Abstract

This study examines the long and diverse history of Islamic education policies in Indonesia, from the pre-independence era to the present day. The study aims to trace the evolution of these policies, analyse the various policies issued by the government, and assess their impact on the advancement of Islamic education in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative literature review approach, examining various sources such as books, journals, and relevant documents. The findings reveal significant changes in Islamic education policies over time. During the Dutch colonial period, policies tended to restrict its development. After independence, the Indonesian government gave greater attention to Islamic education, although challenges persisted. The Reform Era brought important changes by granting greater autonomy to Islamic educational institutions. In conclusion, Islamic education policies in Indonesia continue to evolve and are influenced by social, political, and cultural factors. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the evolution of these policies and the challenges and opportunities in the development of Islamic education in the future

Abstract

Correlational research is a methodological approach that aims to identify and analyze the relationship between two or more variables without manipulation. This article aims to comprehensively explain the basic concepts of correlational research, its objectives, characteristics, design types, and limitations. The method used in this study is library research with an analytical-critical approach to various relevant academic literature. The results show that correlational research not only identifies the existence of relationships between variables but can also be used for predictive purposes through regression analysis and multiple regression. The types of correlational designs discussed include bivariate correlation, path analysis, cross-lagged panel, and factor analysis. On the other hand, the main limitation of this approach lies in its inability to explain causal relationships and the tendency for biased data interpretation if not analyzed carefully. By understanding the characteristics and weaknesses of this method, researchers are expected to be able to use it appropriately in various social and educational research contexts.

Abstract

Pembahasan penelitian dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah sebagai dasar penelitian, yang dapat berasal dari kajian teoritis maupun pengalaman empiris. Masalah harus feasible, etis, dan relevan, serta dirumuskan secara jelas dalam bentuk deklaratif atau pertanyaan penelitian. Tujuan penelitian dinyatakan secara konkret untuk menggambarkan hasil yang diharapkan. Telaah pustaka berfungsi sebagai landasan teoretis, sementara persiapan penelitian mencakup perencanaan sistematis dan kepatuhan terhadap etika. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, atau studi dokumen, dengan analisis yang mencakup reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan guna memastikan keabsahan hasil penelitian.   Penelitian yang baik memerlukan identifikasi masalah yang jelas, tujuan yang konkret, serta metode yang tepat. Pengumpulan dan analisis data harus sistematis agar hasilnya valid serta bermanfaat. Dengan struktur yang baik, penelitian dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan suatu pendekatan sistematis yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di kelasnya sendiri melalui tindakan-tindakan reflektif yang berkelanjutan. Secara teoritis, PTK berakar pada konsep reflective practice yang dikembangkan oleh Kurt Lewin yang menekankan pentingnya refleksi dalam meningkatkan praktik profesional. PTK dilakukan melalui empat tahap utama: perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (action), observasi (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Dalam konteks pendidikan, PTK bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah nyata yang terjadi di dalam kelas, merancang solusi yang bersifat tindakan nyata, dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap proses serta hasil belajar siswa. Prinsip-prinsip PTK dilaksanakan dalam lingkungan alamiah kesadaran diri untuk perbaikan kinerja, penggunaan analisis SWOT, upaya empiris dan sistematik, mengikuti prinsip smart dalam perencanaan. Guru sebagai peneliti di kelasnya sendiri, sekaligus sebagai agen perubahan untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. PTK tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi siswa, tetapi juga profesionalisme guru dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian mixed methods menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif terhadap fenomena yang diteliti. Metode ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber, sehingga menghasilkan temuan yang lebih valid dan obyektif. Artikel jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang desain penelitian mixed method, dan tidak hanya itu, tetapi juga mengajak pembaca untuk menjelajahi berbagai desain yang ada, seperti convergent parallel design, convergent parallel design, exploratory sequential design, embedded design, transformative design dan multiphase design. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang mendalam, artikel ini mengungkapkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian mixed method, menunjukkan bahwa setiap desain memiliki kelebihan dan tantangan tersendiri. Temuan utama dari artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa ada berbagai jenis desain penelitian mixed methods dan contoh penerapannya. Implikasi dari temuan ini sangat signifikan, karena penggunaan penelitian mixed methodsdapat meningkatkan validitas dan reliabilitas data, serta memberikan wawasan yang lebih kaya bagi peneliti dan praktisi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan solusi dalam implementasi supervisi klinis terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan konsep The Four Key Roles of HR yang dikembangkan oleh Dave Ulrich. Supervisi klinis merupakan strategi yang penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran guru dengan pendekatan kolaboratif. Namun, implementasi supervisi klinis sering menghadapi hambatan, seperti keterbatasan waktu, beban kerja yang tinggi, serta kurangnya dukungan manajerial dan kepercayaan antara supervisor dan guru. Melalui penerapan konsep The Four Key Roles of HR, yaitu sebagai Strategic Partner, Change Agent, Administrative Expert, dan Employee Champion, hambatan-hambatan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pendekatan yang lebih efektif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui supervisi klinis yang lebih terstruktur dan berbasis data.

Abstract

Survey research is one of the most widely used research methods across various fields to collect data from a large number of respondents. This method aims to understand the characteristics, opinions, or behaviors of a population based on a selected sample. This paper provides an in-depth discussion on survey research design, covering types of surveys, sampling techniques, data collection instruments, and data analysis methods. Additionally, it examines the advantages and limitations of the survey method, including factors that may affect the validity and reliability of research findings. By understanding the fundamental principles of survey research design, researchers can develop more systematic studies and obtain accurate and representative data to support better decision-making.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of digital-based summative final assessment policy using Google Forms at the secondary education level. The research focuses on identifying students self-confidence, anxiety, belief, time management, and technological comfort during digital-based assessments. Employing a quantitative research method with descriptive statistical analysis techniques, the findings reveal that students adapt well to digital assessments, though they still require a guidance and psychological support enhancement in undergoing digital-based evaluations.

Abstract

This study discusses the types and application of qualitative research methods in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) research. The scope of the study includes four types of qualitative research: case studies, grounded theory, phenomenology, and ethnography. The purpose of the study is to explain these types and their application in the context of Islamic Religious Education. The research method used is library research with data collection techniques in the form of literacy and content analysis. The results of the study show that the four methods have different characteristics and applications in Islamic Religious Education. Case studies are suitable for understanding specific phenomena, grounded theory for developing new theories, phenomenology for revealing the meaning of experience, and ethnography for understanding culture in the context of Islamic Religious Education. In conclusion, qualitative research methods are very relevant in Islamic Religious Education research to explore deep meanings and contexts related to religious values ​​and educational practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of quantitative research methods in the field of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Quantitative research methods have been widely used to evaluate the learning process, curriculum effectiveness, and factors that influence PAI learning achievement. This article discusses the advantages, limitations, and recommendations for the application of this method in the context of PAI. The results show that quantitative research methods provide strong empirical data to support decision making in education. A descriptive analytical approach is used to analyze various literature that discusses the application of quantitative methods in the context of Islamic religious education. The research results show that this method is superior in producing measurable, accurate and generalizable data. Other advantages include the ability to systematically test hypotheses through statistical analysis. However, its limitations lie in its reliance on basic assumptions and lack of flexibility in understanding complex and dynamic phenomena. In the context of Islamic religious education, quantitative methods are very relevant for evaluating data-based policies and increasing the effectiveness of the learning process. This research recommends integrating quantitative methods with qualitative approaches to enrich understanding and provide more holistic results.
