Abstract

Certification of teacher have been accounted for as one of the education core reforms to improve teacher professionalism. The release of the Act No. 14/ 2006 for Teacher and Lecturer (at higher education) is noticeable to be a historical tombstone which sets teacher and lecturer as profession as well as doctor , engineer or others. This will change the public perception to teacher to become more positive, to build up the teacher self-confident, and to magnetize the interest of those first quality candidates to turn out to be teachers, and to give the public trust back to school as an educational institution. It is highly recommended that the enhancement of teacher professional capacity to be integrated with the instructional activities implemented at schools, which, on one hand are capable of improving their quality of teaching as teachers, on the other hand capable of giving them the opportunities to improve their professional capacity while toting-up their cummulative credits mandatory for teacher certification.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan strategi pengembangan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di di SDN Purwantoro 1 Kota Malang. Mengingat Keberadaan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah dasar Kota Malang belum banyak mengubah suatu keadaan. Ini disebabkan karena terjadinya sistem dikotomi pendidikan, dimana pelajaran umum dianggap lebih utama dibanding Pendidikan Agama Islam. kalaupun kompetensi dan potensi guru Pendidikan Agama  Islam itu memadai,  terkadang kehilangan nyalinya untuk bisa mengembangkan strateginya dalam menyampaikan Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, didalam pembahasan penelitian ini akan di bahas tentang profil pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Purwantoro 1 Kota Malang, dan upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama di SDN tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif,  yaitu nilai dari perubahan-perubahan yang tidak dapat dinyatakan dalam angka-angka. Dimana pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pengembangan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SDN Purwantoro 1 Kota Malang. Sedangkan temuan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran agama Islam disampaikan secara integral, didukung dengan muatan lokal dan pembelajaran di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan metode campuran

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that provide teaching, education, and example every second, minute, and hour from a kyai to its students. Education in Islamic boarding schools aims to forge students into independent individuals and develop a spirit of togetherness, which includes an attitude of mutual assistance, solidarity, and brotherhood among fellow students. In terms of individual character development, Islamic boarding schools teach a frugal attitude and simple living that is far from consumerism. The role of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia is not only as educational institutions but also as religious institutions which are the basis for the process of forming the character of the people. In Islamic boarding schools, the basics of science are taught to shape the character of the people, because having good character is an obligation that students must have when they enter society. As a da'wah mission in the form of providing an example. Thus, Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions have great potential for the formation of human resources and the potential for realizing the nation's intelligence prosperity, and good character. There is quite a bit of da'wah that can be done through Islamic boarding schools, both da'wah which conveys Islamic teachings, as well as da'wah about life and of course for the formation of the character of the people.

Abstract

The emphasis of moral principle lies in the beneficial purpose of law subjected to lengthy problems regarding the placement. Different analyses have been carried out relating to the effects of natural law and positivism in legal science. Therefore, this study aims to achieve an understanding of the position of moral principle in legal science in the dynamics of legal development. The results show that moral principle assumes a significant role in legal science in the context of natural law theory. Conversely, positivism suggests the purification of legal constructs from moral components, emphasizing the need to remain detached from moral principles.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide a learning experience for tutors of Study Group of Packages C at PKBM Anggrek Bulan in preparing teaching materials because so far the tutors have not maximally used this application in the learning process. The activity was carried out in the form of a training workshop with 25 very enthusiastic participants. The results of this activity are that there is high enthusiasm from the trainees in participating in the workshop which can be seen from their enthusiasm in practicing using the Canva application to compile and design teaching materials attractively, quickly, and creatively. There was an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and skills after attending this workshop. It can be concluded that this workshop yielded positive results on the skills of the tutors of package C in developing their teaching materials.

Abstract

Email merupakan surat elektronik yang menggunakan internet sebagai media pengirimannya agar lebih mudah, ekonomis, dan cepat. SMKN 7 Kota Serang merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan negeri yang masih menggunakan domain email yaitu gmail dan yahoo yang bersifat publik, sehingga sering terjadinya miskomunikasi informasi antara guru dan tenaga pendidik. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melengkapi kebutuhan mail server agar komunikasi lebih mudah dan lebih ekonomis. Debian 9.12.0 Stretch merupakan software gratis yang dirancang lebih mudah, cepat dan aman dalam kinerjanya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode terapan dimana hasil penelitian dapat dimanfaatkan untuk Sekolah. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara. Selanjutnya dilakukan tahap persiapan, tahap instalasi dan konfigurasi sistem serta tahap uji coba dan evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa roundcube merupakan salah satu web mail dengan tampilan yang lebih baik, user yang lebih bersahabat, dan penggunaan teknologi ajax untuk menyajikan informasi email secara responsif.

Abstract

Food availability and security is a basic human right. One group of people who often experience problems due to food poisoning are school children. Snacks play an important role in providing energy and other nutritional intake for school-aged children. School children's snacks that are not guaranteed to be healthy can potentially cause poisoning, digestive disorders and, if they last for a long time, can lead to poor nutritional status. Apart from that, unhealthy snacks can disrupt children's performance at school. Health education plays a role in changing a person's health behavior as a result of learning experiences. Therefore, it is necessary to hold outreach to provide additional knowledge to parents and children regarding the importance of choosing snacks. By knowing the characteristics of unhealthy snacks and the dangers of unhealthy snacks, it is hoped that parents can teach their children the characteristics of unhealthy snacks so that children do not buy unhealthy snacks. Apart from that, parents can bring supplies for their children, so that the food that enters the child's body is proven to be clean and healthy. In supporting the government program in providing education about healthy and nutritious food, knowledge is needed in the form of legal education regarding this matter. Knowledge about poisonous and unhealthy foods is conveyed to students so that they are wary of these foods or snacks. Therefore, sufficient cooperation and knowledge is needed from the school, especially teachers, regarding children's snack products at school that need to be paid attention to. So it is hoped that children's consumption of snacks can contribute energy and nutrients that are useful for growth

Abstract

The control of land by large corporations in Indonesia, such as PT Semen Indonesia in Rembang, PT Silva Inhutani Lampung in Mesuji, and PT Perkebunan Nusantara in North Sumatra, reflects a phenomenon of "modern feudalism". These corporations obtain government permits without adequate consultation with local communities, resulting in economic, social, and environmental injustices for indigenous peoples and small farmers. Conflicts often arise with intimidation and forced evictions. Economically, corporations transform traditional livelihoods into low-wage labor, restricting access to agricultural land and forests. The impacts include social isolation, community conflicts, and environmental damage like deforestation and water pollution. The government needs to tightly regulate corporate land control, ensure community participation, and enforce environmental laws for sustainability and protection of indigenous rights and natural resources.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Nilai Pendidikan multikultural dalam kurikulum Aswaja NU diterapkan dalam tata kehidupan nyata di masyarakat dengan serangkaian sikap yang bertumpu pada karakter tawasuth (moderat), tasamuh (toleran), tawazun (keseimbangan),‘adalah (adil), dan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar (seruan kebaikan dan larangan kemunkaran). Sikap-sikap tersebut diimplementasikan dalam bidang aqidah, syari’ah, tasawuf, akhlaq, mu’asyarah (pergaulan) antar golongan, kehidupan bernegara, kebudayaan, dakwah, dan pendidikan itu sendiri. Latar belakang penerapan nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam kurikulum Aswaja NU antara lain faktor teologis (pesan al-Quran bahwa masyarakat terdiri dari komunitas yang beragam), sosiologis (tri ukhuwah; Islamiyah, wathoniyah, bsyariyah), historis (melanjutkan perjuangan wali songo yang sangat menghargai tradisi), moral (pengembangan moralitas kemanusiaan dalam kehidupan yang beragam), dan esensi dari kandungan pendidikan itu sendiri (humanisasi atau memanusiakan manusia dalam keberagaman). Sementara itu implikasi dari penerapan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam kurikulum Aswaja NU bagi masyarakat yang majemuk di Indonesia, antara lain: NU mengedepankan asas musyawarah (diskusi) dalam mengambil keputusan. Visi dan misi NU dalam memperjuangkan dakwah Islamiyah adalah menuju pada Islam rahmatan lil-alamin, demi kemaslahatan umat manusia. Oleh karenanya, sikap toleran menjadi bagian penting dari implikasi penerapan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam kurikulum Aswaja NU, sehingga masyarakat NU tidak ekstrim; tapi berupaya mewujudkan Islam yang penuh kasih sayang bagi semesta alam. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Multikultural, Kurikulum
