Abstract

The development of Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) is currently being welcomed by the Indonesian through the growing development of digital businesses. The increasing of digital businesses nowadays must be followed by a business competition strategy, example: online shops. Therefore an analysis of the factors that impact the consumer buying interest in online shopping was needed. Thus this study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Orientation and Consumer Confidence on Consumer Buying Interest. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan and the sample used was 205 people by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique was using a questionnaire and the data analysis method was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is found that (1) Shopping Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest, (2) Consumer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest and (3) Shopping Orientation and Consumer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest.

Abstract

Abstrak Efek covid-19 terasa luar biasa mempengaruhi perekonomian daerah di Indonesia. Dari aspek ekonomi usaha rakyat terutama usaha kecil, mikro, dan menengah. Transaksi yang menurun secara tiba-tiba sejak covid-19 ada sekitar Januari 2020. Di masa pendemik Covid-19 peranan pemasaran menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan UMKM dalam bentuk memperkenalkan produk dan jasa yang dimiliki. Pemasaran memainkan peranan penting dalam menentukan strategi orientasi dan hasil UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kapabilitas inovasi dan kapabilitas responsif terhadap kinerja pemasaran pelaku UMKM Roti Kacang di Kota Tebing Tinggi.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian yaitu kapabilitas inovasi, kapabilitas responsive, dan kinerja pemasaran menggunakan enelitian deskriptif kauntitatif. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Tebing Tinggi, dimana objek penelitian ini adalah usaha kecil menegah roti kacang yang terdaftar pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Pemerintah kota Tebing Tinggi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh UKM Roti Kacang Khas Tebing Tinggi yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Pemerintah Kota Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling menggunakan kriteria khusus yaitu; telah berjualan selama 5 tahun, penghasilkan > 5 juta perbulan, dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Tebing Tinggi sebanyak 130 UMKM yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut sehingga keseluruhan dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa hipotesis pertama terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kapabilitas inovasi terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Hipotesis kedua juga menjawab adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kapabilitas responsif terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Kata Kunci: Kapabilitas Inovasi, Kapabilitas Responsif, Kinerja Pemasaran Abstract The effects of COVID-19 have had a tremendous impact on the regional economy in Indonesia. From the economic aspect of people's businesses, especially small, micro and medium enterprises. Transactions that have decreased suddenly since COVID-19 have been around January 2020. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the role of marketing is important for MSMEs to pay attention to in the form of introducing their products and services. Marketing plays an important role in determining the orientation strategy and results of SMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the capability of innovation and responsiveness to the marketing performance of MSMEs in Peanut Bread in the City of Tebing Tinggi. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine the relationship between research variables, namely innovation capability, responsive capability, and marketing performance using quantitative descriptive research. The location of the research was in the City of Tebing Tinggi, where the object of this research was a small and medium-sized peanut bread business registered with the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs of the Tebing Tinggi city government. The research population was all of Tebing Tinggi's Typical Peanut Bread SMEs registered at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Tebing Tinggi City Government. This study uses a sampling technique that is purposive sampling using special criteria, namely; has been selling for 5 years, earning > 5 million per month, and willing to fill out a questionnaire. Based on data from the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs of Tebing Tinggi City as many as 130 SMEs that meet these criteria so that all of them are used as samples. The results of the study explain that the first hypothesis has a positive and significant effect on innovation capability on marketing performance. Abstract

Desa Perkebunan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV Ajamu merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Panai Hulu, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Desa tersebut merupakan sentra operasional perkebunan dan produksi olahan utama kelapa sawit yakni Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dari PTPN IV. TK PAUD Parmadi Siwi merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal binaan PTPN dan difasilitasi oleh PTPN. Fasilitas yang tersedia di TK PAUD Parmadi Siwi tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh guru karena rendahnya kompetensi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi guru TK PAUD Parmadi Siwi. Peserta didik di TK PAUD Parmadi Siwi memerlukan edukasi literasi keuangan melihat dari pendapatan masyarakat Desa PTPN IV Ajamu yang relatif stabil namun anak usia dini tidak diberikan edukasi mengenai literasi keuangan. Pelatihan pembuatan rapot menggunakan excel dan edukasi literasi keuangan menggunakan busy book menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang ada di Desa PTPN IV Ajamu. Kegiatan dilakukan pada hari yang berbeda. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah peningkatan kompetensi guru terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi dan peserta didik yang mulai memahami tentang literasi keuangan sehingga dapat menggunakan uang dengan bijak. Saran untuk kedepannya adalah pemantauan dari pemerintah desa untuk program ini agar terus berdampak positif bagi guru dan peserta didik TK Parmadi Siwi.

Abstract

The partners in this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity are the Maju Tani Group located in Boangmanalu Village, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The problems found in partners are in the production sector, namely the size of the pineapple chips is irregular and the partners do not understand how to determine the selling price of the product. Improvements to the pineapple chip business need to be done to improve and maintain business continuity. Handling of this problem is also important because the Maju Tani group are farmer-based entrepreneurs who need to be equipped with business knowledge so they can advance their business. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to provide a pineapple slicer tool and provide business financial management training. The method of implementing this activity is training and mentoring.

Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of handbooks to improve the quality of learning in the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Universitas Negeri Medan. This study uses a 4D Model that is defined, designed, developed and disseminated. The data analysis techniques used is practicality. Practical tests were carried out on research samples, consist by 60 students of the 2nd semester entrepreneurship study program. The practicality test measured from student questionnaire obtained 90,5%, which means it is very practical.

Abstract

The Entrepreneurship sector plays an important role in the nation progress. The partner in this Community Service is Maju Tani Group in Pakpak Bharat Regency. The purpose of this activity is to improve the pineapple chips business of the Maju Tani group in order to maintain business continuity. The problem found is the product less recognized by the community. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to conduct digital marketing training and endorsement of pineapple chips on social media. The method of implementing this activity is training and mentoring. In this service activity, the service team helped partners create business social media and make a video endorsement of chips. All of this aims to increase the business capacity of partners. Overall, the service activities went smoothly.The Entrepreneurship sector plays an important role in the nation progress. Abstract

HOTS is a fundamental skill that prospective workers must possess. Vocational High Schools, as workforce printers, must pay attention to the HOTS of prospective graduates so that they can be absorbed in the world of work. However, Vocational High Schools experience many obstacles in forming prospective HOTS graduates. One of them is the teacher's ability to prepare HOTS questions. Based on the results of initial observations, similar obstacles were also faced by SMKN 14 Medan and SMKS Al-Fattah. The purpose of this activity is to provide training on the preparation of HOTS questions to teachers in SMK. The activity method used presentation, discussion, demonstration, and assignment techniques. Activities were grouped into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation—the results of activities run effectively by the plan. The participants participated in the activity enthusiastically. The results of the FGD showed an increase in the ability of teachers to prepare HOTS questions. The skills of preparing HOTS vocational teachers still need to be considered because HOTS is one of the key skills of prospective workers.

Abstract

The problem underlying this study was the low learning achievement of students in the Financial Accounting and Institutions subject in Class XI AKL at SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia. This research aimed to determine the improvement of students' learning outcomes through the implementation of the Learning Cycle model combined with the Peer Teaching method. The study was conducted at SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia during the 2025/2026 academic year, involving all 17 students of Class XI AKL as the research subjects. The method employed was Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, learning achievement tests, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted quantitatively based on the percentage of students' learning mastery. The results indicated a continuous improvement in students' learning outcomes across each cycle. In the preliminary stage (pre-test), 7 students (41.2%) achieved learning mastery, with an average score of 66.5. After the implementation of the action in Cycle I, the number of students achieving mastery increased to 11 students (64.7%), with an average score of 76.5. In Cycle II, learning mastery further improved to 16 students (94.1%), with an average score of 84.7. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Learning Cycle model combined with the Peer Teaching method was effective in improving the learning outcomes of Class XI AKL students at SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia. ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang mendasari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini berkaitan dengan rendahnya capaian hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga di kelas XI AKL SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle yang dipadukan dengan metode Peer Teaching. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia pada Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026 dengan melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas XI AKL yang berjumlah 17 orang sebagai subjek penelitian. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan masing-masing siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, tes hasil belajar, serta dokumentasi, sementara analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap pelaksanaan siklus. Pada tahap awal (pre-test), tercatat 7 siswa atau 41,2% yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan rata-rata nilai 66,5. Setelah pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I, jumlah siswa yang dinyatakan tuntas meningkat menjadi 11 orang atau 64,7% dengan rata-rata nilai 76,5. Pada siklus II, ketuntasan belajar kembali meningkat menjadi 16 siswa atau 94,1% dengan rata-rata nilai 84,7. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Learning Cycle yang dikombinasikan dengan metode Peer Teaching terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI AKL SMKS PAB 2 Helvetia.

Abstract

Teaching readiness is a fundamental competency that education students must possess before entering the school environment. Field conditions indicate that some Accounting Education students at Universitas Negeri Medan still face challenges in conducting optimal instruction, reflected in unstable self-confidence and classroom management skills that still require improvement. This study aimed to examine the effect of self-efficacy and microteaching learning experience on students' teaching readiness. A quantitative approach with an ex post facto design was employed. The population and sample comprised all 2022-cohort Accounting Education students who had completed the microteaching course, totaling 60 individuals, determined through total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-efficacy and microteaching learning experience simultaneously had a significant effect on teaching readiness, with an F value of 31.579 (sig. < 0.001) and a model contribution of 50.9%. Partially, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.527, while microteaching experience also had a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of 0.258. These findings indicate the need to strengthen microteaching programs and develop strategies to enhance students' self-efficacy as prospective professional educators. ABSTRAK Kesiapan mengajar merupakan kompetensi mendasar yang wajib dimiliki mahasiswa kependidikan sebelum terjun ke lingkungan sekolah. Kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan sebagian mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Medan masih mengalami kendala dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara optimal, tampak dari rasa percaya diri yang belum stabil serta kemampuan pengelolaan kelas yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh efikasi diri dan pengalaman pembelajaran microteaching terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian mencakup seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2022 yang telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah microteaching, berjumlah 60 orang, ditetapkan melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket berskala Likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri bersama pengalaman pembelajaran microteaching secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan mengajar, dengan nilai F sebesar 31,579 (sig. < 0,001) dan kontribusi model sebesar 50,9%. Secara parsial, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,527, sementara pengalaman microteaching juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,258. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penguatan program microteaching serta strategi peningkatan efikasi diri mahasiswa sebagai calon pendidik profesional.
