Abstract

This research intends to describe online learning in VB SD Inpres Seringgu Merauke. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected using observation and interview techniques. This study found that online learning in VB SD Inpres Seringgu Merauke uses the whatsapp application. The teacher creates a whatsapp group, then the teacher adds students to the group. The implementation of learning through whatsapp is carried out by the teacher by sending learning materials and assignments that have been given by the teacher. Students are given the opportunity to ask questions by the teacher through personal chat. The teacher records students who have and have not submitted assignments. The teacher gives notes for students who have not submitted assignments via whatsapp groups and can be submitted directly to teachers at school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud mendeskripsikan efektivitas whatsapp pada pembelajaran daring di kelas VB SD Inpres Seringgu Merauke Papua. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru dan siswa kelas VB. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini memakai teknik wawacara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan tatap muka langsung dengan memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati penggunaan whatsapp dalam pembelajaran daring. Dokumentasi dilakukan guna mendukung data wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data meliputi kegiatan mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta menarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data penelitian memakai triangulasi teknik dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa whatsapp kurang efektif dalam pembelajaran daring di kelas VB SD Inpres Seringgu, jika orang tua siswa tidak memberikan bimbingan dan pengawasan di rumah. Whatsapp efektif dalam pembelajaran daring, jika orang tua memberikan bimbingan dan pengawasan selama pembelajaran daring di rumah. Hasil tersebut didukung oleh hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan terhadap guru kelas dan siswa kelas VB SD Inpres Seringgu Merauke. Guru menyampaikan bahwa jika orang tua siswa di rumah memberikan bimbingan dan pengawasan kepada siswa selama pembelajaran daring, maka nilai siswa mencapai KKM

Abstract

Lack of digital-based learning resources makes students experience problems in learning. This is because conventional learning resources are less practical so students prefer innovative learning sources. This study aims to compile and use innovative and creative teaching materials by the curriculum, student development, and information technology developments. This research is classified as a development research type with the Dick and Carey model. The research data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the E-book development show that it is very feasible to use. The score obtained is 3.8 or 95% from the validator. This e-book is also considered practical with an average value of 84.07%. The practical value is known by conducting individual trials, large group trials, and teacher assessments. The results of the field test showed that the interactive e-book developed was able to improve problem-solving skills in grade IV students. After being given an interactive e-book, the students' scores classically increased to 92.59%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the interactive e-book developed meets the standards of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness for use in grade IV SD students. The implication of this research has the impact of increasing student motivation in learning so that it affects student learning outcomes that increase.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual untuk Meningkatkan Hasil BelajarMateri Bangun Datar di kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikanpenggunaan model pembelajaran kontekstual untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar materi bangun datar dikelas III sekolah dasar, (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar materi bangun datar di kelas III sekolah dasardengan model pembelajaran kontekstual.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklusdengan tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalahsiswa kelas III SD Negeri 2 Panjer yang berjumlah 39 siswa terdiri dari 22 siswa laki-laki dan 17 siswaperempuan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa, guru, dan observer. Validitasdata menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis datamenggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikansimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kontekstualdilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah: (a) kontruktivisme, (b) menemukan (inquiry), (c) bertanya(questioning), (d) masyarakat belajar (learning community), (e) pemodelan (modelling), (f) refleksi, (g)penilaian sebenarnya (penilaian autentik). Peningkatan ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan prosesbelajar dan hasil belajar materi bangun datar yang ditentukan yaitu 70. Proses belajar siswa meningkatdari 55% menjadi 80%. Hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 45 menjadi 65 dan 77. Persentase ketuntasansiswa juga meningkat dari 10% menjadi 57% dan 85%.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pengggunaan model pembelajaran Kontekstual yang dilaksanakansesuai skenario dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar materi bangun datar pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 2Panjer.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the role of teachers in inculcating religious characters for students with autism, (2) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for inculcating religious characters for students with autism, (3) to describe the character traits of autistic children. This research was qualitative descriptive research. It was conducted at SLB Negeri Anim Ha Merauke.Techniques and instruments of data collection were through interviews and documentation. The data analysis used source triangulation and member check. The results showed that the teacher’s role in inculcating religious character for students with autism at SLB Negeri Anim Ha Merauke was seen in the teacher’s activities in inculcating religious character in schools through learning activities by providing understanding, teaching good habits, and the teacher became the role model for students. The students are expected to have characters that are obedient to God’s commands, polite, tolerant, friendly, and can interact in their environment. So, the students are accepted by the society.

Abstract

Every child has the right to receive basic education without exception. Elementary schools provide services for all children, both normal in general and children with special needs. This argument is reinforced by the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities which calls for inclusive education to be very important. In fact, many elementary schools have not been able to provide services for children with special needs. Teachers feel unable to provide educational services for children with special needs who attend regular schools. This study aims to explore information about teachers' understanding of children with special needs and their types. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected through interviews through the Google Form media and WhatsApp application with source triangulation. The participants were 28 teachers of four schools in Merauke city. The results showed that 92.9% of teachers already knew information about children with special needs in general. However, most of the participants cannot distinguish the characteristics of each type of crew well. It causes teachers to have difficulty in providing appropriate educational services.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bermaksud mengembangkan bahan ajar membaca berbasis pendekatan kontekstual bagi peserta didik kelas 4 SD. Penelitian menggunakan modifikasi model Dick and Carey yang meliputi: (1) identifikasi tujuan umum pembelajaran, (2) melaksanakan analisis pembelajaran, (3) melaksanakan analisis siswa dan konteks pembelajaran, (4) membuat rumusan tujuan khusus pembelajaran, (5) melaksanakan pengembangan instrumen penilaian, (6) melaksanakan pengembangan strategi pembelajaran, (7) memilih dan melakukan pegembangan bahan pembelajaran, , (8) membuat rancangan dan melaksanakan evaluasi formatif pembelajaran, (9) melaksanakan revisi pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kelayakan bahan ajar membaca mencapai 3,8 (sangat valid). Hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh persentase 95% (sangat terlaksana). Hasil respon guru dan siswa memperoleh persentase 98% dan 95% (sangat praktis). Simpulan penelitian yakni pengembangan bahan ajar membaca berbasis pendekatan kontekstual layak dan praktis digunakan oleh siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: bahan ajar membaca, pendekatan kontekstual. Abstract: This research objective were to develop the reading material based on contextual approach of grade 4 elementary school students. This development research using Dick and Carey modification model which consisted of: (1) identify instructional goals, (2) conduct instructional analysis, (3) analyze learner and context, (4) write performance objectives (5) develop assessment instrument, (6) develop instructional strategy, (7) develop and select instructional methode, (8) design and conduct formatif evaluation of instruction, (9) revise instruction. Data collection using questioner, observation and test. Data was analyzed quantitative descriptively. Research result obtained reading material validity as big as 3.8 with very valid category. learning implementation observation result obtained percentage 95% with implemented category. Teacher and student responds obtained percentage 98% and 95% with very practical category. Research result discussion showed that the development of reading material based contextual approach valid and practical used by grade 4 elementary school students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IVB SDN Wasur 2 Merauke. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini yakni siswa kelas IVB SDN Wasur 2 Merauke yang terdiri dari 19 siswa. Penelitian tidakan kelas ini dilaksanakan secara online karena terjadinya wabah Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa menggunakan model CIRC. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Pada pra siklus keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa memperoleh rata-rata 67,84 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 57,89%. Pada siklus I rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat menjadi 70,68 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 68%. Rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat pada siklus II dengan memperoleh rata-rata 74,05 dan ketuntasan klasikal 79%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa implementasi CIRC dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IVB SDN Wasur 2 Merauke.

Abstract

Character education is being intensively carried out by the government. The government launched various programs to support the optimization of character education in schools, including PPK or Strengthening Character Education. This study intends to describe the teacher's role in inculcating the character of fairness in the students of SD Inpres Mopah Baru, Merauke. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were 4 certified teachers. data collection using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted to determine the teacher's role in inculcating the character of fairness by conducting member checks and triangulation of sources. The results showed that in the implementation of fairness character planting, there were still students who deviated from the fairness character, including there were students who cheated, there were students who were impatient when waiting in line, there were students who did not want to follow the rules. Teachers try to deal with character deviations that occur by actively providing assistance and approaches to students. The teacher provides assistance to students who have the potential to deviate such as accompanying students when playing and giving special attention to students who have deviated character. Apart from that, teachers also take approaches such as giving advice at the best times for students. This is in line with the teacher's role, which is not only as a teacher but also as an educator who instills moral values ​​and is responsible for the formation of children's character. The teacher's role in inculcating the character of fairness is good.
