Abstract

The writing discusses story of Noah (peace be upon him) in the Quran. The story will be approached by philosophical hermeneutics is conceived by Heiddegger and Gadamar. The main questions of the article are why and how the meaning of the story for Arabic people especially and for Moslem (human kind) generally. Finally, the result shows that Prophet Nuh is one of important ancestors for Arabic people and those people had listened and seen some historical events related to this prophet and his people. Moreover, the story teachs human being to surrender to Allah as it will lead them to appreciate all creations in this universe.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mcnguraikan lilsafat moral atau etika menurut David Hume. Hume terkenal sebagai seorang empirisisme. Paham inilah yang membentuk epistemologinya, sehingga lahirlah anggapan bahwa ilmu tersebut hersilat relatif, subyektif bukan obyektif. Hume juga menolak ide kausalitas dan substansi, scbab keduanya tidak bisa dibuktikan secara cmpirik, scpcrti tidak terlihatnya daya kausal dan substansi itu sendiri. Iipisternologi ini rncndasari pemahaman etika Hume bahwa etika adatah masalah pcrasaan. Pcrasaart ini muncul dari kesan yang dihasilkan oleh fakta empirik, sehingga Humc beranggapan bahwa hukum moral adalah tidak ada. Dengan kata lain, etika adalah masalah pcrasaan setuju dan tidak setu.lu atau scnang dan tidak scnang. Jika setuju dan senang maka itu baik dan begitu juga scbaliknya. Nantun untuk meqiaga agar tidak ada kesewenang-wenangan etis maka Hume beranggapan bahwa manusia memiliki sikap saling simpati yang dibangun diatas empat keutamaan. Agar ini semua bisa berjalan dengan lancar lalu diciptakanlah norma-norma tertentu dan dalam penerapan norlna ini dilaksanakanlah pembiasan-pembiasaan. I,embiasaan yang mcniadi kebiasaal inilah yang menjadi seakan-akan tcrasa sepcrti hukum moral.

Abstract

Khitan is called circumcision in english. It is the surgical removal of the foreskin from the penis. In Banjarese society, circumcisions celebration is called basunat. Basunat as rite of passage is one of important stages for Banjareses life. Socially, the tradition maintains the collectiveness and integration of Banjarese society. According to anthropology view, basunat may be understood as a liminal condition. Liminal is a condition of betwixt and between. In this condition, subject of rite experiences a formed stage. Furthermore, according to philosophy view, the tradition reflects the exsistence of human being and its relation with other existences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh syariah compliance dan service quality terhadap minat pengusaha mikro menjadi nasabah bank syariah di kota Palembang. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal menggunakan data primer 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa syariah compliance berpengaruh terhadap minat pengusaha mikro menjadi nasabah bank syariah, syariah compliance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pengusaha mikro menjadi nasabah bank syariah, service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pengusaha mikro menjadi nasabah bank syariah, service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan pengusaha mikro menjadi nasabah bank syariah, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi nasabah bank syariah.

Abstract

The results of the research carried out by the author can be conveyed here that the strategy for developing the education system carried out by PM Al-Rifa'ie in increasing the professionalism of students is: through an educational program consisting of formal education and religious education, an orderly organizational system in the modern Al-Rifa'ie Islamic boarding school. Rifa'ie, employee recruitment, curriculum development program. Meanwhile, the constraining factors are teaching staff factors, student/student factors, student/student guardian factors, organizational factors, and environmental factors. And the efforts made by PM Al-Rifa'ie to increase the professionalism of students are: providing educational facilities and other facilities that provide adequate support, providing life skills provision through extracurricular activities, holding training and training or seminars for all teachers, both formal teachers and teachers. diniyah and murottil Qur'an teachers, and training, training and seminars for students.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the relationship between the theological and Sufism thoughts of Shaykh Arshad al-Banjari, especially regarding the concept of twenty attributes and the sentence of tawhid. The study begins with a focus on Hidâyah al-Râshidîn al-Mustarsyidîn. This book, by the descendants of Shaykh Arshad, is attributed to Shaykh Arshad al-Banjari. Through the study of this book, it will be compared with his other works related to the study in the book. Therefore, the comparative method will be used in this study to analyze the relevance of the manuscript of Hidâyah al-Râshidîn al-Mustarsyidîn to the theological and Sufism thoughts of Shaykh Arshad al-Banjari contained in Kitab Ushûluddîn and Kanz al-Maʿrifah, especially related to the concept of the twenty attributes of Allah and the sentence of tawhid. The results show that Hidâyah al-Râshidîn al-Mustarsyidîn is the work of Shaykh al-Jauhari, not the work of Shaykh Arshad al-Banjari, but through this book, it can be assumed that he had a teacher-student relationship with Shaykh al-Jauhari and this book also serves as a link in Shaykh Arshad's theological and Sufism thoughts in Kitab Ushûluddîn and Kanz al-Maʿrifah which emphasize the tawhid of the twenty attributes of Allah and the dhikr of tawhid which is relevant to Imam Sanusi's book Umm al-Barâhin.

Abstract

This paper discusses about "Government Actions Against the Obligation to Prepare Government Regulations from Law No.18 of 2017" in the form of a Legal Memorandum. Where the Government in making and issuing Government Regulations from Law No. 18 of 2017 has exceeded the time limit that has been regulated in in law. The legal questions that arise are (1) is the government's attitude that exceeds the time in issuing the Government Regulations an act of the government in carrying out government administration functions? (2) Is the government's attitude exceeding the time in issuing the Government Regulations a violation of State Administration law? This study uses normative legal analysis. The purpose of this writing is the invention of recommendation given by the author for consideration to readers and the people of Indonesia, especially is those who feel be anggrieved by the government’s actions in the state arrangement. The results of the analysis of this Legal Memorandum conclude that the government's action is an administrative function of the government and is an unlawful act. As for the recommended recommendations, citizens who feel aggrieved by the government's actions can take repressive actions against government actions from Law No.18 of 2017, these citizens can sue the President to the State Administrative Court as an authorized court according to law after committing administrative effort.

Abstract

The study of Islamic sciences cannot be separated from the text in which in this process Arabic plays a very strategic role. The Arab reasoning criticism of Muhammad Abid al-Jabiri, which was built on bayani, burhani, and irfani, needs to be accelerated in supporting the transformation of the study of Islamic sciences through the transformation of text to reason which then leads to an intuitive dimension. This can be done optimally if there is an effort to synergize the immanent linguistic structure in Arabic both from a phonological, morphological, syntactic or semantic perspective with a scientific structure that is immanent to the existing Islamic sciences.

Abstract

Arabic Learning in children is a pedagogical process that directs children in the early days of their growth in perceiving Arabic as a language of communication, both spoken and written. In addressing this process, Jean Piaget has provided a theoretical framework on how an Arabic learning process can take place actively by referring to the activation of cognitive processes that exist in children, which in this case are built on several forms, namely, a) assimilation as a process of changing the Arabic learning environment to fit the existing scheme in children, b) accommodation as a process of changing the existing schema in children to suit the Arabic learning environment, c) equilibrium as a process of achieving children who can handle new information in Arabic learning through the process of assimilation and accomodation, d) disequilibrium as a process where there is an imbalance in children's cognitive processes which in turn becomes a challenge for them in accelerating cognitive development in Arabic learning, e) and organization as a process of unifying various schemes by children into a system of Arabic learning  that is coherent with each other. Jean Piaget's cognitivistic learning theory can be one of the theoretical basics and practical frameworks for educators in Arabic learning in children who have their own characteristics compared to adolescents or adults, especially in their respective cognitive structures.

Abstract

Arabic learning which is developed in the concept of independent learning-independent campuse must provide a philosophical as well as methodical framework in strengthening the potential of students, especially in strengthening them to put Arabic and its learning as an active component of learning. In this proses, Arabic learning must be able to adopt the constructivism philosophy. In the process, learning Arabic must actively facilitate students to carry out various processes that enable them to construct the knowledge they have acquired during the learning process to later become new knowledge. This new knowledge can be constructed in different contexts.The learning paradigm that is promoted in the independent learning-independent campus must synergize optimally with the constructive Arabic learning paradigm both inside and outside the classroom.
