ABSTRACTThis observation aims to cognize how feminism is represented and analyzed in movie “Dangal”. Film as one of the biggest medium of mass media makes advocating ideologies and/or movements through film is a great choice. “Dangal” by director Nitesh Tiwari proves it with the feminism that they slipped in. Feminism is an ideology and movement that share the common goal to achieve equal rights for women. The method used in this observation is critical discourse analysis by Norman Fairclough with qualitative descriptive approach and full object observation. By the time the observation is done, the writer find out that women is represented in this film by the scenes in which analyzed with textual data and classified into to aspects; social aspect and professional aspect. The author also analyzed the research object by seeing the discourse practice and sociocultural discourse. Thus, the author concludes that feminism gained a lot of recognition and development after the Phogat sisters, Geeta and Babita, became World Wrestler Champions. The society in India who follow a patriarchal system finally see that women can also compete in professional works outside of family. The same situation can be found in Indonesia. Keywords: critical discourse analysis, film, feminism, representation ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana representasi perempuan dikonstruksikan dalam film “Dangal” dan perbandingannya dengan realitas keadaan perempuan di India dan Indonesia ini.. Film sebagai salah satu medium media massa yang paling berpengaruh menjadikan advokasi ideologi atau kepercayaan melalui film menjadi ampuh. Film “Dangal” karya sutradara Nitesh Tiwari mengandung advokasi feminisme, sebuah gerakan atau ideologi yang memperjuangkan persamaan hak bagi perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian analisis diskursus kritis pendekatan Fairclough dengan tipe penelitian pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif serta pengamatan secara menyeluruh pada objek. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti memperoleh hasil bahwa representasi perempuan dalam film “Dangal” dapat dilihat dari potongan-potongan scene yang dianalisis secara tekstual yang dapat dikelompokkan dalam aspek sosial dan profesional. Peneliti juga menganalisis pada level praktik diskursus dan praktik sosiokultural. Diperolah bahwa emansipasi perempuan mengalami perkembangan di daerah Haryana dan India setelah Geeta Phogat dan Babita Phogat menjurai kontes gulat dunia, kesuksesan dua bersaudari ini membuat masyarakat berpenganut sistem patriarki mulai melihat bahwa perempuan dapat bersaing di dunia profesional di luar ranah urusan domestik keluarga. Keadaan serupa ditemukan di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: analisis diskursus kritis, film, feminisme, representasi

This study focuses and aims to describe the interpersonal conflict management of homosexuals in interacting in the city of Makassar in ingroup and outgroup. Using a qualitative approach, data were taken from the field as a result of in-depth interviews with homosexual informants, two gays and two lesbians in the city of Makassar. The results of this study indicate that each informant has a different way of resolving conflicts depending on the form and type of conflict affecting the way conflict resolution of homosexuals. Efforts to deal with lesbian conflict are easier to deal with in-group conflicts than in outgroup conflicts. Conversely, gays are easier to deal with outgroup conflicts than ingroup conflicts.

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh bermain game mobile Mobile Legends: Bang Bang pada kepuasan hubungan keluarga. Kepuasan Hubungan keluarga diukur menggunakan versi skala kepuasan hubungan keluarga Olson yang diterjemahkan dan sedikit dimodifikasi. Pemain Mobile Legends: Bang Bang mengisi kuesioner survei online sebagai prasyarat untuk pendaftaran kompetisi Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Secara total, 204 tanggapan yang valid dikumpulkan. Analisis korelasional mengungkapkan bahwa tidak ada korelasi antara rentang waktu pemain telah bermain Mobile Legend: Bang Bang dengan kepuasan hubungan keluarga. Tidak ditemukan pula korelasi antara lama pemain bermain Mobile Legend: Bang Bang dalam satu sesi dengan kepuasan hubungan keluarga. Tetapi ditemukan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara tingkat keseringan bermain Mobile Legend: Bang Bang dengan kepuasan komunikasi keluarga gamer. The communications group has a central role in communicating the latest innovations in the field of cocoa. In this study used the term 'farmer' as 'key opinion leader' who served and serve to transfer knowledge through group learning cocoa farmers, especially in South Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is to categorize ' key role farmer' as ' opinion leader ' in accelerating innovation acceptance farmers ranging from planting, maintenance, disease, pests, quality, and innovation is the latest plant cocoa. Type of research uses qualitative descriptive approach which describes the role of the farmer' as ' key 'opinion leader. Results of the study found the group communication 'key farmer’ that serve as ‘ opinion leader' became a source of information from the chairman of the group of farmers who have the level of knowledge, motivation, and understanding a skilled technology and then to transfer knowledge to other members of the farmers group. The key role of the farmer in the group functioning seeking informatio, searching informaton, and utilization information, and dissemination of agricultural innovations in the field of cocoa, especially in South Sulawesi. The key role of the farmer is called "behavioral information" or information behavior that can motivate the acceptance of cocoa farmers against the latest innovations in the field of cocoa.Komunikasi kelompok memiliki peran sentral dalam mengomunikasikan inovasi-inovasi terbaru di bidang kakao. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan istilah ‘key farmer’ sebagai ‘opinion leader’ yang berperan dan berfungsi mentransfer pengetahuan melalui pembelajaran kelompok petani kakao, khususnya di Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengategorisasi peran ‘key farmer’ sebagai ‘opinion leader’ dalam mempercepat penerimaan inovasi petani mulai dari cara penanaman, pemeliharaan, penyakit, hama, kualitas, dan inovasi-inovasi terbaru tanaman kakao. Tipe penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan peran ‘key farmer’ sebagai ‘opinion leader’. Hasil penelitian menemukan komunikasi kelompok ‘key farmer’ yang berfungsi sebagai ‘opinion leader’ menjadi sumber informasi dari ketua kelompok tani yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan, motivasi, dan pemahaman teknologi yang terampil kemudian mentransfer pengetahuan kepada anggota kelompok tani lainnya. Peran key farmer dalam kelompok berfungsi mencari informasi pencarian (seeking), penemuan (searching), dan pemanfaatan (using), dan penyebaran (dissemination) inovasi-inovasi pertanian di bidang kakao, khususnya di Sulawesi Selatan. Peran key farmer ini disebut “perilaku informasi” atau information behavioryang dapat memotivasi penerimaan petani kakao terhadap inovasi terbaru di bidang kakao.The communications group has a central role in communicating the latest innovations in the field of cocoa. In early 2020, Indonesia and almost all countries worldwide faced the Covid-19 pandemic. The government issued a regulation to implement online learning activities in the education sector. Responding to the regulation, the Directorate General of Tax issued a policy stating that the dissemination activities can be done online. Effective communication is needed to fill the gap between information delivered by the dissemination officer and taxpayers' understanding. Therefore, the online tax education in the Makassar Utara Tax Office is required to be presented attractively to change the taxpayers' behaviors. The present study aims to analyze the communication effectiveness in online tax dissemination held by the Makassar Utara Tax Office. Conducted in the Makassar Utara Tax Office, this quantitative action research involved 105 taxpayers classified as high compliance risk, recruited using a probability sampling technique. The primary data were collected using a questionnaire, while the secondary data were gathered from literature and the Makassar Utara Tax Office reports. The study found that online learning communication in tax dissemination was very effective. Most taxpayers access tax-related information more than five times a year to fulfill their tax obligation. Most taxpayers stated that the online dissemination was presented attractively, clearly, and relevant to their tax-related needs.

Blasphemy cases are no longer a new case in a country with a pluralistic society like Indonesia. The blasphemy case by M. Kece is the latest case that has caught the public's attention. M. Kece is known to have committed acts of hate speech and insults to the Prophet Muhammad and Islam. This case then did not miss the attention of the media as Kompas.com also highlighted this case in absolutely a different way and construction. For this reason, this study discusses framing analysis with the Robert N. Entman model which consists of four points of analysis, namely defining of problem, diagnosing causes, making a moral judgment, and treatment recommendations on the Kompas.com news portal related to M. Kece's cause. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a constructionist approach to framing analysis. The results of this study concluded that Kompas.com tried to convey M. Kace's reporting accurately with subtle narrations so as not to tarnish the image of M. Kece because he was considered an ordinary YouTuber.

This study aimed to identify the use of Konjo-Buginese language in West Sinjai, Sinjai Regency and the Konjo-Buginese language accommodation in interacting with the immigrants. This study employed the ethnography theory by Dell Hymes. The data were gathered using in-depth interview, observation, and documentation and analyzed using the communication accommodation theory by Howard Giles. The results showed that Konjo-Buginese language used in West Sinjai was adopted mostly from the Konjo Mountains language and the accommodation took the form of convergence. The divergent speech behavior was only performed by the elderly people and those who do not speak Indonesian.

ABSTRAK Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan dari elemen-elemen Quadruple-Helix terhadap ajakan kolaborasi dalam membangun ekosistem bisnis startup digital di Kota Makassar oleh DILo Makassar dan hal yang mempengaruhi penerimaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Quadruple-Helix terhadap ajakan kolaborasi oleh DILo Makassar dalam membangun ekosistem bisnis startup digital di Kota Makassar cukup baik. Penerimaan ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung antara lain yaitu (1)DILo Makassar sebagai sumber (2)untuk mempersiapkan bibit digitalpreneur (3)untuk memajukan Kota Makassar, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang menghambat antara lain yaitu (1)kurangnya pengenalan (2)belum memenuhinya ekspektasi oleh DILo Makassar. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Penerimaan, Quadruple-Helix, Kolaborasi, Ekosistem Bisnis, Startup Digital, DILo Makassar ABSTRAC The aim of the research was to determine the admission of Quadruple-Helix elements on collaboration request in building digital startup business ecosystem in Makassar City by DILO of Makassar and the things affecting the admission. The result of the research indicate that the admission of Quadruple-Helix elements on collaboration request by DILO of Makassar in building business ecosystem in Makassar City is good enough. The admission is affected by several supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are (1) to point DILO of Makassar as the source, (2) to prepare digitalpreneur seedlings and (3) to advance Makassar City, while inhibiting factors are (1) the lack of recognition and (2) the non-fulfilment expectation by DILO of Makassar.
