Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak merupakan inti dari pendidikan agama Islam, dengan misi Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk menyempurnakan akhlak. Di era globalisasi, kompleksitas problem akhlak menuntut pendekatan baru, salah satunya ma’rifatun nafs (mengenal diri) sebagaimana dikemukakan Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan makna ma’rifatun nafs, implementasinya dalam pendidikan akhlak, dan posisinya sebagai epistemologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka dengan sumber utama Ajaib al-Qalb karya Imam al-Ghazali dan analisis Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ma’rifatun nafs adalah pengetahuan tentang hakikat diri manusia, mencakup jasmani dan rohani (ruh, qalb, aql, nafs). Akhlak terbentuk dari kondisi qalb yang dipengaruhi aql dan syahwat. Qalb yang dikuasai syahwat melahirkan akhlak tercela, sedangkan yang mengendalikannya melahirkan akhlak terpuji. Pendekatan ini menjadi dasar epistemologis pembentukan kepribadian luhur. Moral education is central to Islamic education, with the Prophet Muhammad SAW tasked to perfect human character. In the globalization era, moral challenges require new approaches, such as ma’rifatun nafs (self-knowledge) as proposed by Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak. This study aims to explain the concept, its application in moral education, and its role as an epistemological foundation. Using library research with Ajaib al-Qalb by Imam al-Ghazali as the main source and Miles & Huberman’s analysis, the findings show that ma’rifatun nafs involves understanding human nature, both physical and spiritual (ruh, qalb, aql, nafs). Moral conduct stems from the qalb’s condition, influenced by aql and shahwat. A qalb dominated by shahwat yields vice, while controlling it produces virtue. This approach provides a solid epistemological basis for noble character formation.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Empowering Leadership on job satisfaction, organizational culture on job satisfaction, Empowering Leadership on performance, organizational culture on on performance, job satisfaction on performance, empowering leadership through Job satisfaction on performance, and organizational culture through job satisfaction on performance on at the Enrekang Regent's Office. This study uses primary data and data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, using SEM PLS (Partial Least Squares Structual Equation Modeling). The population in this study were all employees of the Enrekang Regent's Office as many as 115. The results of this study showed that empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a posititive but not significant effect on job satisfaction,  empowering leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on performance,  organizational culture has a positif significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction  has a positive and significant effect on performance, empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and organizational culture has a positive but insignificant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Silent Demonstration learning model on students' learning motivation in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject of Taharah material at SMP Negeri 2 Lilirilau, Soppeng Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experimental design in the form of Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design. The subjects of this study were all seventh grade students of SMPN 2 Lilirilau with a population of 93 students. The sampling technique was carried out randomly, class VII-B with 32 students as the control class and class VII-C with 32 students as the experimental class. The research instrument used was a questionnaire to measure students' learning motivation. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics and Independent Sample T-test hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed a significant difference from the application of the Silent Demonstration learning model to students' learning motivation. This is evidenced by the results of the Independent Samples T-test which shows that the application of the Silent Demonstration learning model has an effect on students' learning motivation in the PAI subject of Taharah material at SMP Negeri 2 Lilirilau, Soppeng Regency

Abstract

This research explores the intersection of participatory and social financing within the framework of Islamic Moral Economy (IME). The study delves into the nature of participatory and collaborative Islamic finance instruments and their alignment with the principles of IME. It also investigates the concept of Islamic social finance and its relationship with the idea of welfare in the context of IME. The paper further examines contemporary approaches to institutional adaptation in Islamic finance, focusing on how these approaches integrate participatory and social financing principles. Qualitative methodology by employing a rigorous literature review and in-depth analysis is utilzed to gain insights into the practices and implementations of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. The findings shed light on the significance of transparency, fairness, and social responsibility in Islamic financial practices and their potential for promoting financial inclusion and socio-economic welfare in accordance with Islamic teachings. This study offers valuable perspectives for policymakers and practitioners seeking to develop ethical and community-centered financial models within the framework of Islamic Moral Economy.

Abstract

The Influence of Placement, Development of Human Resources and Infrastructure on the Implementation of ASN's Duties and Duties of the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Services of Selayar Islands Regency, guided by Mr. Muhammad Rusydi as supervisor I and Mr. Edi Jusriadi as supervisor II. This research aims to analyze and understand the influence of placement on the implementation of ASN's main duties and functions, development of human resources on the implementation of ASN's main duties and functions, and infrastructure on the implementation of ASN's main duties and functions at the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning, Selayar Islands Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 55 respondents using a questionnaire as a source of data collection. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS V.29 application. The research results show that: (1). Placement has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of ASN's main duties and functions, (2). Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the implementation of ASN's main duties and functions, and (3). Infrastructure has a positive but not significant effect on the implementation of ASN's main duties and functions at the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Services in Selayar Islands Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ethic, job responsibilities, office facilities and infrastructure on the performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Selayar Islands Regency Tourism and Culture Office. This type of research is quantitative research with a data collection instrument using a questionnaire method, with a sample size of 44 ASN people. Data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and partial tests (t tests) using the SPSS V.24 application. The research results show that: (1). Work ethic, job responsibilities, and office facilities and infrastructure have a positive and significant influence on the performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Selayar Islands Regency Tourism and Culture Office.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ability on employee performance, job training on employee performance, and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep Regency. The data collection technique used in the research is related to surveys by distributing questionnaires and documentation studies. The sample used in this research was 110 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed with the help of SPSS 24 software. The results of this research show that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Semen Tonasa Pangkep Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance of the Makassar City Regional Development Planning Agency. This type of research is quantitative research using questionnaires as a source of data collection, the analysis used is path analysis using the AMOS 24.0 application. The results showed that: 1. Employee engagement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, 2. Work-life balance has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, 3. Employee engagement has a positive insignificant effect on employee performance, 4. Work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee performance, 5. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, 6. Employee engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, and 7. Work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: The presence of transformative Arabic literary criticism learning can provide a forum for language reinforcement as a gender-responsive value transformation medium. In this process, transformative Arabic literary criticism can provide a model for how the various roles of language as a text can be transformed to reinforce the role of women who have been trapped in gender-unresponsive stereotypes. Learning transformative Arabic literary criticism as a forum for mainstreaming heutagogic-based postmodern feminism is an alternative value transformation in the world of education. In this effort, there are several strategies that can be done which in this case are, 1) enrichment of gender-responsive heutagogic-based scientific literature in transformative Arabic literary criticism, 2) strengthening the paradigm of heutagogic-based postmodern feminism studies in transformative Arabic literary criticism, 3) and opening access to mainstreaming the results of heutagogic-based postmodern feminism studies in various dimensions of social life.  The presence of transformative Arabic literary criticism learning can provide a forum for language reinforcement as a gender-responsive value transformation medium.Keywords:  Arabic Literary, Postmodern Feminism, HeutagogicAbstrak: Hadirnya pembelajaran kritik sastra Arab transformatif dapat memberikan wadah penguatan bahasa sebagai media transformasi nilai yang responsif gender. Dalam proses tersebut, kritik sastra Arab transformatif dapat memberikan suatu model bagaimana berbagai peran bahasa sebagai sebuah teks dapat ditransformasikan untuk menguatkan peran perempuan yang selama ini banyak terjebak pada sterotip yang tidak responsif gender. Pembelajaran kritik sastra Arab transformatif sebagai wadah pengarusutamaan feminisme postmodern berbasis heutagogis merupakan suatu alternatif transformasi nilai dalam dunia pendidikan. Dalam upaya tersebut, ada beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan yang dalam hal ini adalah, 1) pengayaan literatur keilmuan berbasis heutagogis yang responsif gender dalam kritik sastra Arab transformatif, 2) penguatan paradigma kajian feminisme postmodern berbasis heutagogis dalam kritik sastra Arab transformatif, 3) serta pembukaan akses pengarusutamaan hasil kajian feminisme postmodern berbasis heutagogis dalam berbagai dimensi kehidupan sosial. Kata Kunci: Sastra Arab, Feminisme Postmodern, Heutagogis

Abstract

The background of the research shows that the strategy carried out by the modern Islamic boarding school in the implementation of Arabic language learning management based on self-regulated learning is a distinctive scientific phenomenon. This study examines the application of self-regulated learning-based Arabic language learning management. As a field research through qualitative research with a phenomenological paradigm, the research data was obtained through interviews, observations, documentation, and reference searches to be further processed and analyzed through reduction, exposure, and conclusion of data. The study results show that the components of self-regulated learning, which in this case consist of motivation regulation, planning, effort regulation, attention focusing, task strategies, using additional resources, and self-instruction, can be identified which are applied to sit students as creative learning subjects. The conclusion shows that applying various self-regulated learning components contributes to shaping students' creativity in participating in Arabic language learning.
