Abstract

The danger of drugs and the number of drug users in Indonesia continues to increase, most of the users are teenagers. Of the many problems that have occurred today, many, but because of a lot of drug abuse of this type, finally in the world of medicine is no longer used. Many people are not aware of the impact of drugs on their mental health. These drugs not only cause mental disorders but can even lead to death. People who usually use drugs are people who can't solve their problems with a cool head. This proposal is made by describing what the dangers of drugs are, the factors that cause drugs, efforts to overcome drug use. Factors that cause drug abuse among family factors who do not pay attention to their children are also environmental factors that have a big influence. With education and religious education as the outermost wall, it is hoped that it will be able to prevent drug abuse.

Abstract

Preparation for socialization and counseling about the use of health applications and media includes preparation of places and events in collaboration with SMK NEGERI 6 PEKANBARU, through this application utilization to support health improvement there are health applications in service so that it is more excellent. Applications are software used for specific purposes, such as processing documents, managing Windows &, games, and so on. Mobile health applications have the potential to change how the health system works and how patients interact with it. This is because Indonesia's large youth population is increasingly seeking digital solutions to access goods and services. Businesses, governments, and non-governmental organizations are looking to digital health technologies to improve healthcare efficiency and improve patient health outcomes. This community service method is by counseling students at SMK N6 Pekanbaru. The result of this study is that students understand the use of health applications and media to make it easier to receive health services.

Abstract

BPJS Health is a guarantee in the form of health protection so that participants benefit from health maintenance and protection in meeting basic health needs for everyone who pays contributions or the contributions are paid by the government. BJPS Health participants consist of 2 groups, namely PBI (Contribution Assistance Recipients) Guarantees included in the PBI health insurance, namely the poor and the poor. Fixed and unable to print total. Contributions are paid by the Government and not PBI (Contribution Assistance Recipients). Health insurance Non-PBI health insurance includes the work of wage earners and their family members. Work is not the wage earner and his family. Not workers and family members. Activities started at this stage included preparing places and events in collaboration with Posyandu, then preparing for pre-planning, preparing the agenda and consulting with community leaders and the health center, namely the Person in Charge of Health Promotion at the Tenayan Raya Health Center. Participants in this activity were 25 people, and the event could run smoothly according to the agreement. Residents of RW.06, especially parents of toddlers and toddlers who attended the socialization activities from start to finish. Socialization and counseling activities took place in an orderly and smooth manner.

Abstract

The Emergency Department is one of the units in a hospital that provides initial treatment of patients, according to the level of emergency. The difference between ER and ER. ER stands for emergency department, while ER stands for emergency installation. Both the ER and the ER have the same handling principles. Both provide appropriate and prompt treatment for emergency or life-threatening medical conditions. A screening officer will sort patients into triage groups. The triage group consists of red triage, yellow triage, green triage, and black triage. The action of ER / ER services starts from the patient coming until the patient is finished. Therefore, to inform the local community about the flow of emergency room services, we conduct counseling. After all these stages were carried out, a planning of counseling activities for the flow of emergency room services was obtained at the Ar-Raudhah mosque.

Abstract

The health service referral system is the organization of health services that regulates the reciprocal delegation of duties and responsibilities for health services, both vertically and horizontally. A referral system is required for patients who are participants in health insurance or social health insurance and health service providers. In this article the author describes the community service activities that have been carried out to increase public understanding of the health service referral system. Community service activities carried out in the Karya 1 dokagu area, Bukit raya District use lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. As for the results of this community activity, the community has been able to understand the health service referral system. This activity can also increase public enthusiasm or awareness in health checks and increase public awareness of healthy living

Abstract

Sports injuries are a common health issue among adolescents, especially high school students who are actively engaged in physical activities. Muscle and joint injuries can cause pain, limited mobility, and interfere with academic and social activities. This community service program aims to provide education and simple physiotherapy treatments to students at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru to help reduce pain and prevent recurrent injuries. The methods used include health education, demonstrations, and hands-on practice of physiotherapy techniques such as stretching, cold/hot compresses, and muscle strengthening exercises. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of sports injury management and a reduction in pain complaints after participating in the therapy. This program is expected to raise awareness of the importance of proper injury management and the role of physiotherapy in maintaining adolescents physical health.

Abstract

Drug management is one of the most important parts of hospital management in the provision of health services as a whole, because inefficiency and inefficiency in management will have a negative impact on the hospital both from a medical, social and economic perspective. Based on the results of the document review, there are expired drugs in the Pharmacy Installation in 2021 where there are 4,454 expired drugs in the Pharmaceutical Warehouse, the Emergency Room and Inpatient Pharmacy Depots have 1,173 Expired Drugs and the Outpatient Pharmacy Depot has 2,180 expired drugs. Expired drugs in 2022 where there are 37,959 expired drugs in the Pharmaceutical Warehouse, , ER and Inpatient Pharmacy Depots have 6,582 expired drugs and Outpatient Pharmacy Depots have 31,852 expired drugs. The purpose of this study is to determine the Management of Drug Management in the Pharmacy Warehouse of the X Hospital. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive observation approach, with a total of 4 informants. This research was conducted using in-depth interviews, observation and document review methods. The results of the study found that drug planning uses the consumption method which is carried out every two months, the determination of the types of drugs in the procurement is adjusted to the National Formulary and is constrained by distributor receivables, the receiving process sometimes the goods that arrive do not match the invoice, and the storage is not up to standard, there is no Special room for expired drugs. It is recommended that the planning process use a combination of consumption and epidemiology methods so that empty drugs and over stock do not occur, the need for a special place for storing expired drugs, and expanding storage warehouses so that there is no more cardboard buildup.

Abstract

APM is an Independent Registration Platform, which at first glance looks like an ATM machine, which allows general patients and BPJS patients who have been recorded (have had previous treatment at the hospital) to register and receive an SEP letter (Patient Eligibility Letter) without having to go through the registration counter. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of patient understanding of the use of self-registration platforms with variables of content, format, accuracy variables, timeliness, and ease of use. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional design, which is carried out in the outpatient unit of the Awal Bros Panam Hospital with a total of 100 patient respondents with the Accidental Sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that in general, there are still many patients who do not understand the use of self-registration platforms, due to the habit of not reading the provisions and guidelines that have been provided by the hospital and are more likely to need officers than to register independently using a self-registration platform machine, so it is recommended to add educational procedures that are easily understood by patients using local languages and add educational tvs near the self-registration platform machine.

Abstract

Pekanbaru City has 21 community health centers (Puskesmas), whose distribution influences the spread of diseases, including communicable, non-communicable, and chronic diseases. This study aims to design a web-based prototype to assist Puskesmas in routinely reporting disease data to the Pekanbaru City Health Office and to provide public access to disease information. A quantitative experimental method with a development research design was used. Data on the most prevalent diseases were collected through observation and documentation, then processed into a database. The research was conducted from January 31 to June 3, 2024. The resulting prototype was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and is accessible via smartphones. Functional and feasibility tests confirmed the system works properly and is ready for use. This disease reporting and information system helps streamline data submission by Puskesmas and enhances public access to health information. It is recommended that the local government support its development and implementation across all Puskesmas in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Instalasi Gawat Darurat adalah salah satu unit dalam rumah sakit yang menyediakan penanganan awal pasien, sesuai dengan tingkat kegawatannya. Instalasi Gawat Darurat memberikan perawatan yang tepat dan secepat mungkin untuk kondisi medis darurat atau yang mengancam nyawa. Seorang petugas skrining akan memilah pasien dalam kelompok triase. Adapun kelompok triase tersebut terdiri dari triase merah, triase kuning, triase hijau, dan triase hitam. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada Masyarakat terkait skrining yang dilakukan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat, karna masih banyaknya Masyarakat yang belum memahami dan kebingungan terhadap penanganan yang diberikan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu mencakup ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, simulasi kegiatan pelayanan yang dilakukan berdasarkan triase di instalasi gawat darurat. Kegaiatan ini melibatkan Masyarakat disekitaran masjid husnul khotimah yang diharapkan mampu memberikan edukasi ke Masyarakat yang lainnya. Hasil dari Sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman Masyarakat terkait alur pelayanan Instalasi Gawat Darurat di Rumah Sakit melihat dari triase yang ada, dimana pada saat sosialisasi dilakukan diadakannya tes pemahaman diawal sebelum sosialisasi dan tes pemahaman diakhir sesi setalah dilakukannya edukasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya sosialiasi yang sudah dilakukan dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada Masyarakat sehingga bisa memahami alur pelayanan instalasi gawat darurat yang ada di rumah sakit.
