This study applies the AHP-TOPSIS method as a decision support to determine the best marketplace in Jambi Province with the criteria used, namely discounts & promos, services, features, product quality, payment methods, and availability of goods. While the alternatives used are Belanjo, Payo ke Pasar, Angso Duo Online, Kribo, and Wikiniaga. The results of this research are expected to be useful for the community, especially in Jambi Province, in making decisions about choosing the marketplace that best suits their needs and circumstances for conducting transactions.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of IoT integration in energy management systems (EMS) and network responsiveness on energy efficiency and cost reduction in DKI Jakarta government buildings. A quantitative analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3. Survey questionnaires were administered to building managers, energy engineers, and facility maintenance personnel, while energy consumption data were obtained from relevant authorities. The results demonstrate a significant positive impact of both IoT integration and network responsiveness on energy management outcomes. Specifically, Energy Management System (EMS) and Grid Responsiveness were found to significantly influence both Cost Reduction and Energy Efficiency within government buildings. These findings have important implications for policymakers, building managers, and stakeholders involved in energy management decision-making. By leveraging advanced energy management technologies and practices, DKI Jakarta government buildings can achieve significant cost savings, improve energy efficiency, and advance environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Abstract

Independent campus is an off-campus learning activity as an opportunity for students to hone skills in preparation for entering the world of work. One of the programs held is the exchange of students to be able to study on campuses or companies that join the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology. With the current independent campus program, almost all universities open up opportunities for students to register. However, because there are too many students who register, the campus has difficulty in choosing some students who can be accepted according to the criteria set by the party. For this reason, a Decision Support System is needed that applies the MAUT method along with the use of ROC to produce the best preference value. The calculation of several data samples resulted in the best final utility value in the selection of independent campus student exchanges in Alternative A2 with the best final utility value of 0.9700

Abstract

Regional governments and institutions related to preparing regional development programs experience several obstacles in determining regional development work plans, one of which is difficulty in determining development priorities that are in line with regional regulations. The effectiveness and efficiency of implementing regional development programs depends on the accuracy of the data collected. One of the challenges faced by the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency is the lack of consideration of the priority scale and fairness in the regional development stages, as well as the absence of a system that can help determine the priority scale. Therefore, this research requires a decision support system (DSS). In the SPK, there are many solution methods that can be used according to the needs of each problem. In this research, to determine regional development program priorities, the SAW method will be used. Of the 10 proposed regional programs, only one will be a priority development program. After applying the SAW method in making decisions, the development program that has the highest priority level is the highway construction program with the final result obtained, namely 0.77705.

Abstract

The use of the Jambi Regional Police's Vital Object Security Monitoring Application is useful for monitoring the evaluation of vital objects in the Jambi Regional Police's jurisdiction in order to detect early incidents at the location in order to improve Kambtibmas (Public Order Security). This Android-based application is very easy to use and reporting from the security guard at PT PLN Dalkit uses visuals in the form of photos and videos which can be directly monitored in real time. PT PLN Dalkit Jambi is one of the power plants that supplies electricity in the province Jambi and is one of the Vital Objects recorded by the Jambi Regional Police, for this reason it requires quite serious supervision under the Security of Vital Objects of the Jambi Regional Police. This research uses a system modeling method using UML (Unified Modeling Language).
