Abstract

Technological developments have occurred at this time. The rapid development of technology forces students to be wiser in using it. One of the functions of technology is to become a learning medium like a cell phone. HP, which has become an obligation for students, has given rise to ideas for experts to bring up many new applications, especially in the field of mathematics. The emergence of these various applications makes students confused to choose which one is feasible to choose. To solve this problem, a Decision Support System is needed. SPK is a computer-based system whose function is to assist parties or individuals who need it, especially in making a decision. SPK can function properly, if you use the method. The method used in Ono's research is the EDAS method. The EDAS method is a method that uses a formula or formula, where the decision is generated from positive and negative distances. Based on this study, the results were found, namely alternative A1 with the name of the application, namely QANDA with a value of 0.0767 as the highest score

Abstract

Autoimmune diseases are caused by the failure of the immune system to attack the body itself. According to data from the US Department of Health and Human Services, more than 23.5 million Americans have an autoimmune disease, which is difficult to diagnose because of the variety of symptoms it presents. Therefore, the development of mechanisms to identify autoimmune disorders is essential. One of the developing technologies in this field is the use of expert systems in diagnosing diseases. An expert system is a system developed by experts using science-based technology. In order to use it effectively, proper methods are needed, such as the Bayes Theorem approach, described by Thomas Bayes, a priest. The Bayes Theorem approach explains the relationship between the probability of event A and event B based on available information. This study attempts to facilitate the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases by using an expert system and Bayes' Theorem technique. With a confidence level of 0.57 or 57%, the examination results show that the patient suffers from an autoimmune disease of the type Hemolytic Anemia (HA) based on the patient's input

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design and implement the chatbot system "Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa Infomatrix", which by utilizing the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) produces an interactive and efficient platform for students, facilitating access to comprehensive information about the university and helping makes it easier for students to get the right information to support their academic process on campus. Built web-based chatbot application, developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, integrated with a MySQL database, and utilizing Dialogflow cloud integration for machine and user conversation chat systems. This research methodology follows Angie Method and in system design, uses a structured design method that combines Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The system testing uses a beta testing approach. With the presence of this Institutional Chatbot Application, it can make it easier for students to obtain UTS university data and information and become an effort to increase involvement at Sumbawa University of Technology through AI-based interactions.

Abstract

Preservation of Sumbawa Regional Language (Basa Samawa) through E-Learning Platform in Learning Innovation for Teenagers is an application that has been successfully created using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) software development method which includes the requirement planning phase, use design phase, construction phase, and cutover phase. The design model used in developing the application is the Data Flow Diagram (DFD). This application can be optimized for use by the Sumbawa Regency Education and Culture Office (DIKBUD), teachers, and students in the Sumbawa Regency area. The use of the application can be maximized by teenagers to learn the Sumbawa language according to the learning model available in the application. The learning models include batuter (storytelling), maca ke nulis (reading and writing), aksara, lawas (poetry), balawas (rhyming), basakeco (developing poetry), speeches and writing short stories in Samawa or Sumbawa language. All Sumbawa language materials are available in the application which is also equipped with learning videos. To be able to access the material presented, users must first register and then be able to take part in learning, quizzes and post-tests. After the testing process was carried out on the application using black box testing on three actors, namely the Dikbud admin, teachers and students, it was stated that all application functionality in the twelve tables could function properly.

Abstract

HR management is recognized as a global issue and an integral part of competitiveness in the arena of globalization. The organizational structure is the placement of tasks from the very top to the placement of very basic tasks. Assessing the quality of employee performance is one of the work evaluation sessions that can provide the best for industry and citizens. In position placement, if someone does not suit the position they have, it will cause problems such as the company's operational processes not running well. Performance appraisal of employees aims to see the performance results that have been carried out or given by employees when occupying a position. Problems related to performance appraisal are important problems that must be resolved immediately. Data mining is a data processing process in the past, where data in data mining is a collection of data that has been collected over a certain period of time. Information data mining is a series of processes for exploring added value in the form of data produced by extracting and identifying patterns in an information base. Clustering is a part of data mining that aims to group based on the formation of new clusters. The K-Medoids algorithm is a partitional clustering procedure that minimizes the distance between labeled points. The K-Medoids algorithm is a classic Clustering partition technique that groups data sets of ni objects into k groups known a priori. From the results of research conducted using the K-Medoids method, 3 clusters were obtained. Where in cluster 1 there are 4 employees, in cluster 2 there are 3 employees and in cluster 3 there are 3 employees.

Abstract

The Open Unemployment Rate (OER) in Indonesia decreased in February 2024 to 4.82%, showing an improvement compared to February 2023. Despite the decline in TPT, there are still regions with TPT reaching 7.02%, which could potentially lead to negative consequences such as increased crime. Efforts to address TPT include increasing economic growth, developing the quality of education and training. This research utilises clustering in data mining. The number of clusters formed was 3 clusters with a DBI value of -1.685. This study uses K-Medoids clustering to group 38 provinces based on TPT. Of the 38 data, there is incomplete data so preprocessing is done using the "filter example" operator in rapidminer to eliminate incomplete data so that there are 34 data that will be used in this study (after preprocessing). The results show 4 provinces with the highest TPT (Riau Islands, DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten) with a percentage of 11.76%.

Abstract

Maka dari itu bersama Sumbawa Academia Institute (SAI) melaksanakan kegiatan Webinar untuk menjelaskan bagaimana tips dan trik untuk mendapatkan ide pengembangan riset dari hasil diseminasi. Dalam Webinar ini dihadiri oleh 95 peserta yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan dosen yang diisi dengan banyak diskusi. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan semangat, motivasi dan juga dapat menambah wawasan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam melakukan riset nantinya.

Abstract

Keanekaragaman budaya Indonesia mempunyai nilai unik dan sebagai identitas masyarakat daerah tesebut, sehingga perlu dilestarikan. Kebudayaan Indonesia merupakan perpaduan dari berbagai macam budaya dan tradisi lokal yang otentik dan beragam mulai dari seni tari, upacara adat, pakaian tradisional, makanan khas hingga adat istiadat (Hartanti & Setiawan, 2019). Oleh karena itu digitalisasi kebudayaan lokal merupakan langkah tepat yang sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi dalam hal mengabadikan kesenian dan identitas daerah. Tidak hanya itu dengan digitalisasi, kebudayaan masyrakat dapat diakses, dipelajari, dan diserbarkan ke seluruh dunia dengan mudah. Dengan demikian, Relawan TIK Cabang Sumbawa (RTIK) rumah besar aktivis, pegiat, pemerhati dan pelaku Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi di Indonesia, organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan bersifat nirlaba, independen, philantropis dan mandiri sebagai upaya untuk pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi anggotanya dan masyarakat luas. Webinar ini dihadiri oleh 52 peserta yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan relawan TIK yang saling berdiskusi satu sama lain. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat motivasi bagi mahasiswa dan penggiat IT untuk terus mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan kompetensi agar dapat melestarikan kebudayaan daerah ke bentuk digital.

Abstract

In the research of cellphone purchases made by buyers sometimes confuse the buyers, because the cellphone to be purchased is in accordance with what they want or not. Where many cellphone buyers buy the wrong cellphone because they see viral cellphones on social media but not following the criteria they want. Based on this, this research conducts a decision support analysis that is used to help buyers carry out the process of selecting a cellphone that matches the criteria, namely price, RAM, and camera. Where the criteria used are often the main choice in the criteria for selecting a cellphone purchase. The decision-making method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Where this method is used to determine the weight value of each criterion, then a ranking process is carried out to determine the alternative cellphone from a number of existing cellphone alternatives. With the analysis of a decision support system that uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, so that it can help buyers in choosing a cellphone based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Statistik (Kominfotik) Sumbawa mengelola jaringan Wifi yang penting untuk akses internet. Namun, potensi ancaman seperti serangan Packet Sniffing dapat membahayakan data sensitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keamanan jaringan Wifi menggunakan metode Penetration Testing dan Wireshark, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan dan melindungi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif dengan tahapan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Selanjutnya, dilakukan penetration testing yang mencakup pengumpulan informasi, deteksi kerentanan, simulasi serangan menggunakan Wireshark, dan penyusunan laporan. Kebutuhan sistem meliputi perangkat keras seperti laptop Acer dan perangkat lunak seperti Windows 10 dan Wireshark untuk mendukung penelitian. Pengumpulan data observasi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengamati langsung infrastruktur jaringan WiFi di Kominfo dan Informatika (Kominfotik) Sumbawa. Proses ini mencakup identifikasi perangkat keras seperti router, access point, dan perangkat klien yang terhubung. Selain itu, pengamatan juga dilakukan terhadap konfigurasi jaringan, termasuk jenis enkripsi yang diterapkan (WPA2 atau WPA3), pengaturan keamanan, dan kebijakan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa protokol WPA2, meskipun lebih aman, masih rentan terhadap serangan packet sniffing seperti deauthentication dan dictionary attack. Penting untuk memahami kerentanan ini dan menerapkan strategi mitigasi untuk melindungi data sensitif serta integritas jaringan Wi-Fi. Disarankan untuk migrasi ke WPA3, menerapkan kata sandi kuat, melakukan pemantauan jaringan, menggunakan VPN, dan meningkatkan edukasi pengguna tentang keamanan siber untuk melindungi jaringan Wi-Fi.
