Abstract

Abstract: The growth of information technology continues to grow rapidly, especially in the business sector in Indonesia. Every year the growth of business shops increases to 3.98 million business units in 2022 from the real industry and trade sectors. So, this makes the Tanjung Shoe Store have serious challenges that affect sales levels which gives rise to problems of decreasing sales levels because there is no effective communication media, the shop is unable to analyze customer needs and market trends, customer disappointment often arises with the shop because it still applies conventional sales, and damage or loss of store operational data. To overcome this problem, a website-based system is needed by implementing a superior CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy in increasing customer retention with operational data management features, discounts, chat, online ordering, so that customers get updated information. The CRM concept used is operational, analytical, and collaborative. The application of CRM in this research aims to make it easier for users and improve customer service and optimize marketing at the Tanjung Shoe Store. So, this CRM strategy is an effective solution in facing modern business challenges in improving store performance and competitiveness.Keywords: customer relationship management; customer service; optimize marketing Abstrak: Pertumbuhan teknologi informasi terus berkembang pesat terutama pada bidang bisnis di Indonesia. Setiap tahunnya pertumbuhan toko usaha semakin meningkat hingga 3,98 juta unit usaha pada tahun 2022 dari sektor rill industri dan perdagangan. Sehingga hal ini membuat Toko Sepatu Tanjung memiliki tantangan serius yang mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan yang menimbulkan permasalahan penurunan tingkat penjualan karena tidak ada media komunikasi yang efektif, toko tidak mampu menganalisis kebutuhan pelanggan dan tren pasar, sering timbul kekecewaan pelanggan terhadap toko karena masih menerapkan penjualan konvensional, dan kerusakan atau kehilangan data operasional toko. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini diperlukan sistem berbasis website dengan menerapkan strategi CRM (Customer Relationship Management) yang unggul dalam meningkatkan retensi pelanggan dengan fitur pengelolaan data operasional, diskon, chatting, pemesanan online, sehingga pelanggan mendapatkan informasi secara update. Konsep CRM yang digunakan operasional, analitis, dan kolaboratif. Penerapan CRM pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna dan meningkatkan pelayanan pelanggan serta mengoptimalkan pemasaran pada Toko Sepatu Tanjung. Maka strategi CRM ini menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis modern dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing toko.Kata kunci: customer relationship management; optimalisasi pemasaran; pelayanan pelanggan

Abstract

Abstract: The development of information technology has experienced rapid growth, especially the internet. The internet has made significant contributions, particularly in the business sector. The intense business competition and the rapid advancement of information technology have facilitated greater accessibility for customers in choosing industries. The Mazzuri Batu Bara industry is a business that sells coconut oil products and handcrafted items made from coconut. However, Mazzuri Batu Bara has not yet implemented services that make it easier for customers to purchase products efficiently and still relies on manual processes. Sales reports are recorded in ledgers, making the process inefficient for maintaining organized records. Customers are required to visit the industry in person to learn about the products available, which means they are unaware of the latest discounts and products on offer. One of the strategies to improve service and operations is to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The objective of this research is to assess the operability of the system design that has been developed. With the CRM design, sales can be enhanced to better meet customer needs. This system is designed to facilitate Mazzuri Batu Bara in selling products, processing data digitally, and improving customer service loyalty by retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.Keywords: coconut oil; e-crm; industry mazzuri batu bara.  Abstrak:  Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat terutama internet. Internet memberikan kontribusi yang sangat membantu dalam bidang bisnis. Persaingan bisnis yang ketat dan pesatnya pertumbuhan teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan aksesbilitas pelanggan dalam memilih industri. Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara adalah usaha bisnis  yang menjual produk minyak kelapa dan kerajinan tangan dari kelapa. Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara belum menerapkan layanan yang memudahkan pelanggan untuk membeli barang dengan mudah dan masih menggunakan layanan secara manual, data laporan penjualan masih digunakan dalam buku besar sehingga tidak efisien untuk melakukan pencatatan yang tertata rapi, pelanggan harus datang langsung ke industri untuk mengetahui produk apa yang dijual maka pelanggan tidak mengetahui diskon terbaru dan produk yang dijual di industri. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pelayanan dan operasional adalah dengan menerapkan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah operabilitas hasil desain sistem yang telah dibuat. Dengan desain Customer Relationship Management (CRM), dapat meningkatkan penjualan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Sistem ini dibuat untuk memudahkan Industri Mazzuri Batu Bara dalam menjual produk, mengolah data secara komputerisasi dan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan dalam mempertahankan pelanggan dan menarik pelanggan baru.Kata kunci: e-crm; industri mazzuri batu bara; minyak kelapa.

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) within organizations has become essential in accomplishing work activities in the modern era. Sideak Motor is a financing company in Kisaran City, Asahan Regency, that provides loans using motorcycle registration certificates (BPKB) as collateral, with a customer base reaching 6,052. Sideak Motor faces difficulties in data management. During meetings concerning customer locations, data communication with owners and office staff is often problematic. Additionally, when duties are transferred, new field officers struggle to locate customers because the previous officers could only provide textual information. As a result, office staff have no precise knowledge of customer locations—only the field officers do. This study aims to design a web-based customer mapping system to facilitate information storage, reduce costs, save time, and produce an information system that enhances the efficiency and accuracy of customer data management. The resulting system presents the distribution of customer locations and provides accessible information such as personal data, addresses, route details, and photos of customers’ homes, thereby simplifying the operations of Sideak Motor.Keywords: customer distribution mapping; geographic information system (GIS); sideak motor. Abstrak: Penerapan sistem informasi geografis dalam organisasi menjadi hal utama untuk menyelesaikan suatu aktivitas pekerjaan pada era sekarang ini. Sideak Motor merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan dengan agunan BPKB sepeda motor di Kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan yang memiliki nasabah mencapai 6.052, Sideak Motor kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data, saat melakukan rapat mengenai lokasi nasabah sulit dilakukan komunikasi data dengan pemilik dan petugas kantor lainnya, serta pada saat pergantian tugas, petugas lainnya kesulitan mencari lokasi nasabah, karena petugas lapangan hanya bisa memberikan informasi berupa teks, dengan begitu petugas kantor tidak mengetahui lokasi pasti nasabah Sideak Motor, jadi yang mengetahui lokasi mengenai tempat tinggal nasabah hanya petugas lapangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pemetaan nasabah berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam penyimpanan informasi, mengurangi biaya, menghemat waktu serta menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data nasabah. Hasil sistem ini menyajikan sebaran pemetaan lokasi nasabah menyediakan informasi berupa biodata, alamat, rincian rute, dan gambar rumah nasabah yang dapat diakses secara cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak sideak motor.Kata Kunci: pemetaan sebaran nasabah; sistem informasi geografis (SIG); sideak motor

Abstract: Puskesmas as a public health technical service unit (UPT) facilitated by the government. Medical record data at the Sidodadi Health Center is processed manually and has a weakness, which requires a long time to find medical record data, because the data is still in the form of print media. The purpose of this study can be to build and design applications that can find out the process of managing patient medical records, to design a medical record information system equipped with facilities to facilitate admins in inputting patient data. This research method is carried out with a qualitative descriptive method approach while the method in system development uses a waterfall model. Based on the results of the following study, the application of this medical record system to conduct examinations on patients based on websites so that it is easier and more accurate. It can be concluded that the medical record system applied based on the Website can manage medical record data faster because the management process is no longer handwritten which results in very long queues so many patients have to wait for medical record examinationsKeywords : e-application; puskesmas; information system. Abstrak: Puskesmas menjadi layanan kesehatan masyarakat yang difasilitasi oleh pemerintah. permasalahan yang terjadi pada Puskesmas Sidodadi dalam pengolahan ata rekam medis yang dilakukan dengan cara manual, karena data masih berbentuk media cetak. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat membangun dan merancang aplikasi yang dapat mengetahui proses pengelolaan rekam medis pasien, untuk merancang sistem informasi rekam medis yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas untuk memudahkan admin dalam menginputkan data-data pasien. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan metode dalam pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berikut penerapan system rekam medis ini untuk melakukan pemeriksaan pada pasien berbasis website sehingga lebih mudah dan akurat. Dapat disimpulkan system rekam medis yang diterapkan berbasis Website dapat mengelola data rekam medis lebih cepat karena  pada proses pengelolaannya tidak lagi ditulis tangan yang mengakibatkan antrian sangat panjang sehingga banyak pasien harus menunggu dalam pemeriksaan rekam medis.Kata kunci : e-aplikasi; puskesmas; sistem informasi.

Abstract

Abstract: Asahan District Library Service is a growing regional public library and is always making improvements, improvements, and trying to maintain the quality of its services. This is evidenced by the provision of services such as borrowing and returning books (circulation), and adding to the book collection every year. Knowing and understanding visitors' reading interests is the main key in improving the quality of library services. However, managing reading interest from various levels of society is not an easy task. Each individual has different reading preferences and interests. Therefore, a systematic and efficient approach is needed in identifying reading interests to be able to manage the addition of book collections. Currently, in the process of adding a book collection, the library only makes employee recommendations, and the latest books, as a reference in increasing the number of book collections, without considering which books are most in demand to increase the collection. This can have a negative impact if there is an addition to the collection of books that are not in demand to read, which can cause problems in terms of service and finance. Based on this, the application of data mining, especially the K-Means method, will be carried out, to support the management of book collection additions, by grouping the reading interests of library visitors who have the same identity, so that libraries are more precise in managing book collections in grouping books that are rarely borrowed, often borrowed and very often borrowed.  Keywords: visitor reading interest; k-means method; library; data mining; book collectionAbstrak: Dinas Perpustakaan Kabupaten Asahan merupakan perpustakaan umum daerah sedang berkembang dan terus memperbaiki, membenahi, dan meningkatkan layanan. Diberikannya layanan seperti pinjaman dan sirkulasi, dan penambahan koleksi buku setiap tahunnya. Mengetahui dan memahami minat baca pengunjung menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Namun, mengelola minat baca dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Setiap individu memiliki preferensi dan minat baca yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis dan efisien dalam mengidentifikasi minat baca untuk dapat mengelola penambahan koleksi buku. Saat ini, ketika perpustakaan meningkatkan koleksi bukunya, mereka hanya bergantung pada rekomendasi karyawan dan buku terkini untuk menambah jumlah buku. Mereka tidak mempertimbangkan buku mana yang paling diminati untuk menambah koleksi mereka. Hal ini dapat berdampak negatif jika terdapat penambahan koleksi buku yang kurang diminati untuk dibaca, yang dapat menimbulkan masalah dari sisi pelayanan maupun finansial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka akan dilakukan penerapan data mining khususnya metode K-Means, untuk mendukung pengelolaan penambahan koleksi buku, dengan cara mengelompokkan minat baca pengunjung perpustakaan yang memiliki kesamaan identitas, sehingga perpustakaan lebih tepat dalam mengelola koleksi buku dalam mengelompokan buku yang jarang dipinjam, sering dipinjam dan sangat sering dipinjam.Kata Kunci: minat baca pengunjung; metode k-means; perpustakaan; data mining; koleksi buku

Abstract

Abstract: The file becomes an important thing in any case. Especially in the world of education which is something that can‟t be avoided that students must be able to create and save files correctly, both assignments and reports. Files stored on a computer do not guarantee that the data will be forever stored, because every month a computer maintenance must be held in a computer laboratory. Local cloud server technology with Nextcloud that uses the CentOs 7 operating system is very suitable to be applied in the SRH Training Center laboratory as a means of storing files and managing files in a Local Area Network. In this study the local cloud server was built with apache web server and mysql database and also with several packages supporting the Nextcloud application. With the construction of a local cloud server system with Nextcloud, students and teaching staff can easily manage the required learning files. Keywords: CentOs 7, Local Area Network, Local Cloud Server, Nextcloud, Web Server.  Abstrak: File menjadi suatu hal yang penting dalam hal apapun. Apalagi di dunia pendidikan yang menjadi suatu hal yang tidak bisa dihindari bahwa siswa harus mampu membuat dan menyimpan file dengan benar, baik itu tugas maupun laporan. File yang disimpan dalam komputer tidak menjamin data akan selamanya tersimpan, karena setiap bulan pasti diadakan maintenance komputer yang ada di laboratorium komputer. Teknologi local cloud server dengan Nextcloud yang menggunakan sistem operasi CentOs 7 sangat cocok diterapkan dalam laboratorium SRH Training Center sebagai sarana penyimpanan file dan memanajemen file dalam satu jaringan Local Area Network. Pada penelitian ini local cloud server dibangun dengan web server apache dan database mysql dan juga dengan beberapa paket pendukung aplikasi Nextcloud. Dengan dibangunnya sistem local cloud server dengan Nextcloud, maka siswa-siswi dan tenaga pengajar dapat mudah dalam memanejemen file pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan. Kata Kunci: CentOs 7, Local Area Network, Local Cloud Server, Nextcloud, Web Server.

Abstract

Abstract : At this time there are still many victims of violence who do not want to report the violence they have experienced because they do not want their identities to be known by others, because it will tarnish their self-respect and because of the complicated reporting mechanism, where the reporter who is going to make a report must come directly. So it is made how to design a violence reporting system and implement PHP and MySQL in it. The methodology used in this research is to first identify problems, study literature, collect data, analyze data, design systems, test systems and implement systems. This violence reporting system can make it easier for reporters to report violence without having to come to the office and it can be concluded that the research has been able to create a reporting system for violence against women and children in DP3A and PMK Tanjungbalai City by implementing the PHP programming language and database MySQL.Keyword : Reporting System; PHP dan MySQL; Violence; DP3A and PMK  Abstrak : Pada saat ini masih banyak korban kekerasan yang tidak ingin untuk melapor kekerasan yang dialaminya karena tidak ingin identitasnya diketahui orang lain, karena akan mencoreng harga dirinya dank arena mekanisme pelaporan yang rumit, dimana pelapor yang akan membuat laporan harus datang langsung. Sehingga dibuat bagaimana merancang sistem pelaporan tindak kekerasan dan menerapkan PHP dan MySQL didalamnya. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah terlebih dahulu melakukan identifikasi masalah, studi literature, pengumpulan data, analisis data, perancangan sistem, pengujian sistem dan implementasi sistem. Sistem pelaporan tindak kekerasan ini dapat mempermudah para pelapor dalam melakukan pelaporan tindak kekerasan tanpa harus datang ke kantor dan telah dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian telah mampu membuat sebuah sistem pelaporan tindak kekerasan pada perempuan dan anak di DP3A dan PMK Kota Tanjungbalai dengan menerapkan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pelaporan; PHP dan MySQL; Tindak Kekerasan; DP3A dan PMK

Abstract

Manajemen kebun buah naga di Dusun Huta 1 Rapuan Ilir, Desa Tanjung Rapuan, Kabupaten Simalungun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti inefisiensi pemeliharaan, keterbatasan pemantauan kondisi lingkungan, dan minimnya penerapan teknologi modern. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan solusi berbasis teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT). Digitalisasi kebun buah naga melalui IoT akan memungkinkan pemantauan secara real-time terhadap kondisi tanah, kelembapan udara, suhu, dan kebutuhan air. Solusi ini juga mencakup sistem pengelolaan data untuk analisis produktivitas kebun. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen kebun buah naga melalui instalasi sensor IoT, pelatihan kepada petani, dan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web untuk analisis data. Target luaran meliputi peningkatan hasil panen, efisiensi penggunaan air, dan pemberdayaan petani dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model untuk digitalisasi pertanian yang berkelanjutan Dusun Huta 1 Rapuan Ilir.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has facilitated the emergence of digital health services such as telemedicine, e-health, and mobile health, which enhance efficiency, accessibility, and the overall quality of healthcare delivery. However, this digital transformation also generates legal challenges that necessitate clear regulatory frameworks, particularly concerning the protection of patients’ personal data, the determination of medical liability in remote healthcare interactions, and the validity of electronic evidence in legal processes. This study aims to analyze the legal framework governing technology-based healthcare services in Indonesia and to identify the obstacles encountered in their implementation and enforcement. The research employs a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, drawing upon a literature review of relevant regulations, including the Health Law, the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, and implementing regulations issued by authorized institutions. The findings indicate that although Indonesia has established a legal framework for digital health services, the regulations remain sectoral and lack comprehensive standards, especially regarding medical liability, patient data protection, and oversight of digital platforms. Furthermore, implementation challenges persist due to weak inter-agency coordination, limited digital security infrastructure, and low legal and digital literacy among service providers and users. The study concludes that regulatory harmonization and the formulation of specific legislation are essential to ensure legal certainty, accountability, and the protection of patients’ rights within Indonesia’s digital healthcare ecosystem.

Abstract

Background Morbus Hansen (MH) is a granulomatous infectious disease of the skin caused by Mycobacterium leprae, which induces skin lesions and peripheral nerve injuries that can cause physical disabilities. The basis of the diagnosis of MH is based on classic clinical signs, characteristic histopathological findings and demonstration of acid-fast bacilli in skin biopsies. However, determining neurovascular involvement in a granulomatous reaction is challenging in pathologic diagnosis. S100, a marker of pheripheral nerve, may aid MH diagnosis. The aim of this study to determine different pattern of S100 immunostaining in paucibacillary and multibacillary type MH. Methods This research was an analytic cross-sectional study. Sample was MH patients who underwent a skin biopsy and was examined for histopathology by routine H&E staining and Ziehl Neelsen (ZN) staining at the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University/Prof.Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah hospital, Denpasar from 2017 to 2022. Clinical information, histopathological examination results and ZN stain data were obtained. Pattern of neurovascular damage was determined by S100 immunohistochemistry and catagorized into intact infiltrated pattern and reduced/fragmented infiltrated patterns. The association between MH type and S100 staining pattern was analyzed by Chi-square test with a significance value of p<0.05. Results The results showed that the staining pattern in paucibaciler type MH was mostly reduced/fragmented infiltrated pattern, meanwhile in multibacillary type MH was mostly intact infiltrated pattern. There was a significant different S100 immunostaining pattern in Paucibaciler and Multibaciler MH (p=0.001). Conclusion S100 immunostaining can identify differences in staining patterns in cases of paucibacillary and multibacillary MH types. S100 may used as aditional testing to determine neurovascular involvement.
