Abstract

Maintaining toddlers’ health from an early age is very important for their growth and development. Achieving good health in toddlers requires support from mothers, who play a crucial role in children’s growth and development; therefore, the author is very interested in conducting this study. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of mothers’ level of knowledge, education, and behavior on the health status of toddlers at the Rantau Panjang Community Health Center in Jambi. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The study population comprised 322 mothers who had toddlers and visited the Rantau Panjang Community Health Center, Jambi, from January 2024 to August 2024. Sampling used the Slovin formula, yielding a sample of 80 respondents. This study employed univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses. The results showed that most mothers had a good level of knowledge, namely 60 (75%); the majority had higher education, 43 (53.8%); and most exhibited good behavior, 60 (75%). There was an effect of mothers’ level of knowledge on toddlers’ health status at the Rantau Panjang Community Health Center, Jambi, amounting to 44.8%. There was an effect of mothers’ education on toddlers’ health status amounting to 10.7%. There was an effect of mothers’ behavior on toddlers’ health status amounting to 65.7%. Simultaneously, there was an effect of mothers’ knowledge level, education, and behavior on toddlers’ health status at the Rantau Panjang Community Health Center, Jambi, amounting to 66.3%.

Abstract

   This study aims to examine the influence of Product Quality and Perceived Price on Purchase Decision, with Customer Trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used through a survey method involving 200 EIGER Adventure customers in Bandung. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the aid of AMOS 24 software. The sample size was set at 250 respondents, meeting the minimum requirement of 5–10 times the number of indicators used in SEM analysis. The results indicate that both Product Quality and Perceived Price have a positive and significant effect on Customer Trust and Purchase Decision. Furthermore, Customer Trust also has a positive influence on Purchase Decision and mediates the effect of Product Quality and Perceived Price on Purchase Decision. These findings emphasize the crucial role of Customer Trust in transforming product value into actual purchasing decisions. Although Product Quality may not directly drive purchase decisions, it plays a vital role in building trust.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Employee Performance (EP), with Normative Commitment (NC) as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on civil servants (ASN) of the Serang City Government, Banten. The target population consisted of ASN with a minimum tenure of five years (N = 1,500). The sample size was determined using the Slovin/Taro Yamane formula with a margin of error of approximately 8.76 percent, resulting in 120 respondents. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling with a simple random sampling (SRS) approach, ensuring that every employee in the population had an equal chance of being selected. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the PLS-SEM method through SmartPLS software. The results show that POS positively influences employee performance, while NC also plays a significant role in improving performance. Furthermore, NC mediates the influence of POS on employee performance, indicating that employees’ sense of obligation strengthens the effect of organizational support. These findings suggest that organizational practices such as fair treatment, adequate rewards, and concern for employee welfare are crucial in fostering responsibility, loyalty, and improved performance in public organizations.

Abstract

Persaingan dalam industri pelayanan kesehatan menuntut rumah sakit untuk terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan mutu layanan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan serta harapan pasien. Dua faktor utama yang diyakini memengaruhi keberhasilan rumah sakit dalam mempertahankan pasien adalah kualitas layanan dan inovasi layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan inovasi layanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien, serta implikasinya terhadap loyalitas pasien. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 99 responden pasien rawat jalan yang dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien (p-value = 0,141; t hitung = 1,487), sedangkan Inovasi Layanan Kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien (p-value = 0,029; t hitung = 2,216). Lebih lanjut, Kepuasan Pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pasien (p-value = 0,000; t hitung = 3,581). Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien secara langsung (p-value = 0,093), sedangkan Inovasi Layanan Kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan (p-value = 0,014). Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memperkuat hubungan kualitas layanan dan inovasi dengan loyalitas pasien. Nilai R² sebesar 0,368 untuk kepuasan pasien dan 0,531 untuk loyalitas pasien menunjukkan kontribusi model tergolong moderat hingga kuat. Kesimpulannya, loyalitas pasien dapat ditingkatkan melalui kepuasan yang dibentuk oleh kombinasi kualitas layanan dan inovasi. Rumah sakit perlu memperkuat inovasi berbasis teknologi digital, meningkatkan empati tenaga kesehatan, serta memperbaiki komunikasi interpersonal agar kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien terbangun secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai Klinik Utama di Kota Pontianak. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi purposive random sampling untuk menentukan sampel sebanyak 100 orang dari 127 orang sebagai populasi pada 4 (empat) Klinik Utama di Kota Pontianak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 45,30%. Selain itu, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan melalui disiplin kerja berdampak sebesar 34,90% pada kinerja pegawai. Didasari hasil penelitian mengindikasi peluang faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti dapat berpengruh terhadap disiplin kerja maupun kinerja pegawai, diantaranya kemampuan, motivasi, kesempatan, insentif, kompensasi, reward, penghargaan, ataupun punishment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan ekspansi usaha yang akan dilakukan oleh PT. Fajar Mitra Krida Abadi. Ekspansi usaha yang akan dilakukan oleh PT. Fajar Mitra Krida Abadi dalam bentuk penambahan kantor. Penilaian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis capital budgeting. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kantor pusat dari PT. Fajar Mitra Krida Abadi yang terletak di Jl. Taman Bintaro No.10, RT.7/RW.11, Bintaro, Kec. Pesanggrahan, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan PT. Fajar Mitra Krida Abadi selama 10 tahun (2012-2021), dimana metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu suatu metode pengambilan sampel yang mengambil obyek dengan kriteria tertentu, yaitu PT. Fajar Mitra Krida Abadi menerbitkan laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit yang berakhir pada 31 desember. Kriteria penilaian investasi yang digunakan yaitu metode Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Profitability Index (PI). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah ekspansi usaha yang dilakukan oleh PT. Fajar Mitra Krida Abadi dinyatakan layak karena NPV>0, IRR>biaya modal, dan PI>1. Ekspansi yang di lakukan PT. Fajar Mitra Krida layak untuk dilakukan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how competence affects the quality of financial management, to find out how the application of local government information systems affects the quality of financial management and to find out how competence and application of local government information systems affect the quality of financial management at the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province . The method used is descriptive research, namely research that is used to analyze a research result but is not used to make broader conclusions. So there are independent variables and dependent variables. The data collection technique used was field research using a questionnaire with 95 respondents and library research. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be seen that there is a positive influence between competence and the application of local government information systems in encouraging the quality of financial management at the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. Meanwhile, based on statistical calculations using SPSS, the correlation coefficient obtained was 0.683 and the Coefficient of Determination was 0.467 or 46.7% and had a significance level of less than 0.05 so it was proven that competence and SIPD implementation had an influence on the quality of financial management at the Regional Secretariat West Java province.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate various factors influencing the incidence of stunting in children aged 24-59 months in Batu Putih Village, Taliwang District, West Sumbawa Regency. Stunting is a serious health issue that can impact cognitive, motor, and language development in children, as well as increase the risk of degenerative diseases in the future. Using a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design, the study involves 110 selected children. Data were collected through interviews with parents and physical measurements of the children. Data analysis was conducted using bivariate and multivariate tests to assess the relationship between nutritional intake, history of infectious diseases, immunization status, and environmental sanitation conditions with the incidence of stunting. The study reveals a significant link between adequate intake of animal protein and staple foods with the incidence of stunting. Children who do not receive enough animal protein have a 2.4 times higher risk of stunting, while those with insufficient carbohydrate intake face a 1.5 times greater risk. Conversely, there was no significant relationship found between environmental sanitation and history of infectious diseases with stunting. Family income also plays a significant role, with low-income families experiencing a 4.6 times higher risk of stunting. Although immunization status did not show a significant correlation, it remains important to consider as it may be influenced by other factors such as parenting practices and access to nutritious food. The study concludes that improving nutritional intake, especially animal protein and carbohydrates, as well as enhancing family economic conditions, is crucial in reducing stunting. The research recommends targeted, sensitive, integrated, and sustainable interventions to address the stunting issue in the area. Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of brand image and perceived product quality on purchase decisions, with purchase intention acting as a mediating variable in the context of culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The sampling method employed was probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique, resulting in a total of 400 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis. The findings reveal a significant simultaneous influence of brand image and perceived product quality on purchase decisions through the mediating role of purchase intention. Additionally, brand image and perceived product quality were found to have a significant partial effect on purchase intention. The study further confirms a positive and significant relationship between purchase intention and purchase decisions.
