Abstract

Cerita pendek (cerpen) adalah kisah yang selesai dibaca sekali duduk sekira setengah hingga dua jam. Sehingga minat membaca cerpen sejatinya lebih merupakan proses awal untuk memahami teks yang dibaca. Sehingga apabila seorang membaca suatu cerpen pada dasanya ia memahami unsur di dalam cerpen tersebut. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji apakah minat membaca cerpen itu selaras dengan kemampuan pemahaman struktur cerpen yang dibacanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan signifikan bahwa minat membaca cerpen basabasi.co berkaitan erat dengan pemahaman struktur cerpen yang baik dan benar

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to improve the ability to speak with the adoption of storytelling the third classin Private Elementary Schools Darussalam Cirebon in the academic year 2017/2018. This research is an action using Action Research Model Kemmis and McTaggart. This study was conducted in two cycles with the first cycle consisted of three meetings, and the second cycle consists of 4 meetings. Each cycle do the planning, action, observation and reflection. This research was conducted there whole third grade students. The instrument used to collect data by observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. Monitoring data analysis actions are performed after the data collected will be through checking the completeness of data, data collection, data analysis techniques and descriptive with percentage. The results showed that learning the Indonesian language with storytelling method implementation can enhance the ability to speak. This is indicated from the observed activities and positive response from the students as a whole against the Indonesian language learning with the adoption of storytelling.As well as by an increase in students' speaking ability scores on each indicator and the value end of the cycle test all students in grade III. The increase in value in the first cycle the number of students who were able to achieve success indicator is only 57.70% of the students, and increased in the second cycle into 88.50% of students Keywords: Speech,Method Storytelling

Abstract

This study has the aim of describing the results of research on multiculturalism in Indonesia. The findings of the research papers will be used as the basis for finding new ways, especially for the implementation of multicultural education in the context of basic education that can be used to solve problems in education. The research method used a content analysis of 12 articles in English from 2018-2022 using the keyword "multicultural Indonesia". Research findings indicate that teachers in primary education need to adapt to multicultural developments in Indonesia to solve educational problems. New ways for teachers to promote multiculturalism include: increasing philosophical and sociological understanding of Indonesia; strengthening understanding of policies and curriculum, as well as increasing learning (pedagogy) with a multicultural orientation in the Indonesian context. The recommendation from this research is to apply the multicultural learning model in the primary education classroom.

Abstract

Educational innovation in the era of society 5.0 is important. However, social studies lessons are still low. Therefore, one way to improve the results of social studies lessons that are lacking is by means of learning media. One of them is the snake and ladder neo game media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Neo Snake and Ladder Game media in improving students' social studies skills in the era of society 5.0. The population in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri Cipocok Jaya, Serang, Banten, for the 2022/2023 academic year. The researcher used simple random sampling. Collecting data using social studies test questions and observations. The results showed that (1) the classical completeness test of social studies ability reached a minimum limit of 70, (2) social studies skill skills on Neo Snake and Ladder Game media had reached 75% classical completeness and (3) an increase in the average social studies skill using Neo media. Snakes and Ladders. The game is better than the average social studies ability of students without using Neo Snake and Ladder Games media. Based on the results above, it can be said that the Neo Snake and Ladder Games media is effective in improving students' social studies skills

Abstract

The idea that technology can dramatically change our lives has become a public discourse both within and outside academia. Claims that technology can effect change faster than anything else in human history often convey a sense of urgency that urges us to keep up and inspire fear that parts of our society are being left behind. The cartoon humorously depicts the gap between young people who grew up with technology and older generations who seem mysterious or threatening. Technological change has created a utopian vision of a brave new world, promoting greater equality and active participation. Underlying all these conceptions of modern life is the idea that technological progress creates social changes that require new methods and practices. This study aims to generate interest in learning the social studies model used by Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectual (SAVI), and Multiliteracy students in SD Negeri 74 Bonti-Bonti students, Maros Regency. The type of research used is action research in the classroom. The subjects in this study were all 4th-grade students who took place at SD Negeri 74 Bonti-Bonti, totaling 25 students consisting of 14 boys and 11 girls. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research instruments used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study in cycle I showed that students' interest in learning increased with an average score of 63-81 with a percentage of 43% in the interest category. In cycle II, the average interest in learning was 82-100, with a percentage of 60% being very interested. It can be concluded that using the SAVI and Multiliteration models can increase the learning interest of SD Negeri 74 Bonti-Bonti Students, Maros Regency. Gagasan bahwa teknologi dapat mengubah hidup kita secara dramatis telah menjadi wacana publik baik di dalam maupun di luar akademisi. Klaim bahwa teknologi dapat mempengaruhi perubahan lebih cepat daripada apa pun dalam sejarah manusia sering menyampaikan rasa urgensi yang mendesak kita untuk mengikuti dan menimbulkan ketakutan bahwa sebagian masyarakat kita tertinggal. Kartun itu dengan lucu menggambarkan kesenjangan antara anak muda yang tumbuh dengan teknologi dan generasi tua yang tampak misterius atau mengancam. Perubahan teknologi telah membuka visi utopis tentang dunia baru yang berani, mempromosikan kesetaraan yang lebih besar dan partisipasi aktif. Mendasari semua konsepsi kehidupan modern ini adalah gagasan bahwa kemajuan teknologi menciptakan perubahan sosial yang membutuhkan metode dan praktik baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangkitkan minat belajar IPS model yang digunakan siswa Somatic, Audiotory, Visualization, Intellectual (SAVI) dan Multiliterasi pada Siswa SD Negeri 74 Bonti-Bonti Kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian tindakan di dalam kelas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 4 yang bertempat di SD Negeri 74 Bonti-Bonti yang berjumlah 25 Orang siswa yang terdiri dari laki-laki 14 orang dan perempuan 11 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I terdapat minat belajar siswa meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata berada pada 63-81 dengan persentase 43% kategori berminat. Pada siklus II, minat belajar rata-rata berada pada 82-100 dengan persentase 60% kategori sangat berminat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model SAVI dan Multilterasi dapat meningkatkan minat belajar Siswa SD Negeri 74 Bonti-Bonti Kabupaten Maros.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of project based learning in an effort to develop creative thinking skills of PGSD FKIP students at Esa Unggul University in the Elementary Mathematics Learning course. Data collection techniques used in the form of: a) the method of observation or observation. b) interview method, interviews were conducted as a way to obtain the information needed by researchers by interviewing several students. c) documentation method, this method is used to obtain data about lecturer learning tools in the form of RPS and PjBL activity steps carried out by students in the form of photos. One of the advantages of the project-based learning model is that it is able to train students in using projects/activities as media. This method requires students to be able to explore, assess, interpret, synthesize, and provide information to produce various forms of learning outcomes. With the application of project based learning, creative thinking skills can develop, because the creative thinking skills observed in this study are the ability to identify, analyze, solve problems, think logically and make decisions correctly and can draw conclusions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pembelajaran menulis teks deskripsi bertemakan lingkungan sosial di kelas V sekolah dasar. Menulis sebagai salah satu wujud penggunaan bahasa dengan bermediakan bahasa tulis. Untuk itu, belajar menulis suatu belajar berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa tulis, sehingga menulis suatu kemampuan seseorang menuangkan hasil pikirannya menjadi suatu ungkapan dan perasaan dituangkan dalam bentuk tulisan. Teks deskripsi sebagai suatu untuk menggambarkan, melukiskan dan mendeskripsikan objek dengan kata-kata. Lingkugan sosial sebagai suatu faktor individu (peseta didik) dalam menuangkan gagasan atau ide kedalam bentuk tulisan. Menulis teks deskripsi bertemakan lingkungan sosial dipandang sebagai pembelajaran berbahasa diajarkan dan dilatihkan untuk menghasilkan bahasa tulis, sehingga pembelajaran menulis menjadi penambahan pengetahuan, pembentukan sikap dan pengembangan keterampilan pada aktivitas ruang maupun waktu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan sistematika literature review. Sebanyak 25 jurnal direview, dari empat database dicari untuk pembelajaran menulis di sekolah dasar, pembelajaran bahasa berbasis genre teks, menulis teks deskripsi, lingkungan sosial dan model pembelajaran. Hasil review ini akan memberikan informasi tentang menulis teks deskripsi bertemakan lingkungan sosial di kelas V sekolah dasar, sehingga dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran apa saja dapat dikembangkan dalam konteks pembelajaran menulis di sekolah dasar.KATA KUNCI: Pembelajaran Menulis; Teks Deskripsi; Lingkungan Sosial; Model Pembelajaran WRITE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT-THEMED DESCRIPTION TEXTS ABSTRACT: Study this aim for explain learning write text description themed social environment in grade V elementary school. Abstract

Abstract: Development of Digital Wordless Picture Book Teaching Materials Based on Character Values in Learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education for Class III Elementary Schools. This study aims to introduce and apply character values in everyday life. This type of research is Research and Development (Reseach and Development) using the Four D (4D) development model. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive statistics. The data in this study were obtained from expert validation of Civics learning materials of 90% very good, media expert validation 96.36% very good, linguistic expert validation 96% very good, and the results of development trials (one to one evaluation, small group evaluation and field test) 100% very good. The results of the development in this study were in the form of digital wordless picture book teaching materials based on character values in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Class III Elementary School learning.Keyword: Development, Wordless Picture Book, Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) Abstrak : Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Wordless Picture Book Digital Berbasis Nilai Karakter dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan menerapkan nilai karakter dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Reseach dan Development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Four D (4D). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam peneilitain ini adalah statistik deskriptig kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari validasi ahli materi pembelajaran PPKn  sebesar 90% sangat baik, validasi ahli media 96,36% sangat baik, validasi ahli bahasa 96% sangat baik, dan hasil uji coba pengembangan (one to one evaluation, small group evaluation dan field test) 100% sangat baik. Hasil pengembangan pada penelitian ini berupa produk bahan ajar wordless picture book digital berbasis nilai karakter pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) Kelas III Sekolah Dasar.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Wordless Picture Book, Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn)

Abstract

The ability to think at a high level in the 21st century is certainly very important, especially in the world of education which is expected to be able to produce a superior generation who is ready to face problems in the future. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture (2021) that Higher Education personnel and Indonesian students who are part of the productive age need to prepare themselves early by honing and improving 5C skills. This is in line with the construction of 5C skills consisting of Complex Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Creativity, Coordinating with Others, Cognitive Flexibility. Critical thinking skills can be developed through a learning model, one of which is a discovery-based learning model (discovery learning). This study aims to determine the influence of the discovery learning model on the critical thinking ability of elementary school (MI / SD) students. This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental research methods with a nonequivalent control group design design. This study sampled 48 students. The data collection technique uses a question instrument in the form of a description consisting of 10 valid and reliable questions. Data analysis techniques for normality tests use kolmogorov-smirnov technique, for homogeneity tests using levene tests with test criteria based on mean and t-tests for hypothesis testing. To find out whether or not there is an influence on students' critical thinking skills, a t test is carried out using an independent sample t test. From the test results of the pretest hypothesis count = 0.882 and ttabel = 1.67, it can be concluded that there is no difference between the pretest results of the experimental class and the pretest results of the control class. As for testing the posttest hypothesis, the calculated value = 6.455 and ttabel = 1.67 were obtained, so it can be concluded that there is a difference between the posttest results of the experimental class and the posttest results of the control class. This can be interpreted to mean that the ability to think critically using the discovery learning model is higher than the conventional model (cooperative model).
