandemic. The low level of community participation is influenced by people's perceptions of getting the COVID-19 vaccine. This study examines the relationship between perceptions and community participation in the Public Health Center's COVID-19 vaccination program. Method: This study used a quantitative survey with a cross-sectional design. The study is conducted at Rappokalling Health Center, Makassar City, Indonesia. The samples obtained were 269 respondents in each village in the working area of the Public Health Center using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. Result: The results showed that perceived benefits (P = 0.001) and perceived barriers (P = 0.000) had a relationship with community participation in implementing the COVID-19 vaccination at the Public Health Center. Perceived susceptibility (P = 0.548), perceived severity (P = 0.155), and cues to act (P = 1,000) had no relationship with community participation in implementing the COVID-19 vaccination at the Public Health Center. Conclusion: It can be concluded that perceived benefits and perceived barriers have a relationship with community participation in carrying out the COVID-19 vaccination, while perceptions of vulnerability, seriousness, and cues to act have no relationship with community participation in carrying out the COVID-19 vaccination.
