Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran modal sosial yang terdiri dari kepercayaan, jaringan, dan nilai / norma, pada kontrak pinjaman antara pedagang dengan rentenir di pasar karuwisi kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa modal sosial memiliki peran penting dalam kontrak pinjaman antara pedagang dengan rentenir dalam hal kepercayaan, jaringan, dan nilai / norma. Dari sisi kepercayaan, rentenir percaya untuk meminjamkan setelah komunikasi yang intens dan kehadiran tempat penjualan tetap.sisi jaringan, hubungan pribadi membuat para pedagang merasa nyaman karena rentenir. Dari sisi nilai / norma, nilai siri 'membuat para pedagang tidak membayar hutangnya dan baik pedagang maupun pemberi pinjaman tahu bahwa seharusnya tidak menambah hutang sebelum membayar dari hutang sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kunjungan wisatawan terhadap tingkat pendapatan masyarakat, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif serta analisis deskriptif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah 30 responden kuesioner kepada pedagang dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil perhitungan Uji t menunjukkan bahwa t hitung = 9,901, pada α 5% diperoleh ttabel = 1,625 karena t hitung, > ttabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini dapat menerangkan variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 terhadap variabel dependen yaitu 0,003,Hasil perhitungan Uji F adalah F hitung > dari F tabel (4,495 >1,542) yang artinya Tingkat kunjungan berpengaruh signifikan tehadap tingkat pendapatan. hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0, 647a, Artinya adalah pendapatan sebesar 42 % dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kunjungan, dan sisanya sebesar 58% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti atau diluar model penelitian

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the contribution of advertising tax is to local revenue in the city of Makassar. The type of research used in this research is to use a qualitative approach in which the research is descriptive in nature. The data used in this study is quantitative, namely target data and realization of advertisement tax in 2013-2023 as well as primary data, namely data taken from interviews. The results of this study with descriptive analysis show that advertisement tax revenue in Makassar City is still not optimal. This can be seen from the contribution of advertisement tax to Regional Original Income in 2013-2023 which averaged only 2.72% or according to very low criteria, which was caused by a lack of public awareness in paying taxes and the Makassar mayor's regulation regarding the installation of advertisements that are no longer allowed to be carried out on national roads so as to reduce advertisement tax revenue

Abstract

This study examines Sufi healing in Islamic tradition as a psycho-spiritual healing system rooted in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the practices of the Companions, and the intellectual–spiritual development of classical Sufism. The research aims to explain the concepts, historical foundations, principles, methods, and contemporary relevance of Sufi healing for modern individuals who experience stress, anxiety, and meaning crises. Using a descriptive qualitative method through library research, this study analyzes classical Sufi texts, works of Islamic medicine, scholarly journals, and contemporary books, supported by hermeneutic analysis and source triangulation. The findings reveal that Sufi healing originated from prophetic practices such as ruqyah, supplication, and balanced living, and was later systematized by figures such as Ibn Sina, al-Razi, and al-Ghazali into a holistic healing paradigm that views humans as a unity of body, soul, and spirit. Its core principles include bodily–spiritual balance, tazkiyat al-nafs, remembrance (dhikr) as spiritual energy therapy, supplication and ruqyah, as well as meditation and contemplation (tafakkur). These principles manifest in practical methods such as dhikr jahr and khafi, sama’, qawwali, herbal remedies, and spiritual energy transfer practiced within various Sufi orders, including Mevlevi, Chishti, Qadiriyya, Naqshbandiyya, Sammaniyya, and Alawiyya. In the modern era, Sufi healing contributes significantly to Islamic psychotherapy, Islamic mindfulness, and holistic medicine by offering a comprehensive model that integrates medical, psychological, and theological dimensions, fostering inner tranquility, mental well-being, and spiritual closeness to Allah.

Abstract

This article is a literature review that focuses on examining the management of Arabic language learning in madrasah ibtidaiyah in the community-based independent curriculum. The results of the study show that the management of Arabic language learning in madrasah ibtidaiyah in the community-based independent curriculum is built on three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation of Arabic language learning. At the planning stage, the preparation of the Madrasah Operational Curriculum (KOM), the preparation of Learning Objectives (TP) and the Flow of Learning Objectives (ATP), the preparation of teaching modules, was carried out. At the implementation stage, difference learning and P5-PPRA design (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile) were carried out. As for the evaluation stage, formative and summative evaluations need to be carried out to ensure that all Arabic learning processes are in the right flow in terms of planning and implementation as a stage, in which the evaluation is an evaluation as a stage of management of Arabic learning at madrasah ibtidaiyah in an independent community-based curriculum

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with various ethnicity and culture. One with the most population compared to another foreign ethnic is Chinese. This results in the existence of so many buildings influenced by Chinese architecture, such as: houses, temples, schools and others. It’s quite intriguing how school design is using Chinese architecture, considering that it is a public facility which has fixed facilities, and strictly monitored by government’s regulation. This is the main reason of choosing Tzu Chi school as a case study in this research. The goal of doing this research is to know which Chinese architecture character is used in the building design. The research variables are: roof, door, window, column and stairs. The research method is qualitative-descriptive, by comparing the variables of the case study with the reference, and then describing the observation in narrative manner. Based on the research, it is concluded that Tzu Chi school is implementing Chinese architecture in its design.

Abstract

This systematic literature review evaluates Arabic English bilingual strategies through the lens of Noam Chomsky’s Universal Grammar and generative linguistics. By synthesizing 30 high quality studies from an initial 585 records, the review confirms that generative frameworks provide substantial explanatory power for bilingual acquisition. Key findings indicate that L1 Arabic transfer significantly shapes English L2 development, particularly in pro drop and verb raising parameters. While the Full Transfer Full Access model suggests learners retain the ability to achieve native like proficiency, adult learners struggle with parameter resetting when relying solely on positive evidence. Pedagogical implications are profound: explicit instruction using negative evidence and heightened awareness of syntactic differences are essential to reduce interference errors. Additionally, mastering collocations requires targeted focus beyond simple translation equivalence. The review highlights critical research gaps in longitudinal data and child bilingualism, offering vital directions for curriculum design and teacher training.

Abstract

Research related to the development of human capital based on cultural diversity is still minimal, so this study aims to find a human capital development model based on cultural diversity, self-leadership, and team management. The research instruments used questionnaires with samples of 146 respondents; the data was processed using SEM. The results showed that human capital performance could improve if supported by solid self-leadership despite cultural diversity. However, the research staff has not been able to do knowledge sharing because the management team has not entirely run well among local and foreign research staff. The novelty of this study lies in the ability to communicate between local and foreign research staff despite the cultural diversity between them.

Abstract

This paper seeks to examine how human resource management can be implemented to facilitate the process of nurturing the creativity of artists in the context of Al Hasyimi Calligraphy Art Studio in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. A qualitative descriptive method was used in the study to get to know the managerial practices and creative development in the natural environment of the studio. Participant observation, in depth interviews, and documentation were used to collect data that included the studio leader, trainers and active members. The interactive model of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing was used to analyze the data. The results reveal that the practices of human resource management applied in Al Hasyimi Calligraphy Art Studio are characterized by adaptive planning, open-based recruitment that is based on interest and commitment, life-long training and mentoring, and moral and religious-based supervision. They are not structured in a very formal system but they are effective in providing an environment that is conducive to artistic learning and development of creativity. The research also established that commitment to leadership, an enabling organizational environment and the intrinsic motivation of the members are critical aspects that reinforce creativity. Simultaneously, the lack of financial resources, poorly equipped facilities, and a lack of a well-established career development system are serious problems. The research concludes that creativity can be supported effectively through human resource management in a community based artistic institution provided that it is based on commitment, mentorship and shared values.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a central driver of digital transformation in education, particularly in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning. This study examines the role of AI-supported learning through the Quizizz platform in enhancing English vocabulary mastery while simultaneously strengthening religious values and educational governance from a Public Administration perspective. Using a comprehensive literature-based analytical approach, this study synthesizes international research on AI, digital pedagogy, and EFL with national studies on English education policy, character education, and public governance. The findings indicate that Quizizz effectively improves vocabulary retention, pronunciation accuracy, learner motivation, and self-regulated learning through adaptive repetition, gamification, and real-time feedback. Beyond linguistic outcomes, the integration of religious values within AI-based instruction fosters ethical awareness, learning discipline, and social responsibility among students. From a governance perspective, AI-supported learning platforms enhance transparency, accountability, and evidence-based decision making through digital documentation and learning analytics. This study concludes that the integration of Artificial Intelligence, EFL vocabulary learning, religious values, and public governance constitutes a comprehensive and sustainable framework for developing ethical, accountable, and high-quality digital education.
