Abstract

This research was motivated by the low motivation to join youth organizations in Medokan Ayu Village. Karang Taruna members who need motivation in the Karang Taruna organization. The goal to be achieved in this study is to apply the application of motivation in increasing the participation of youth youth members in Medokan Ayu Youth Organization. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation. The results of this study are to increase the motivation of youth youth members. There is one motive that cannot increase motivation, namely theological motives which cannot change the motivation of youth youth members in organizing.

Abstract

In the field of education, the instructor (or tutor) has a significant impact. He or she is in charge of carrying out educational administration at the school, which is in charge of ensuring that instruction goes smoothly. Academic credentials, proficiencies, tutor certifications, physical and emotional well-being, and the capacity to fulfill national education objectives are all requirements for tutors. ways for gathering data while making observations (questionnaires, surveys, and recordkeeping). This study employs a quantitative approach using the product moment analysis method. The correlation value between the two research variables, according to the results, was 0.713. Ha is acceptable in the product moment correlation table above if rcount> rtable, or 0.713>0.361. Thus, it can be said that basic class students at LKP ASTER English Village Pare Kediri have a positive, substantial, and unidirectional link between their enthusiasm to study English and the pedagogical ability of their tutors.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of the badminton Talent Class program as developing students' interests and talents at the Kak Seto Surabaya Homeschooling , which includes planning, implementation and evaluation. This research uses a phenomenological approach with qualitative research methods. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model through several activity procedures, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show; Developing interests and talents through the Badminton Talent Class starts with choosing a regular class or distance learning, then continues with the counselor to detect academic, family and social background as well as interests and talents. the problems faced by the child or the background of life problems. At the implementation stage, tutors also design learning tools and learning media so that they can achieve their goals. Meanwhile, at the evaluation stage, the results of the learning evaluation are given in graphic form which functions to measure the extent to which students have achieved academic and non-academic abilities. The output of this Badminton Talent Class is that children can develop their own interests in the future. The suggestion from this research is that in accordance with the management of Homeschooling which is full of the content of individual existence, the implementation of Homeschooling must have adequate standardization in identifying students' talents, interests and potential.

Abstract

If pamong belajar has the competence and potential to insert character education, it will indirectly shape the quality of character in accordance with the objectives of Strengthening Character Education (PPK). Character education is strengthened by providing understanding and emphasizing students on the five main values of PPK, namely: (a) religious character values, (b) independent character values, (c) nationalism character values, (d) mutual cooperation character values, and (e) integrity character values. This research focuses on: (1) the implementation of PPK, (2) the profile of learning assistants in the implementation of PPK. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of the five main values of PPK in Study Group of Packages C students that is most prominent and easy to do through various activities is the value of religious character, although not all five values can be implemented, and (2) the involvement of learning assistants based on their educator profiles through planning, implementation, and assessment has not been maximized.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide a learning experience for tutors of Study Group of Packages C at PKBM Anggrek Bulan in preparing teaching materials because so far the tutors have not maximally used this application in the learning process. The activity was carried out in the form of a training workshop with 25 very enthusiastic participants. The results of this activity are that there is high enthusiasm from the trainees in participating in the workshop which can be seen from their enthusiasm in practicing using the Canva application to compile and design teaching materials attractively, quickly, and creatively. There was an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and skills after attending this workshop. It can be concluded that this workshop yielded positive results on the skills of the tutors of package C in developing their teaching materials.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memberikan pengajaran, pendidikan, dan keteladanan setiap detik dan menit serta setiap jam dari seorang kyai kepada santrinya. Pendidikan dalam pondok pesantren bertujuan menempa diri santri menjadi pribadi yang mandiri mengembangkan semangat kebersamaan, yang meliputi sikap tolong-menolong, kesetiakawanan, dan persaudaraan sesama santri dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Dari sisi pembinaan karakter individual, pesantren mengajarkan sikap hemat dan hidup sederhana yang jauh dari sifat konsumtif. Peran pondok pesantren di Indonesia bukan hanya sebagai lembaga pendidikan tetapi berperan juga sebagai lembaga keagamaan yang menjadi basis dalam proses pembentukan karakter umat. Di dalam pondok pesantren diajarkan dasar-dasar ilmu untuk membentuk karakter umat, karena pada dasarnya memiliki karakter yang yang baik adalah kewajiban yang harus dimiliki para santri Ketika sudah terjun ke masyarakat. Sebagai misi dakwah dalam bentuk memberikan keteladanan. Dengan demikian, pondok pesantren sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam, sangat potensial untuk pembentukan sumber daya manusia dan potensial menuju terwujudnya kecerdasan dan kesejahteraan bangsa dan berkarakter yang baik. Tidak sedikit dakwah yang bisa dilakukan melalui pondok pesantren, baik dakwah yang menyampaikan ajaran Islam, maupun dakwah tentang kehidupan dan tentunya untuk pembentukan karakter umat.

Abstract

Purpose: The principal's job is very essential and governs the equal of student learning consequences. Principal performances are also in line with teachers' output and self-esteem. In this case, it can be said that the principal's working area creates a feeling of comfort for teachers. The principal performances create the feeling at home in encouraging teachers and employees to work in harmony with the rules and programs that have been delineated so that work output becomes great and pupil learning outcomes also upsurge. One of the teachers’ productivity can be seen from the teachers’ pedagogical proficiency. Pedagogical proficiency is a talent for understanding students and management of educational and dialogical learning. This study targets to determine in what way the impact of the principal’s performance on teachers’ pedagogical competence. Research Methodology: The method used is the method of search and review. The review process starts with the search engine, Google scholar and reviewing related articles about principal performance and teachers’ pedagogical competence. Results: The results from 22 reviewed articles are that the role of the principal’s performance is very influential in affecting the teacher's pedagogical competence. Limitations: Since this study includes many cases, further research could include performing to analyze how principal performance could affect teacher pedagogical competence.
