Abstract

This research aims to develop an effective drill training model to improve smash shot ability in two main directions, namely the straight direction and the cross direction, in volleyball. This training model is designed by taking into account the basic principles of smash technique, body regulation, strength and speed, as well as consistency in training. This research and development procedure uses the Borg & Gall steps. The research design for the development of the Borg & Gall development model is then changed to be simpler and also according to the needs of researchers which involves seven main steps: 1) Preliminary study, 2) Planning 3) Initial draft design , 4) Validation of initial drafts and revisions, 5) Small scale 6) Final product, 7) Effectiveness Test. Small scale trials were carried out at Dehasen Bengkulu University Extracurricular with a sample of 10 people and large scale trials were carried out at the Savvana Volleyball Club with a sample size of 15 people. The effectiveness test was carried out by the two clubs, each taking 10 samples to make 20 samples and testing them through prerequisite tests, namely 1) normality test, 2) homogeneity test 3) sample t test. The results of the research are that the final product is produced in the form of a model for the development of drill smash training in straight and cross directions with Root obstacle media to increase the accuracy of smashes in volleyball athletes. Very feasible” which was analyzed through the Aiken V test, with a material expert score of 0.81, media expert 0.96, small scale trial 0.90 and large scale trial 0.93 with an average criteria value of “Very High”.

Abstract

This study investigated the effects of different coaching leadership strategies on the motivation and performance of volleyball players in the Pusri team. By employing a mixed-methods approach, the research analyses transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership styles. Results show that transformational leadership significantly enhances intrinsic motivation and performance, fostering team cohesion and individual development. Transactional leadership, while effective short-term, presents challenges in sustaining long-term motivation due to its reliance on external rewards. Laissez-faire leadership benefits self-motivated players but can negatively impact those needing more guidance. The study concludes that adaptive leadership, tailored to individual and team needs, is crucial for optimizing performance. Recommendations include prioritizing transformational techniques, balanced use of transactional methods, and selective application of laissez-faire strategies. These findings contribute to both theoretical understanding and practical applications in sports leadership.

Abstract

The study focused on increasing student motivation and academic achievement in physical education, sports, and health (PJOK) subjects at PGRI Kundi Junior High School by implementing Merdeka curriculum-based strategies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was gathered through in-depth interviews, observations, and questionnaires involving 10 eighth-grade students, 2 teachers of physical education, sports, and health subjects, and the school principal. The data analysis revealed that both teachers and students experienced improved learning motivation and academic outcomes. The collaborative approach between teachers and students fostered a more relevant and dynamic learning environment, further enhancing the quality of education. The effectiveness of this strategy highlights the potential for more contextual and relevant learning methods that align with the demands of the Merdeka curriculum. By engaging students in a more flexible, student-centered curriculum, their enthusiasm and commitment to learning are significantly heightened. The positive changes in teaching methods and assessments have not only improved students’ physical skills but also supported their overall academic performance. This approach has proven particularly beneficial in fostering a deeper connection between students and their learning processes. Teachers play a crucial role in maintaining this momentum by continually adapting their strategies to the evolving needs of their students. The success of the Merdeka curriculum in this context suggests that similar approaches could be effective in other subjects as well. Ultimately, this model presents a promising avenue for enhancing educational outcomes in diverse learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Pop-Up Book media on students’ learning outcomes in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject for fourth-grade students at SDN 07 Payaraman. This research employed a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population consisted of all 34 fourth-grade students at SDN 07 Payaraman. Data analysis was conducted using a t-test. The results showed that students’ learning outcomes improved after the use of Pop-Up Book media, with an average posttest score of 79.41. The hypothesis test using an independent sample t-test indicated that tcount=7.524>ttable=1.692 and a significance value of p=0.000<0.05. These results indicate that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Pop-Up Book media has a significant positive effect on students’ learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for fourth-grade students at SDN 07 Payaraman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model Make A Match on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject at SDN 77 Palembang. This research employed a quantitative experimental method with a True Experimental Design and a Posttest-Only Control Design approach. The population consisted of all fourth-grade students at SDN 77 Palembang, totaling 39 students divided into two classes: IVA and IVB. The sampling technique used was total sampling, involving both classes. The average score obtained by class IVA was 70, while class IVB achieved an average score of 85. The hypothesis testing was conducted using an independent sample t-test with the criterion that Ha is accepted if tcount>ttable. The results showed that tcount=3.912>ttable=1.687 and the significance value was p=0.000<0.05. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) rejected, indicating that the Make A Match cooperative learning model significantly affects students’ IPAS learning outcomes at SDN 77 Palembang.

Abstract

This article explores the phenomenon of repeated Hajj in Indonesia through the guideline of Maqashid Sunnah, intending to provide a critical reinterpretation of this practice. As one of the fundamental pillars of Islam, Hajj has deep spiritual and social significance. However, the trend of repeated Hajj in Indonesian society has raised various controversies, including social, economic, and religious implications. By employing a Maqashid Sunnah approach, this article intends to uncover the underlying objectives of Sharia behind the Hajj rituals as revealed in Hadiths. Furthermore, it explores the implications of this phenomenon on public understanding of Hajj and its religious values. The results show that the primary purpose of prescribing Hajj in Hadith is to ensure the maintenance of the Holy Land every year and to perform Hajj for every Muslim who has not yet done so. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) performed Hajj only once during his lifetime, despite having the opportunity to perform it thrice in 8 AH, 9 AH, and 10 AH. For him, social welfare was prioritized over personal benefit, leading him to focus on disseminating Islamic teachings and providing sustenance to those in need, caring for orphans, and engaging in jihad for the sake of Allah. The findings of this analysis are expected to provide a broader understanding of the meaning of Hajj in Indonesian society and cultivate awareness of the importance of proper understanding of Maqashid Sunnah in religious practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh model talking stick terhadap hasilbelajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPA di SD Negeri 208 Palembang. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu, Variabel Bebas(X): Model Talking Stick, dan Variabel Terikat (Y): Hasil Belajar Siswa. Jenis eksperimen yangdigunakan yaitu pre-experimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Pengumpulan datadalam penelitian ini dengan cara tes soal pilihan ganda. Adapun sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruhsiswa kelas V. Sebagai kelas eksperimen yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Analisis data dalampenelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 22 dan hasilnya ada pengaruh model talking stickterhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran IPA dilihat dari hasil analisis output sig(2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkanterdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model talking stick terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V padamata pelajaran IPA di SD Negeri 208 Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media flash card berbasis digital materi zat tunggal dan zat campuran kelas V SD yang valid dan praktis. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan Research and Depelopment (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi dengan analisis kevalidan dan kepraktisan. Dari hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa media flash card berbasis digital yang dikembangkan mendapatkan hasil “Valid” bedasarkan hasil validasi dari ketiga validator yaitu ahli, materi, media dan bahasa dengan persentase rata-rata 72,27% dengan kategori “Valid” dan layak untuk digunakan. Sedangkan pengembangan media flash card berbasis digital dinyatakan praktis dapat dilihat dari uji coba one to one dengan memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 76% dan uji coba small group yang memperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 77,29% dengan kriteria “Praktis”menurut penilaian siswa. Penilain tersebut menunjukkan bahawa media flash card berbasis digital layak digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran mengenai materi zat tunggal dan zat campuran.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembelajaran, karena dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi kepada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Audio Visual Berbantuan Capcut Apps Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 143 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif  Eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain  True Eksperimen Post-Test Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 143 Palembang. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 27 siswa kelas V.A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 27 siswa kelas V.D sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, tes dan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (Uji normalitas dan Uji T) dengan bantuan program SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif audio visual berbantuan capcut apps terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 143 Palembang dengan nilai sig 0,004 < 0,05 dengan t hitung sebesar 3.205 > t tabel 2.059 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif audio visual berbantuan capcut apps terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 143 Palembang.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengankemandirian belajar siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 97 Palembang. Pada penelitian ini yang digunakan merupakanpenelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 18 siswa yang dimana itumerupakan seluruh siswa kelas III SD Negeri 97 Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakanteknik total sampling yaitu seluruh siswa kelas III SD Negeri 97 Palembang. Pada teknik pengumpulan data yangdigunakan pada penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini terdapat hasil yaitu danpola asuh yang dominan pada siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 97 Palembang yakni pola asuh demokrat dan terdapathubungan yang positif lemah dan signifikansi antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas III SDNegeri 97 Palembang. Dapat dilihat hasil dari nilai korelasi yang diperoleh adalah r = 0,271 yang dimana berada padainterval 0,20 ≤ ???? ≤ 0,49 yang berarti menunjukan positif lemah. Terlihat dari r = 0,271 dan P- value = 0,277 lebih besardari nilai ???? = 0,05 maka Ha diterima dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuhorang tua dengan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas III SD Negeri 97 Palembang.
