Abstract

The toddler period is an important period to determine the quality of the future of the child during this time the development process runs quickly. One of the things we have to ask is the development of toddlers from poor families from the family of BPJS PBI. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that support the development of toddlers in the families of PBI BPJS participants in Balongrejo Village. The research design uses Cross sectional. The study population was all toddler in the BPJS PBI family in Ds. Balongrejo. With a sample of 106 respondents using the Simple Random sampling technique. Independent variables were nutritional status, food intake, infectious disease and knowledge. Dependent variable development of toddlers. The instrument uses questionnaire sheets and observation sheets, analyzed using Ordinal Regression test The results of the study are based on the ordinal regression test simultaneously all variables affect the development with the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 <0,05, partially the history of infectious diseases and parental knowledge of children under five does not affect development with values. Sig (2-tailed) = 0.148> 0.05 and sig (2-tailed) = 0.996> 0.05, nutritional status and food intake influence the development with the Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 <0,05, nutritional status has a greater influence than food intake. Having a good nutritional status 1.3 times can have the opportunity to improve the development process of toddlers. Providing health education to mothers about the importance of fulfilling nutrition, development, and active posyandu activities can reduce developmental deviations of toddler.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality can be prevented by early detection of high risks or complications during pregnancy, by conducting prenatal checks into available health services. The high maternal mortality rate indicates that the quality of maternal health services that are still low includes antenatal care (ANC) services. The purpose of the study was to analyze integrated anc services for satisfaction and high risk events of pregnant women at Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Islamic Hospital. The research design used is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. Instrument data used questionnaire sheets using Chi Square test and Ordinal Regression. The results of the analysis of chi square test between variables ANC services integrated with satisfaction of pregnant women obtained p-value 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is a relationship between integrated ANC services to satisfaction of pregnant women at Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Islamic Hospital. Whereas between integrated ANC service variables with high risk events obtained p-value 0.015 <0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between integrated ANC services to the high risk incidence of pregnant women at Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Islamic Hospital. Based on the results of the Ordinal Regression Test analysis shows that the most influential variable with the Integrated ANC Service at the Masyithoh Bangil Pasuruan Islamic Hospital is the variable satisfaction of pregnant women with a p-value of 0,000 <0,05. It is expected that respondents can conduct an Integrated ANC on a regular basis and the service can remain satisfactory

Abstract

Patient family satisfaction is the most important thing so that the hospital can develop. This can be created if medical personnel are able to provide good service. One indicator to support optimal service is to manage caring of appropriate human resources. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect between caring human resources and family satisfaction of patients in Muhammadiyah University Hospital Malang. The study design used cross sectional. The sample of this study amounted to 110. This study used a random sampling stratification technique with research instruments using a questionnaire. In addition, the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. Based on the data collection results obtained 108 respondents (98.2%) gave a good assessment of caring human resources, 2 respondents (1.8%) gave sufficient ratings, 79 respondents (71.8%) felt very satisfied, and 31 respondents (28.2%) were satisfied with the service at the hospital. Besides that simple linear test results show Sig. amounting to 0,000 (Sig. <0.05), which means that there is an influence of patient family satisfaction in poly psychiatry in terms of caring human resources as much as caring human resources affect the patient's family satisfaction by 15.7% (β = 0.157), and 84% others can be influenced or explained by other variables not included in this study. Based on these results it can be concluded that the management of good and appropriate caring of human resources will produce quality services that have a positive impact on the hospital by increasing patient family satisfaction and increasing number of visits because the hospital is considered appropriate and considered good in providing services

Abstract

Boarding school in Indonesia still a lot of problem that are so classic that is about the health of students and problem with diseases. Boarding school must cooperate with health authorities to coaching health for the students, so that the pattern of living behavior is clean and healthy for the students and communities in the boarding schools and their environmental communities. The purpose of the research is exploration factors that influence on PHBS student female Boarding School Al-Huda Kediri City based on the theory of Health Belief Model. The design of research used qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection uses in-depth interview techniques (in depth interview) with semi -structured questions with samples of 16 informant. From result research shows the science of PHBS is ignorance. PHBS student female is an indicator PHBS boarding school has not been fulfilled. PHBS are important to implement at boarding school. While information about PHBS is require in boarding school. Attitude of PHBS student female is implementing a picket schedule. Obstacles doing PHBS is the individual's own attitude. Management of boarding school gives attention to PHBS. Management of boarding school gives information about PHBS. Management of boarding school help students about PHBS at boarding school. Importance of support from boarding schools. There are motivation yourself to increase PHBS. Importance of the motivation from friends /management boarding school to increase PHBS. Based on the research it needs to be done further research on environmental health in boarding schools.

Abstract

In hospital services, nurses are most vulnerable to stress because they are related to mental safety. Nurse performance is the main factor in determining the success of hospital services.This research design uses explanatory, namely explaining the direct and indirect effects between variables. Research population 135 nurses with precision = 5%, sample (n) of 101. Sampling technique using Probability Sampling, independent variables: Job Stress, Burnout and Emoisonal Intelligence. dependent variable: Organizational Commitment and Nurse Performance. The result of testing the total effect is greater than the direct effect, so the accepted hypothesis shows that the variable organizational commitment can mediate the work stress variable on nurses' performance with a total of = -0.386, the organizational commitment variable can mediate the work fatigue variable on the nurse's performance dg total = -0.280, the commitment variable organizational intelligence can mediate the emotional intelligence variable on the performance of the woman with a total = 0.395.The career success paradigm from Intelligence Quotient (IQ) to Emotional Quotient (EQ) proves that emotional intelligence makes a greater contribution to success and achievement in the workplace compared to intellectual intelligence.

Abstract

Medical waste is various types of waste produced by public health center and health service units which can endanger and cause health problems for visitors, the community, especially the officers who handle it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of knowledge, attitudes and infrastructure on medical waste management at the Sumenep District Health Center. The design of this research is an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research directed at analyzing the influence of knowledge, attitudes and infrastructure on medical waste management. at the Sumenep District Health Center. The total population is 135 respondents and a sample of 100 respondents is taken by using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data analysis using Linear Regression test. The results showed that smost of the respondents have high category knowledge as many as 63 respondents (63%). Most respondents have sufficient category attitude as many as 59 respondents (59%). Most of the respondents have infrastructure in the good category as many as 61 respondents (61%). Most respondents have medical waste management in good category as many as 58 respondents (58%). Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 then H1 is accepted so it is concluded that simultaneously there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes and infrastructure on medical waste management at the Sumenep District Health Center with a magnitude of influence 86.7%. It is hoped that respondents will be better at managing medical waste so that in Sumenep Regency can fully have good medical waste management to the fullest.

Tuljulan dari pelnelitian ini adalah ulntulk melngeltahuli pelngarulh sistelm akulntansi manajelmeln, partisipasi anggaran, dan akulntabilitas telrhadap kinelrja kelulangan pada rulmah sakit di Kabulpateln Sidoarjo. Pelnelitian ini melrulpakan pelnelitian kulantitatif.. Sampel dalam pelnelitian ini melnggulnakan 50 pelgawai rulmah sakit di Kabulpateln Sidoarjo yang di selelksi melnggulnakan telknik pulrposivel sampling. Meltodel pelngulmpulan data yang digulnakan dalam pelnelitian ini yaitul kulisionelr delngan skala likelrt. Telknik analisis data yang digulnakan dalam pelnelitian ini melipulti ulji instrulmeln, ulji asulmsi klasik, analisis relgrelsi linielr belrganda, ulji hipotelsis dan ulji koelfisieln deltelrminasi. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the economic added value and financial ratios of the healthcare sector listed on the IDX. The financial ratios referred to here are Liquidity Ratios aimed at the current ratio (CR) and Solvency Ratios aimed at the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population and samples were 13 from 23 healthcare sector companies for the 2018 – 2020 period with 39 samples. The sample collection method was through purposive sampling while collecting data with documentation taken from the IDX website and analyzing data with multiple linear regression analysis. The research output shows EVA contains a significance value of 0.54 > 0.05 which reveals that there is no effect on stock returns, CR has a significance value of 0.075 > 0.05 which means that there is no effect on stock returns, and DER partially does not affect stock returns. with a significance value of 0.971 > 0.05

Abstract

The importance of implementing accounting policies in accordance with the provisions of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax rules without violating the provisions of the law can be carried out by taking into account deferred tax expense tax planning, managerial ownership in, earnings management. The population of this research is 77 industries in the lower industrial zones as well as chemicals listed on the IDX. The sample contained is 33 annual financial statements for the 2018-2020 period, with a selected sample of 11 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of this observation explain that deferred tax expense and tax planning affect earnings management, while managerial ownership has no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

One part of the report that gets a lot of attention from internal and external parties of the company is information about profits. Quality profit information will help interested parties in policy making. This study aims to analyze the role of book tax differences, operating cash flow, and debt levels on earnings persistence. The research population is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period, totaling 51 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 14 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector using a purposive sampling technique. The results in this study indicate that book tax differences affect earnings persistence, operating cash flow does not affect earnings persistence, and debt levels do not affect earnings persistence in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
