REVIEWING TEACHER CREATIVITY USING PRINCIPAL TRANSFORMATIONAL  LEADERSHIP AND INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONThis research was conducted to study the relationship between principal transformational leadership and interpersonal communication altogether with teacher creativity. The study was conducted at 10 Private Junior High Schools in Cibadak Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province in 2020. The population of this study were 201persons and 134  samples were selected using Proportional Random Sampling technique. The method used was conducting a survey and data analysis techniques utiliing statistical correlation and simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The study came up with three results as follows; firstly, there was a significant positive relationship between the principal transformational leadership (X1) and teacher creativity (Y) where the regression coefficient Ŷ=71,347 +0.4328X1, the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.6519 and the coefficient of determination r2y1 was 0.4250. Secondly, there was a significant positive relationship between Interpersonal Communication variable (X2) and Teacher Creativity (Y) which expressed in the form of a regression equation Ŷ = 49.074 + 0.6117 X2 and correlatioin coefficient ry2 = 0.7493 and also determination coefficient r2y2 = 0.5614. Thirdly, there was a significant positive relationship between the principal transformational leadership variable (X1) and interpersonal communication (X2) altogether to teacher creativity (Y) which expressed in the form of a regression equation Ŷ = 19.194 + 0.238 X1 +0.604 Xâ‚‚ and the correlation coefficient Ry12 was 0.7754 and also the coefficient of determination R_y12 ^ 2 was 0.6013. Based on these findings it could be concluded that teacher creativity c be improved through the principal's transformational leadership and interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Management researchers have established a connection between Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and individual achievement in organisational environments. However, there is a limited number of studies that specifically focus on OCB among college and university students.   This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) among undergraduate college students. Specifically, it explores how organisational culture and lecturer's inventiveness influence students' OCB in the college setting.   A total of 104 students from a private College in Luwuk Banggai were surveyed to gather data.   The technique of data analysis using regression analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).   The findings suggest that the organisational culture, characterised by a focus on details, and the lecturer's creativity, characterised by flexible and spontaneous thinking, have the greatest impact on students' organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in terms of their initiative, within the college setting.   Thus, it can be inferred that when fostering students' Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), it is important to consider both the organisational culture and the creativity of the lecturers.

Abstract

This study uses a survey method with correlational research consisting of two independent variables, namely transformational leadership and emotional intelligence and one dependent variable, namely teacher job satisfaction. This research was conducted on SD Negeri Se-Cluster 03, District of Rawamerta-Kabupaten Karawang, with a population of 170 teachers and 119 samples were selected using proportional random sampling. The data analysis used is normality test, simple regression, multiple regression, homogeneity, simple correlation, multiple correlation, and partial correlation. The results obtained are as follows: First, there is a significant positive relationship between the principal transformational leadership variable (X1) and teacher job satisfaction (Y) which is expressed in the form of a correlation coefficient: ry1 = 0.5074 regression equation = 52.495 + 0.631 X1, and the coefficient of determination r2y1 = 0.2574. Second, there is a significant positive relationship between the emotional intelligence variable (X2) and teacher job satisfaction (Y) which is expressed in the form of a correlation coefficient: ry2 = 0.5800, the regression equation = 50,953 + 0.606X2, and the coefficient of determination r2y2 = 0, 3364. Third, there is a significant positive relationship between the variables of the principal's transformational leadership (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) together with teacher job satisfaction (Y) which is expressed in the form of a correlation coefficient ry1.2 = 0.6695, the regression equation = 12.9487 + 0.4405X1 + 0.4834X2, and the coefficient of determination r2 = 0.4482. Based on these things, it can be concluded that teacher job satisfaction can be increased through the principal's transformational leadership and emotional intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model on mathematics learning outcomes in the statistical material of fourth grade students at Kedung Waringin Public Elementary School, Bogor City. Using a quasi-experimental research type with nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at Kedung Waringin Public Elementary School, Bogor City for the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 60 students as well as being the research sample. Based on data analysis, there is a difference between the average pretest and posttest learning outcomes. The research results obtained were 3.62116 > 2.00172 so that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. In addition, the learning outcomes proved that the average N-Gain value in the experimental group was 75 while the average N-Gain value in the control group was 62. So it can be stated that there is an influence of the problem-based learning model on mathematics learning outcomes in class student statistics material IV Kedung Waringin Public Elementary School, Bogor City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing teacher work productivity in elementary schools in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research focuses on transformational leadership, organizational climate, teacher collaboration, and work motivation as variables contributing to teacher productivity. A mixed-methods approach was employed, consisting of two main phases: qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative phase involved in-depth interviews to identify the current conditions of teacher work productivity and dominant influencing factors. The quantitative phase included 163 respondents selected using proportional random sampling, with data analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that transformational leadership and organizational climate have a direct and significant impact on teacher collaboration and work productivity. Teacher collaboration also significantly influences teacher work productivity. However, the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational climate on teacher work productivity through collaboration are positive but not significant. This study identifies strategies, methods, and optimal efforts to improve the work productivity of public elementary school teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency. Furthermore, the study provides strategic recommendations based on Sitorem analysis to strengthen transformational leadership, enhance organizational climate, and foster effective collaboration to improve teacher work productivity.
