Abstract

Depresi postpartum merupakan suatu masalah serius yang dapat dialami wanita setelah melahirkan karena dapat menimbulkan efek buruk jangka panjang yang tidak hanya merugikan wanita penderita, tapi bagi seluruh anggota keluarganya. Untuk itu deteksi dan pencegahan depresi postpartum merupakan suatu yang penting dilakukan oleh para penyedia pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, paritas, status ekonomi, dan nilai spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif bersifat cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 35 orang sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan uji Chi-Square. Hasil pada penelitian ini, variabel hubungan usia dengan depresi postpartum dengan nilai 0,000 (p-value <0,05), hubungan paritas dengan depresi postpartum dengan nilai p-value 0,521 (p-value <0,05), hubungan status ekonomi dengan depresi postpartum dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,788 (p-value <0,05), dan hubungan nilai spiritual dengan depresi postpartum dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (p-value <0,05). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa faktor yang berhubungan terhadap kejadian depresi postpartum. Usia risiko tinggi memiliki risiko untuk terjadinya depresi postpartum. Ibu postpartum dengan nilai spiritual yang baik akan lebih terhindar dari resiko terjadi depresi postpartum.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental selama kehamilan merupakan aspek penting dalam upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu hamil secara menyeluruh, karena kondisi psikologis ibu hamil berpengaruh langsung terhadap kesejahteraan janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara usia, pendidikan, pemeriksaan ANC (antenatal care), pekerjaan, status ekonomi, paritas, riwayat komplikasi kehamilan, serta dukungan sosial dan keluarga dengan derajat kesehatan mental ibu hamil khususnya di Puskesmas Minasa Upa. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional digunakan pada 207 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara riwayat ANC (antenatal care) (p = 0,001), status ekonomi (p < 0,001), paritas (p < 0,001), riwayat komplikasi kehamilan (p < 0,001), serta dukungan sosial dan keluarga (p < 0,001) dengan derajat kesehatan mental ibu hamil. Sebaliknya, usia (p = 0,418), pendidikan (p = 0,856), dan pekerjaan (p = 0,311) tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor ekonomi, riwayat ANC (antenatal care), pengalaman kehamilan sebelumnya, serta dukungan sosial memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kesehatan mental ibu hamil. Oleh karena itu, intervensi yang memperkuat dukungan sosial serta meningkatkan akses dan kualitas layanan ANC (antenatal care), terutama bagi kelompok ibu hamil yang berisiko, perlu menjadi prioritas dalam program kesehatan ibu hamil.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The poor performance of health workers in providing services is often associated with low service quality. When an employee carries out his duties and responsibilities, the quality and quantity of performance achieved can be seen, therefore good employee performance will have a direct impact on institutional performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the performance analysis of health workers in hospitals Pertamina Bintang Amin. This type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The research population is all permanent employees of hospital health workers. Pertamina Bintang Amin consisting of doctors, nurses, midwives and other medical personnel as many as 148 respondents. Samples that meet the requirements in this study are 148 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis using smartPLS SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling) Software. This study found that there was an influence of organizational culture with Path Coefficient 0.243 t statistic 1.683, there was an influence of leadership with Path Coefficient 0.520 t statistic 2.828, there was no effect of compensation with Path Coefficient 0.071 t statistic 0.681 on performance, there was an influence of organizational culture in hospital through motivation with a value of 1.73440, there was an effect of work compensation through motivation with a value of 0.6106, there was an effect of supervision through motivation with a value of 1.660 86 health workers in the hospital. Suggestions from this research, can pay attention to and improve the level of performance, pay attention to aspects that can affect the level of employee performance. Keywords: Performance, Health Workers, Hospital Pertamina Bintang Amin.  ABSTRAK Buruknya kinerja petugas kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan seringkali dikaitkan sdengan rendahnya kualitas pelayanan. Ketika seorang karyawan melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, maka kualitas dan kuantitas kinerja yang dicapai dapat terlihat maka dari itu kinerja karyawan yang baik akan berdampak langsung pada kinerja institusional. Tujuan penelitian Untuk Mengetahaui Analisis Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian s semua pegawai tetap tenaga kesehatan RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin yang terdiri atas tenaga dokter, perawat, bidan, dan tenaga medis lainnya sebanyak 148 responden. Sampel yang memenuhi syarat dalam penelitian 148 responden. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan Software smartPLS SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling).  Penelitian ini didapatkan ada pengaruh budaya organisasi dengan Path Coefficient 0,243 t statistik 1,683, ada pengaruh kepemimpinan dengan Path Coefficient 0,520 t statistik 2,828, tidak ada pengaruh kompensasi dengan pathCoefficient 0,071 t statistik 0,681 terhadap kinerja, ada pengaruh budaya organisasi RS berpengaruh melalui motivasi dengan nilai 1,73440, ada pengaruh kompensasi kerja  melalui motivasi dengan nilai 0,6106, ada pengaruh supervisi melalui motivasi dengan nilai 1,66086 tenaga kesehatan di RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin. Saran dari penelitian ini, dapat memperhatikan dan meningkatkan tingkat kinerja, memperhatikan aspek-aspek yang dapat memepengaruhi tingkat kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Tenaga Kesehatan, RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ethical violations in corporate financial management by analyzing several cases that have occurred in Indonesia. The role of professional ethics in the application of financial management is a field of finance which is a broad and dynamic field. This field directly influences the life of every person and organization concerned. Business ethics is the basis of ethics in the economy or in business and for all stakeholders to avoid deviating from the economy and achieving goals or seeking profit, so we must master economic, legal, ethical and moral perspectives to achieve the desired goals. The conclusion in this article is that efforts to overcome problems that exist in the organizational or corporate environment related to violations or fraud committed by employees and company leaders involved in them have not been properly organized and the examples of cases of violations stated above have not been followed up by authorities. The perpetrators are now rampant so that efforts to overcome the problem of ethical violations must be directed at increasing the sense of corporate responsibility towards society as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate service quality in improving customer satisfaction at CV Tresmo Laundry Banjarmasin. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis was conducted based on the SERVQUAL model, which encompasses five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that each service quality dimension received a fairly good average score (3.57–3.66), while the customer satisfaction indicator also fell within the fairly satisfactory category (3.54–3.68). These findings the close relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, improving reliability, responsiveness, and empathy has the potential to strengthen customer loyalty. Service quality management so that CV Tresmo Laundry can maintain customer satisfaction and strengthen its competitiveness in the competitive laundry industry.

Abstract

Introduction: Anemia in pregnancy is a condition in which pregnant women have hemoglobin (Hb) levels of <11 g/dL in the first and third trimesters, and <10.5 g/dL in the second trimester. Anemia during pregnancy can increase the risk of impaired fetal growth, higher perinatal mortality, preterm delivery, low birth weight, and decreased immunity in both mothers and infants. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status, socioeconomic status, and educational level and the incidence of anemia among pregnant women. Methods: This study employed a quantitative observational design with a cross-sectional approach and purposive sampling technique. A total of 173 pregnant women were selected from a population of 306. Secondary data were obtained from medical records. Results: The results showed a significant relationship between socioeconomic status and the incidence of anemia (p = 0.000). However, no significant relationship was found between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia (p = 0.193), nor between educational level and the incidence of anemia (p = 0.960). Conclusion: Socioeconomic status was significantly associated with anemia among pregnant women, while nutritional status and educational level were not.
