Abstract

The development of a technology has the aim of increasing the productivity and effectiveness of users both from human resources and organizations / businesses. The Animal Clinic at the Sumbawa Livestock Service Office is an agency engaged in serving the community in caring for the health of livestock or pets. The development of the Sumbawa District Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service clinic information system uses one of the methods that is part of the System Development Life Cycle (CDLC), namely Rapid Application Development (RAD) as a software development method that emphasizes development methods in a short and fast time cycle because the initial stage of development with the aim or discussion to determine user needs. Data collection is carried out by observing and analyzing the service process and making the manual recording process carried out into computerized so as to make it easier for the clinic to serve consumers and the community. The system design used is UML design which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The system testing solution is using black box texting. and can be used as input for the Livestock and Animal Health Service Office of Sumbawa Regency for the management of data and information on animal health services.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, schools as educational institutions must be able to adapt to these changes. One way to facilitate access to information about schools is by building a school Website that can be accessed by students, teachers, parents, and the general public. SMK Negeri 1 Plampang is one of the vocational high schools in Indonesia located in Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The school has various programs such as Electrical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Ruminant Livestock Agribusiness, and others. As a school committed to providing the best education for its students, SMK Negeri 1 Plampang has built a school Website as one of the media to provide information about school activities, school profile, class schedules, student achievements, and others. However, school Websites that can only be accessed through a browser on a computer or laptop are sometimes less effective in providing access to information for students, teachers, and parents. Sometimes students or parents do not have access to a computer or laptop when needed, so the necessary information cannot be easily obtained. Therefore, the development of SMK Negeri 1 Plampang's Website into an android-based platform is a solution that is right to facilitate access to information for students, teachers, and parents. By developing SMK Negeri 1 Plampang's Website into an android-based platform, students, teachers, and parents can easily access school information through their smartphones. This android-based application will provide easy access to information, such as class schedules, assignments and exams, school profile, student achievements, and others. In addition, application users can obtain notifications about the latest information from the school, so they will not miss important information. In order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of school information services, the development of SMK Negeri 1 Plampang's Website into an android-based platform is an appropriate alternative. With the android-based application, it is hoped that students, teachers, and parents can more easily obtain information about school activities, as well as have a better learning experience.

Abstract

Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB) in eastern Indonesia is in great demand by local and international tourists. It is necessary to preserve diverse cultures, one of which is traditional clothing. Where the community still does not understand the traditional clothes of Sumbawa and the people tend to combine in dressing. This research aims to design an Android-Based Sumbawa Traditional Clothing Learning Media Application with the Waterfall method, which aims to produce web-based and android-based applications presented with visuals and text. The application presents Home, History, Clothing Categories and About features. The data collection methods carried out are observation, interview, and literature study methods. The application is built using the Waterfall method software development methodology, with the Laravel Framework, Flutter Software Development Kit, the Dart programming language and Visual Studio Code text editor as well as black box testing. The result of this research is the Sumbawa Traditional Clothing Learning Media Application.

Abstract

Seketeng Market is one of the traditional markets as a center for economic and social activities for the community in Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, which is under the auspices of the Diskoperindag. The use of digital technology in managing data and fees at Seketeng Market is still done manually. This research aims to design and develop an information system for managing trader data and levies at Seketeng Market, Sumbawa, which aims to produce a web-based application with an attractive appearance with features, namely trader data management menu, levy management menu, report and monitoring menu. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and literature study methods. This application was built using the prototype software development methodology, with black box testing. The results of this research are a web-based information system for managing trader data and fees at the Seketeng Market in Sumbawa. It is hoped that this application will be able to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing trader data and levies at Seketeng Market and facilitate reporting and monitoring of payments by market managers.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has had a significant impact on the healthcare sector, including blood donor management. The Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in Sumbawa Regency still relies on a manual system, such as paper forms and WhatsApp communication, leading to long queues, data errors, and delays in donor management. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system utilizing Progressive Web App (PWA) technology to enhance the efficiency of blood donor registration and data management. The system enables donors and administrators to access and manage data in real time via web and mobile devices. This research employs a qualitative method with an iterative and Agile approach in software development. Testing results indicate that the developed system can accelerate the registration process, reduce queues, and minimize data errors. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the operational efficiency of the UTD-PMI in Sumbawa Regency and support a more responsive and accurate blood supply to meet medical needs.

Abstract

Teknologi Informasi adalah kombinasi dari teknologi komputer (perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak) dan teknologi komunikasi informasi untuk memproses, menyimpan, dan mendistribusikan informasi (Martin, E. et al, 2005). Kecerdasan buatan atau artificial intelligence (AI) merupakan salah satu bagian ilmu komputer yang membuat agar mesin (komputer) dapat melakukan pekerjaan seperti dan sebaik yang dilakukan oleh manusia. Sedangkan Internet of Things merupakan konsep yang menghubungkan perangkat fisik ke internet untuk berkomunikasi dan berbagi data secara babas. Adapaun peserta dalam webinar berjumlah 100 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, Relawan TIK di Indonesia. Webinar ini menghadirkan Narasumber ahli dari perguruan tinggi dan juga Relawan TIK yang memaparkan sekaligus demonstrasi keilmuan sesuai dengan tema Webinar. Webinar ini diharapkan dapat membekali peserta dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi informasi dan dampak sosialnya di masyarakat serta beradaptasi dengan tools-tools yang tercipta karenanya.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office (DUKCAPIL) of Dompu Regency is a service that is responsible for carrying out administrative affairs in the field of population and civil registration, covering all services and complaints related to the community, such as the implementation of population registration services. The utilization of digital technology at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dompu Regency is still manual, especially regarding complaints. This research aims to design a community complaint service application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dompu Regency using the waterfall method. It aims to produce a web-based application with an attractive appearance and features. login feature, dashboard, complaint feature, service feature and manage services and reporting feature. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. This application is built using the waterfall software development methodology and object modeling, Laravel framework, and PHP programming language, with black box testing. The result of this research is a web-based community complaint service application at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dompu Regency. It is expected that this application can facilitate more efficient community complaint services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Dompu Regency.

Abstract

The management of correspondence at MTsN 4 Sumbawa was previously carried out manually, leading to several issues such as the risk of lost archives, time-consuming searches, and inefficiencies in report generation. This research aims to design and develop a web-based administrative correspondence application to manage incoming letters, outgoing letters, and reports in a structured, fast, and secure manner. The development method used is Agile Development, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and a user interface built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Key features include incoming and outgoing letter management, data search and filtering, archiving, automatic report generation, and digital signatures with role-based access control (admin, head of administration, principal).

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a tourism system in Sumbawa Regency. In this research is using a qualitative approach that used model of rapid application development (RAD) for system development life circle (SDLC) method. Overall the first stage is system planning, next stage is analyzing tourism data and information that would be presented on web and android technology based. In addition, for users interface display is the attractive database design. The final stage is coding the system and produce a prototype for the implementation which is presenting on the web pages and google play store for android smartphones. The system presented could be used for evaluation, monitoring and facilitating of tourism transaction and promotion processes in Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based Mathematics Learning Application as an interactive and engaging learning medium to enhance elementary school students' understanding, particularly at Lape 2 Public Elementary School. The research employs the Waterfall software development model, which consists of five stages: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires as well as the administration of pre-tests and post-tests to fifth-grade students. The application was developed with core features including learning materials, practice questions, automatic scoring, and learning outcome reports. Testing was conducted using the black box testing method to evaluate the application's functionality, and the improvement in students’ understanding was analyzed using the N-Gain method. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding, categorized as moderate to high, after using the application. This application is expected to serve as an effective, enjoyable, and relevant alternative learning medium that meets the needs of elementary school students.
