Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Kesehatan bisa diukur dari tingkat produktivitas petugas karena adanya beban kerja. Beban kerja tersebut dapat muncul karena ada faktor yang memengaruhinya seperti beban kerja fisik meningkat karena adanya ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah tenaga kerja dengan jumlah pasien. Berdasarkan informasi dan data yang didapatkan oleh peneliti dimana 1 hari mencapai 300 lebih pasien. Dan terhitung jumlah pasien selama hampir 3 bulan bisa mencapai 21.568 kunjungan pasien, dengan begitu bisa menjadi beban kerja bagi petugas farmasi. Tujuan dari skripsi ini untuk menganalisis beban kerja petugas farmasi di depo farmasi rawat jalan RSUD Arifin Achmad. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif observasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 orang petugas farmasi yaitu seluruh petugas farmasi di depo farmasi rawat jalan RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan analisis beban kerja petugas farmasi di depo farmasi rawat jalan yang kemudian akan digolongkan menjadi 3 kategori yaitu golongan beban kerja rendah, beban kerja sedang, dan beban kerja tinggi. Selanjutnya menghitung kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan dengan metode Workload Indicator Of Staffing (WISN). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja petugas farmasi di depo farmasi rawat jalan RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau dalam kategori beban kerja sedang dengan persentase (78,65%). Sedangkan hasil perhitungan jumlah total tenaga yang dibutuhkan dengan metode WISN sebesar 18 orang tenaga sedangkan tenaga yang ada di depo farmasi rawat jalan masih berjumlah 16 orang, sehingga terdapat kekurangan 2 orang tenaga.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Medical Record (RME) is a form of medical record system that uses electronics based on sheets of paper or medical record files. The application of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) requires readiness analysis, which is one way to explore the potential causes of the failure of an innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out readiness assessment activities prior to implementing RME. This research is a type of qualitative research with an analytic descriptive approach with a total of 5 informants, which was carried out on February 8 - August 5, 2023. The methods used were in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The results of the study found that in the man variable, the Eria Hospital medical record unit did not have work shifts and staff were not involved in the preparation process EMR. The money variable Overall budget preparationEMR Not yet budgeted, but can be held as needed. The materials variable Eria Hospital already has an internet connection and that allows for EMR. The methods variable strategic planning in preparationEMR already exists and currently uses a manual medical record flow. The machine variable there is an assessment of hardware requirements, desktop terminals and other devices needed to support the use of electronic medical records. It is recommended that there should be additional medical record officers and special training regardingEMR, adding machines/facilities such as adding laptops/computers and printers to make them effective, and need to display SOPs in the medical records room

Abstract

Abstract: Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris merupakan keterampilan yang semakin penting dalam era globalisasi saat ini. Bahasa Inggris tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi internasional, tetapi juga membuka peluang bagi generasi muda untuk mengakses pengetahuan, teknologi, dan budaya dari seluruh dunia. Namun, pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah sering kali terbatas pada teori dan kurang memberikan pengalaman praktis yang menarik bagi siswa. Indonesia kaya akan keanekaragaman budaya dan memiliki potensi pariwisata yang luar biasa. Kekayaan budaya dan pariwisata lokal ini belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, mengintegrasikan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dengan kegiatan budaya dan pariwisata lokal dapat menjadi pendekatan yang inovatif dan efektif.Program pengabdian masyarakat "Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris Melalui Kegiatan Budaya dan Pariwisata Lokal bagi Siswa SMA" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris siswa melalui interaksi langsung dengan budaya dan pariwisata lokal. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual dan menarik, sehingga siswa tidak hanya belajar bahasa Inggris secara teoritis, tetapi juga melalui pengalaman praktis yang nyata. Luaran yang diharapkan dalam Pkm ini yaitu dapat mempublikasikan hasilnya dalam berntuk artikel ilmiah pada jurnal bereputasi. English language proficiency is an increasingly important skill in today's era of globalization. English not only functions as a means of international communication, but also opens up opportunities for young people to access knowledge, technology, and culture from around the world. However, English language learning in schools is often limited to theory and lacks interesting practical experiences for students. Indonesia is rich in cultural diversity and has extraordinary tourism potential. This wealth of local culture and tourism has not been fully utilized as an effective learning medium in schools. Therefore, integrating English language learning with local cultural and tourism activities can be an innovative and effective approach. The community service program "English Language Training Through Local Cultural and Tourism Activities for High School Students" aims to improve students' English skills through direct interaction with local culture and tourism. This program is designed to provide a contextual and interesting learning experience, so that students not only learn English theoretically, but also through real practical experiences. The expected output in this PKM is to be able to publish the results in the form of scientific articles in reputable journals.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System abbreviated as SIMRS is an information technology system that is a system that can process everything in the hospital in the form of coordination networks, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain precise and accurate information. SIMRS is one of the components that can affect employee performance where SIMRS helps employees in completing all services. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of SIMRS in improving employee performance. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive methods conducted at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This research was conducted through distributing questionnaires with 67 respondents, namely Outpatient Employees of RSUD Arifin Achmad Riau Province who use SIMRS. The results of this study obtained from the processing of research data show that the influence of SIMRS has a significant effect on the Performance of the Outpatient Unit of the Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province. This can be seen with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

Doctor scheduling at the Emergency Installation (IGD) of the Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital, Riau Province, is carried out in three shifts, namely the morning shift, afternoon shift and night shift. Each shift is scheduled for three to four doctors, with a total of 14 doctors. There are quite a lot of doctors in the emergency room at the Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province, so it will require at least a fee. This can be optimized by doing a simpler schedule so that the costs incurred can be reduced. The results of the observations concluded that each shift only needed two doctors to practice in the emergency room at the Petala Bumi Hospital. Optimal Scheduling will greatly reduce or minimize the number of Doctor HR in Petala Bumi Hospital, Riau Province. This research is a type of quantitative researcher with an experimental research design of Development Research (development). The graph coloring is done for four days because, in the matrix the graph coloring pattern repeats itself after the fourth day. Scheduling for four days, graph coloring has 10 colors or chromatic numbers assuming three shifts and two doctors in one shift, so optimizing the preparation of the doctor's schedule at the emergency room of the Petala Bumi Hospital can be done with a minimum of 10 doctors. The impact obtained from the results of optimizing the number of existing doctors is the cost or cost at the hospital, one of which is the doctor's salary can be reduced. The workload carried out also remains in accordance with the number of doctors owned and the preparation of the doctor's schedule can be more optimal.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the implementation of vaccination has been carried out according to presidential instructions through Presidential Decree No. At Pukesmas Lirik Indragiri Hulu Regency, the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination has been carried out, but there are still complaints about the registration flow, waiting room, queues that are not in accordance with arrivals and have not prioritized the elderly in queues and post-vaccination administration that is not in line with the queue. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of officers, the level of satisfaction of Covid-19 vaccination patients, and the effect of service quality and patient satisfaction. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive method, conducted at Puskeamas Lirik Indragiri Hulu Regency with 98 respondents, namely patients who have vaccinated adults 26-45 years. The research was carried out by observation, data collection, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, and linearity test. Data processing using SPSS 16.0 data processing application. The results obtained based on the data processing in this study indicate that the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction which is strengthened by the test results which show that it is supported by the linearity test which produces a linearity significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 obtained from data processing through the application SPSS 16.0 .

Abstract

Performance is a result of work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him Arifin Achmad Hospital. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of the officers in the covid-19 vaccine service division at the Arifin Achmad Hospital By using performance indicators, namely the quality of work and working time. his research was conducted from September 19 to October 19, 2022 this research uses a qualitative research type. Data analysis in this study uses a descriptive method, namely describing the data collected in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers, the purpose of data analysis is data. to make it easier to understand, and then make a conclusion. The results of the study show that the performance of administrative officers in the Covid-19 vaccine service has obstacles, this can be seen from the officers who need additional, the existence of facilities to support the performance of officers for the better, and also for the implementation of related training and the unavailability of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). It is recommended that the Covid-19 vaccine service at the Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province regarding the addition of officers, infrastructure facilities that help the performance of officers to be better.

Abstract

The public health center information system is arrangement that provides information to make assist the decision process in carrying out health center management. Based on the results of limited interviews, in 2015 the technical implementation unit of the Pulau Gadang community health center had used a generic regional health information system but was not run again because many tools were damaged and not found, then withdrawn by the Health Office. The purpose of the study was to find out about the readiness of the use of public health center management information systems in outpatient admissions at the technical implementation unit of the Pulau Gadang community health center. This research uses qualitative research with an analytical descriptive approach and uses the Content Analysis model, with a total of 6 informants. The research was conducted using in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The results showed that in general, the technical implementation unit of the public health center of Pulau Gadang was not ready to use the management information system of the public health center because there were still shortcomings in the Man variable, there was no training on the management information system of the public health center and there was no information technology (IT) officer, in the Money variable, there was no budget for the implementation of the management information system of the public health center, on the Material variable, the registration counter facilities are not complete, on the Machine variable, the laptop/computer at the registration counter is not effective because it has not been integrated with the public health center management information system and the printer is in another room, then on the Methods variable, there is no official letter from the Health Office for the obligation to use the public health center management information system and the patient registration SOP is not displayed at the registration counter. Suggestions in this study are the addition of information technology (IT) officers to operate the puskesmas management information system, special training on the puskesmas management information system for registration counter officers, budgeting funds for the implementation of the puskesmas management information system, using queue numbers during outpatient registration, the need for additional machines/facilities at the registration counter such as laptops/computers and printers, displaying patient registration SOP at the outpatient registration counter.

Abstract

Excellent service is very good or best service to patients based on quality standards to meet the needs and desires of patients so that patients can get satisfaction. Satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the perceived performance or results with their expectations. So the level of satisfaction is a function of the difference between perceived performance and expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Excellent Service by Registration Administration Personnel on Patient Satisfaction in the Outpatient Unit at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This study used a Quantitative Research Type with the Cross Sectional Study Method which was carried out at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires with 100 respondents, namely outpatients at RSUD Arifin Achmad, Riau Province. The results of this study were obtained from research data processing which showed that the influence of excellent service by registration administration personnel had a significant effect on patient satisfaction in the outpatient unit at RSUD Arifin Achmad, Riau province. This can be seen by the sig value of 0.000 <0.005 while the results of the T test show that the indicators of attitude, ability, attention, action, accountability, and appearance simultaneously affect patient satisfaction. Then R2 produces 0.487, this means that 48.7% of the variation in patient satisfaction can be explained by 6 indicators of excellent service, namely attitude, ability, attention, action, accountability, and appearance, while the remaining 51.3% is influenced by other factors outside the variables.

Abstract

The role of technology will always be present in every community activity in the current 5.0 era. Technology plays an important role in sustaining life both socially, economically and in the health sector in society. One of the important health services today is ambulance services. Ambulance services that are integrated with technology can make it easier for people to access this service. The ambulance service application that has been designed can be utilized by the community for emergency or non-emergency needs. The community service activity carried out is technical guidance on ambulance service applications to youth groups in Tangkerang Selatan Village, Pekanbaru City. Community Service activities are carried out with the stages of preparation, implementation to members of the Tangkerang Selatan youth organization and evaluation and reporting of activities. The preparation activities have been carried out by designing an Ambulance Booking Application which has been carried out a function test and application feasibility test. The function test results state that the application has functioned properly and the feasibility test results state that it is feasible with a percentage of 100%. Based on the distribution of ambulances in hospitals and health centers in Pekanbaru City, there are 56 ambulances. This number can certainly be more considering the existence of ambulances owned by other organizations or institutions. FGD activities are carried out to team members with several students by making preparations related to activities. The implementation of community service activities was carried out to the Tangkerang Selatan youth organization where with this activity, the role of youth organizations was more optimal in the community. A total of 28 members of the Youth Organization and the Community attended this activity and were enthusiastically followed. The results of the evaluation of this activity were carried out by distributing post-tests to participants related to understanding the use of applications. The evaluation results showed that 75% strongly agreed, 18% agreed and 7% did not understand. Activity reporting begins with the proposal for Copyright on the Application named Pekanbaru Ambulance Booking System (PABS). The output of community service activities also produces videos uploaded on YouTube and scientific articles in National Accredited Journals.
