PT. Tri Keeson Utama Garut is a company engaged in chocolate industry. This study aimed to determine the effect of work safety and health and discipline on employees’ work productivity. The problem in this study wasthe achievement of unattainable production targets that wereexpected to occur due to work safety and health and discipline. This research wasa quantitative research. The author conducteddata collection through instruments in the form of questionnaires containing statements and distributed them to 50 respondents as a sample of all members of the population in the production section. The instruments made werethen tested through validity and reliability testing. The analysis of the data used in this study wasmultiple regression analysis to test and prove the hypothesis. From the results of the research,work safety and healthhada partial influence on employees’ work productivity.Discipline also had an influence on employees’ productivity at PT. Tri Keeson Utama Garut, andwork safety and health and discipline simultaneously hada significant effect on employees’ work productivity at PT. Tri Keeson Utama Garut.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment at the Youth and Sports Office of Garut Regency. The importance of carrying out this research is organizational commitment as work behavior which is at the lowest value so it is necessary to increase organizational commitment. This research method is included in the quantitative research as well as with a descriptive approach. Respondents in this study consisted of 59 employees from the youth and sports office of Garut Regency. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, the data were tested for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, simple linear regression with IBM SPSS as a data processing tool. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment at the Garut district youth sports office. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Dinas pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Garut. Pentingnya dilaksanakan penelitian ini yaitu komitmen organisasi sebagai perilaku kerja yang berada pada nilai terendah sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan pada komitmen organisasi. Metode Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian Kuantitatif serta dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Responden pada penelitian ini terdiri oleh 59 pegawai dari dinas kantor pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Garut. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, data diuji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier sederhana dengan IBM SPSS sebagai alat pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi work-life balance terhadap Komitmen organisasi pada Dinas pemuda olahraga kabupaten Garut.

Kepuasan kerja masih menjadi perhatian manajemen pada suatu organisasi karena akan berdampak pada tujuan-tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu kondisi kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya, kompensasi, pengawasan pimpinan, karir, dan lingkungan kerja masih sering muncul menjadi penghambat terhadap aktivitas kerjanya, sehingga menimbulkan masalah-masalah sikap atau perilaku kerja lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kondisi kepuasan kerja dosen tetap pada perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada di Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 157 orang dosen tetap yang ada di Universitas Garut. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif-deskriptif, pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup. Skala pengukuran kepuasannya menggunakan skala likert gradasi 1-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum dosen tetap sudah merasakan kondisi kepuasan terhadap pekerjaannya, yang ditandai dengan adanya kepuasan terhadap pekerjaannya, kompensasi, pengawasan, karir dan lingkungan kerjanya. Adapun dimensi yang paling besar memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada dosen swasta di Kabupaten Garut adalah adanya jenjang karir yang terbuka untuk semua dosen dana adanya lingkungan kerja yang mendukung.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana daya tarik wisata dan persepsi lokasi mempengaruhi minat wisatawan dalam mengikuti Wisata Kuliner Warung Terapung. 100 responden termasuk dalam studi kuantitatif ini, yang merupakan sampel dari populasi wisatawan. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengevaluasi data yang dikumpulkan melalui survei. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan substansial antara citra destinasi dan daya tarik wisata dan kecenderungan pengunjung untuk datang. Daya tarik dan citra destinasi keduanya memiliki pengaruh positif dan penting, tetapi hanya sampai batas tertentu. Didapatkan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,769, yang menunjukkan bahwa 76,9% penjelasan niat berwisata diberikan oleh bagaimana destinasi dan daya tarik wisatanya dilihat, sedangkan sisanya 23,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dapat dikatakan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap suatu tempat dan daya tarik wisatanya merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan seberapa besar minat masyarakat untuk mengunjungi Wisata Kuliner Warung Terapung Kabupaten Malangke Barat.

The results of a pre-research survey on the behavior of financial management of Garut University students proved to be not good because they did not understand the importance of saving and using money. This study aims to determine the influence of financial attitudes on the behavior of financial management of university students in garut training based on financial management. The research method used in this study is a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. The data analysis method used is regression analysis with moderation variables. The data were obtained by distributing a research questionnaire to 100 students from the sampling results. The results showed a positive and significant effect on the behavior of financial management of garut university students. Financial management training can moderate the influence of financial attitudes on the financial management behavior of garut university students. Financial management training can strengthen the influence of attitudes towards student financial management behavior. The findings in this study are that financial management training as a supplement and complement to the curriculum that already exists at Garut university needs to be carried out consistently because it is proven to strengthen the influence of attitudes on student financial management behavior. This research is important to carry out to increase knowledge, values, attitudes and competencies in financial management for students in determining financial management decisions.

Pondok Pesantren Al Halim Garut is a non-formal educational institution with the aim of studying, interpreting, exploring, animating, and applying Islamic teachings by emphasizing the importance of religious ethics as a guideline for daily behavior. The Santri Academic Information System is needed to make it easier for parents of students and administrators of Islamic boarding schools to search for academic information for students at Islamic boarding schools. Because the Santri Academic Information System at the Al Halim Garut Islamic Boarding School has just been used, it is necessary to analyze the Santri Academic Information System Acceptance using the Technology Acceptance Model Method, to determine the measurement of influence between constructs as well as a benchmark for adapting user acceptance of the system used. In this study, data processing analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling through the tools of Statistical Product and Service Solution and Analysis of Moment Structures. This study resulted in the level of user acceptance of the Santri Academic Information System with a probability value of below 5%, namely 0.000 and the influence between the constructs of the Technology Acceptance Model with 3 accepted hypotheses, namely the variable perceived ease of influencing perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness affecting intention to use, and intention to use influencing use. real.

The purpose of this research is to investigate how financial inclusion among the residents of Garut is influenced by the use of fintech and financial literacy. The research methodology employs quantitative, descriptive, and verificative techniques, utilizing questionnaire surveys and literature reviews as data collection methods. Partial data analysis is conducted using SPSS and multiple regression analysis. According to the research findings, financial inclusion is positively and significantly influenced by financial literacy. Additionally, the second variable, the use of fintech, also has a positive and significant impact on financial inclusion. A novelty in this study is the exploration of fintech usage in the general community through dimensions such as perspectives, attitudes, intentions, and satisfaction related to financial literacy in financial inclusion. This means that the discussion in this research is not widely covered by previous researchers. The uniqueness lies in the focus on Garut, an area that has not been extensively studied, where the Regional Financial Access Acceleration Team has been established to advance financial literacy and comprehensive implementation of Government Digital Transactions or digitally-based transactions. This research is essential as it relates to the financial conditions of the community, a crucial aspect that, if problematic, can impede well-being.

The Nusantara batik industry has become an important part of Indonesia's cultural heritage and has significant potential to make a significant economic contribution. In an effort to enhance the competitiveness of Nusantara batik products, the concept of community partnership innovation has emerged as a promising approach. One concrete implementation of this approach is through the SANUTIK (Sapatu Nusantara Batik) program. This article will explain how community partnership innovation through SANUTIK can strengthen the Nusantara batik industry from various aspects. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative. Data analysis is conducted through SWOT analysis. The research results show that the SWOT Matrix Analysis of the internal conditions of Nusantara batik through SANUTIK has stronger strengths compared to weaknesses. The condition of Nusantara batik through SANUTIK has greater opportunities compared to threats. Nusantara batik through SANUTIK is in the aggressive/growth quadrant, which means it is in a prime and stable condition, making it highly possible to continue expanding, enhancing growth, and achieving maximum progress.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. UMKM have a significant contribution to national gross domestic product (PDB) and encourage the creation of new jobs. Based on data, more than half of the MSMEs in Indonesia are on the island of Java. Garut Regency is one of the regions in West Java which has more than 200 thousand UMKM with various products. UMKM products owned include wickerwork, weaving, specialty foods, leather centers and others. The Garut Regency area is quite large and it is noted that the distribution of UMKM is not centralized. So that stakeholders and the government experience difficulties in planning, implementing and evaluating programs designed to encourage increased performance of UMKM. Researchers found the urgency of research that had not been fully tested empirically and an ideal model had not been produced, so it was felt necessary to carry out this research. Previous research was carried out only on certain UMKM, namely the partial implementation of the Geographic Information System (GIS) for Garut Regency UMKM. However, overall UMKM data has not been found, so this is a novelty in this research. The methodology used is a prototype which has three main processes, namely listening to customer needs, building software and testing. The result of this research is to build a web-based geographic information system for the distribution of UMKM in Garut Regency which is expected to help understand the condition of UMKM better.

The growth of technology is in line with the times, the use of sophisticated communication tools is increasing. Smartphones have become a very useful communication tool used in activities and have become a means of supporting community activities. Product quality has an important role for the company and is the main thing in developing a product. Consumers make purchasing decisions after going through varios stages before deciding to make a purchase. The purpose of this research study is to find out what factors are related to product. The sampling technique distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents in the Tarogong Kaler area, Kab. Garut. Secondary data was obtained from previous research submitted by experts in the form of journal references, expert theories and library expert book references. Primary data comes from the result of a questionnaire sent to 100 respondents who have purchased IPhone smartphone products. The results of this research also state that IPhone products have good quality, therefore consumers are interested in IPhone products.
