The purpose of this study were to describe (1) the function of library in SDN 04 Tanjung Alai as a source of student learning, (2) the factors causing low visitor Library SDN 04 Tanjung Alai, and (3) tips empower function SDN 04 Tanjung Alai Library as a students learning resource. Data were collected through observation and interviews with principals, teachers and librarians in SDN 04 Tanjung Alai. Data was analyzed through descriptive method. Tips which were done such as (1) by providing additional duties outside the classroom, (2) students are encouraged to make Mading (bulletin board) and the story, taken as a reference at the Library of SDN 04 Tanjung Alai, (3) provide a synopsis as studentsâ€™ assignment, and (4) show the interesting books to read. AbstractThis paper discusses the application of the SIKD archive application in transferring the nagari archive media in the Wali Nagari Pitalah Office, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency. This paper aims to describe (1) the application of archive applications in transferring Nagari archive media, (2) constraints obstacles faced in the application of archive applications in transferring Nagari archives, (3) efforts to deal with obstacles in the application of archive applications in transferring the nagari archive media. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews with staff at the Wali Nagari Pitalah Office, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar District. Analyzing data is done descriptively. Based on the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded as follows. Â The application of the SIKD archive application in transferring the nagari archive media in the Wali Nagari Pitalah Office of Batipuh Subdistrict Tanah Datar District is by installing and setting up the SIKD application, grouping the Archives Before entering the SIKD Archive Application, scanning the Archives owned by the Guardian's Office Nagari Pitalah, Batipuh Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District, and entered the Archives into the SIKD Archive Application.Keyword : archive

Structuring Systems Â Archive Dynamic Field In Sub-Section Determination General Crime In Court Payakumbuh. The problem of this paper is how to setup the system records and constraints faced in the structuring and implementation of archival records at the District Court Payakumbuh. The purpose of writing this paper aims to describe the arrangement of the system records the Subdivision Determination District Court Foreign Affairs Criminal Payakumbuh. The method used for writing this paper uses descriptive method is to describe on an object as it is at any given time. This paper focuses on the management of library materials weeding activityÂ at library of Padang State University. The purpose of this paper are (1) to describe the procedure in weeding activities attheLibrary of Padang State University and (2) to describe any obstacles encountered in the process of weeding at the Library of the State University of Padang. The type of this research isqualitative research through observation and interview.The resultsof the research aresummarized as follow.First, the process of weeding activity management atthe Library of Padang State University has not been effective yet, this activity is still limited to the separation of collection / library materials. Second, obstacles faced in weeding activity management atthe Library of Padang State University is the absence of a written policy in weeding activities management and the absence of follow-up after doing weeding activity. This research aims to describe (1) identification of activities or selection of vital records in the High Court of Padang, (2) the protection and security of vital records in the High Court of Padang, and (3) rescue and recovery of vital records High Court of Padang. Writing this using qualitative methods, analyzing the data carried by describing and explaining data. Data were collected by interview and observation. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded. (1) High Court idetifikasi Padang vital records have not been performing well, because many vital records are not identified as a result of the vital records that do not match the identification process. (2) the protection and security of vital records in the High Court of Padang done differently in each part. (3) Rescue and recovery of vital records in the High Court has never dilaksnakan Padang, because the archive at the High Court in Padang have never experienced a disaster or calamity.

Abstract The study of this research in about biblioterapy as a service development in the school library extraordinary number 1 Padang. The purpose is to describe about, development of bibliotherapy services in the countryâ€™s extraordinary school library number 1 Padang, obstacles encountered in the development of biblioterapy service school library number 1 Padang, effors made in the development of biblioterapy.This mothod descriptive method. AbstractThis paper discusses the procedure for managing the retirement decision file archive at the Regional Personnel Agency in West Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study is to find out how the procedures for managing the retirement decision archive in the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data is collected by interviews and collecting data directly from the original source with employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province. Based on the discussion it can be concluded: 1) recording all data in the archive, all incoming data recorded to the ledger in accordance with the type, after recording the archive is divided into their respective processes; 2) data is transferred to the catalog, if the employee moves / retires, it will affect the number of catalogs used; 3) Removing files (from active to passive files), files whose files are still active, the data is first entered into the ledger and new stored in groups in a static storage area; 4) stored to a static storage area. The design process of making the book procedure for managing employee retirement SK records is as follows: 1) compiling the writing framework; 2) making book covers; 3) making introductory words; 4) making a table of contents; 5) making an introduction; 6) making the main contents of the book, the main elements contained in the book procedure for managing the employee retirement decree archive are a brief discussion of the profile of the West Sumatra Regional Personnel Agency, vision and organizational structure, then proceed to a discussion on the employee retirement decree archive procedure.Keywords: Management, Archives, Procedures

Abstract The purpose of this study is to describe the role of the filing system in supporting work efficiency in the Padang City Library and Archives Service.Â The writing of this paper uses descriptive research methods with data collection techniques through interviews.Â Based on the results of the study it can be concluded as follows.Â (1) The filing system applied in the Padang City Library and Archives Service uses a substitution system, this substitution system is carried out in each area of expertise so that employees and archivists are not fixed with a particular field and gain experience with archives.Â (2) Archival management in the Padang City Library and Archives Service must know the distribution of archives.Â (3) The contribution of records management in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of employees in the Padang City Library and Archives Service. The effectiveness in managing records in an office is influenced by employees working in the filing unit.Keywords:Â system role, filing, work efficiency.

The purpose of this paper is to describe (1) a service activity exists in the library of Bung Hatta Bukittinggi, especially in reading room; (2) the constraints of service in the children's reading room in UPT Perpusatkaan Proklamator Bung Hatta Bukittinggi. The Data collected through observations, interviews and literature study. The findings of this research is based on analysing school financing data can be concluded as follows: (1) children's services has not been in accordance with the existing services namely tutoring services in reading, reading, children's referral service, storytelling, film and performances; (2) the complete lack of infrastructure; (3) the less human resources.
