Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 infection which is currently still spreading throughout the world has resulted. The community is making various efforts to protect themselves to avoid the Covid-19 virus which tends to attack the community respiratory tract and lungs. One effort that can be done is prevention or prevention, including hand hygiene, social distancing, using masks, and limiting mobility and staying away from crowds. This research is included in the descriptive analytic research which analyzes in the form of information or explanation related to the prevention of Covid-19. The research method with descriptive analytic analysis of univariate data with a frequency distribution of age, education, gender, occupation, income, and knowledge. This research is an analytic descriptive research in the form of a description of Covid-19 prevention. Data were obtained from questionnaires which were distributed and filled in by respondents through questionnaires as primary data. The questionnaire was not tested for validity and reliability because it only examined primary data from respondents. The number of samples is 52 people, with univariate data analysis technique. The research results obtained were that most of the respondents were aged 20-35 years as much as 42,5%. Most of the respondents were female as much as 53,8% with secondary education as much as 53,8%; Most of the respondents are self-employed as much as 26,9% and earn > UMR as much as 65,5%. Most of the respondents have high knowledge of 57,7%. The conclusion in this study is that most of them are of productive age, more female sex, more secondary education, more self-employed jobs, more income above the minimum wage, more knowledgeable respondents.

Abstract

Based on the 2018 RISKESDAS, it was reported that the prevalence of the number of non-communicable diseases (PTM) was still very high, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in DI Yogyakarta reached 2.4%, which is second only to DKI Jakarta. The prevalence of other PTM diseases such as hypertension in DI Yogyakarta reached 10.68%, cholesterol suffered a lot in the 55-64 years age group and gout in Indonesia according to medical diagnosis reached 11.9%. PTM sufferers can find out their health condition through routine health screening. This screening can be done for prevention and control of PTM. The target and output of this activity are the people in the Panjangrejo village area with the outputs in the form of tests of blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid and cholesterol. The implementation method used by conducting health education related to PTM with LCD media and leaflets, as well as checking blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid and cholesterol. The results of the implementation of the activity showed that there was an increase in public knowledge regarding PTM after health education was carried out. The screening results found 11 people had mild hypertension, 19 people had hyperuresemia, and 6 people were hyperglycemic, and 9 people had high cholesterol levels. Health screening is needed for residents to find out their health conditions and this activity should be carried out routinely in collaboration with health services such as the local Puskesmas.

Abstract

Complementary therapy with herbal ingredients in hypertensive patients is widelyused by society in general. This therapy has no harmful side effects, is easy to use and does notcost much. Target and output: homeless and dasa wisma cadres who have family members withhypertension capable of performing hypertension treatment in family members suffering fromhypertension. Method of implementation: provide health counseling by using lecture methodusing media LCD, Liflet, and practice about hypertension, herbal compound material therapy forhypertension and blood pressure measurement. Thank you very much. Results and conclusions:Blood pressure decreased by an average of 10-20 mmHg in five family members with hypertension.Families can provide complementary therapy of herbal ingredients as hypertension therapy.

Abstract

Background: The incidence of injuries is increasing every year, both acute and chronic wounds. A recent study in America showed the prevalence of patients with wounds was 3.5% per 1000 population. This requires wound care materials that must be adapted to the characteristics of the patient's wound. It is hoped that by increasing the understanding and skills of cadres, families can carry out wound care at home. Targets and outputs: dasa wisma cadres and dasa wisma members in Kepatihan Kulon Jebres Village, Surakarta. The benefit of this activity is to increase knowledge and change the attitude of the dasa wisma cadres in wound care training. The output of this activity is skills on how to treat wounds and know the signs of infection in wounds. Implementation method: lectures, simulations and demonstrations. Results and Conclusions: Wounds with any condition must be treated properly so as not to cause infection to cause amputation. One of those who play a role in this is the family. Abstract

Floods are a type of disaster that people need to be aware of because they can have physical and psychological impacts. One of the impacts of the community on the occurrence of floods is the anxiety of the residents about their unpreparedness for flooding. Objective: to determine the relationship between preparedness and anxiety level in facing floods in Panjangrejo Village. Methods: the research method is a quantitative cross sectional approach with the sampling technique using accidental sampling and get a total sample of 36 respondents. The instrument used to measure preparedness used the adaptation of the 2018 BNPB questionnaire while the level of anxiety used the State Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) Form Y. Results: statistical analysis test used chi square with a significance level of 95%, obtained p value = 0.002 or (p < 0.05), so it is found that there is a relationship between preparedness and level of anxiety in facing floods in Panjangrejo Village. Conclusion: Communities with high preparedness will reduce the level of anxiety, while people with less preparedness will increase the level of anxiety. Suggestion: carry out further research on flood preparedness with a quasi experimental method.

Abstract

Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses were faced with an increasingly heavy workload, where the number of confirmed patients increased, the number of nurses on duty was confirmed positive and the use of complete personal protective equipment. The heavier workload is one of the trigger factors for burnout. Objective: to determine the relationship between perceived workload and nurse burnout level at PKU Muhamamdiyah Hospital Sragen during the covid 19 pandemic. Methods: the research method is a quantitative cross-sectional approach with sampling techniques using a total sample and getting a total sample of 47 respondents. The instrument used to measure perceived workload was using the NASA TLX Questionnaire and nurse burnout was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services (MBI-HS) Scale. Results: statistical analysis test using Spearman rank with a significance level of 95%, obtained p value = 0.035 or (p <0.05), so it was found that there was a relationship between perceived workload and nurse burnout level at PKU Muhamamdiyah Hospital Sragen during the covid 19 pandemic. Conclusion: Nurses with a heavy burden will trigger burnout syndrome. Suggestion: conduct further research on interventions to nurses who have high burnout rates.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Kasus burnout meningkat pada masa pandemi COVID-19, terdapat peningkatan sebanyak sebesar 39% dan penurunan kinerja sebesar 20% selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian belum pernah dilakukan di RS PKU Muhammadiyah oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai gambaran burnout di PKU Muhammadiyah Sragen. Tujuan : Mengklasifikasikan tingkat burnout pada Perawat di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Sragen selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode : Penelitian descriptive survey, teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu (1) Perawat pelaksana (2) bersedia menjadi responden (3) masa kerja > 1 bulan, dan kriteria ekslusi diantaranya (1) Perawat dalam masa cuti (2) tidak sehat. populasi 65  perawat, sampel 65 responden, instrumen penelitian kuisioner MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory Human service survey). Analisa data univariat. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas responden mengalami burnout tingkat sedang yaitu sebanyak 35 responden (38.5%), berusia 20-29 sebanyak 34 (52.3%), berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 53 responden (81.5%) pendidikan terakhir DIII Keperawatan sebanyak 55 responden (84.6%), berstatus menikah sebanyak 57 responden (87.7%), dengan masa kerja1-10 tahun sebanyak 56 responden (86.4%). Kesimpulan Mayoritas tingkat burnout responden mengalami burnout sedang yaitu sebanyak 35 responden (38.5%). Kesimpulan : Burnout dapat dicegah dengan mengubah lingkungan sekitarnya, termasuk faktor-faktor individual dan interpersonal yang terdapat didalamnya.

Abstract

Latar belakang:Penyakit Hipertensi saat ini dikenal oleh banyak orang sedangkan hipertensi kebanyakan diderita  oleh lansia Dalam mempertahankan tekanan darah tetap dalam kondisi normal dibutuhkan beberapa terapi diantaranya dengan terapi non farmakologis salah satunya  pemberian aroma terapi bunga mawar adapun cara kerja nya saat  aromaterapi mawar dihirup, molekul yang mudah menguap akan membaawa unsur aromatik yang akan merangsang memori dan respon emosional yang menyebabkan perasaan tenang dan rileks serta dapat memperlancar aliran darah (Ridho, 2015).Tujuan  perbedaan tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan aromaterapi bunga mawar pada pasien hipertens akan di ketahuii. Metode penelitianini merupakan penelitian  kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasy experimental design dan metode one group pre and post test design pada 20 responden dengan analisa  uji T-test dengan signifikansi  α 0,05. Hasil: Didapatkan hasil mean 38.25 dan P: 0.000 sehingga  H0 ditolak Hα diterima, Kesimpulan: Ada beda rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah pemberian aromaterapi bunga  mawar terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi

Abstract

The problem that many postoperative patients experience is pain complaints caused by surgical wounds or surgical wounds. So that it results in patients not being happy, restless, and various disorders that are felt differently. So non-pharmacological therapy is needed to overcome the pain felt, namely by doing dhikr therapy. the application of dhikr relaxation therapy was carried out, namely to see how the application of dhikr relaxation therapy to the scale of pain in postoperative patients. Using a descriptive method in the form of a case study of the two respondents by focusing on the implementation of dhikr relaxation therapy to reduce postoperative pain by giving it for 3 days. Dhikr relaxation therapy has an effect on the change in the postoperative pain scale so that the acute pain experienced by patients is reduced. Patient 1 from scale 6 to scale 3 and the second patient from scale 6 to scale 2. Dhikr therapy in postoperative patients with pain is effectively able to reduce surgical wound pain and can be developed in future studies.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit gangguan metabolik kronis yang ditandai peningkatan kadar gula darah (hiperglikemia) akibat ketidakseimbangan suplai insulin. Diperkirakan setidaknya 463 juta orang menderita diabetes melitus di seluruh dunia pada tahun 2019. Sementara itu, prevalensi diabetes di Jawa Tengah mencapai 2,1%. Berdasarkan sumber data dari Profil Kesehatan Kota Surakarta tahun 2022, diabetes melitus menempati proporsi ke dua sebesar 16,73%. Peningkatan kadar gula darah dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu kurang olahraga, proses penuaan, kehamilan, merokok dan stres. Saat stres juga terjadi peningkatan hormon, yaitu hormon adrenalin dan kortisol dimana hormon ini meningkatkan gula darah, sehingga ini dapat mempengaruhi penderita diabetes melitus. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 70 responden, dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan kadar gula darah pada penderita diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Banyuanyar Kota Surakarta. Simpulan: Dari uji statistik dengan SpearmanRho, didapatkan p-value=0.000 <0.05, yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres dengan kadar gula darah pada penderita diabetes melitus di Puskesmas Banyuanyar Kota Surakarta.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Stres, Kadar Gula Darah, Diabetes Melitus
