Abstract

Usaha kuliner berkembang, ditandai dengan berbagai jenis usaha kuliner yang bisa ditemukan, mulai dari warung, restoran, rumah makan, kafe, bar dengan ciri khas masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan pedagang RFC (Rice Fried Chicken) di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2020 di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan jumlah sampel pedagang RFC sebanyak 30 responden yang diambil melalui teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan rata-rata yang diperoleh pedagang RFC di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah sebesar Rp.4.006.000,- per bulan. Berdasarkan hasil uji - t diperoleh bahwa secara parsial variabel modal usaha, dan lokasi usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang RFC di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sedangkan variabel harga jual dan pengalaman tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang RFC di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Selanjutnya variabel modal usaha, harga jual, pengalaman dan lokasi usaha secara bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang RFC di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Pengaruh tersebut sebesar 57,7% dan sisanya 42,3%.

Abstract

Program psikoedukasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku hidup sehat pada anak-anak TK Kartika I-I Medan melalui peran aktif guru dan orang tua. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi konsumsi makanan instan yang tidak sehat serta penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan, yang berdampak pada kesehatan fisik dan mental anak-anak. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap: survei dan inventarisasi masalah, serta kegiatan edukasi dan penyuluhan yang melibatkan guru dan orang tua. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program psikoedukasi berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran guru dan orang tua mengenai pentingnya pola hidup sehat, yang kemudian diterapkan oleh anak-anak dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Guru berperan sebagai inspirator, motivator, fasilitator, dan evaluator dalam mengajarkan perilaku sehat. Selain itu, orang tua juga lebih memahami pentingnya mendukung kesehatan anak di rumah, sehingga tercipta lingkungan yang mendukung perilaku hidup sehat baik di sekolah maupun di rumah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap dan preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut kangkung hidroponik di Syifa Hidroponik, Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan dengan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara, serta jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 50 konsumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis multialtribut Fishbein dan analisis konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen memiliki sikap positif terhadap atribut sayur kangkung hidroponik, dengan kesempurnaan fisik daun sebagai faktor utama yang dipertimbangkan saat membeli. Preferensi konsumen menunjukkan bahwa mereka lebih menyukai kangkung hidroponik dengan kesegaran lebih dari 3 hari, harga di bawah Rp 17.000,00/kg, jumlah daun per batang yang banyak, kemasan kantong plastik dengan desain unik, serta warna daun hijau tua dan kesempurnaan fisik daun yang panjang dan bebas lubang.

Abstract

This Self Picking Strawberry Garden is one of the tourist locations for Strawberry plantations that offers a different feel from tourist attractions in general, namely buying strawberries by picking directly from the tree, and offering the cool air and the beauty of a neatly arranged strawberry garden. care for strawberries directly, so that our tour not only feels satisfaction with the place, but also gains knowledge about caring for strawberries properly that we can apply someday. This study aims to determine the factors that influence tourist visits to strawberry plantations in the Tongkoh Tourism Area, Karo Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. This study uses questionnaire data taken directly from visitors who are visiting the strawberry garden in the Tongkoh Tourism Area, Karo Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 94 samples, using accidental sampling technique (accidental Sample). The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of research on Factors Affecting Tourist Visits at Strawberry Gardens in Tongkoh Tourism Area, the authors can conclude that: (1) Strawberry price variables have no significant effect on tourist visits. (2) The variables of strawberry quality, service quality, and location have a significant effect on tourist visits.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the income of business actors in the pedada syrup business and to find out the marketing strategy for pedada fruit to become pedada syrup in Jalan Bambu Kuning, Tanjung Selat Village, Medan, Tanjungbalai City. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, location determination is determined purposively (purposive), population and sample consist of 1 (saturated sample), data collection techniques used primary and secondary data, data analysis techniques namely income analysis and marketing strategy using 7P (marketing mix). The results of the research on pedada syrup business income per month are Rp. 2,674,376, Implementation of the 7P marketing strategy in terms of products, the product has a halal logo with a size of 550 ml. The price of chest syrup is Rp. 30,000/bottle. The marketing place is carried out at the home of the business actor. Promotion is simple, because on the bottle packaging only the cellphone number is printed. People in the pedada syrup business provide workforce training to expedite the production process. Physical Evidence, arrangement of products at business locations is structured and attractive. The production process is carried out according to the principles of sanitation and hygiene.

Abstract

Sasadakopi merupakan sebuah coffee shop yang didirikan oleh Devi Siburian sebagai pemilik sekaligus pengelola. Berdasarkan wawancara kepada pemilik dan pengamatan, usaha ini didirikan pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2019 di JL.Sei Bahorok No.21, Babura, Kec. Medan Baru, Sumatera Utara. Setiap minggunya, intensitas konsumen yang berkunjung ke sasadakopi ramai. Pengunjung sebagian besar merupakan remaja dan mahasiswa. Strategi perusahaan merupakan pola atau rencana yang mengintegrasikan tujuan utama atau kebijakan perusahaan dengan rangkaian tindakan dalam sebuah pernyataan yang saling mengikat. Hasil peneliti ini akan dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis SWOT selain itu juga menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data tersebut mempunyai peran untuk menjelaskan secara deskriptif suatu masalah. Dalam hal ini dengan cara memaparkan informasi-informasi akurat yang diperoleh dari Coffee Shop Sasadakopi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis, dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sasadakopi Roastery dalam memulai kegiatan bisnis ini sudah menggunakan strategi pemasaran dan mampu merealisasikannya. Dalam strateginya, Sasadakopi berfokus pada memperkenalkan cita rasa kopi yang berbeda dari coffee shop lainnya kepada masyarakat Kota Medan maupun wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Medan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how smallholder oil palm farmers in Sri Tanjung Village, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. The validity of this study was confirmed by using quantitative techniques. Around 42 oil palm farmers from Sri Tanjung Village in Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency, became the research sample. After the questionnaire was distributed and validated to determine its reliability and validity, the classical assumptions of heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality were also examined, then the proposed hypothesis was assessed using SPSS 30 multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination. This study found that Farmer Capital spent on agricultural tools and equipment increases oil palm productivity, which increases farmer income. It has also been shown that fertilization has a significant impact on improving the quality and quantity of the harvest, with farmers often getting better yields when they use good fertilization procedures. permanent employee labor and family members help maintain the smoothness and efficiency of production, while limited supply of qualified personnel can affect the best results. The results of the study indicate that by using this method, oil palm farmers in Sri Tanjung Village can double their income. The data found that these three parameters had a significant impact on oil palm development and harvest success.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income level of farmers who apply the chili and tomato intercropping pattern in Sikab Village, and to identify internal and external factors that influence the income of the farm. In addition, this study also evaluates the efficiency of the intercropping pattern in increasing farmer productivity and profits. The study used a survey method, with direct interviews with farmers who apply the chili and tomato intercropping pattern. The sample was selected using the Simple Random Sampling method, with 21 farmers from a total population of 210 heads of families. The results of the analysis of the chili and tomato intercropping farming business in Sikab Village show that this farming system provides quite large benefits for farmers. Based on the calculation results, the average income obtained by farmers reached IDR 53,765,250.00 per hectare in one planting season, with a total cost of IDR 28,054,523.83 per hectare. Thus, the average income obtained by farmers in one planting season is IDR 25,710,726.17 per hectare. This study concludes that chili and tomato intercropping farmers in Sikab Village obtain quite good profits. Production cost efficiency can be increased with more optimal fertilizer and pesticide management, as well as government support in the distribution of agricultural facilities.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to address ecosystem damage, coastal erosion, climate change, reduced fish catch, declining water quality, loss of biodiversity, and environmental pollution, as well as support coastal community welfare. able to provide a positive stimulus to the community about the importance of mangrove forests in coastal areas, which impacts the socio-economic conditions of the Regemuk village community. The activity was carried out by applying science and technology directly to strengthen mangrove plants. The results obtained from the activity are that this community service can provide a positive stimulus to the community about the importance of mangrove forests in coastal areas, which impacts the socio-economic conditions of the Regemuk village community, and the planting of mangroves in coastal areas will maintain ecological functions such as providing habitat for marine animals to shelter, food chains, and breeding, as well as protecting Pantai Labu from sea water abrasion.

Abstract

Potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L) are one of the most important horticultural commodities with high economic value and play a crucial role in improving farmers’ income in highland areas. This study aims to: (1) analyze the factors that influence potato production in Nagalingga Village, Merek District, Karo Regency; and (2) determine the effect of land area, labor, capital, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides on farmers’ production levels. The analytical method used in this study was the Cobb-Douglas production function with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that land area, labor, capital, seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides simultaneously had a significant effect on potato production. Partially, the land area was found to have the most dominant influence on production increase. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.992 indicates that these independent variables are able to explain 99.2% of the variation in potato farmers’ production levels.
