Abstract

Pertumbuhan kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia yang terus meningkat telah menyebabkan persoalan serius dalam hal peningkatan pencemaran udara. Salah satu jenis kendaraan bermotor yang membawa dampak besar terhadap pencemaran udara di Indonesia adalah kendaraan bermesin diesel. Selain populasinya besar, kendaraan bermesin diesel juga mengeluarkan jelaga yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan dan merusak lingkungan. Jelaga merupakan partikulat dengan ukuran sekitar 10 µm dengan 80,5% unsur pembentuknya adalah karbon. Jelaga berbahaya bagi kesehatan. Jelaga dapat mengendap dalam sel paru-paru dan menimbulkan flek hitam sehingga fungsi paru-paru terganggu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat reduksi opasitas (kepekatan asap/jelaga) gas buang mesin Isuzu Panther tahun 2000 dengan penggunaan diesel particulate trap (DPT) berbahan tembaga dan glasswool. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Obyek penelitian adalah mesin Isuzu Panther tahun 2000. Metode pengujiannya yaitu diakselerasi tanpa beban (free running acceleration). Standar pengujian emisi gas buang mesin diesel berdasarkan SAE-J1667. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Peralatan dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah mesin Isuzu Panther tahun 2000, smoke opacymeter, dan exhaust gas analyzer. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan penggunaan diesel particulate trap (DPT) berbahan tembaga dan glasswool dengan desain metallic honeycomb dapat menurunkan kepekatan asap/opasitas mesin Isuzu Panther tahun 2000. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan menurunnya opasitas gas buang buang pada mesin mesin Isuzu Panther tahun 2000 dengan menggunakan DPT pada knalpot eksperimen I, II, dan III. Dengan menggunakan knalpot eksperimen I, opasitas gas buang turun sebesar 3,5% dari knalpot standar yang mempunyai nilai opasitas 92,4%. Pada knalpot eksperimen II, didapatkan hasil reduksi opasitas secara maksimal. Opasitas turun sebesar 5,3% dari knalpot standar. Sedangkan pada knalpot eksperimen III, opasitas berhasil direduksi sebesar 4,9% dari knalpot standar.

Abstract

Keoptimuman dalam jaringan listrik merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Salah satuilmu yang membantu agar jaringan listrik optimum adalah graf. Penelitian ini merupakan studikasus dengan mengacu pada rujukan daftar pustaka kemudian diaplikasikan kedalam masalahyang diangkat berupa panjeng kabel listrik yang terpasanag di perumahan pulo asri. Untukmemecahkan masalah keoptimuman jaringan listrik dengan menggunakan algoritma prim, yaitumencari jarak terpendengan antar simpul dengan minimum spaning tree. Dan didapatkan selisihdari jaringan listrik antara jaringan listrik yang telah terpasang dengan perhitungan menggunakanAlgoritma Prim adalah sepanjang 34 meter. Sehingga didapatkan nilai signifikansi 18%.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya teknologi pada dewasa ini tentunya akan banyak membawa perubahan pada kehidupan manusia dan alam. Perubahan-perubahan itu harus disikapi secara matang agar mampu membawa pengaruh positif. Teknologi yang berkembang salah satunya dalah gadget. Sepertinya gadget dapat memberikan dampak yang begitu besar pada nilai-nilai kebudayaan. Gadget dipastikan hamper dipunyai pada setiap orang. Semua kalangan baik dipastikan tidak akan terlepas dari gadget dewasa ini. Sehingga penggunaan gadget menjadi kebiasaan bahkan kebudayaan dalam suatu masyarakat sekarang ini. Meskipun demikian sebagai orang tua harus bias mengantisipasi hal-hal/ pengarush penggunaan gadget. Hal tersebut tidak hanya mendatangkan pengaruhpostif saja tetapi juga mempunya dampak negative terutapa terhadap anak-anak yang sudah sejak dini dikenalkan kepada gatged. Salah satu bentuk kerja sama yang akan dilakukan dengan Desa Tanjung Wadung adalah workshop “Pengurangan Pengaruh Negatif Gadget Pada Remaja Dan Anak”. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan tentang postif dan negatifnya penggunaan gatged. Serta mampu mengurangi dampak negatifnya kepada remaja dan anak-anak.

Abstract

Abstract:The Consumption of fruit and vegetables by the community is inseparable fromthe waste generated. Conventionally, fruit and vegetable waste is thrown away, or forpeople who have livestock or livestock, the waste is used for feed. This is of course veryunfortunate, given the fact that optimal fruits and vegetables can be utilized. Utilizationof organic waste as animal feed ingredients as conventional compost material. If organicwaste is made into compost, the benefits are only given to plants. It is different if organicwaste is made into animal feed, which is beneficial for livestock, and from livestockobtained from livestock manure which can be made compost. However, organic wasteused for animal feed, easy to rot and voluminous (large) processing techniques areneeded to improve the future of storage, facilitate storage, and to enhance the antinutritionaleffects that usually contain alkaloids.Keywords: Waste, Fruit vegetable, Processing techniqueAbstrak:Konsumsi buah dan sayur oleh masyarakat tidak lepas dari adaya limbah yangdihasilkan. Secara konvensional, limbah buah dan sayur dibuang begitu saja, atau bagimasyarakat yang memiliki hewan ternak atau peliharaan, limbah tersebut dijadikanpakan. Hal ini tentu saja sangat disayangkan, mengingat sebenarnya limbah buah dansayur tersebut masih dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Pemanfaatan limbah organiksebagai bahan pakan ternak ataupun sebagai kompos secara konvensional dinilaimemiliki kelemahan. Jika limbah organik dijadikan kompos, manfaatnya hanya diberikankepada tanaman. Berbeda jika limbah organik dijadikan pakan ternak, yang bermanfaatbagi ternak, dan dari ternak diperoleh kotoran ternak yang dapat dijadikan kompos.Namun, limbah organik yang dijadikan pakan ternak secara langsung, bersifat mudahmembusuk dan voluminus (bulky) sehingga diperlukan inovasi teknik pengolahan limbahuntuk memperpanjang masa simpannya, mempermudah penyimpanan, dan mengurangiefek anti nutrisi yang biasanya berupa suatu alkaloid.Kata Kunci : Limbah, Buah sayur, Teknik pengolahan

Abstract

The need for measuring the mechanical properties of material in the Material Science course makes thecharpy impact machine to be immediately presented to be a supporting tool as well as a reference forstudents in carrying out impact testing. The purpose of this study was to find out how to design and createa charpy impact machine, find out how to work and analyze performance based on the impact energyreceived by the specimen and find out the impact on student learning interest in the Materials Sciencecourse. This research is a design research that ultimately produces a product. The performance of the tooluses ten steel specimens with dimensions of 10mm x 10 mm x 55 mm indicating an average impact priceof 1,509601 J / mm2. The measurement results of the learning interest questionnaire showed an indicatorof student interest in the presence of the charpy impact testing machine in the materials science course at73.68%..Keywords: design, impact, charpy, learning interest

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship Learning Interest, Emotional Intelligence and FinalExam Scores Measuring Devices Competency Standard Describes the Processesing of Energy ConversionEngineering Against the Students’ Learning Outcomes of SMK in Jombang.This study used quantitative descriptive approach. This research was a correlation study. The method usedfor data retrieval is using questionnaires and tests. The questionnaire used to determine students' interestsand emotional intelligence. While the test, used to determine student learning outcomes, and documentationto determine the Final exam scores measuring devices of students.Based on the results of data analysis with significance level of 5%, it can be concluded: (1) There is asignificant positive relationship between learning interest with the students’ learning outcomes of SMK inJombang. Learning interest affect student learning outcomes by 21.7%. (2) There is a significant positiverelationship between emotional intelligence with the students’ learning outcomes of SMK in Jombang.Emotional intelligence affect student learning outcomes of 25.9%. (3) There is a significant positiverelationship between the final exam scores measuring devices with the students’ learning outcomes of SMKin Jombang. Final exam scores measuring devices affect student learning outcomes by 23.2%. (4) There is asignificant positive relationship between learning interest , emotional intelligence and final exam scoresmeasuring devices together with the students’ learning outcomes of SMK in Jombang. Learning interest,emotional intelligence and value UAS measuring instrument together affect student learning outcomesamounted to 34.0%. Abstract

Coffee is one of the major agricultural commodities in Indonesia. The drying process is carried out conventionally (naturally), requires a relatively longer drying time between 1-2 weeks depending on the weather and hot sun, to shorten the time in the coffee bean drying process, a replacement heat source is needed, using a dryer with a roll tube type. which rotates using an LPG gas stove heater. The drying process uses drying variations of 60, 120, and 180 minutes with an initial weight of 1000 gr coffee beans with an initial moisture content of 22.8%. The drying process took 60 minutes, the weight of coffee beans was 955 gr, with 21% moisture content, temperature 42 ° C. Time 120 minutes, weight 911 gr with 20% moisture content, temperature 42 ° C, while time 180 minutes, weight yield 863 gr, water content 17%, with a temperature of 43.5 ° C. The greater the temperature in the drying process, the more effective it is to reduce the weight and moisture content of the coffee beans. The standard of coffee beans is 12% with a maximum drying temperature of 55 ° C.

Abstract

Trainer is a tool used to support learning activities, training, and introduction of materials in education. In general, trainers or props are widely used in the world of education, namely to support educational methods that use methods of application of theory by means of practice or trials. Where it is necessary to make a 4-step gasoline motor trainer with the aim as a means of practice and to analyze the work process and function of a 4-step gasoline motor. Research design 4-step gasoline motor trainers using development methods (researtch and development). While the analysis of trainer testing uses descriptive methods. In the trainer design process is started with the frame design process, cutting the materials used, welding process, smoothing process, and painting process and the last is the process of assembling all trainer components. The results obtained in the implementation of research and testing resulted in a tool in the form of a 4-step gasoline motor trainer made from galvalume 4x4 iron, and a 4-step gasoline motor type MCN 110cc. While the process of analysis of the results of 4-step gasoline motor trainer testing is obtained with the results of all component mechanisms, including valve mechanisms, transmission mechanisms, and clutch mechanisms can work properly and normally according to initial planning.

Abstract

The progress of a country cannot be separated from the role of energy, because with the existence of advanced energy it will be able to accelerate the progress of the country itself, energy itself is divided into 2 namely fossil and renewable energy. One of the renewable energies is the use of geothermal energy which can be converted into electricity through the photovoltaic effect. Indonesia itself is a country that is crossed by the equator so that it gets a lot of heat supply. The use of solar panels can be applied to the Knapsack Sprayer as an effort to minimize the use of fossil energy which is used as the main energy for producing electrical energy. This research is to see the effect of the use of polycrystalline solar panels in terms of a predetermined angle of inclination. This type of research is experimental research by controlling the angle of inclination in this case 25 degrees. The measurement of this research uses a digital DC avometer with its own power supply which will display the amount of charging current for the Knapsack Sprayer battery. Prototype testing is carried out after making the prototype, the manufacture starts from installing the panel on the knapsack sprayer and being given a holder. The test was carried out in a few days, the results obtained were in the form of a large charging current in the solar panel system. The results of this measurement will be calculated using the charging time formula to find out how long it takes to charge the battery on a monocrystalline panel in terms of an angle of 25 degrees. Based on the results of the tests and calculations, the data in the form of battery charging current using polycrystalline panels at an angle of 25 degrees in the first test was 0.44 amperes, the second test was 0.43 amperes and the third test was 0.48 amperes. From the test results, it is calculated and produces an average charging value using polycrystalline solar panels for 10.6 hours.

Abstract

The development of technology robot car from year to year, it turned out continue to experienced the level of rapid progress. Current robots are no longer controlled by using the remote control, but can use command from the man directly. The development of a robot car capable of running in accordance with a hand gesture. Palm of human hand affixed to a sensor that is able to read movement direction of top, bottom, left side and right side. Sensor readings from the gesture of the hand, module sends data to the receiver that are contained in the robot wirelessly. Robot will receive data input control command logic programming to specify the action. The robot will move forward, backward, turn right, turn left, stop. Control hand gesture that is using the sensor module MPU-6050 are transmitted through radio frequency waves NRF24L01. Based on the results of testing, module proficiency level sensor capable of reading the position of a point of the axis x, y, and z. The results of response speed of sensor against car is able to connect quickly 0.45 s. Testing the average speed of car robot is capable of driving amounted to 3.496,50 rpm up to 4.596,50 rpm.
