Abstract

Background:Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrm is infectious disease caused by the Human Immuno Deficiency Virus. The spread of HIV / AIDS in Indonesia from year to year continues to increase, Given the increasing number of patients and many patients treated in the window period (the time it takes from a person infected with HIV until proven by laboratory tests reactive HIV), the hospital personnel associated with direct patient or personnel handling the waste is including people who are at risk of exposure to HIV, for the use of universal precaution (UP) for workers in hospitals, especially doctors, dentists, nurses, laboratory technicians, nursing assistants, clerk hygiene, sanitation workers, and so on.Objective:KnowledgeablecorelationishealtheducationaboutHIV/AIDS onthe use ofUPincomplianceCleaning ServiceofficeratHospital Dr.H.Moh. Abstract

Upaya untuk mengendalikan angka kematian ibu dan bayi dapat dilakukan dengan usahapemeliharaan dan pengawasan antenatal sedini mungkin, persalinan yang aman dan perawatanmasa nifas yang baik. Tenaga kesehatan dapat memperkenalkan dan membuktikan eksistensiprofesionalismenya kepada masyarakat dengan cara lebih menggalakkan penyuluhan tentangpersalinan, pelatihan tentang kesehatan secara spesifik agar sikap masyarakat terhadappersalinan dan tenaga kesehatan dinilai lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuigambaran sikap tokoh masyarakat terhadap persalinan tenaga kesehatan di Desa BangkalKecamatan Sumenep.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, yaitu untuk mengetahuigambaran sikap tokoh masyarakat terhadap persalinan tenaga kesehatan. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah tokoh masayarakat di Desa Bangkal sebanyak 30 orang dengan jumlahsampel sebanyak 30 orang. tekinik sampling yang digunakan adalah total populasi. Metodepengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisis dengan distribusifrekuensi dalam bentuk prosentase (%).

Abstract

Aging is an advanced stage of human life. One of the effects experienced by the elderly is sleep disturbances, including insomnia. This study aims to analyze the effect of lavender aromatherapy in reducing insomnia complaints in the elderly. The design of this study used a pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest. The population of this study was elderly with insomnia in the village of Lembana, Nyalabu Laok village, Pamekasan district, as many as 39 elderly with a sample of 36 elderly with simple random sampling. They were collecting data using the lavender aromatherapy observation technique KSPBJIRS. The study results before receiving lavender essential oil therapy showed that the majority (83%) of the elderly suffered from severe insomnia. Moreover, most (89%) of the elderly, after being treated with lavender essential oil, experienced moderate insomnia. The results of data analysis with paired t-tests obtained a value of = 0.017. Steam with lavender essential oil has the effect of reducing insomnia symptoms in the elderly. Older people with insomnia can be inhaled lavender essential oil.
