<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan kolase menggunakan media biji-bijian di PAUD Annisa Padang Betuah. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang difokuskan pada situasi kelas, atau lazim dikenal dengan classroom action reseach prosedur yang digunakan berbentuk siklus (cycle). Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B yang berjumlah 10 orang anak. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunakan model Jhon Elliot dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat bagian pokok yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi yang dilakukan melalui dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan iklus II dengan dua kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dengan penekanannya digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan proses yang dinyatakan dalam sebuah predikat, sedangkan analisis data kuantitatif digunakan untuk kemampuan sosial emosional pada anak disatuan PAUD ANNISA pada siklus I pertemuan I dan II sebesar 54% dan pada siklus II pertemuan I dan II didapati peningkatan sebesar 84%. Simpulan penelitian bahwa melalui media biji-bijian dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak pada kelompok B disatuan PAUD ANNISA Padang Betuah, terbukti pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan signifikan, hasil persentase pencapaian sebesar 84% dengan kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB).]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam penerapan pola hidup sehat dengan gizi seimbang di PAUD Jaya Lestari Desa Abu Sakim Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang menghasikan dan mengolah data yang bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Guru memiliki peran yang besar terhadap penerapan pola hidup sehat dengan gizi seimbang di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil peneletian, menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran dalam penerapan pola hidup sehat dengan gizi seimbang. Dimana guru telah memberikan pembiasaan-pembiasaan seperti pembiasaan cuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah makan, pembiasaan pemerikasaan kuku secara rutin, pembiasaan minum air putih, pemberian makanan tahapan satu bulan sekali, pemeriksaan DDTK dan mengenalkan dan membiasakan anak untuk memakan makanan yang bergizi.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan keterampilan motorik halus melalui kegiatan menggunting dengan media daun kering pada anak usia dini di PAUD Cita Ananda Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau disebut juga Classroom action research dengan prosedur yang digunakan berbentuk siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A di PAUD Cita Ananda Bengkulu Tengah yang berjumlah 17 orang anak. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus dua pertemuan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskripsi kualitatif dan kuantitaif dengan penekananya digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan proses yang dinyatakan dalam sebuah predikat, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dugunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil dengan menggunakan presentase. Hasil peningkatan kemampuan peningkatan kemampuan meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus melalui kegiatan menggunting dengan media daun kering pada anak usia dini di PAUD Cita Ananda pada siklus I pertemuan ke I dengan presentase 35,29%, di siklus ke I pertemuan ke II dengan presentase 52,94%, siklus ke II pertemuan ke I dengan presentase 69,92% dan siklus II pertemuan ke II dengan presentase 83,59%. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa menggunakan media daun kering dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motoric halus pada anak di PAUD Cita Ananda Bengkulu Tengah, terbukti pada siklus II pertemuan Ke II terjadi peningkatan dengan hasil presentase pencapaian sebesar 83,59% dengan kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB).]]>

<![CDATA[It is necessary to take action because the speaking abilities of the youngsters at Baitul Hikmah Early Childhood Education have declined. The purpose of this study is to enhance young children's speaking skills in early childhood education by using role-playing exercises. The John Elliot model of classroom action research is applied in this study methodology. Teachers, parents, and kids in Baitul Hikmah 1 Early Childhood Education are the subjects of this study. There are nine males and eleven girls among the twenty children. Data for this study were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher observed the children at Baitul Hikmah Early Childhood Education 1 and their speaking ability. Both quantitative and qualitative analysis were employed to analyze the data for this study. The study's findings demonstrate that playing activities can help Baitul Hikmah 1 Early Childhood Education students' speaking abilities.]]>

<![CDATA[Freedom to Learn is an educational terms that is currently being promoted by the Minister of Education and Culture. It is hoped that the principle of Freedom to Learn can accelerate the process of education reform in Indonesia, which has so far been considered to be slowly withering. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar is motivated by the results of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) which shows that 70% of students aged 15 years are below the minimum competence in understanding simple reading or applying basic mathematical concepts. This community service activity focuses on sports teachers in JSIT Bengkulu who are given training on the content of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila, then the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila in PJOK learning. The method used in this activity is Lectures on the Content of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila students, the Implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka and Profil Pancasila in PJOK learning). Evaluation of the success of this activity is carried out smoothly and well. The response of the participants during this activity was very positive and very enthusiastic. Where the theme of this activity is useful for all sports teachers who are members of JSIT in carrying out kurikum merdeka belajar learning. ]]>

<![CDATA[Making E - Records Implementation at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion is strived for perfection in the administration of archives that has not be integrated , systemic , and often comprehensive document management - document remains piecemeal by sections - sections , recording archives - still manually archive all of which are not apart from the common understanding and interpretation of the records are still limited and narrow by various groups , including among state officials to make the job was not effective and efficient when faced with the need for quick information . Data collection method used is through observation and literature and the latter is making software through a structured analysis and design .Based on a review of theory, analysis, and implementation is done on the conclusion that the Archives has the functionality and usefulness in supporting the activities of the state and the implementation function adininistrasi - management functions , in addition to the information in the records should be maintained in a system called records management ( e - Archive ) which is the management of the entire data file , so that later in the process of data retrieval and archival information becomes easier , quite accurate and quite valid , and can assist the organizers in accordance with archival principles , kaedah and archival standards .Keywords : E - Archive , Implementation]]>

<![CDATA[This report describes the results of community service activities carried out by Dehasen University Bengkulu with the title ‘Curriculum Management and Development of Quality Teaching, Research, and Education Development at SMA 8 Bengkulu City.’ This activity aims to improve the quality of education at SMA 8 Bengkulu City by focusing on strengthening curriculum management, developing innovative teaching methods, and encouraging a culture of research among teaching staff. During the activity, the needs of the school were identified, followed by the organisation of workshops and training for teachers. The materials presented included the preparation of a competency-based curriculum, the application of creative learning methods, and the use of effective evaluation techniques. In addition, teachers were also given an understanding of the importance of classroom action research (PTK) to improve the quality of learning. The results of this activity show an improvement in the preparation of a more structured and competency-based curriculum, as well as the application of learning methods that are more innovative and in accordance with student needs. Teachers are also more open to the practice of research as a means to improve and develop the learning process. Despite several obstacles, such as time constraints and the diverse abilities of the participants, this activity succeeded in having a significant and beneficial impact on improving the quality of education at SMA 8 Bengkulu City.]]>

<![CDATA[The child's gross motoric development has not yet been developed. The child has not been able to coordinate body movements to train flexibility, balance, and agility, has not been able to coordinate the movements of the eyes, feet, hands, head in imitation, has not been able to do physical games with rules. This study aimed to analyze the traditional game of jumping rope to increase gross motor capacity in early childhood. This type of research is classroom action research. This study uses the Jjpn Elliot model in each cycle, and there are four main activities: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 15 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and documentation. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative-quantitative. The result of the research is that the percentage of the implementation of the action in the first cycle is 75% (developing as expected), and a significant increase is shown in the second cycle with a percentage of 86% (developing very well). It can be concluded that children's gross motor skills can be increased by using the traditional game of jumping rope. This research implies that teachers can use the traditional jumping rope game to improve gross motor skills in early childhood.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of leadership management in improving the quality of educational services in higher education through a qualitative approach using literature study analysis. The research focuses on exploring transformational, situational, and participative leadership theories as the foundation for designing effective managerial strategies. The findings reveal that the implementation of adaptive and innovative leadership models not only enhances institutional internal performance but also strengthens academic service capacity through collaboration, human resource empowerment, and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of stakeholders. Further analysis demonstrates that integrating participative and transformational leadership principles fosters an inclusive educational environment oriented toward continuous improvement. These findings affirm the critical synergy between flexible leadership styles and structured management policies in driving the transformation of higher education services. The study provides practical recommendations for policymakers and higher education stakeholders to adopt holistic leadership approaches aligned with contemporary challenges, while opening avenues for further research on managerial innovations in the education sector.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is grounded in the strategic role of the principal as the primary driver of educational quality improvement through effective supervisory leadership. In the context of rapid technological advancement, evolving educational policies, and increasing accountability demands, principals are required to transform their supervisory approaches from administrative and compliance-oriented practices toward participatory, visionary, and development-focused leadership. This study aims to analyze the level of principal leadership transformation in the supervisory function based on teachers’ and education personnel’s perceptions, and to identify the strongest and weakest implementation indicators. A descriptive quantitative design was employed using a total sampling technique involving 31 respondents at SDN 16 Bengkulu Selatan. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 35 Likert-scale statements and analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine frequency distribution, percentages, and mean scores for each indicator. The findings reveal that most supervisory leadership indicators fall within the good to very good categories. The highest mean scores were observed in exemplary discipline and the principal’s role as an initiator of reform, while the lowest score was found in the indicator related to granting complete freedom without control. These results support Transformational Leadership and Managerial Role theories, highlighting the importance of vision, role modelling, participatory engagement, and structured supervision. The study concludes that supervisory leadership practices are generally aligned with modern leadership principles but require strengthening in post-supervision follow-up mechanisms and in balancing teacher autonomy with appropriate supervisory control. The study contributes a detailed mapping of supervisory indicators grounded in contemporary leadership theory.]]>
