Abstract

This research aims to determine how the effect of supervision and competence variables simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at Permai Hotel Pekanbaru. As for the sample in this study were employees of Hotel Permai Pekanbaru with a sample of 50 people and all populations sampled in this study . Data analysis using descriptive analysis , but it is also a quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with SPSS ( Services For Product and Solution Statistics ) version 20. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that the supervision and competence simultaneously affect the performance of employees. Partial Test Results (t test) showed that the control variable is partially significant effect on employee performance, and competence variables partially significant effect on employee performance means better supervision and competence of the employees will be able to affect the performance of Hotel Permai. From the test results R square is known that the influence of the Performance Monitoring and Competence Permai Hotel employees by 70.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.Keywords : Supervision, Competency and Performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence the motivation and competence of the teacher’s performance of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all full-time teacher at SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. Sampling the authors use census methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the study found that by testing simultaneously, variable motivation/ X1 and competency/ X2 si,ultaneously hae a significant impact on teacher performance SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru (Y). Testing of partially known variables of motivation/ X1 t-test value is 13,451 and variable competence/ X2 value is 8,385 t-test with a significance level of 0,000 is smaller than the 5 % level of confidence. This value is grater than t-table is 1,99. Can be concluded that the motivation variable/ X1 and competency/ X2 significantly affect the performance of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru teacher (Y). Based on the above results it is known that the variables that most influence the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru is the motivation/ X1 Because it has the larget t valueKeywords: Motivation, Competence Teacher and performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence the leadership and conflict work simultaneously and significantly affect the productivity of employees of PT. Pure light Pakanido Pekanbaru.As for the population in this study were all employees of PT. Pure light Pakanindo Pekanbaru totaling 117 people consisting of various parts and the whole population sampled in this study using census sampling method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses the quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 17.0.From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that the leadership and work conflicts simultaneously significant effect on employee productivity. Partial Test results (t test) showed that the variables of leadership partially significant effect on labor productivity, and workplace conflict variables partially significant effect on employee productivity.Keywords : leadership, workplace conflict and employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of communication, work discipline and supervision of employee spirit. As for the population in this study are all employees of PT Kunango Jantan Kampar with the number of 153 people. Sampling is done by accidental method and the determination of the number of samples is done by using Slovin formula. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program version 18.00. From the test result that has been done, simultaneous test (F-test) shows that Communication, work discipline and pengawasaan simultaneously affect to employee morale, while partial test (T-test) indicate that Communication, work discipline and partial pengawasaan effect Employee morale. To maximize employee morale, the company should provide an opportunity for employees to participate in efforts to advance the company and to maximize employee communication, expected to the company to establish decision-making based on information that takes into account the situation and conditions that exist.Keywords : Communication, Work Discipline, Supervision and Employee Spirit

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of promotion, training, non-physical work environment and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. The population in this research is implementing all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. Sampling techniques total sampling method.Analytical method used is descriptive quantitative methods of analysis. The data used are the primary data and secondary data obtained through the quisitonaires and documentation study of the measurement using the ordinal scale and statistically processed with SPSS program 20.00 for windows. The result of this research show that the promotion variables (), training (), and non-physical work environment (X3) simultaneously positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. Which has indicated by the value of significance 0.000 < 0.05. In a partial can be seen that variable training have influence the most dominant against variable bound satisfaction work are employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. The value of the square = 0.488, adjust r which means 48,8% variable bound described by variable free the remaining 51.2% described by another variable that outside of this research.Keyword : Promotion, Training Non-Physical, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics, internal communications, and transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT. Citraciti Pacific Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Citraciti Pacific Pekanbaru totaling 98. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the job characteristics, internal communications, and the simultaneous effect of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT. Citraciti Pacific Pekanbaru, job characteristics partial effect on employee job satisfaction, internal communication partial effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership transformational partial effect on employee job satisfaction. So to maximize employee satisfaction, the company should give a salary appropriate and balanced with the workload on the responsibility of employees, to maximize the characteristics of the job, workers will always contribute to the resolution of existing problems in the company, to maximize internal communications, expected leaders improve surveillance systems No order to work properly, and to maximize the transformational leadership, it is expected the company to provide sanctions for employees or leaders who do not arrive on time, especially when there are meetings and so forth.Keywords: Job Characteristics, Communication, Leadership, and Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effect spirit of work, discipline, and monitoring of work to performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan. The population in this study were all employees of the production of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan totaling 146 people. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the spirit of work, discipline of work, and monitoring significant effect on the performance of employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan, spirit of work significant effect on employee performance, disciplined work significantly influence employee performance, monitoring significant effect on employee performance. So it is expected to employees in order to increase knowledge and skills of the existing work in the company. Companies must pay attention to and improve employee spirit of work again so that the employee's performance can be improved further. Moreover, it also can make employees more satisfied in performing his job is to give appropriate salary for the work of the employees, the Company must provide a comfortable workplace for employees, the protection tools complete working cycle workplace air nice, thus employees will be more enthusiasm for work. If the employee morale in the company decreased, then the employee's performance will decline as well. Expected to companies that give strict sanctions against employees who are not disciplined in the work so that it can make employees always adhere to the rules and regulations made by a company. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables Discipline, motivation and the Physical Environment on Performance. Research was conducted on Nurses, Hospitals Petala Bumi in Pekanbaru. In this research consists of four variables: the dependent variable and three independent variables. These variables are Performance (Y), the Physical Environment (X3), Motivation (X2), and Discipline (X1). This study was conducted using a sample of 86 people. This research using purposive sampling technique is the determination of the sample is based on respondents who have certain criteria to fill out a questionnaire. In terms of data analysis, this study using multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis tests conducted, results indicate that the Disciplinary research and significant positive effect on performance, motivation positive and significant impact on the Performance and Physical Environment positive and significant impact on performance. Abstract

The hospital is one form of health facilities, both organized by the government and or the community. The success of a hospital in its function characterized by an increase in the quality of hospital services. Hospital quality so obtained by several factors. The most dominant factor is resource. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of nurse -patient room class II and III on General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Riau Province. The population of nurses around the hospital room class II and III who served in the last year ie in 2010 on General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Riau province, as many as 216 people with a sampling of 68 people by using cluster sampling. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively. T-test results prove that there is a significant effect of work stress on the performance of nurse-patient room class II and III on General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Riau inversely proportional to the nature of the effect. What this means is that the higher the stress level of nurses, the nurse's performance will decrease. It was determined that the effect of work stress on the performance of nurse-patient room class II and III on General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Riau Province amounted to 41.8%. While the rest are not influenced by other variables studied.Keywords : Job Stress And Employee Performance

Abstract

The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. The aim of this study is to analyzing the influence of the working environment variables and employees placement to working motivation on production department at PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. Sampling was done by taking the overall population as respondents as many as 39 people. The analytical method used was descriptive of quantitative methods, data analysis done partially and simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0). From the results of simultaneous testing (the F test), shows that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee motivation variable. Partial regression test (the T test) shows that the employees placement variables reveal more significant effect on employee motivation at PT Bank Riaukepri Dumai Branch Office. The magnitude of the effect caused by these two variables together against the dependent variable was 66.1%, it means that the variable motivation and work environment jointly influence employee performance variable with the percentage of 66.1% while 33.9%, affected by other factors that did not participate in this study. From the research can be concluded that the work environment and employee placement and simultaneous partial reveal positive and significant impact on employee motivation at production department PT. Bank Riaukepri Dumai branch office. In addition, the variable of employees placement is more significantly effect on the motivation of employees, when compared with the working environment variable.Keywords : working environment, employees placement and working motivation
