Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pola kerja sama orangtua dan tutor di Kelompok Bermain An-Nur Binaan UPTD SPNF SKB Ujung Pandang Kota Makassar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orangtua anak didik memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pembimbingan kepada anaknya dan bekerjasama dengan tutor pada kelompok bermain, sehingga orangtua anak didik mampu melakukan pembimbingan pada anaknya dengan baik yang dilakukan di rumah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model based on the Marind Tribe's life principles on the development of students' compassion. The approach used was quantitative with a quasi-experiment design using Nonequivalent (Pretest and Posttest) Control Group Design. The research subjects consisted of 120 students at SD YPPK St Tarsisius Biankuk, SD YPPK St Fransiskus Xaverius I, and SD YPPK Sta. Theresia Buti Merauke, which were divided into experimental and control classes. Data analysis was conducted using the Independent Sample t-test with the help of SPSS IBM 23. The results showed that the application of the PBL model significantly improved students' compassion attitudes, with a calculated t value (50.842) > t table (1.981) and p-value (0.000) < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control classes.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran SAVI (somatic, auditory, visual, intelectual) terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa MIN Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif berupa Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MIN Sidenreng Rappang yang berjumlah 154 peserta didik. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa data hasil belajar IPA siswa merupakan data parametrik sehingga diuji dengan Independent Samples Test sehingga diperoleh nilai sig. 0,000 atau lebih kecil 0,05 yang berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh secara parsial model pembelajaran SAVI (somatic, auditory, visual, intelectual) terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa MIN Sidenreng Rappang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat model pembelajaran SAVI (somatic, auditory, visual, intelectual) terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa MIN Sidenreng Rappang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran SAVI (somatic, auditory, visual, intelectual) terhadap hasil belajar IPA tema lingkungan sahabat kita pada siswa MIN Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers’ pedagogical competence in utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to support learning administration tasks at Al Izhar Cendekia Islamic Kindergarten Makassar. The background of this research is based on the importance of integrating ICT into early childhood education as an effort to improve the quality of learning and administrative effectiveness. This research employed a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the teachers at Al Izhar Cendekia Islamic Kindergarten possess good pedagogical competence in designing, implementing, and evaluating early childhood learning. They have also begun to integrate ICT into both teaching and administrative processes in a selective and contextual manner. ICT tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Canva are used in lesson planning, documenting student development, and communication with parents. Supporting factors for ICT utilization include principal support, regular training, the availability of technological devices, and a collaborative work culture. In contrast, inhibiting factors include limited technical skills among teachers, unstable internet connectivity, and challenges in time management.

Abstract

Kecamatan Sabbang, Kabupaten Luwu Utara, merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil durian dengan produksi melimpah pada musim panen. Kondisi ini kerap menurunkan harga durian secara drastis, bahkan menimbulkan pembusukan akibat keterbatasan daya simpan buah, sehingga petani mengalami kerugian. Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi pengolahan buah durian menjadi produk olahan bernilai tambah sebagai bentuk industri rumah tangga. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dan pembinaan partisipatif melalui praktik langsung pembuatan berbagai produk, seperti dampok durian, pancake durian, nastar durian, dan pukis durian. Kegiatan berlangsung Februari–Juli 2024, melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, petani durian, pengelola PKBM, serta dukungan pemerintah dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan motivasi petani dalam mengelola buah durian, serta terbentuknya komunitas petani durian yang berorientasi usaha. Produk olahan yang dihasilkan berpotensi bersaing di pasar apabila memenuhi standar mutu, kemasan, labeling, dan legalitas. Program ini juga menginisiasi kolaborasi dengan pengusaha lokal sebagai mitra pemasaran dan permodalan. Kesimpulannya, edukasi pengolahan buah durian mampu menjadi strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan, sekaligus solusi atas fluktuasi harga durian pada musim panen. Rekomendasi diberikan pada tiga aspek: (1) akademik, berupa integrasi praktik kewirausahaan dalam pendidikan nonformal; (2) praktis, berupa penguatan manajemen usaha rumah tangga berbasis potensi lokal; dan (3) kebijakan, berupa dukungan pemerintah daerah dalam pembinaan berkelanjutan, akses modal, serta sertifikasi produk.

Abstract

Pendidikan nonformal memiliki peran strategis dalam memberikan kesempatan belajar bagi Anak Berhadapan dengan Hukum (ABH) yang seringkali terpinggirkan dari sistem pendidikan formal. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan nonformal bagi ABH, mencakup bentuk program, strategi pembelajaran, serta hambatan dan solusinya. Metode penulisan menggunakan kajian literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nonformal bagi ABH dilakukan melalui program kejar paket, keterampilan hidup (life skills), konseling, dan pembinaan kepribadian. Tantangan yang muncul antara lain keterbatasan sarana, stigma masyarakat, serta kurangnya tenaga pendidik yang terlatih dalam konteks pendidikan rehabilitatif. Pendidikan nonformal terbukti mampu menjadi media integrasi sosial, pemulihan psikologis, serta peningkatan kompetensi bagi ABH menuju reintegrasi ke masyarakat

Abstract

The growth of the population presents new challenges to food availability. One effort to enhance food adequacy, resilience, and self-sufficiency is the utilization of home garden spaces. However, in urban areas, limited land often becomes a barrier to maximizing yard use. Verticulture techniques offer a solution for vegetable cultivation in restricted spaces. This community service activity aims to introduce verticulture-based vegetable planting as a strategy to strengthen household food security. The participants consisted of residents from several housing complexes within the Somba Opu Subdistrict, Gowa Regency. The program was carried out through lectures and hands-on practice. The activity produced positive outcomes for the participants. Cognitively, their knowledge of verticulture-based vegetable cultivation increased significantly. Meanwhile, in terms of psychomotor skills, there was also an improvement in their ability to grow various types of vegetables using verticulture techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of jigsaw learning model based on Higher Order Thinking Skills on students' 21st century thinking skills. This type of research is quantitative research with a meta-analysis approach. The data sources in this study came from 10 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The process of searching for data sources through google scholar, Eric and Wiley databases. The inclusion criteria in this study are a) research must have experimental and control classes, b) research comes from Scopus and SINTA indexed journals or proceedings, c) research has a relationship with the Higher Order Thinking Skills-based jigsaw learning model towards students' 21st century skills, d) research must be published in the last 5 years range 2018-2023; e) articles must have a value (t), (r), (f); f) sample size> 20 students. Data analysis in this meta-analysis with the help of JSAP 0.8.5 application. From this meta-analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of jigsaw learning model based on Higher Order Thinking Skills on students' 21st century thinking skills (Z = 1.431; p < 0.001; 95% CI [0.612; 0.942]. This effect is criterion high (rRE = 0.845). This finding explains the learning model of jigsaw learning model based on Higher Order Thinking Skills provides a high influence on students' 21st century thinking skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of STEAM-based SETS learning to improve students' science literacy in science learning. This type of research is a meta-analysis of data collection through the analysis of 11 national and international journals published in 2021-2024. Data sampling techniques through purposive sampling techniques. The inclusion criteria in this study are research accessed through the google scholar database; ERIC, Sciencedirect and Wiley, research related to the STEAM-based SETS model to improve students' science literacy in science learning, Research must be indexed by SINTA, Scopus and WOS and research has complete data to calculate effect size. Data search keywords are SETS learning models, STEAM, Science literacy and Science learning. Data selection process through PRISMA method. Data analysis is quantitative analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel application. The results concluded that the STEM-based SETS learning model had a significant effect on students' science literacy skills with an average value of effect size (ES= 0.834) in the high effect size category. The findings provide important information that STEM-based STEM learning modes are effective for improving students' science literacy in science learning with N-gain = 0.41.
