Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas penerapan asesmen diagnostik dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan bakat siswa pada mata pelajaran senam lantai di kelas V SDN 3 Sukagalih. Metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design diterapkan pada 20 siswa sebagai partisipan. Penelitian dimulai dengan pretest untuk mengukur kemampuan awal siswa dalam senam lantai, yang dilanjutkan dengan implementasi asesmen diagnostik untuk memetakan kemampuan dan keberbakatan masing-masing siswa. Setelah periode intervensi pembelajaran menggunakan hasil asesmen, dilakukan posttest untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai yang signifikan, dari 60.45 pada pretest menjadi 77.70 pada posttest. Peningkatan ini didukung oleh hasil Paired Samples Test yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p<0.001, mengonfirmasi bahwa perbedaan tersebut signifikan secara statistik dan bukan karena faktor kebetulan. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa asesmen diagnostik, selain sebagai alat evaluasi, juga berperan efektif dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan bakat siswa secara spesifik. Penerapan asesmen diagnostik memungkinkan guru untuk merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu siswa, sehingga potensi keberbakatan mereka dapat terasah secara optimal. Penelitian ini memperkuat argumen bahwa asesmen awal menjadi fondasi penting dalam strategi pembinaan bakat olahraga di sekolah dasar, mendukung pendekatan pendidikan yang lebih personal dan terarah.

Abstract

This study reveals the positive impact of using audiovisual media in teaching Kang's Escape athletics to fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Suka Mukti. The main findings indicate a significant influence of audiovisual media on students' learning motivation, evidenced by a strong significance value (p < 0.05). This suggests that the use of videos, animations, or multimedia presentations in athletics learning can stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm, thus encouraging them to learn more actively and enthusiastically. The results of this study are in line with the importance of the role of learning media in creating effective and efficient teaching and learning processes. Audiovisual media, with its ability to present information in an interesting and interactive format, has proven to be able to overcome students' passive behavior and encourage active participation in learning. The use of this media is also in line with the differentiated learning approach that recognizes the diversity of students' needs and abilities, providing opportunities for each student to reach their maximum potential. Overall, this study confirms that the integration of audiovisual media in learning, especially in the context of Kang's Escape athletics, has a significant positive impact on students' learning motivation. These findings provide empirical support for educators to make better use of the potential of audiovisual media in creating a more conducive learning environment and motivating students to learn more diligently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang dilakukan untuk menyelidiki suatu objek, situasi, kelompok orang, atau fenomena lain dalam kondisi alami atau nyata (tanpa pengaturan eksperimental) untuk membuat deskripsi rinci yang umum, sistematis, atau akurat bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan dalam mengimplementasikan asemen pada kuriukulum merdeka. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen angket kuesioner, dengan jumlah populasi 4 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling karena populasi dalam penelitian ini relative kecil kurang dari 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data uji coba instrument test dengan hasil 32 soal memiliki rhitung > rtabel, dan 3 soal memiliki rhitung < rtabel. Kemudian peneliti menganalisis dengan menggunakan uji reabilitas pada data uji coba instrument penilaian dengan mendapatkan hasil nilai cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,973 > 0,50, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data dari angket tersebut reabel. Kemudian peneliti menggunakan 32 soal yang dinyatakan valid untuk digunakan pada penelitian lapangan mununjukan hasil 89% sampai 95% (Sangat Baik). Pada setiap indikator menunjukan hasil yang berbeda-beda mulai dari 75% sampai 100% yang berarti menunjukan keterangan baik sampai sangat baik.

Abstract

Karena gangguan struktural memiliki periode pemulihan antara tiga hingga tujuh jam, pemeliharaan menjadi masalah selama fase olahraga dari kompetensi. Pemain terkena rangsangan latihan tambahan sepenuhnya yang mengarah pada pengembangan dan akumulasi kelelahan, dengan durasi sekitar 72 jam antara pertandingan dan sesi latihan. Permasalahan ini didasari dengan Tingkat kelelahan yang sangat penting untuk diatasi ini harus ditangani dengan metode Recovery. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Recovery Aktif Terhadap Hasil Kebugaran Jasmani Atlet Bola Voli di Bina Muda Kiansantang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu jenis penelitian eksperimen yaitu eksperimen preaksperimen (Preexperimental Design) dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design (Ali Maksum, 2012). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui rata-rata pre-test 2,00 setelah diberikan treatment recovery aktif, nilai post-test 3,00 sehingga diketahui peningkatannya sebesar 1,00. Selanjutnya berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t-hitung 10,06. Nilai t-tabel dengan df 18 pada taraf signifikan 5% adalah 1,73. Oleh karena itu t-hitung > t-tabel (10,06 > 1,73) dan nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil daripada 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) sehingga dapat dinyatakan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terhadap hasil kebugaran jasmani dengan diberikan recovery aktif, deskripsi pengujian hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan telah terbukti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sebelum diberikannya perlakuan dengan sesudah diberikannya perlakuan dalam hasil kebugaran jasmani pada atlet bola voli di Bina Muda Kiansantang.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran akan menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan.oleh siswa-siswi kelas X di SMKN 1 Garut. Hal demikian dikuatkan dengan beberapa kejadian yang sering terjadi disekolah yaitu terkait penerapan model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat pada saat pembelajaran. sehinnga cara mengajar guru yang kurang variatif hanya menyajikan materi utama dengan penjelasan rinci mengenai bentuknya tanpa memberikan contoh yang sesuai sehingga tidak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dan meningkatkan pendidikan karakternya dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. apakah model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Student Team Achievement Division dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Model pembelajaran STAD sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa di kelas X PPL 1 SMKN 1 Garut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat peningkatan di setiap siklus, mulai dari siklus I dan berlanjut ke siklus II. Partisipasi siswa pada siklus I mencapai 68% dengan kategori cukup layak selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, sedangkan pada siklus II, persentase partisipasi siswa meningkat menjadi 80%, artinya pada siklus II, partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran meningkat dengan kategori layak selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Abstract

The loss of self-confidence and responsibility in students can be caused by various factors, both internal and external, such as negative experiences, lack of positive support from people around them, and social comparisons between friends. One way that can be used to implement effective learning strategies is to ensure that teachers involve students actively, creatively, and enjoyably so that they feel more motivated to learn. One of the obstacles faced by teachers when implementing physical education is that students do not feel responsible for what they learn towards the learning objectives that are achieved and the use of appropriate learning models. Therefore, to support students' self-confidence and responsibility, the peer teaching learning model can be used in physical education and sports in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student development towards self-confidence and responsibility by using the peer teaching model. This study uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design with the technique purposive sampling in Class VI SDN 1 Cisurupan Garut. Data were obtained using a questionnaire instrument of student self-confidence and responsibility. Research in this area can provide insight into how schools, teachers, and families can build good character in students, as well as identify factors that influence both characters. Self-confidence and responsibility are two main characters that shape a student's behavior, achievement, and social skills.

Abstract

Futsal is a sport that requires players to perform technical skills such as passing and dribbling under high pressure and limited space. However, many students in school futsal extracurricular programs still struggle to perform these skills consistently due to monotonous and less contextual training methods. This condition creates a research gap in developing effective training models that integrate game-like situations to enhance students’ technical performance. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of Small Sided Games (SSG) training on improving basic passing and dribbling skills among futsal extracurricular participants at SMPN 1 Garut. The research employed an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. A total of 24 students were purposively selected and divided into two groups: the experimental group, which received SSG training, and the control group, which followed conventional training. Data were collected using a passing accuracy test and a dribbling zig-zag test and analyzed using normality, homogeneity, and paired sample t-tests with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed a significant improvement in both passing and dribbling skills in the experimental group compared to the control group. These findings indicate that SSG effectively enhances students’ technical abilities, decision-making, and engagement in training. Theoretically, this study reinforces the relevance of contextual learning in sports education. Practically, SSG can serve as an innovative and enjoyable training model for school futsal programs. Future studies are recommended to explore variations of SSG to improve tactical and strategic aspects of futsal performance

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of circuit training programmes on improving endurance (VO2Max) in Persigar Garut football players. Physical endurance is important for players to be able to last for 90 minutes of play. Materials and methods. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 25 active Persigar Garut players, with measurements taken using the Multistage Fitness Test. The Circuit Training programme was administered for 4 weeks with a frequency of 3 times per week. Results. The results showed a significant increase in average VO2Max, from 47.94 (Pretest) to 55.13 (Posttest), an increase of 15.00%. Paired t-test analysis showed a very significant difference (Sig. 2-tailed < 0.001). Conclusion. The conclusion of this study is that Circuit Training has a significant and positive effect on increasing the endurance capacity (VO2Max) of Persigar Garut football players. This increase is due to the characteristics of Circuit Training, which stimulates the cardiorespiratory system intensely and repeatedly, as well as its effectiveness in maximising the body's ability to absorb and utilise oxygen.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran senam lantai, khususnya roll depan, serta kurangnya inovasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 31 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes keterampilan roll depan, baik sebelum (pretest) maupun sesudah (posttest) perlakuan. Hasil menunjukkan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 74,70 (pre-test) menjadi 89,29 (post-test). Siswa perempuan mengalami kenaikan dari 72 ke 86 (7%), sedangkan siswa laki-laki dari 76 ke 92 (18%). Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan p < 0,001, menandakan perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modifikasi bidang matras memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar senam lantai roll depan.
