Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction and the differences in service quality on customer satisfaction with the object of research at Bank Muamalat Branch Makassar and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Branch Pannampu. This study uses an associative-comparative research type with a quantitative approach. The source of data used for this research is primary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, with 100 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from the current study state that the quality of mobile banking services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Bank Muamalat Branch Makassar and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Branch Makassar Pannampu, each with a sig value of 0.000. This shows that the increasing quality of mobile banking services will also increase customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat and Bank BSI. There are differences in the quality of m- banking services to customer satisfaction between Bank Muamalat and Bank BSI with a value of 39.66 (39%) and 61.34 (61%). This shows that the quality of mobile banking services at Bank BSI Branch Makassar Pannampu is higher in providing satisfaction to customers than Bank Muamalat Branch Makassar.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pengadilan Agama Pasangkayu; (2) Menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pengadilan Agama Pasangkayu; (3) Menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas berbasis teknologi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pengadilan Agama Pasangkayu. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ialah: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; (2) budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; (3) fasilitas berbasis teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada manejemen Pengadilan Agama Pasangkayu sebagai berikut: (1) Untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dibutuhkan kesadaran individu untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, ketepatan waktu serta kemandirian atas setiap pegawai yang ada; (2) Perusahaan tempat pegawai bekerja perlu memperhatikan dan memberikan kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pegawai. (3) Perusahaan harus selalu mengadakan evaluasi secara rutin terhadap penguasaan teknologi informasi setiap pegawai atas hasil kinerja yang telah dicapai dan melakukan evaluasi.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Kerja, Teknologi Informasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Objective: The purpose article is to identify stress predisposing factors in patients with minor RAS.Methods: A 22-year-old woman came to Dental Hospital Faculty of Dentistry UI with complaints of canker sores pain in lower front gums for 4 days ago. Canker sores occur repeatedly every month, especially when there are lots of college assignments. Intraoral examination revealed a single ulcer, clear borders, oval-shape, a pink shallow base surrounded by erythema, size 3x2 mm in attached gingival, region 41-42, with tenderness. Screening for psychological conditions with DASS-21 questionnaire, obtained scores of severe anxiety level and stress. The patient was diagnosed minor RAS with stress predisposing factors.Results: Based on the subjective and objective examinations, the patient was diagnosed with cheilitis and minor RAS with possible predisposing factors to stress and anxiety.Conclusion: Stress can be a predisposing factor for RAS, so managing stress in patient is important for controlling recurrence.

Abstract

Upaya penyediaan pangan yang mencukupi bagi masyarakat Indonesia menjadi tantangan bagi semua pihak. Secara umum, tantangan yang semakin berat dan kompleks dihadapi dalam rangka peningkatan produksi padi untuk memantapkan kecukupan bahan pangan. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain; Kebutuhan beras yang terus meningkat; Harga beras dunia yang terus meningkat; Ketersediaan lahan dan air berkurang; Dampak fenomena iklim dan organisame pengganggu tanaman; Infrastruktur pertanian yang rusak; Sarana produksi belum 6 tepat (jenis, mutu, waktu, jumlah, tempat, dan harga); Akses petani terhadap modal yang lemah; Kelembagaan pertanian masih lemah; dan Koordinasi di berbagai tingkatan masih lemah. Sejalan dengan berbagai tantangan di atas, ketersediaan air merupakan salah satu faktor penentu dalam proses produksi pertanian khususnya padi. Oleh karena itu investasi irigasi menjadi sangat penting dan strategis dalam rangka penyediaan air untuk pertanian. Diperlukan gambaran yang menyeluruh tentang identifikasi lahan Irigasi, beserta sarana dan prasarana penunjang lahan irigasi yaitu jaringan irigasi dari hulu sampai hilir saat ini khususnya kualitas dan besar debit air yang mengalir di saluran irigasi dan besarnya luas lahan sawah irigasi yang terairi serta permasalahan yang dihadapi wilayah/ kawasan saat ini; serta diperolehnya gambaran dan analisis komprehensif tentang kondisi dan optimasi sistem irigasi yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan luas areal sawah yang terairi dan produksi beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi, potensi dan permasalahan yang dihadapi, dimulai dari luas sawah yang terairi saat ini, jaringan irigasi, kualitas dan kuantitas debit air saat musim kemarau dan hujan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis dan kajian terhadap kondisi lapangan dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah factor penting peningkatan luas areal sawah dan produksi beras meliputi, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana dalam sistem jaringan irigasi DI Cimuncang, besarnya debit air pada musim kemarau dan musim hujan sebagai jaminan ketersediaan air, kualitas air baku sebagai sumber air untuk mengairi sistem irigasi di DI Cimuncang yang termasuk dalam kategori tercemar.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation of the murabahah contract as an effective financing alternative at KSPPS NURI East Java Pasean Branch and its contribution in supporting the economic growth of its members. The murabahah contract, which is one of the main products in Islamic finance, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the murabahah contract at KSPPS NURI East Java Pasean Branch is going well and has had a positive impact on improving the economy of members, especially in terms of the development of micro and small businesses. However, there are still challenges in terms of risk management and member education related to this contract. Therefore, further optimization strategies are needed to ensure sustainability and increased benefits for cooperative members.

Abstract

The role of teachers is pivotal in shaping student discipline and fostering character development within the school environment. This study investigates the strategies employed by teachers at MTs Ar-Raihan Lattekko in enhancing the discipline of ninth-grade students. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers enact twelve key roles in discipline development, including acting as organizers, informants, class managers, demonstrators, mediators, facilitators, motivators, inspirators, initiators, evaluators, climatologists, and culminators. These roles are reflected through structured classroom management, daily behavioral guidance, provision of role models, motivation, and reward systems. Discipline techniques applied are rooted in democratic values, emphasizing preventive and supportive actions rather than punitive measures. This research highlights the effectiveness of teacher-led discipline strategies in shaping responsible student behavior, offering valuable insights for educational institutions seeking to strengthen character education.

Abstract

The background of this study is the use of the RRRrrr!!! Movie by Alain Chabat as learning media in pragmatic courses, especially on the cooperative principle and the politeness principle. The use of this movie is based on the existence of 51 violations of the cooperative principle and the politeness principle in RRRrrr!!! movie. This research is a mixed research that applies qualitative research and quantitative research. The results showed that the use of this movie increased student learning outcomes by 40.26%. Student responses are also enthusiastic with the results of the 100% questionnaire using this movie as a learning medium. The results of the questionnaire also explained that the examples in the movie were very helpful in understanding the cooperative and politeness principle.  Keywords: the cooperative principle, the politeness principle, movie as learning media

Abstract

Lutung Sentarum (Presbytis Chrysomelas spp cruciger) is a member of the Presbyis tribe. Langur Sentarum (Presbytis Chrysomelas Cruciger) is one of the endemic animals in West Kalimantan with unprotected status, but is vulnerable to extinction. The study was conducted to obtain data on the demographic parameters of animal populations and their management in the Sepandan Resort area. The research was conducted through field observations to obtain data on demographic parameters with the concentration count method based on consideration of the characteristics of species distribution and field conditions in the research area. Population size data collection was carried out at 15 observation points, which were spread across all habitats types in the research study area. Observations or population size calculations at one point were carried out three times, namely in the morning (06.00 – 08.00), afternoon (12.00 – 14.00) and afternoon (16.00 – 18.00), and three replicates were carried out. The results of data from Lutung sentarum at the Sepandan resort found 8 groups from 2 areas, namely in Pelaik hamlet 2 groups and in Kedungkang hamlet 6 groups. Each group relatively had 1 adult male. Total individuals found were 58 individuals consisting of: 8 adult males, 25 adult females, 5 juvenile males, 18 juvenile females and 2 chicks. The total number of adult males and juveniles is 13 individuals and the total number of females is 43 individuals. The results in the sex ratio calculation of the encounter of 8 groups consisting of 13 males and 43 females were composed of sex ratio values of 1: 3. Total natality value of 8 groups of langur sentarum is 0.08.

Abstract

Pembangunan Jalan lingkungan Pasarwajo dan Pematangan Lahan Rawan Bencana termasuk dalam kategori pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum. Dengan demikian, prosedur pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan tersebut harus sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengadaan Tanah bagi Pembangunan Untuk Kepentingan Umum dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengadaan Tanah bagi Pembangunan Untuk Kepentingan Umum. Salah satu point penting dari pengadaan tanah dalam ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut yaitu menganai ganti rugi yang layak dan adil. Namun yang menjadi persoalan dalam proses pengadaan tanah jalan lingkungan Pasarwajo adanya prosedur yang keliru. Sehingga menyebabkan masalah.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis bagaimana prosedur pengadaan tanah berdasarkan ketentuan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan serta bagaimana prosedur pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan jalan lingkungan pasarwajo dan pematangan lahan rawan bencana. Penelitian yuridis empiris dengan metode analisis kualitatif sebagai pisau bedahnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Prosedur pengadaan tanah bagi pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum dimulai dari tahap perencanan, persiapan, pelaksanaan serta penyerahan hasil. Pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan Jalan Lingkugan Pasarwajo dan Pematangan Lahan Rawan Becana tidak sesuai dengan prosedur sebagaimana yang diatur dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2021 dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2021.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Buton Regency's Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2022 on Regional Food Reserves in controlling food price volatility, a critical issue linked to Indonesia's broader food security challenges. The research focuses on two key questions: the process of distributing regional food reserves to mitigate price surges and the factors hindering the successful implementation of the regulation. Using an empirical legal research model, this study examines the functioning of law within the community, integrating primary and secondary data collected through legal document analysis, observation, and interviews with local policymakers and stakeholders. The findings reveal that, while the regulation outlines procedures for managing and distributing food reserves during price surges, these reserves have not been distributed as intended. Key barriers include the lack of supporting regulations, particularly the absence of a regent regulation to provide operational guidelines, and logistical challenges such as inadequate storage facilities. This study highlights the need for stronger regulatory frameworks and operational strategies to ensure effective implementation, contributing to the discourse on food security policy in Indonesia.
