Abstract

Kecamatan Salem merupakan wilayah dengan perkebunan dan produksi kopi tertinggi di Kabupaten Brebes. Kelompok usaha bersama (KUB) Lulumpang menjadi salah satu tim yang aktif mengolah kopi hasil perkebunan  kopi di kecamatan salem. Produk yang dibuat oleh KUB Lulumpang berupa kopi bubuk yang diberi nama Kopi Salem. Namun saat ini permintaan greenbean lebih diminati oleh konsumen. Proses produksi greenbean di KUB Lulumpang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga menjadi kendala dalam pemenuhan kualitas dan kuantitas greenbean sehingga diperlukan inovasi peningkaan kualitas dan kuantitas greenbean. Tim PKM-BR Unsoed mengkaji dan menerapkan teknologi tepat guna dengan mengadakan pelatihan manajemen usaha dan strategi daya saing serta hibah alat pengubas kulit ari biji kopi kering (huller). Penerapan teknologi meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan kapasitas produksi sebesar 90% dan meningkatkan nilai harga jual hingga 53,85%.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is an important factor for the success of the banking industry, both to create short-term and long-term profits in terms of finances and company reputation. This research was then aimed at analysing the influence of continuity marketing, one-to-one marketing, partnering programs, and corporate social responsibility on customer loyalty and the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator in this relationship. This research used a quantitative approach, with the chosen population being all customers who use all types of products or services at Bank Jatim Main Branch Surabaya. The sample determined was 250 samples, selected using purposive sampling. Research data was obtained through a survey mechanism, and the research data was then analysed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). The results of data analysis showed that continuity marketing, partnering programs, and corporate social responsibility had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while one-to-one marketing did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, continuity marketing, one-to-one marketing, partnering programs, corporate social responsibility, and customer satisfaction significantly affect customer loyalty. This research also proved that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of continuity marketing and corporate social responsibility on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Police institution top management needs to use various factors effectively to support improvements in the performance of police personnel, including supervisor performance, work environment, and personnel job satisfaction. This study then aimed to determine the influence of these three factors in relation to personnel performance in police institutions in Indonesia, especially in the Surabaya Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The research approach was quantitative, with the research sample set at 82 personnel in the Surabaya Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The data that has been collected was then analysed using path analysis using the SmartPLS program. The results of the study showed that supervisor performance has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction; work environment has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction; supervisor performance has a significant and positive influence on personnel performance; work environment has a positive and insignificant influence on personnel performance; job satisfaction has a significant and positive influence on personnel performance; supervisor performance has a significant influence on personnel performance through job satisfaction, and; the work environment does not have a significant influence on personnel performance through job satisfaction of personnel at the Surabaya Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important for the sustainability of an organization or company because performance can affect employee perspectives. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work environment, transformational leadership, work discipline and organizational culture on the performance of Puskesmas employees in Adiwerna District, to find out whether these factors affect employee performance. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in this study was 101 with sampling using probability sampling with the simple random sampling method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.26. Based on the results of this study, it shows that motivation, work environment, transformational leadership, work discipline and organizational culture have a positive effect on the performance of Puskesmas employees in Adiwerna District.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is a very important thing in an agency or company. By having good and reliable human resources, the agency will be greatly helped in achieving success and well-executed goals and vision and mission which are influenced by teacher performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, work environment, organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Bumiayu District. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly. The sample in this study was 109 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS v. 26. Based on research results, it shows that leadership style, work motivation, work environment, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of State Middle School teachers in Bumiayu District

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Perumahan Larangan Mega Asri Desa Larangan Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pendampingan Penyusunan Perencanaan Usaha Pengolahan Sampah ini lebih menekankan pada pemberdayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat, sehingga terbangun kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah. Ditinjau dari berbagai aspek, rencana pengembangan usaha pengolahan sampah di Perumahan Larangan Mega Asri sangat baik. Dari aspek lingkungan akan mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan, dari aspek kesehatan akan meningkatkan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan, dari aspek kebijakan pemerintah sangat mendukung go green yang dicanangkan pemerintah sidoarjo, dari aspek sosial akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat (warga perumahan). Pangsa pasar (konsumen) dari produk pengolahan sampah daur ulang adalah industri rumah tangga (home industri), industri manufaktur pertanian/perkebunan. Industri rumah tangga yang memanfaatkan produk daur ulang adalah industri kerajian. Industri manufaktur memanfaatkan produk daur ulang digunakan sebagai bahan baku industri. Petani, usaha pertamanan memanfaatkan sampah organik untuk pupuk kompos. Untuk Mengembangkan usaha pengolahan sampah diperlukan investasi awal berupa lahan, bangunan dan peralataan sekitar Rp. 422.000.000,- Secara financial rencana usaha pengolahan sampah yang akan dikembangkan di Perumahan Larangan Mega Asri menguntungkan karena menghasilkan tingkat pengembalian invetasi yang tinggi.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan berperan penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. Sebagai produsen kopi terbesar keempat di dunia, Indonesia dikenal dengan berbagai jenis kopi khas, salahsatunya jenis robusta. Namun, meskipun kopi Indonesia memiliki potensi besar di pasar global, masih banyak tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan agribisnis kopi, seperti rendahnya produktivitas, kualitas yang belum konsisten, serta kurangnya akses ke pasar internasional yang lebih luas. Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Kopi Salem (Kopi Guwek) di Desa Bentarsari, Kecamatan Salem, bersama Kelompok Tani Berkah Bumi Langit (Berbulan) menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengolahan kopi robusta. Pengupasan kopi cherry masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan lumpang dan alu, yang memakan banyak waktu dan tenaga serta menghasilkan greenbean berkualitas rendah. Proses pengeringan manual juga terdampak saat musim hujan. Melalui program Pemberdayaan Mitra Usaha Produk Unggulan Daerah (PM-UPUD) 2024, tim pengabdian berupaya meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan kualitas kopi dengan memberikan hibah alat seperti greenhouse kapasitas 1 ton, mesin pulper (250 kg/j), huller (250 kg/j) untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses produksi kopi dari hulu sampai ke hilir. Selain itu, pelatihan manajemen bisnis dan strategi pemasaran juga diberikan, guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan mendukung program pemerintah dalam menjadikan kopi sebagai produk unggulan Kabupaten Brebes.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very important for the continuation of a business because customer satisfaction can influence customer perspectives on products and services. The phenomenon that occurred in this study was a decrease in the market share of starbucks products in 2021-2023. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of innovation, promotion, product quality, price and service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on consumers of starbucks products in the Indonesian region. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents using google form. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The sample in this study were 97 respondents. The sampling technique used probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The results of this study explain that 1) innovation has a positive effect on customer satisfaction 2) promotion has a positive effect on customer satisfaction 3) product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction 4) price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction 5) service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak – Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan di Indonesia yang sangat menarik untuk dieksplorasi lebih jauh. Di Indonesia, tepatnya di Kecamatan Salem-Kabupaten Brebes, sebagai salah satu kecamatan penghasil kopi di Kabupaten Brebes dan sebagai pemasok kopi di daerah-daerah pulau jawa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan pemahaman yang kurang tentang tanaman kopi, mengakibatkan berpengaruh pada kualitas kopi dan manajemen pemasaran. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu program penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman petani kopi dalam menjalankan agribisnis tanaman kopi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan tim pengabdi Pemberdayaan Mitra Usaha Produk Unggulan Daerah (PMUPUD) Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan Universitas Peradaban Bumiayu. Kegiatan ini bertema tentang Peningkatan Agribisnis Kopi dengan Penyuluhan Kajian Kopi Robusta pada UMKM Berbulan dan UMKM Kopi Guwek Kecamatan Salem-Brebes menggunakan penyuluhan dalam bentuk kegiatan sharing dan diskusi. Peserta kegiatan penyuluhan diikuti oleh 39 peserta yang terdiri dari UMKM Berbulan dan UMKM Kopi Gowek Kecamatan Salem. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu kurangnya pemahaman tentang tanaman kopi seperti cara penanaman yang baik, cara pemeliharaan dan cara penanggulangan hama tanaman kopi. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan dari tes awal dan tes akhir pemahaman peserta penyuluhan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta pada pamahaman cara penanggulangan hama tanaman kopi yang baik.

Abstract

The current coffee potential in Brebes Regency has not been accompanied by high income for coffee farmers. This is because farmers' knowledge of how to maintain coffee plants is still very low, farmer organizations are weak and government support is limited. Until now, coffee has not been considered a crop of strategic importance. The purpose of this study was to identify coffee commodity resources, analyze the value chain and determine cost drivers. This study used a mixed research approach of both qualitative and quantitative research. The qualitative research approach was to answer the research questions posed. Quantitative research in this study is to calculate the cost value of each process activity in coffee processing. Based on the value chain analysis, the determinants of downstream coffee processing products are greenbean processing, roasting and grinding. Greenbean processing is able to add value by 47.5% for robusta type and 71.47% for arabica coffee type. While roasting and grinding activities are able to increase the added value by 65.36% for robusta type and 85.12% for arabica type.
