<![CDATA[This study aims to determine: analyze business income settled rice mill and roving rice mill, analyze business income comparison settled rice mill and roving rice mill. Sampling method for rice milling business census method. Based on this study set as many 13 rice milling business is the respondent. Data analysis method used is Uji Mann-Whitney with software tools SPSS 21. The results of the study showed the average income rice milling business settled for Rp 5.649.821 per 26 day as for the average income roving rice mill Rp 6.355.760 per 26 day, and for income differences uji Mann-Whitney U is 0,398. Where with results uji Mann-Whitney 0,398 there is no difference in income in permanent rice milling business and roving rice milling.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to know what are the factors that influence the demand and supply of red pepper in MMTC market Medan Medan Estate sub district percut sei tuan deli serdang district. This research was carried out in July 2017. This research using sampling method with way of census and purposive sampling, in this research sam 20 for trader and sample for consumer 40. Sample in this research is merchant selling red chilli and consumer shopping red chilli in MMTC highway market Medan in village medan estate sub district percut sei host district deli serdang. Simultaneously consumer opinion has a significant influence in this case because if the opinion of red chili consumers is high it can affect the demand because the size of the opinion will be able to affect the demand for goods tersebuat.. Factors affecting the supplyple used is of red chili in Pasar Raya MMTC Medan simultaneously have a positive effect is the purchase price of red pepper, production cost, profit. Partially production cost give significant influence to red chilli supply in Pasar Raya MMTC Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of development of patchouli oil And to identify factors - factors that affect demand for patchouli oil. The sampling method used is a census that is all patchouli oil farmers owning patchouli oil fields and refining. Data Analysis Method used is Cost Analysis.The results showed that the location of patchouli oil refining research effort by the farmers financially feasible to be developed because Value B / C ratio for patchouli oil refining business is 2.28 where the B / C 1, the average profit earned patchouli oil farmers is Rp 45,115,675 / growing season, NPV for patchouli oil refining business is Rp 41,390,526 with interest rate loan or business credit (KUR) is 9% and an initial investment of Rp 19,774,458. Factors that influence patchouli oil are patchouli oil prices and income of patchouli oil farmers but the factors that have a significant effect on patchouli oil production are income, while oil prices have no significant effect on patchouli oil production. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the development of dodol business and how much profit dodol producers in Village Bengkel, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research was conducted from January 2019. This study used the sampling method by simple random sampling, in this study the sample used was 30 respondents. The sample in this study were dodol entrepreneurs living in Village Bengkel, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Based on the results of research to find out progressive strategies in the dodol business, to maintaining good quality products to increase dodol demand, maintaining affordable product prices for consumers to get regular customers and adding new customers, the relationship between business owners and dodol-making workers is runs well, the dodol-making workers are active, and the method of making it is quite easy and used manually.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is the for knowing the quality of services which include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles effect on user satisfaction services of PT Kereta Api Indonesia in Division 1 North Sumatra in the distribution of CPO and for knowing what variable most dominant influence on satisfaction of service users PT Kereta Api Indonesia Division 1 North Sumatra in the distribution of CPO. The sampling method was census method. Respondents in this study is a train service users in the process of distribution of CPO and samples taken between 5 respondents. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is the analysis of linear regression. Based on the multiple linear analysis in a test based on the level of significance was obtained F count is equal to 5,487 with sig = 0.005. Because sig = 0.000 0.05 indicates that the quality of service simultaneously together or simultaneously have a strong influence (significant) to increase service user satisfaction. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze income differences between farmers pumping system with rainfed rice farm  then analysis factor affecting the income of rice farmers in the pumping system with the system of rainfed rice farmers. The method that was used for farmers is purposive sampling. Data analysis method is used average on different test methods (compare means) by using independent sample t-test with two different irrigation systems, analyzed income, analyze profit and linear regression. The results showed that there were no significant income differences between income differences between farming  pumping system with rainfed rice farm. In this study the factors that influencethe income of rice farmers in the pumping system in Pematang Johor Village Labuhan Deli District Deli Serdang District significantly affect the income of rice farmers are labor costs, is the costs of pesticides and the costs of fertilizer. And to factors that influence the income of rice farmers in the system of rainfed rice farmers in Pematang Johor Village Labuhan Deli District Deli Serdang District significantly affect the income of rice farmers are costs of fertilizer. While the non significant labor costs, and the costs of pesticides.]]>

<![CDATA[The life of fishing communities is a real state of affairs can be expressed through the efforts of those who are affected by fishing season, the natural conditions are not conducive, the limited capital and a low level of education resulting in weak socio-economic circumstances. The purpose of this research is to know the level of well-being of fishing communities Medang Deras Coal District. The sample in the study as many as 30 people who represent a population that is of traditional fishing communities in district of Medang Deras Coal District. Analysis of data obtained from research results are analyzed using a quantitative descriptive method. The data obtained through the dissemination of the questionnaire will be calculated frequencies and presentasenya is then presented in the form of a single table. Analysis of the results of the research level of traditional fishing communities in district of Medang Deras shows that 60% of the respondents were categorized.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the factors that influence Vaname Shrimp Production in Intensive cultivation and Super Intensive cultivation in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research was carried out in February 2003 - March 2023 at Percut Sei Tuan District. This research was carried out purposively (purposive sampling) involving 42 vaname shrimp farmers. Data was obtained through interviews, observations and surveys using a research questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Douglas Coob approach. The results of this research show that based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the Douglas Coob approach for intensive cultivation, it was concluded that there were no variables that had a significant effect on vaname shrimp production. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis tests using the Coob Douglas approach for the super intensive cultivation type, it was concluded that the variables number of fry, amount of feed and number of workers had a positive and significant effect on vaname shrimp production.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the impact of Farmer Group Empowerment and Agribusiness Training Programs on the Productivity and Income of coffee farmers in West Java. The research utilizes a quantitative approach with a sample of 200 coffee farmers and significantly positively affect ploys Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze the relationships between the key variables. The results indicate that both Farmer Group Empowerment and Agribusiness Training Programs significantly positively affect Productivity and Income. However, Farmer Group Empowerment shows a stronger impact on productivity compared to training programs, emphasizing the importance of collective action in enhancing farming practices. These findings highlight the need for an integrated approach to agricultural development, combining empowerment with technical training to ensure sustainable improvements in farmers' livelihoods. The study provides valuable insights for policymakers and agricultural development practitioners seeking to promote rural development and increase smallholder farmers' productivity and income.]]>

<![CDATA[Eksistensi penyuluh pertanian sebagai penghubung antara pemerintah dengan petani. Dalam situasi saat ini, petani bisa mendapatkan informasi langsung tentang kebijakan yang digunakan pemerintah untuk menigkatkan produksi. Adanya eksistensi peranan penyuluh dalam membimbing dan membina para petani dalam adopsi teknologi guna meningkatkan produktivitas padi sawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh eksistensi peran penyuluh pertanian dan tingkat adopsi teknologi oleh petani terhadap produktivitas padi sawah di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian dilakukan secara sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 106 petani padi sawah teknologi transplanter dan combine harvester. Penelitian ini menggunakan model SEM PLS. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa tingkat persentasi R Square dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,951 artinya variabel peran penyuluh pertanian dan tingkat adopsi teknologi oleh petani sudah mampu menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat produktivitas padi sawah sebesar 95,1% sedangkan 4,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian. Secara parsial, variabel eksistensi peran penyuluh pertanian dan tingkat adopsi teknologi oleh petani memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap tingkat produktivitas padi sawah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 0,05 yang artinya menunjukkan apabila peran penyuluh dan tingkat adopsi teknologi oleh petani meningkat maka produktivitas padi sawah juga akan meningkat begitu juga sebaliknya.]]>
