Abstract

Keberhasilan tes pertama yang dibuat pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 melalui upaya menerapkan style mengajar penemuan terbimbing. Dari tiga puluh delapan siswa terdapat empat belas siswa siswa (33%) yang telah mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 67,72. Hasil dari siklus I terdapat 23 siswa (54%) dari 38 siswa, yang telah mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 72,78. Di Termin II terdapat 32 siswa (90%) dari 38 siswa yang telah mencapai tingkat ketuntasan belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 81,01 dapat dilihat bahwa hasil belajar siswa dari tes awal sampai dilakukannya siklus I dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan, dapat dikatakan menggunakan gaya mengajar

Abstract

The unstable condition of Covid-19 pandemic caused teachers be innovative in combining both online learning and face to face learning. Nevertheless, the application of digital media during hybrid learning is still a big issue for teachers in SD Adhyaksa, Medan City, North Sumatra Province. In consequence, it is necessary to hold community service by means of socialization of application digital media for hybrid learning. This service aims to socialize and offer training related to the use of online study through Google Classroom and Google Form to teachers and employees at Elementary School. The methods used to carry out this service activity were lecturing method and direct practice. It started from providing material introduction and direct practice of using Google Classroom and Google Form for teachers. With a variety of features it has, Google Classroom can be used to demonstrate or visualize concept of lessons with no face to face needed. From this service activity the teachers who tried Google Classroom and Google Form got good results. They understood how to apply digital media either in online learning or in offline learning. After getting materials and practices for applying digital media, Google Classroom and Google Form, teachers are accustomed to use these online media for hybrid learning.

Abstract

This study aims to The research method used in this research is quantitative research (experimental), with the type of one-group pretest-posttest design. With the aim of knowing the effect of the use of animation media on the ability of early childhood rhythmic gymnastics. This research was conducted at Eria Kindergarten with the address Jalan Karya Jaya, Medan Johor District. The time for the research to be carried out is in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year, starting from June 6 to June 22, 2022. The population in this study were 35 children in group B. The results of the research on the influence of Video Animation Media to increase the scientific abilities of group B children were carried out in the data comparison stage before being given Video Animation Media (pre-test) and after being given Video Animation Media (post-test). tests). This was carried out in 6 meetings with the first meeting being an introduction and the second meeting explaining the material properties of water and providing activities based on group B children's rhythmic gymnastics, then conducting initial observations to collect data before conducting Video Animation Media and after being given Video Animation Media with assessment instruments that have been provided. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test above, it can be seen that the tcount = 4.914 and because dk = n-1 then dk = 15-1 = 14 and the real level = 0.05 so that the ttable is 1.761. It can be concluded that tcount > ttable = 4.914 > 1.761 thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with it being stated that there is a significant influence on the use of animated video media on the ability of early childhood rhythmic gymnastics in the Medan Johor sub-district for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

Abstract

Credit Unions aim to collectively meet the economic needs of members based on Credit Union principles. KSP CU SAN-YOS MITRA SEJATI, as one of the credit unions that adhere to these principles, also provides savings and loan services. Currently, management and registration at KSP CU SAN-YOS MITRA SEJATI is still done manually by registering in books and using Microsoft. Excel. Additionally, submitted reports are often late. To overcome this problem, KSP CU SAN-YOS MITRA Credit Union needs an information system that should make it easier for directors, supervisors and management to manage KSP CU SAN-YOS MITRA SEJATI and increase member confidence. Savings and Credit Cooperative Information System is designed using waterfall method and supports web operations of KSP CU SAN-YOS MITRA SEJATI with PHP as programming language and MySQL as database . With this information system, data processing becomes easier, more efficient and more careful, and reports can be presented more quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Bullying adalah suatu tindakan penggunaan kekuasaan untuk menyakiti orang lain baik secara verbal, fisik, maupun psikologis, yang menyebabkan korban merasa tertekan, trauma dan tidak berdaya. Bullying di Sekolah merupakan masalah yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan emosional dan akademik anak. Beberapa dampak bullying yang perlu diwaspadai yaitu memicu timbulnya gangguan emosi, masalah mental, gangguan tidur, dan penurunan prestasi.Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program sosialisasi pencegahan bullying di Sekolah menengah pertama sebagai upaya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan positif.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan observasi terhadap siswa di SMP Swasta Madani di Marendal I kab. Deli Serdang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi pencegahan bullying yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan interaktif seperti permainan edukatif, cerita moral, dan penayangan vidio edukasi, secara signifikan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang dampak buruk bullying. Dampak negatif bagi korban yang terkena bullying yaitu sanksi bagi pelaku yang melakukan bullying, upaya penanganan bullying di sekolah, hal-hal yang dapat menghentikan atau mencegah perilaku bullying, dan tips mencegah bullying. Program sosialisasi tindakan bullying di SD Negeri Carul dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pihak sekolah atau siswa/siswi. Adanya sosialisasi tindak bullying tentu membantu siswa/siswi dalam mencegah melakukan tindak bullying dan mengetahui dampak negatif dari bullying bagi korban maupun pelaku.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive research type with a research objective to determine the level of physical fitness of PJKR UPMI Medan students for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is qualitative research using test observation sheets and measurements in collecting data and using 25 PJKR UPMI Medan students. This study obtained the results of the physical fitness level test for PJKR UPMI Medan semester one students. The scores had a good score category with 14 students (56%) of the total 25 respondents. Thus, the results of the physical fitness level test for PJKR UPMI Medan Semester 1 student after the Covid-19 Pandemic can be categorized as Good

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini stelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan regresi linier dengan diolah menggunakan SPSS dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap variabel terikat dimana variabel bebas yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar adalah disiplin kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan membandingkan pengaruh latihan fisik terstruktur dan non-terstruktur terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus fenomenologis, penelitian ini melibatkan 20 mahasiswa yang aktif mengikuti program latihan fisik, baik terstruktur maupun non-terstruktur, selama minimal 6 bulan terakhir. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kedua jenis latihan fisik memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswa, namun melalui mekanisme yang berbeda. Latihan fisik terstruktur membantu dalam pengembangan disiplin, pencapaian target, dan memberikan dukungan sosial yang kuat, yang berkontribusi pada pengelolaan stres jangka panjang. Sementara itu, latihan non-terstruktur menawarkan fleksibilitas dan kenyamanan, yang memberikan mahasiswa kebebasan untuk menyesuaikan aktivitas fisik dengan suasana hati dan kebutuhan mental mereka saat itu. Dukungan sosial dari keduanya juga ditemukan sebagai faktor penting yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi latihan fisik terstruktur dan non-terstruktur dapat memberikan pendekatan yang lebih holistik untuk mendukung kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Rekomendasi untuk universitas adalah menyediakan fasilitas dan program latihan yang dapat mengakomodasi kedua jenis latihan ini, sehingga mahasiswa dapat memilih pendekatan yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan literasi media pada pembelajaran IPAS menggunakan pendekatan Project-Based Learning (PJBL) di kelas V SD Negeri 060824. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mengevaluasi implementasi PJBL terhadap proses pembelajaran, interaksi siswa, penggunaan media, serta perkembangan literasi media dan pemahaman konsep IPAS. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes, kemudian dianalisis untuk melihat perubahan dalam literasi media siswa, keterkaitan antara media dan konsep IPAS, serta aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran. Pada pertemuan pertama, aktivitas siswa mencapai skor 583 dengan persentase 81% (kriteria sangat tinggi). Indikator antusiasme siswa, seperti kesiapan mengikuti pembelajaran, menyimak tujuan pembelajaran, dan menjawab pertanyaan guru dengan antusias, menunjukkan persentase 88% (kriteria sangat tinggi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan PJBL berbantuan media secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan literasi media siswa. Siswa mampu memahami pesan media, mengevaluasi keandalan sumber informasi, dan menginterpretasi media secara kritis. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah agar guru mengintegrasikan media secara efektif dalam pembelajaran IPAS dan menerapkan pendekatan PJBL berbasis proyek kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa.   Development of media literacy in IPAS learning using project-based learning   Abstract: This study aims to analyze the development of media literacy in IPAS (Science, Technology, and Social Studies) learning using the Project-Based Learning (PJBL) approach in Grade V at SD Negeri 060824. The research employs qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to evaluate the implementation of PJBL in learning processes, student interactions, media utilization, and the development of media literacy and understanding of IPAS concepts. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and tests, then analyzed to assess changes in students’ media literacy, the relationship between media and IPAS concepts, and student activities during learning. In the first session, student activities scored 583 with a percentage of 81% (very high criteria). Indicators such as student enthusiasm in conditioning themselves, understanding learning objectives, and answering teacher questions showed a percentage of 88% (very high criteria). The findings indicate that the PJBL approach aided by media significantly improves students' media literacy skills. Students demonstrated better abilities in understanding media messages, evaluating the reliability of resources, and critically interpreting media. The study recommends that teachers integrate media effectively into IPAS learning and apply PJBL with collaborative projects to enhance student engagement and understanding.

Abstract

Command style is a training method that involves direct instruction from the coach to the player with a focus on specific technique control and correction. Meanwhile, shooting in soccer refers to the player's ability to shoot towards the goal with the aim of scoring a goal. This study aims to analyze the effect of command style on shooting ability in soccer games in students at SMPN 2 Medan. This study used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest group design. The sample used was grade VIII students consisting of two groups, namely the experimental group who were given treatment in the form of training using the command style, and the control group who did not receive the treatment. Data were collected through shooting skills tests before and after treatment. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant increase in shooting ability in the experimental group using the command style compared to the control group. These findings indicate that the application of the command style in soccer training can improve students' shooting skills. This study makes an important contribution to developing more effective training methods to improve soccer technique skills, especially in the shooting aspect, in junior high school students.
