Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pembuatan video motion graphic penyelenggaraan tata naskah dinas berdasarkan peraturan walikota batam. Berdasarkan pengamatan, banyak pegawai yang tidak melaksanakan penyelenggaraan tata naskah dinas sesuai prosedur yang ada di dalam pedoman tata naskah dinas. Faktor usia serta padatnya jadwal dan kesibukan kegiatan membuat pegawai jarang membaca pedoman tata naskah dinas yang mencakup banyak hal. Pembuatan media informasi dengan video motion graphic menjadi cara untuk memfasilitasi pegawai dalam mempelajari penyelenggaraan tata naskah dinas. Proses pengembangan produk menggunakan metode pengembangan Villamil-Molina dengan beberapa tahapan, terdiri dari pengembangan, pra produksi, produksi, pasca produksi, dan distribusi. Pengujian produk video motion graphic menggunakan EPIC model dengan fokus pada empat dimensi, yakni empati, persuasif, dampak, dan komunikasi. Penggunaan EPIC model dalam menguji keefektivitas video memperoleh nilai 4.22 dengan kategori sangat efektif, yang berarti video motion graphic penyelenggaraan tata naskah dinas berdasarkan peraturan walikota batam tersebut sangat efektif sebagai media informasi.

Abstract

Efforts are made to provide support in exploring the potential of the community so that they are empowered and able to participate in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. The method of activity is socialization, health services, checking blood sugar levels, health counseling, fostering active cadres and empowering families which are carried out in synergy with the Benteng District Health Office and puskesmas. The implementation of activities allocated for 6 months in Lubuk Sini Village. Community empowerment activities in Covid-19 prevention at the village level involve various elements in the community, such as; Village heads and officials, health cadres, puskesmas officers and the community in the area. All elements of society have roles and functions in accordance with the conditions that occur in their respective regions. With community empowerment in preventing COVID-19 at the village level, this is done so that everyone is able to identify and recognize risks that can support the implementation of Covid-19 prevention activities in their area and apply a clean lifestyle in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of socialization and training can increase the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of Village cadres to convey back to the community more broadly about Covid 19. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of cadres needs to be carried out so that cadres play an active role in improving the health of villagers, especially in preventing Covid 19.

Abstract

Mubut Island, which is located on Galang Island, Riau Archipelago, is one of the beauties of tourism in Indonesia. Information about the Mubut Island Tourism Object is not widely available in digital media, so that the delivery of information about Mubut Island is not optimal. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to provide information on Mubut Beach attractions using Virtual Reality (VR) technology. In addition to presenting the natural beauty of Mubut Island as a whole with 360 videos, this VR application also provides tourist education on visiting Mubut Island. This VR application was socialized at an exhibition in a mall in Batam to get VR user feedback. From the results of the socialization, it was found that 120 respondents assessed the benefits of this application and got a Likert index of 83.75% included in the useful category for potential tourists.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) adalah kondisi dimana terjadi penurunan laju filtrasi glomerulus <60 mL atau kerusakan struktur ginjal selama lebih dari 3 bulan yang menyebabkan ginjal tidak dapat mempertahankan fungsinya, mengakibatkan tubuh gagal dalam mempertahankan metabolisme keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit. Salah satu masalah yang sering dialami oleh pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa adalah pruritus uremik. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengatasi pruritus uremik tersebut. Salah satu cara untuk untuk mengatasi pruritus uremik adalah dengan massage menggunakan sweet almond oil. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode: Quasy eksperiment dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design dengan total sampel sebanyak 35 orang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah 5D Itch Scale untuk menilai derajat pruritus. Hasil dan Pembahasan : didapatkan 57,1% jenis kelamin laki-laki, rata-rata usia 50 tahun, frekuensi hemodialisa 2x dalam seminggu, rata-rata lama menjalani HD 3,7 tahun dan rata-rata kadar ureum 111,97mg/Dl pasien CKD yang mengalami pruritus uremik. Kesimpulan : penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor pruritus sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi. Uji statistic menggunakan Paired sample T-Test menunjukkan nilai p value sebesar 0.000, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh massage menggunakan sweet almond oil terhadap pruritus uremik pada pasien CKD. Dengan demikian, massage menggunakan sweet almond oil dapat memberikan manfaat dalam mengatasi pruritus uremik pada pasien CKD dan direkomendasikan sebagai terapi keperawatan non farmakologis.

Abstract

The management of an organization often has many obstacles such as less optimal management of organizational documents, news portals, financial reports, correspondence documentation, activity documentation or data collection of members of the organization. Therefore, a reliable management system is needed so that management in the organization can be carried out more optimally. Likewise with the management in the Muhammadiyah Branch Executive, Batam Kota District, a reliable system is also needed to support the movement of various activities in the organization. The website-based information system developed is an answer to this problem. This system can be used to manage various activities and monitor their progress as well as make it easier for administrators to collect data on their members. This system can also display various institutional news so that the public is more familiar with the Muhammadiyah Branch Executive of Batam Kota District as a community organization with Islamic nuances that also carries out da'wah activities to spread goodness. So this is an agenda in this community service activity for the development of information systems and assistance in the implementation of the system both for managers and users of the system, as well as as a concrete step for the contribution of Higher Education in empowering the community by applying scientific principles that are useful for the benefit of the community.

Abstract

Sebagai penggerak ekonom daerah, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu fokus utama Pemerintah Kepulauan Riau. Pengembangan UMKM dilakukan sebagai upaya menggerakkan perekonomian lokal. Namun, kesenjangan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang UMKM, disebabkan oleh kurangnya adaptasi teknologi dan media informasi, membatasi potensi pertumbuhan dan kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan buletin sebagai media yang efektif untuk membantu Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (KUKM) Pemerintah Kepulauan Riau (Kepri) dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan penyebaran informasi tentang UMKM di Kepulauan Riau. Dengan menyoroti kisah sukses, berbagi wawasan industri, dan memberikan panduan praktis, diharapkan dapat memperkuat pemahaman akan nilai dan dampak UMKM. Melalui kerjasama dengan Dinas KUKM Kepri buletin dirancang untuk menjadi wadah penting bagi para pelaku UMKM. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan 4 edisi buletin dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan dan produksi, yaitu 1) Tahapan pra-produksi : rancangan agenda, pengumpulan data, dan wawancara, 2)Tahapan produksi : creative brief, designing, dan finishing dengan menggunakan software desain grafis, 3) Tahapan pasca-produksi :review, cetak, dan delivery kepada Dinas KUKM Kepri. Pengukuran kepuasan dilakukan dengan pembuatan angket kepada tenaga ahli dari Dinas.  Hasil menunjukkan respon positif terhadap desain dan konten buletin. Informasi yang disajikan pada buletin dapat menjadi media informatif dan relevan untuk UMKM di Kepulauan Riau.

Abstract

Aromatherapy is one of the non-pharmacological interventions that nurses pay attention to.** Aromatherapy is a healing method that uses highly concentrated essential oils with fragrant aromas extracted from plant essences. The primary components of the oils provide a distinct aroma or scent, which is obtained from a specific plant (Geddes, 2000). Aromatherapy is composed of various types of volatile plants extracted from sources such as flowers, leaves, wood, roots, bark, and other plant parts. In more detail, aromatherapy is a form of treatment using volatile plant aromas (Yoshiko and Purwoko, 2016). Aromatherapy can come in the form of liquid or aromatherapy candles. Naturally derived aromatherapy candles are preferable compared to synthetic air fresheners, which may actually harm the health of those who inhale them (Minah et al., 2017).Coffee-scented aromatherapy candles can be made by coffee farmers as an additional product, besides coffee as a beverage. Roasted coffee, once ground into powder, can be combined with wax to create coffee-scented candles. Attractive production and packaging can increase the selling value of coffee-scented aromatherapy candles, especially if they are used in patient interventions in hospitals.This community service activity in the field of entrepreneurship aims to develop coffee products into coffee-scented aromatherapy candles and train students to become entrepreneurs and creative product developers. The target audience for this activity is nursing students at the Bengkulu Polytechnic of Health and coffee farmers.

Abstract

Abstrak Ciguatera Fish Poisoning (CFP) dan fenomena Marak Alga Berbahaya (MAB) yang disebabkan oleh dinoflagellata bentik beracun merupakan salah satu bencana ekologi atau lingkungan yang dapat mengancam kesehatan manusia di kawasan pesisir Indonesia, seperti di kawasan Taman Wisata Perairan (TWP) Gili Matra yang terdiri dari 3 pulau yaitu Gili Meno, Air, dan Trawangan. TWP Gili Matra merupakan pusat wisata bahari dan kawasan konservasi laut di kawasan Nusa Tenggara Barat yang diketahui mengalami tekanan akibat aktivitas manusia dari kegiatan pariwisata dan perikanan yang berdampak negatif kepada ekosistem pesisir, terutama terumbu karang. Kondisi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kelimpahan komunitas dinoflagellata bentik beracun yang berpotensi menyebabkan terjadinya CFP dan MAB di TWP Gili Matra. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya mitigasinya agar risiko bencana ekologi CFP dan MAB dikemudian hari yang selain dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan ekosistem perairan TWP Gili Matra, tetapi juga kerugian ekonomi yang cukup besar, tidak terjadi. Menurut perhitungan ekonomi para ahli, nilai ekonomi kegiatan pariwisata di TWP Gili Matra, mencapai 26,86 triliun rupiah per tahun.  Salah satu upaya mitigasi bencana ekologi CFP dan MAB adalah dengan mengetahui kondisi lingkungan perairan di TWP Gili Matra pada musim hujan. Berdasarkan hasil survei diketahui kondisi biofisikakimia lingkungan perairan pada musim hujan bulan Desember 2022 dan Maret 2024 dalam keadaan yang sangat baik dengan tingkat eutrofikasi sebagai indikator kualitas lingkungan perairan pada tingkat ultraoligotrofik dengan nilai skor TSI (Trophic State Index) 12,9-19,4 (<30) yang mengindikasikan bahwa kesuburan perairan sangat rendah, air jernih, konsentrasi oksigen terlarut tinggi sepanjang tahun dan mencapai zona hipolimnion.   Abstract Ciguatera Fish Poisoning (CFP) and the phenomenon of Harmful Algal Bloom (HABs) caused by toxic benthic dinoflagellates are one of the ecological or environmental disasters that can threaten human health in coastal areas of Indonesia, such as in the Gili Matra Aquatic Tourism Park (ATP) area which consists of three islands, namely Gili Meno, Air, and Trawangan. ATP Gili Matra is a center for marine tourism and conservation areas in the West Nusa Tenggara region which is known to be under pressure due to human activities from tourism and fisheries activities that have a negative impact on coastal ecosystems, especially coral reefs. This condition can increase the abundance of toxic benthic dinoflagellate communities that have the potential to cause CFP and HABs in ATP Gili Matra. For this reason, mitigation efforts are needed so the risk of CFP and HABs ecological disasters in the future which can not only cause damage to the ATP Gili Matra aquatic ecosystem, but also significant economic losses, does not occur. According to economic calculations by experts, the economic value of tourism activities in ATP Gili Matra reaches IDR 26.86 trillion per year. One of the efforts to mitigate the ecological disaster of CFP and HABs is to understand the condition of the aquatic environment in ATP Gili Matra during the rainy season. Based on the survey results, it is known that the biophysical and chemical conditions of the aquatic environment during the rainy season in December 2022 and March 2024 are in very good condition with the level of eutrophication as an indicator of the quality of the aquatic environment at the ultraoligotrophic level with a TSI (Trophic State Index) score of 12.9-19.4 (<30) which indicates that water fertility is very low, the water is clear, the concentration of dissolved oxygen is high throughout the year and reaches the hypolimnion zone.
