Abstract

Automotive community needs will grow rapidly. One of the tools that support the performance of a vehicle is a lubricating oil or more commonTy known as Oli. Various kinds oflu6ricating ozl brands marketed include Mesran Prima XP, Top 1 Syntetic motor oil, Pennzoil SAE, Active Castrol and Repsol Elite Competition. In this study thefocus is the lubricating oil or grease Mesran Prima XP. The problems faced by these oil products are perceived as declining sales of lubricating oil (grease) Mesran Prima XP, the research conducted by_ the method of Markov Chain, in tJie hope ofknowing the percentage of market share achieved by the oil Mesran Prima XP and determine strategies to increase the market share. Percentage ofknown research on the market share steady state conditions of each oil product in the region to the East Surabaya MESRAN PRIMA XP product for 25.99%; and SYNTETIC MOTOR Oil 7.93%; PENNZOIL  SAE  of  8.59%; CASTRQL ACTIVE   is 53.51%  and  REPSOL  ELITE   COMPETITION  3.97%.Keywords: Markov chain, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Fertilizer production often faces various performance issues that can affect efficiency and productivity. One of the main problems is the instability in the quality of raw materials, which can result in variations in the quality of the final product. Workforce performance is also a critical factor, where inadequate training and low motivation can reduce productivity. The lack of an appropriate performance measurement system, such as relevant and accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), can make it difficult for companies to monitor and improve their overall performance. To address these challenges, a performance measurement system is needed that can integrate various aspects of the company (stakeholders). This performance measurement system must be able to accommodate the interests of various parties involved in the company's operations to produce more accurate and relevant information. The performance measurement approach referred to is known as the Performance Prism. It is then supported by using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to determine the ranking and class calculation of each KPI and the Traffic Light System (TLS). Based on performance measurements using the Performance Prism, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Scoring System at PT. XYZ, there are 53 KPIs divided among various stakeholders. From this analysis, it can be concluded that the design of the company's performance measurement encompasses various aspects involving both internal and external stakeholders. The total performance index of 13.43 indicates overall good performance. In this case, the total KPIs used are 53 KPIs, which include 10 KPIs for employee stakeholders, 5 KPIs for owner stakeholders, 10 KPIs for customer stakeholders, 5 KPIs for government stakeholders, 4 KPIs for investor stakeholders, 10 KPIs for supplier stakeholders, 4 KPIs for partner stakeholders, and 5 KPIs for surrounding community stakeholders. According to the results of the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System (TLS), it can be seen that 47 KPIs fall into the green category, indicating good achievement, while 3 KPIs fall into the yellow category, and 3 other KPIs fall into the red category, indicating areas requiring further attention for improvement.

Abstract

Coffee has been a global commodity since its discovery, so it's not surprising that there are various coffee cultivation variations in different regions. Economically, coffee plays a significant role in coffee-producing countries, including Indonesia, where it is cultivated and produced. The company is one of the companies engaged in the manufacturing of powdered coffee production. In its efforts to meet market targets, the company faces challenges. Therefore, a supply chain analysis is conducted on the coffee production process to identify occurring risks. The resolution of issues in this research utilizes the integration of FMEA and HOR methods. The application of these integrated methods about supply chain risk mitigation analysis has also been widely developed. Based on the risk identification results in HOR stage I, there are 17 risk events caused by 25 risk causes. Out of 25 risk causes, 11 dominant risk causes are obtained based on ARP calculations. Then, in HOR stage II, 17 mitigation steps are designed to prevent or minimize the 11 dominant risks obtained from the HOR phase I calculations. After calculating the total effectiveness and degree of difficulty, the results of the mitigation effectiveness ranking based on the difficulty ratio (ETDk) with the highest value carried out routine preventive maintenance on milling equipment to prevent damage and process instability (PA 7) of 16143.21, and the last rank prepared a backup of coffee machines or critical components to reduce production downtime (PA 16) of 1406.16.
