Abstract

Multicast data radar adalah sebuah konsep dalam sistem radar modern yang bertujuan untuk efisien mengirimkan dan menerima data dari banyak penerima (receiver) secara bersamaan. Radar merupakan teknologi yang penting dalam pengawasan dan pemantauan berbagai wilayah, baik dalam aplikasi militer maupun sipil. Dalam situasi di mana data dari radar harus diakses oleh beberapa penerima, penggunaan teknik multicast menjadi pilihan yang efisien untuk mengirimkan data tersebut ke beberapa tujuan secara bersamaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan ADDIE. Pada metode ADDIE ini dapat memudahkan dalam membuat transmisi Multicast Data Radar Padang – Pekanbaru menggunakan metode tunnel in tunnel. Transmisi ini terdiri dari komponen hardware dan software sebagai bahan dalam perancangan transmisi Multicast Data Radar Padang – Pekanbaru menggunakan 1 hardware leptop atau PC dan software virtualbox, winbox64.exe, ASTModoS.exe, wireshark. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan penulis yaitu menilai quality of Service (QoS) dari rancangan transmisi Data Radar yang telah dibuat oleh penulis.

Abstract

Vocational education, especially Air Traffic Controller personnel with 70% practicum. Currently there are no VIVO facilities available for recording practicum implementation which can be utilized by cadets to assist the learning process outside of practicum hours/especially in ADC practicum activities. The aim of the research is to design a VIVO recording device for ADC practicum activities. The research uses the R&D method by adapting the ADDIE model. The research sample was 24 MLLU study program cadets. The research instrument used the Gutman scale. The device testing instrument is the black box test. Data analysis techniques use Excel data processing. The obtained by analysis based on device needs were 83% stating that the ADC practicum learning process required supporting tools in the independent learning process in the dormitory, 91.7% needed interactive learning facilities and 95.8% needed learning experiences. The design of the visual sound recording device utilizes a CCTV device that can be accessed anywhere 24 hours via an Android mobile device. feasibility test using the black box test method by paying attention to the features of the ezviz device and the process of setting up the CCTV device, while the implementation stage of the vivo device was carried out at the 9th to 14th meetings.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan telah mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI), khususnya chatbot, sebagai asisten virtual dalam pembelajaran. Chatbot berbasis AI dirancang untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi interaktif antara sistem dan pengguna secara otomatis dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pemrosesan bahasa alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran chatbot AI dalam mendukung pembelajaran digital, khususnya sebagai media bantu yang personal, responsif, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai hasil penelitian sebelumnya dari jurnal, prosiding, dan publikasi ilmiah tahun 2025 yang relevan dengan topik. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa chatbot AI mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran, mendukung pembelajaran mandiri, serta memberikan umpan balik langsung kepada siswa. Selain itu, chatbot juga berkontribusi dalam pengembangan keterampilan kognitif dan afektif, seperti berpikir kritis, manajemen waktu, dan kemandirian belajar. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman konteks yang kompleks dan potensi ketergantungan terhadap teknologi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam menggambarkan potensi dan keterbatasan chatbot dalam konteks pendidikan modern serta menawarkan wawasan bagi pengembangan chatbot yang lebih adaptif dan pedagogis di masa depan.

Abstract

Objective: To develop a teaching model that integrates the concepts of service quality testing and airport passenger satisfaction in the educational curriculum at the Aviation Polytechnic. The main focus of the research is to design a competency-based learning approach that covers not only theoretical aspects but also practical applications in the context of the aviation industry. In addition, this research also evaluates the effectiveness of the teaching model in improving students' understanding of airport service quality parameters. Method: used is Research and Development (R&D) with the stages of needs analysis, model design, expert validation, limited trial, and implementation. Data were collected through surveys, interviews with aviation industry stakeholders, as well as pretests and posttests on students to measure the increase in understanding. Data analysis was done quantitatively with descriptive statistics and paired sample t-test, as well as qualitatively through evaluation of learner and expert responses. Results: Showed that the developed teaching model significantly improved students' understanding of airport service quality dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The effectiveness test of the model shows an increase in understanding scores after implementation. Novelty: Research lies in the integration between the academic curriculum and the real needs of the aviation industry, especially in terms of service quality measurement and passenger satisfaction. The developed model is also equipped with case studies based on actual data from the airport and interactive simulations, thus providing a more contextualised learning experience. This research is expected to be a reference for the development of aviation vocational education curriculum that is more adaptive to industry dynamics.

Abstract

This paper meets the on-going challenge of gaps in the training of Aircraft Basic Workshop Theory course as part of Indonesian aviation polytechnic that seeks to develop an organized competency-based teaching material and integrated RPS (Rencanna Pembelajaran Semester). By using both a Research and Development (R&D) structure borrowed on the 4D model-Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate and a qualitative (1W) section, the research will combine the validation of stakeholders with the query of the learners to evidence that the pedagogy is relevant and the implementation is possible within the institution. Primary data were collected using the analysis of the curriculum, the consultation of experts, and instrumentation based on the cadets, such as structured questionnaire and semi-structured interviews of Surabaya and Makassar Aviation Polytechnics. Define and Design phase findings showed severe shortage between the formal curriculum requirements and course delivery that involved lack of sequencing of learners; Matching words to learning outcomes and provision of instructional support materials. The created teaching unit and updated RPS has been directly targeting these shortcomings by providing a weekly structure of goals, procedures, and evaluations based on national standards of competencies. At the Disseminate step, the institutional review verified that the instructional tools were usable, adaptable and had systemic worth in various campuses. Above all, acute learner disenfranchisement was identified by the 1W component: cadets claimed that there was a significant level of confusion, the absence of instructional structure, and procedure uncertainty in workshop learning settings.

Abstract

To realize these goals, a lecturer/educator must have the skills to choose, use methods and carry out new innovations in creating an effective and efficient learning environment for students. R & D (Research & Development) research is research that is oriented to research, design, produce, test, the validity of the resulting product in the form of an interactive teaching module to improve understanding of the concept of electronic and digital engineering material with a development model developed by M. Alessi and Stanley R. Trollip, which consists of the stages of Planning , Design , and Development . Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, tests, interviews and observations. Techniques analysis data for eligibility media use analysis data descriptive, where the analysis is carried out using the Score stages results evaluation questionnaire Which obtained from for expert (media And material), in the form of quantitative data that is changed into categories with a linkert scale.
