Abstract

The implementation of network monitoring at the Asahan Regency Information and Communication Service using LibreNMS aims to increase network management efficiency and minimize downtime.  LibreNMS, as an open-source network monitoring platform, enables early detection of problems in network devices such as routers, switches, and servers.  During this deployment, various metrics such as bandwidth usage, device health, and network performance are monitored in Real-Time.  This system also supports automatic telegram notifications if a disruption occurs, thereby speeding up the processing process. With this comprehensive monitoring, agencies can optimize network infrastructure, reduce the risk of service disruptions, and improve the quality of public services. The results of this deployment show increased network stability and operational efficiency at the Asahan Regency Information and Communication Service.

Abstract

Abstract: Asahan District Library Service is a growing regional public library and is always making improvements, improvements, and trying to maintain the quality of its services. This is evidenced by the provision of services such as borrowing and returning books (circulation), and adding to the book collection every year. Knowing and understanding visitors' reading interests is the main key in improving the quality of library services. However, managing reading interest from various levels of society is not an easy task. Each individual has different reading preferences and interests. Therefore, a systematic and efficient approach is needed in identifying reading interests to be able to manage the addition of book collections. Currently, in the process of adding a book collection, the library only makes employee recommendations, and the latest books, as a reference in increasing the number of book collections, without considering which books are most in demand to increase the collection. This can have a negative impact if there is an addition to the collection of books that are not in demand to read, which can cause problems in terms of service and finance. Based on this, the application of data mining, especially the K-Means method, will be carried out, to support the management of book collection additions, by grouping the reading interests of library visitors who have the same identity, so that libraries are more precise in managing book collections in grouping books that are rarely borrowed, often borrowed and very often borrowed.  Keywords: visitor reading interest; k-means method; library; data mining; book collectionAbstrak: Dinas Perpustakaan Kabupaten Asahan merupakan perpustakaan umum daerah sedang berkembang dan terus memperbaiki, membenahi, dan meningkatkan layanan. Diberikannya layanan seperti pinjaman dan sirkulasi, dan penambahan koleksi buku setiap tahunnya. Mengetahui dan memahami minat baca pengunjung menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Namun, mengelola minat baca dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Setiap individu memiliki preferensi dan minat baca yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis dan efisien dalam mengidentifikasi minat baca untuk dapat mengelola penambahan koleksi buku. Saat ini, ketika perpustakaan meningkatkan koleksi bukunya, mereka hanya bergantung pada rekomendasi karyawan dan buku terkini untuk menambah jumlah buku. Mereka tidak mempertimbangkan buku mana yang paling diminati untuk menambah koleksi mereka. Hal ini dapat berdampak negatif jika terdapat penambahan koleksi buku yang kurang diminati untuk dibaca, yang dapat menimbulkan masalah dari sisi pelayanan maupun finansial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka akan dilakukan penerapan data mining khususnya metode K-Means, untuk mendukung pengelolaan penambahan koleksi buku, dengan cara mengelompokkan minat baca pengunjung perpustakaan yang memiliki kesamaan identitas, sehingga perpustakaan lebih tepat dalam mengelola koleksi buku dalam mengelompokan buku yang jarang dipinjam, sering dipinjam dan sangat sering dipinjam.Kata Kunci: minat baca pengunjung; metode k-means; perpustakaan; data mining; koleksi buku

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) within organizations has become essential in accomplishing work activities in the modern era. Sideak Motor is a financing company in Kisaran City, Asahan Regency, that provides loans using motorcycle registration certificates (BPKB) as collateral, with a customer base reaching 6,052. Sideak Motor faces difficulties in data management. During meetings concerning customer locations, data communication with owners and office staff is often problematic. Additionally, when duties are transferred, new field officers struggle to locate customers because the previous officers could only provide textual information. As a result, office staff have no precise knowledge of customer locations—only the field officers do. This study aims to design a web-based customer mapping system to facilitate information storage, reduce costs, save time, and produce an information system that enhances the efficiency and accuracy of customer data management. The resulting system presents the distribution of customer locations and provides accessible information such as personal data, addresses, route details, and photos of customers’ homes, thereby simplifying the operations of Sideak Motor.Keywords: customer distribution mapping; geographic information system (GIS); sideak motor. Abstrak: Penerapan sistem informasi geografis dalam organisasi menjadi hal utama untuk menyelesaikan suatu aktivitas pekerjaan pada era sekarang ini. Sideak Motor merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan dengan agunan BPKB sepeda motor di Kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan yang memiliki nasabah mencapai 6.052, Sideak Motor kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data, saat melakukan rapat mengenai lokasi nasabah sulit dilakukan komunikasi data dengan pemilik dan petugas kantor lainnya, serta pada saat pergantian tugas, petugas lainnya kesulitan mencari lokasi nasabah, karena petugas lapangan hanya bisa memberikan informasi berupa teks, dengan begitu petugas kantor tidak mengetahui lokasi pasti nasabah Sideak Motor, jadi yang mengetahui lokasi mengenai tempat tinggal nasabah hanya petugas lapangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pemetaan nasabah berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam penyimpanan informasi, mengurangi biaya, menghemat waktu serta menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data nasabah. Hasil sistem ini menyajikan sebaran pemetaan lokasi nasabah menyediakan informasi berupa biodata, alamat, rincian rute, dan gambar rumah nasabah yang dapat diakses secara cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak sideak motor.Kata Kunci: pemetaan sebaran nasabah; sistem informasi geografis (SIG); sideak motor

Abstract

Akuntabilitas yang diharapkan berjalan dengan baik di kelurahan padang lambe masih belum maksimal hal ini disebakan ada beberapa kendala mulai Sumber daya manusia yang tidak memiliki bebrapa kemampuan dan tingkat kejujuran dan rasa iklas dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyrakat sehingga menyebabkan beberapa kendala dan pekerjaan baru yang dimunculkan seperti lambatnya penyelasaian administratif dalam pengurusan KTP, KK sehingga membuthkan waktu lama, kurangnya kecakapan penggunaan IT juga menjadi alasan terhambat dan lambatnya proses layanan yang diberikan. Pelayanan yang diberikan mengakibatkan tidak seuai standar prosedur yakni sifat aparatur perlu diperbaiki dalam memberikan layanan biaya administratif yag sering masih ditemukn dibeberapa masyarakat yang melakukan pengurusan. Padahal bentuk semacam ini harus dihilangkan. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik mengkaji dan mengetahui tentang Akuntabilitas Kinerja Aparatur Dalam Pelaksanaan pelayanan di Kantor Lurah Padang Lambe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang malakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi. wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa akuntabel yang diharapkan di kantor lurah Padang Lambe belum berjalan maksimal disebabkan SDM Aparatur di kantor Kelurahan Padang lambe masih di bawa rata-rata dan mengakibatkan kemampuan menggunakan Teknologi masih kurang. Hal inilah menjadi terhambatnya pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masayarakat terhambat. Sedangkan akuntabel dari Aparatur masih minim dapat ditemukan di kantor kelurahan mash banyaik keluhan dalam pelayanan khususnya akuntabel proses, dan akuntabel kejujuran.Sehingga peneliti memberikan beberapa rekomendasi yakni perlu ada peningkatan SDM Aparatur karena mampu mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pelayananan  di Kantor Lurah Padang Lambe.Akuntabilitas Kinerja,  Aparatur, Pelaksanaan Pelayanan

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul kualitas pelayanan pada PAM Tirta Mangkaluku di masa pendemi covid 19, dengan tujuan pnulisan mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik pada  Perusahaan  Daerah  Air Minum  (PDAM)  Kota  Palopo di masa pandemi covid-19, menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif yang berlokasi di Perusahaan daerah air minum (PDAM) Kota Palopo. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, melalui teknk wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dengan hasil penelitian adalah Pelaksanaan pelayanan pada PAM Tirta Mangkaluku telah menjalanakn prosedur dan standar operasional yang sudah ditetapkan. Kualitas pelayanan pada PAM Tirta Mangkaluku pada masa pandemi covid-19 dinilai dari indikator tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), responsiviness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), empathy (empati) sudah sesuai dengan standar dan protokol kesehatan. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan pegawai PAM Tirta Mangkaluku tetap menjaga kualitas pelayanan sesuai standar protokol kesehatan dan masyarakat juga harus patuh pada imbauan pemerintah.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the implementation of an effective servant leadership model for primary school principals with a focus on the implementation of the servant leadership model at SDN 007 Pangkalan Kerinci. This model has great significance in efforts to improve the quality of school principals, which will have a positive impact on the quality of basic education. Based on the results of the national principal competency test, it appears that the competency of primary school principals shows the lowest results compared to principals at the junior secondary and senior secondary levels. This research applies the case study method to analyze the behavior of individuals, particularly school principals. The key informant in this study is the principal. The collection method was through interviews, observations, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis was conducted using the Miles dan Huberman model. The implementation of the servant leadership model at SDN 007 Pangkalan Kerinci shows that this approach can create a better educational environment and improved student welfare. Through active involvement of all stakeholders, innovative programs and strong support for new teachers, the principal succeeded in building a collaborative atmosphere that supports student and teacher development.

Abstract

Introduction: Leprosy is a chronic disease caused by Mycobacterium Leprae. According to the WHO, leprosy is one of the communicable diseases that affect the skin, peripheral nerves, and upper mucosa, and it can cause physical disabilities, if not properly handled. This study aims to determine the clinical and pathological profile of leprosy at Prof. dr. I. G. N. G. Ngoerah Central Hospital Denpasar, in 2017 - 2022. Metods: The study used a descriptive research design with total sampling from secondary data obtained from the Pathology Anatomy Laboratory of Prof. dr. I. G. N. G. Ngoerah Central Hospital Denpasar. The sample collected during the study period included 63 samples of patients diagnosed with leprosy, which were then processed using SPSS software version 26. Result: The highest number of cases was found in patients age group of 19-64 years, accounting for 55 cases (87.3%), predominantly in male patients with 36 cases (57.1%). The most common main complaint was red patches, with 43 cases (72.8%) presenting erythematous skin lesions, specifically plaques, in 24 cases (42.8%). Conclusion: Based on classification, leprosy was more frequently grouped into two classifications: WHO classification and Ridley Jopling classification. According to the WHO classification, the majority of patients were found to have the PB type, accounting for 35 cases (55.6%), while based on the Ridley Jopling classification, the BT type was more prevalent, with 21 cases (33.3%). This study is beneficial as it provides insights into the clinical and pathological profile of leprosy. Further analytical research is needed to explore the relationships between various variables

Abstract

Increasing and changing customer demand every day requires companies to be more detailed in planning strategies to increase sales every day, characterized by the need to produce relevant reports, every company must have the ability to do this. However, so far the bookkeeping of sales of goods at Malco Fashion Store still uses a manual system that is written in a ledger. Malco Fashion shop owners cannot know the amount of goods to be provided for the next period. Therefore, the utilization of a sales forecasting system will greatly assist the store in processing data and transactions regarding sales. Because with the data related to the sale of goods from the previous period, it can conclude or predict the sales volume in the coming period. Therefore, the utilization of a sales forecasting system will greatly assist stores in data processing and transactions regarding sales. Because with the data related to the sale of goods from the previous period can conclude or predict the sales volume in the coming period. Accurate predictions in the sale of goods can be achieved using the least squares method or Least Square method based on historical data on sales of goods for the last few months. This method was chosen because it is the most commonly used method to determine the similarity of data trends. With the Least Square Method at Malco Fashion store can help in forecasting sales of goods in the next period accurately and quickly so that business owners can predict stock of goods to minimize shortages of goods and reduce excess stock of goods

Abstract

Abstract: Cyberattacks like SQL injection and syn flood attacks can threaten the information system security of an organisation or company. The Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) is used as a solution to detect, prevent, and respond to these attacks. However, the effectiveness of IDPS in protecting information systems needs to be evaluated through performance analysis. IDPS performance analysis for mitigating SQL injection and syn flood attacks will use Suricata tools, where performance analysis will include evaluation of system accuracy and efficiency in detecting attacks, as well as the impact of the system on network or information system performance. By doing this performance analysis, it can be seen how effective the IDPS is in providing defences against such attacks. The results of the IDPS performance analysis can help an organisation or company select and implement the right IDPS according to the needs and conditions of the information system. Thus, organisations or companies can improve the security of their information systems from threatening cyber attacks.            Keywords: IDPS; SQL_Injection; Suricata; Syn_Flood_Attack  Abstrak: Serangan cyber seperti SQL Injection dan Syn Flood Attack dapat mengancam keamanan sistem informasi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mendeteksi, mencegah, dan merespons serangan-serangan ini. Namun, efektivitas IDPS dalam melindungi sistem informasi perlu dievaluasi melalui analisis performa. Analisis performa IDPS untuk mitigasi SQL Injection dan Syn Flood Attack ini akan menggunakan tools suricata dimana analisa performa akan meliputi evaluasi terhadap akurasi dan efisiensi sistem dalam mendeteksi serangan, serta dampak dari sistem terhadap kinerja jaringan atau sistem informasi. Dengan melakukan analisis performa ini, dapat diketahui seberapa efektif IDPS dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap serangan-serangan tersebut. Hasil dari analisis performa IDPS dapat membantu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam memilih dan mengimplementasikan IDPS yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi sistem informasi yang dimiliki. Dengan demikian, organisasi atau perusahaan dapat meningkatkan keamanan sistem informasi mereka dari serangan-serangan cyber yang mengancam. Kata kunci: IDPS; SQL_Injection; Suricata; Syn_Flood_Attack
