Abstract

Jagung (Zea mays) merupakan salah satu komoditas strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia karena merupakan bahan makanan penghasil karbohidrat kedua setelah padi. Program swasembada jagung yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah membutuhkan kerjasama yang baik dari petani maupun pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi terhadap jumlah produksi jagung, serta untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi dalam usahatani jagung di Desa Bulupountu Jaya Kecamatan  Sigi Biromaru. Metode penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode acak sederhana dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara sampel acak. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Cobb-Douglas dan Analisis Efisiensi Harga.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel luas lahan (X1), bibit (X2), pupuk (X3) dan tenaga kerja (X4) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi jagung.Nilai efisiensi harga masing-masing input produksi dan nilai t hit> 1, ini menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi yang maksimal belum tercapai, sehingga penggunaan faktor produksi perlu ditambahkan agar mencapai kondisi yang efisien.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui perbandingan tingkat konsumsi dan pendapatan dan Mengkaji kecenderungan tingkat mengkonsumsi Masyarakat Tani Padi Sawah Desa Karawana Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan April sampai dengan Bulan Juli 2013. Penentuan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purpossive). Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode secara acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling). Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 30 responden dari 253 KK petani padi sawah. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis pendapatan dan analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil analisis pendapatan menunjukan bahwa Pendapatan rata-rata yang diperoleh petani responden padi sawah pada satu kali musim tanam di Desa Karawana Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi yaitu sebesar Rp.11.740.058,82/ha. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa di Desa Karawana Kecamatan Dolo Kabupaten Sigi pendapatan berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat konsumsi, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa variasi pendapatan dapat mempengaruhi variasi konsumsi. Saran yang dapat diberikan bahwa kecenderungan mengkonsumsi sama dengan tingkat pendapatan, agar petani mampu melakukan saving.

Abstract

This research aims at finding out the level of  household poverty and analyzing the factors influencing the household poverty. The data were analyzed by using headcount index analysis, poverty gap analysis, distribution revenue analysis, total revenue of household analysis, and regression analysis. The poverty level can be seen from the seriousness of poverty index, namely 1.72 which means the poor household expenses various with the acerage value 1.72. the distribution revenue at Soi village, west Marawola district, Sigi regency showed that the average value of household income in 2017 was 246.000, with the coefficient Gini Ratio 0.22 or in the low inequality category. The results of regression analysis showed that the coefficient of terminated (R2) was 0.472. the total of household income variable gave negative significant influence with the coefficient of elasticity -2.341 (p < 0,05), the number of elasticity 3.325 (p<0.05), the age of head of household variable gave negative variable of land ownership gave positive insignificant influence with the value 0.726 and dummy variable of educational status of household gave positive significant influence with the value 0.633.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business development strategies of fish sambal roa right   to apply to Industry "Citarasaku" Tinggede Village District of Marawola Sigi. This research         was conducted in September to October 2015, the number of respondents as many as six people. The analysis tool used is the SWOT analysis, by analyzing internal and external factors of the industry Citarasaku ". The based on the results of SWOT analysis that the position of industrial strategy" Citarasaku "is at kuadran I is at position strategy Strengths - Opportunities (SO), the result showed some business development strategies roa sauce fish appropriate to be applied in the industry "Citarasaku" ie (a) Utilizing the availability of raw materials to increase production in order to capture opportunities in high demand, (b) Utilizing packaging attractive products and prices affordable products in order to capture opportunities through the rapid development of the media campaign, (c) Continue to maintain the quality of their products in order to capture opportunities from the government through the assistance and activities organized by the government as an exhibition. Key Words : Citarasaku, strategy development, SWOT Analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to 1). Know the characteristics of the sharecroppers on the rice farming in the village of Kaleke Sub District West Dolo Sigi Regency, and 2). Know the earned income sharecroppers on the rice farming in the village of Kaleke Sub District West Dolo Sigi Regency. Sampling taken in this study was by using saturated sampling methods (census), the number of samples taken in this research is 42 people from a population of 42 sharecroppers on the rice farming. The analysis used were descriptive analysis and analysis of revenue. The results of the analysis showed that in the associated with the characteristics of sharecroppers on the rice farming in the village of Kaleke Sub District West Dolo Sigi Regency, average as was productive as educational level of respondents on average in high school, and experience farming respondents mostly ranging between 10-20 years. System of the sharing outcome that is in the village of Kaleke is revenue sharing system where sharecroppers have the right of 70% and land owners the right of 30% of income. But the whole operational costs during the production process are covered by sharecroppers. The average income of the sharecroppers the rice farming in the village of Kaleke Sub District West Dolo Sigi Regency with 0.67 Ha land area amounting of Rp. 7.583.590,87 for a growing season and conversion of land area 1 Ha Rp. 11.375.386,31 for a growing season.

Abstract

Dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) is not the originally Indonesia fruit because this fruit is from Middle America and North America, however it can grow well in Indonesia because Indonesia climate is suitable for the its development and growth. Dragon fruit in Central Sulawesi just be developed on 2012. At the beginning, only saveral farmers interest to cultivate, as the time running, price and the demand of dragon fruit getting high cause the farmers interest to develop it. This study aims to determine the effect of income factors, prices, the number of dependents of the familly, age and sex on the demand of dragon fruit in Palu City. This research was conducted at Swalayan BNS in Palu City from March to April 2017. The analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that there are several influence of factors effecting the demand which consist of income, the price of dragon fruit, the number of family dependents, age and sex on the demand of dragon fruit in Palu City. It can be concluded that the income variable, dragon fruit price, and age have significantly influenced on the demand for dragon fruit in Palu city, while the number of family dependents and sex was not significantly affect the demand for dragon fruit in Palu City. Keywords: Dragon fruit, demand, Multiple linear regression analysis.

Abstract

Central Sulawesi is one of Indonesias rice-producing areas potentially to be developed due to its vast area and abundant resources.The purpose ofthis research was to determine the income and feasibility of wetland rice farming system in Sienjo village Toribulu sub district of Parigi Moutong district. The number of samples of 31 respondents was drawn from a population of 102 farmers using a simple random sampling technique.The average revenue generated by the farmers was IDR 17,400,768/1.03 ha/planting season (PS) or IDR. 16,856,992/ha/PS with an average cost ofIDR. 8.797.013/1.03ha/PS or 8.540.790/ha/PS, therefore the average income was IDR 8,603,760/1.03ha/PS or IDR. 8.334.892/ha/PS. The feasibility value ofthe wetland farming system in Sienjo village Toribulu subdistrict of Parigi Moutongdistrict was 1.98 indicating that  any expenditure of IDR 100 will generate revenue of  IDR 198. Thus, thewetland rice farming in the Village of Sienjo is feasible to be developed. Keywords:Feasibility, Income, Wetland rice farming.

Abstract

Control of raw materials availability has positive impact to the continuity of production and increase corporate profits, and this also function to the production of breadfruit chips by Citra Lestari, a home industry of breadfruit chip. This study aimed to determine the amount of raw material purchase breadfruit chips were the most economical, knowing the right schedule to buy raw materials to made breadfruit chip and knowing the coming schedule to purchase raw material. The results showed that the use of raw materials to produce chip per period was 4,815 breadfruits year-1 with 140,000 as booking fee and 20,000 IDR as storage cost year-1. Therefore, The most economical was to buy 108 breadfruits for each production cycle, with optimal order frequency was 8 times with lead time of raw materials for 1 week, there were about 207 breadfruits used in a week, safety stock calculated as about 108 fruits for a week if every week there are maximum 250 fruits are needed, with lead time 1 week.

Abstract

Matantimali village is a part of Sigi regency that currently has 147 households category zedas pre-prospero us families and the majority of them work in farming sector. This research was conducted in Matantimali village located exactly in West Marawola sub district of Sigi regency.The aim of this research was to determine whether such variables as education, number of family dependents, and asset ownership affected the poverty of the farmer households. This research was conducted fromJuly to August 2016.The samplesselected 50 households. Method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The dependent (X1) and land area variables individually had significant effect on the income of the farmer households in Matantimali village.  Education dummy (DP) of those who weregraduated would increase the income compared with those who were not.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the wide of area and the commodity of sub sector base of plantation crops in Parigi Moutong Regency. This research was conducted in Parigi Moutong. This location was selected by purposive sampling with considering that the Parigi Moutong Regency has high contribution on the level of plantation crops in central Sulawesi Province. Data used is secondary data as data of production data and the wide of plantation crops of 2011 to 2015. Analysis method used is locatin quotient (LQ) analysis. The result of this research showed that the average of LQ based on the wide of area, cocoa commodity is as a base commodity LQ>1 and the value is 1,52, the value of LQ based on the production of three commodity cloves, LQ 1.31, the value of coconut commodity is LQ 1.46 and cacao commodity is LQ 1.58.
