In the current era, information technology is developing rapidly over time. So many fields integrate with information technology, especially the economic field. Advances in information technology have made competition in the economic sector increasingly stringent. Trading that used to be done using conventional methods can now be done digitally using information technology. With this significant technological development, there are many opportunities, including entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship. For this reason, it is essential to have a digital entrepreneurship activity that is packaged with training. The training carried out is in the form of Digital Entrepreneurship Training, which is a form of economic digitalization training, especially entrepreneurial economics in trading or buying and selling transactions. The material is presented in two forms: theoretical and practical. Theoretical material provides an overview from the beginning of the development of technology until this technology develops towards the industrial era 4.0. Practical material delivered by the resource person is more directed at using E-commerce and Marketplace. Training like this needs to be held to add insight to Generation Z about the importance of mastering technology media for business or business interests.

Abstract

Microvascular complications can occur due to type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). The cost of therapy increases due to the use of various antidiabetic drugs over a long period. This research is a pharmacoeconomic study that uses the Markov Model to compare costs and utilities in type 2 DM patients who receive metformin+glimepiride and metformin+vildagliptin therapy. Primary data was collected through the EQ5D questionnaire at Cirebon Harbor Hospital and secondary data (transition probability) was collected through a literature study. Characteristics of type 2 DM patients show that the majority of people suffering from this condition are aged between 55 and 59 years. Primary data from the hospital shows that the cost of therapy for controlled type 2 DM patients who receive combination therapy of metformin + glimepiride, and metformin + vildagliptin is Rp. 1,699,400, Rp. 5,807,786, and Rp. 10,100,426, respectively. Secondary data from articles treating type 2 DM shows that the 55-59 year age group is the largest. With an ICER of 61,493,943/QALYS, microvascular prevention in T2DM patients receiving the metformin+vildagliptin combination in Indonesia is considered effective and able to reduce the number of microvascular cases. This is based on the ICER value compared to the Indonesian Government's GDP, namely Rp. 71,030,183.3. This study shows that replacing glimepiride with vildagliptin for the prevention of microvascular complications is cost-effective and has better utility and effectiveness in reducing the incidence of microvascular complications. The use of vildagliptin can be recommended to reduce costs and the risk of microvascular complications.

Abstract

Dyspepsia is a common digestive disorder among global health problems. This study aimed to examine the cost-effectiveness of scientific herbs in the treatment of dyspepsia. This study has used a societal perspective, but the indirect costs are considered equal because the patient is undergoing outpatient care. The analysis was used to determine the cost-effectiveness using the Incremental Cost-Effectiveness Ratio (ICER) method. The results were reported in rupiah currency, which includes categories of direct medical costs and direct non-medical costs. Sensitivity analysis reported changes in results, taking into account various possible influencing variables. A total of 62 patients who were respondents in this study were included in scientific herbal therapy (48.38%) and conventional dyspepsia therapy (51.62%). The cost of scientific herbal therapy was higher than conventional dyspepsia therapy (45.558±4.351 vs. 39.202±4.500). However, this difference was not statistically significant on the effectiveness of therapy (96.67% vs. 90.62%; p-value 0.600), the utility index of scientific herbal medicine was greater than conventional dyspepsia therapy (0.85±0.11 vs. 0.74±0.14). The ICER value for 1 additional unit of effectiveness was IDR 105,933; while for the addition of 1 unit of quality of life was IDR 57,781. The effectiveness of scientific herbal medicine therapy for dyspepsia was greater than the effectiveness of conventional dyspepsia therapy, where the cost was higher but the effectiveness was better.

Abstract

Backgrounds: To explain and systematically review the modelling and reporting of cost effectiveness analysis of vaccination DPT combo. Methods : We conducted a comprehensive and systematic review of cost-effectiveness studies related to vaccination DPT Combo and government immunisation programmes in the world published from 2000 to 2021, through database search of PubMed and Science Direct. We assessed the methodological quality of the selected studies using a specific approach Consolidated Health Economic Evaluation Reporting Standards checklist (CHEERS). Results : Eight eligible studies reporting comparative cost-effectiveness comparisons of vaccination DPT combination were identified. Every year the DPT combo vaccine always develops into more combinations, from single to combination with a composition of 6 types. The increasing development of the DPT combination vaccine means the costs incurred will be higher, but it will have better effectiveness and fewer repeat doses. Conclusion : The DPT Combination vaccine is a more complete combination for higher costs but with better effectiveness and lower side effects.

Abstract

This community service aims to increase the marketing of MSMEs "Usus Usus Reog" through branding campaigns using the Instagram platform and brand awareness. The methods used include initial surveys, community education, training, product logo creation, and digital marketing support. The results showed a significant increase in MSME Instagram account followers, the use of brand-related hashtags, and higher follower engagement. Although the direct impact on sales cannot be accurately measured, the benefits of this approach in strengthening brand recognition and building better relationships with customers can be seen. A comprehensive approach that includes education and training, in addition to brand promotion, has a significant positive impact. Therefore, we recommend continuing and expanding education and training efforts for MSME owners so that they become more proficient in utilizing the potential of Instagram and other media platforms.

Abstract

There is a high incidence of colorectal cancer in Indonesia. Colorectal cancer was ranked fourth with an incidence of 8.6% and a colon cancer mortality rate of 4% while rectal cancer was 3.6% in Indonesia. The addition of Bevacizumab to Standard chemotherapy (FOLFOX/FOLFIRI/XELOX) in KRAS-mutation colorectal cancer patients has better clinical outcomes; however, it has a very high cost in terms of colorectal cancer treatment. The objective of this study was to determine the utility and economic impact of adding Bevacizumab as an adjunct therapy for KRAS-mutation colorectal cancer patients. A Markov model was developed to estimate the Cost-utility analysis (CUA) using a societal perspective. Humanistic outcomes are expressed in the form of QALY (Quality-adjusted life years) using an EQ-5D-5L instrument with an Indonesian value set. Medical expenses data were collected from both RSUP Dr. Sardjito and patients. Utility data were obtained from interviews with 30 patients undergoing chemotherapy at the hospital. This study compared the cost and utility of patients receiving Bevacizumab supplementation or patients receiving standard chemotherapy alone. The societal perspective resulted in a cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) of US$3.098 per QALY. The addition of Bevacizumab to standard chemotherapy in KRAS-mutation colorectal cancer patients is considerably cost-effective from a societal perspective.
