Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence that kindergarten teachers' levels of motivation and knowledge have on their levels of organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB). A questionnaire was given to a random sample of eighty kindergarten instructors living in Bogor City as part of the research. A series of surveys were used to collect the data, which was followed by analysis utilising procedures including multiple linear regressions. The findings indicated that OCB in kindergarten instructors was significantly affected by both a teacher's level of knowledge and motivation. Because OCB has a positive relationship with motivation and knowledge, this indicates that the level of OCB displayed by a teacher is proportional to the level of motivation and knowledge displayed by that instructor. These findings may have substantial ramifications for education administration and policy makers, with the potential to raise the knowledge and motivation of kindergarten teachers, hence improving teacher performance and fostering a more positive work atmosphere in schools.

Abstract

Teacher quality is the quality level of a teacher in providing education by taking into account the capabilities of each individual or student which aims to obtain a standard reference in improving the quality of the learning process . The effectiveness of training is very important, especially for developing human resources, including teachers. This study aims to analyze the improvement of teacher quality with the effectiveness of training for private elementary school teachers in Bogor Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The research results show that one of the efforts to improve teacher quality is to conduct effective training for teachers, especially in terms of developing their human resources by relying on four effectiveness measures, namely reaction, teaching process, behavior change and results. The expected output from the effectiveness of this training is that teachers can encourage active participation of students, promote learning processes that develop a culture of reading and writing in students and so on.

Abstract

Improving Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) through Strengthening Self-Efficiency and Job SatisfactionThe research aims to find the efforts in order to improve organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through a study on the strength of the correlation between research variables, namely; 1) the  strength  of  the  correlation  between  self-efficacy  and  organizational  citizenship behavior, 2) the strength of the correlation between job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior, 3) the strength of the correlation between self-efficacy and job satisfaction simultaneously with organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the Private Junior High School at Central Bogor District, Bogor City in 2021. The amount of sample 134 taken by proportional random sampling. Hypothesis testing conducted at the 0.05 significance level. The research produced three conclusions, such as; 1) there was a positive and highly significant correlation between self-efficacy with organizational citizenship   where the correlation coefficient was ryl = 0.774 and  self- efficacy contributes 59.9% to organizational citizenship behavior, 2) there was a positive and highly significant correlation between job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior where the correlation coefficient was ry2 = 0.751 and job satisfaction contributed 56.3% to organizational citizenship behavior, 3) there was a positive and highly significant correlation between self-efficacy and job satisfaction simultaneously with organizational citizenship behavior where the correlation coefficient was ry12  = 0.806 and self-efficacy and job satisfaction simultaneously contributed 65% to organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the conclusions, the organizational citizenship behavior can be increased through self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

Abstract

INCREASING TEACHER PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE THROUGH STRENGTHENING SELF-EFFICACY AND TEACHER PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT (RESEARCH ON PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN SOUTH BOGOR DISTRICT, BOGOR CITY USING CORRELATION ANALYSIS AND THE SITOREM METHOD)This study aims to find efforts to improve teacher performance by strengthening the variables that are related to This study aims, in general, to improve the professional competence of teachers in public elementary schools teachers in South Bogor District, Bogor City, through efforts to develop the variables of self-efficacy and professional commitment, namely by identifying the strengths of the relationship between these variables. The population in this study was 398 civil servant teachers from 38 public elementary schools in South Bogor District, Bogor City. The sampling technique used in this research is multistage proportional random sampling, which is taking a random sample of the population proportionately. Determination of the proportion of the study population, namely teachers in public elementary schools by 43% from 398 teachers to 170 teachers (rounding), the proportion in each public elementary school in South Bogor District, Bogor City, is the same as the initial distribution, determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula so that 120 are obtained, people. Data were collected using questionnaires and written tests (for professional competency improvement variables) which had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study concluded: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the professional competence of teachers. The correlation value ry1 is 0.658, with the strength of the relationship in the category of strong. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between professional commitment and teacher professional competence; the ry2 correlation value is 0.675 with strong criteria. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and professional commitment together with the teacher's professional competence. The correlation value ry12 is 0.756, which means that the relationship is strong

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, WORK CULTURE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCEThis Study aims to formulate concrete efforts to improve teacher performance based on a study of the influence between: (1) transformational leadership on teacher performance (2) work culture on teacher performance (3) work motivation on teacher performance (4) transformational leadership on motivation work (5) work culture on work motivation. This research was conducted in PAUD, Central Bogor District, Bogor City. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a path analysis approach. The population in this study were private PAUD teachers in Central Bogor District as many as 187 people. The research sample was 128 people obtained by simple random sampling. The results of the study at a significant level of 5% showed that: (1) transformational leadership had a positive effect on teacher performance where the correlation coefficient was ry1= 0.298, and transformational leadership contributed 8.9% on teacher performance (2) work culture had a positive effect on teacher performance by correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.334 and work culture contributed 11.2% to teacher performance (3) work motivation had a positive effect on teacher performance as indicated by the correlation coefficient ry3 = 0.322, and work motivation contributed 10.4% to teacher performance ( 4) transformational leadership had a positive effect on work motivation where the correlation coefficient was rx3.1 = 0.443, and transformational leadership contributed 19.6% to work motivation (5) work culture had a positive effect on work motivation where the correlation coefficient was rx3.2 = 0.311, and culture employment contributed 9.6% to  work motivation (6) transformational leadership had an indirect effect on teacher performance through work motivation with zcount 2.45 1.96 (7) work culture had an indirect effect on teacher performance through work motivation with zcount 2.98 1.96. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen claerly that transformational leadership, work culture and work motivation have an effect on teacher performance. There is indirect influence of transformational leadership and work culture on teacher performance through work motivation as well.

Abstract

Improving Digital Literature through Strengthening Self-Efficiency and Visioner LeadershipThis study aims to formulate concrete efforts in order to improve teacher digital literacy through a study of the relationship between: (1) self-efficacy with digital literacy (2) visionary leadership with digital literacy (3) self-efficacy and visionary leadership together with literacy digital. This research was conducted at a public elementary school in the district of South Bogor, Bogor City. This research is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the 154 public elementary school civil servant teachers in Bogor Selatan District. The research sample took 112 people obtained by simple random sampling. The results of the study at a significant level of 5% showed that: (1) self-efficacy was positively related to teacher digital literacy (ry1= 0.378), and self-efficacy contributed 14.3% to digital literacy (2) visionary leadership was positively related to literacy digital teacher (ry2 = 0.574) and visionary leadership contributes 32.9% to digital literacy (3) there was a positive relationship between self-efficacy and visionary leadership together with digital teacher literacy as indicated by the correlation coefficient ry12  = 0.609 as well as self-efficacy and visionary leadership together account for 37% of digital literacy. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the level of self-efficacy and visionary leadership go higher, the literacy of the digital teacher will be higher as well.

Abstract

5 PILAR BASED SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: ISLAMIC, GREEN, LEADERSHIP, CHILDREN FRIENDLY, AND INCLUSIVE TO DEVELOP ISLAMIC MORALS OF STUDENTSThis study is intended to obtain the picture of the 5 pillars of the Kreativa Elementary School management: Islamic, Green, Leadership, Children Friendly, and Inclusive in the form of data and information in order to develop Islamic morals of the students. This research uses qualitative methods, with the researcher as an instrument. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation study. Based on the existing data and information, it can be concluded that the management function of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling plays an important role in achieving the school goals. School management strives to achieve the goal of developing Islamic morals for students through the application of 5 pillars: Islamic, Green, Leadership, Children Friendly, and Inclusive as the basis for educational programs at Kreativa Elementary School. To achieve these goals, it requires planning that has a strong concept to achieve goals, organizing that is tailored to the needs of the school, directing resources according to the program that has been planned and organized, and control that includes all components of the educational program.

Abstract

SCHOOL MANAGEMENT IN REALIZING HEALTHY SCHOOLS IN SMP ISLAM CENDEKIA CIANJUR (SICC) BOARDING SCHOOLThis researched aimed to have comprehensive findings based on factual datas and information about school management at SMP Islam Cendekia Cianjur (SICC) Boarding School interms in actualizing healthy school. The qualitative method was used in order to have a comprehensive description as an output about all managerial steps; planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating the school management at SMP Islam Cendekia Cianjur (SICC) Boarding School. All data was collected by indept interview, observation and documentation, showed that: 1) Planning for healthy school at the SICC Boarding School was issued at the beginning of its establishment with the initial stage, focusing more on procurement and completeness of school medical room (UKS), 2) Organizing health schools is the authority of the principal where the implementation of this healthy school program is assisted by several personnel, the coordinator of  healthy school , UKS builder, financial staff and the members, 3) Implementing of healthy school management is carried out by healthy school coordinators and other teams in the organizational list. The concept of  healthy school at the SICC Boarding School is to develop superior programs from UKS, it is called UKS TRIAS, PHBS habituation, and the procurement of facilities and infrastructure for UKS, 4) Controlling is carried out by monitoring and evaluating directly by school principal as the chairman of the UKS organizational list. The Controlling is focused on three aspects; human resources focused on healthy school teams, the  healthy school programme, and the procurement tools of UKS. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that school management runs well with referring to the conditions and needs of school andcan be used as a reference model for other boarding school as well.

Abstract

IMPROVING STATE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL HONORARY TEACHERS CREATIVITY THROUGH PERSONALITY STRENGTHENNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATEThe creativity of teachers is one important aspect that determines the success of achieving goal of education that is for the building up the intellectual life of the nation. The study is intended to find out the efforts needed to improve the creativity of teachers through personality and climate of the organization of honorary teachers of SMA Negeri at Cibinong, Bogor District. This research is utilizing correlation methods of research, where the first phase of the research was carried out by using a method of quantitative and the data collected through the deployment of questionnaires, and then analyzed by using regression and supported by the description of the statistics. Population of the research were 174 honorary teachers of SMA negeri at Cibinong district. The sample study as many as 122 respondents were determined by the Taro Yamane formula that using the method of proportional random sampling. The results of the quantitative study revealed that personality which emphasizes the stability of emotions (emotional stability), openness (extroversion), easily agreed (agreeableness), can be relied upon (conscientiousness) and openness to experience may contribute to improve creativity. While organizational climate that emphasizes the responsibility of a member, the structure of the organization, award, standards of performance and working environment can contribute to improve creativity. Based on the findings, it is concluded that the stronger of personality and organizational climate, the higher creativity will be.

Abstract

STRENGTHENING LEARNING EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH SELF EFFICATION AND SUPERVISION OF SCHOOL HEADSThis study aimed to find the efforts to increase the effectiveness of learning through a study of its relationship with self-efficacy and principal supervision. The population of this study was 163 civil servant teachers, with a total sample of 116 teachers. It was determined by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5%. The data was collected by using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that there were three positive and significant relationships. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the learning effectiveness of PNS teachers with a correlation coefficient value of 0.536. Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between principal supervision and learning effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.519. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and principal supervision together with learning effectiveness with a correlation coefficient value of 0.616.
