Abstract

BACKGROUND Burn injuries are a global public health issue that impact healing time and cause complications. While silver sulfadiazine (SSD) cream is commonly used for treatment, research indicates that SSD can hinder the wound healing process. Natural alternatives like Aloe vera, honey, and amniotic membranes have shown promise in promoting wound healing. This study aimed to evaluate their efficacy by their wound healing time and infection rate. METHODS 3 independent reviewers conducted a literature search across 6 databases (Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis, Wiley, and ProQuest). Quality assessment was conducted using the Cochrane Risk of Bias 2 tool, while network meta-analysis was performed using the netmeta package in R. The variable in this study is the average time to burn wound healing and infection occurrence by analyzing MD data or OR of each intervention, with 95% CI to calculate the efficacy. RESULTS A total of 3,434 patients from 37 studies were included. In the analysis of 26 studies comparing the healing time to SSD, A. vera has the best efficacy (MD: −4.75; 95% CI: −8.67 to −0.86), followed by amniotic membrane (MD: −4.71; 95% CI: −7.45 to −1.97), and honey (MD: −4.25; 95% CI: −6.76 to −1.73). Meanwhile, the occurrence of infection analysis in burn wounds across 24 studies highlighted that honey has the lowest infection rate (OR: 0.09; 95% CI: 0.04 to 0.23) and was the only statistically significant finding when compared to SSD. CONCLUSIONS Aloe vera and amniotic membrane are effective for wound healing, while honey is particularly effective in preventing wound infection in patients with burn injuries.

Abstract

Aspek pengetahuan bagi pelajar khususnya jenjang sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah pertama mengenai kesehatan reproduksi sangat perlu diperhatikan. Salah satu langkah yang dapat diambil untuk meminimalisir munculnya resiko permasalahan ialah melalui program pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan program PITERPAN (Program Pelayanan Edukasi Kesehatan Terpadu Pelajar Kota Semarang) dan observasi permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi pada jenjang SD dan SMP di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental jenis one-group pre-test post-test. Berdasarkan hasil uji n-gain menunjukan skor 0,7298 dengan tingkat pemahaman masuk kategori tinggi dan tafsiran efektivitas masuk kategori cukup efektif. Selain itu setelah dilakukannya sosialisasi materi menunjukkan 13 siswa mengalami penurunan, 116 kenaikan dan 122 nilainya tetap. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan program PITERPAN khususnya sosialisasi kesehatan reproduksi remaja bagi pelajar di Kota Semarang masuk kedalam tingkatan cukup efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the response to growth and production of green deli honey guava plants (Sygzium Aqueum) due to the application of chicken manure fertilizer and egg shell POC. This research is located on Jl. Madura, Pahlawan Village, Binjai City, North Sumatra Province. This research used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of two factors. The first factor is chicken manure (A) and the second factor is eggshell POC (C). The results showed that chicken manure and eggshell POC had a very significant effect on the parameters plant length (cm), number of leaves (leaves), number of branch shoots (shoots), root dry weight (g), root wet weight (g), length roots (cm) and number of roots (roots). The interaction between giving chicken manure fertilizer and eggshell POC had no significant effect on all observed parameters. Keywords: deli honey guava plant, egg shell POC and chicken dung.INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan stek tanaman jambu madu deli hijau(Sygzium Aqueum) akibat  pemberian pupuk kotoran ayam dan POC cangkang telur. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Jl. Madura, Kelurahan Pahlawan, Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk kotoran ayam (A) dan faktor kedua adalah POC cangkang telur (C). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk kotoran ayam dan POC cangkang telur berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter Panjang tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (daun), jumlah tunas cabang (tunas), berat kering akar (g), berat basah akar(g), Panjang akar (cm) dan jumlah akar (akar). Interaksi antara pemberian pupuk kotoran ayam dan POC cangkang telur berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Kata kunci : tanaman jambu madu deli,POC cangkang telur dan kotoran ayam.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the structural model of madrasah teacher training transfer in online training, focusing on the influence of self-efficacy, training design, and work environment on teaching skill transfer. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 171 madrasah teachers in Central Java and D.I. Yogyakarta who participated in e-training from the Semarang Religious Education and Training Center (BDK). The instruments used were questionnaires based on self-efficacy scales, training design, work climate, and training transfer, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS 24. The results of the analysis showed that the three variables (β = 0.33, p < 0.001), training design (β = 0.36, p < 0.001), and work environment (β = 0.24, p < 0.001) had a positive and significant effect on training transfer. The model explains the 55% variance in teaching skill transfer. The transfer of teaching skills in online training is significantly influenced by the individual characteristics of the teacher, the quality of the training design, and the support of the work environment. These three factors need to be considered in an integrated manner to increase the effectiveness of teacher training. The results of the study provide important recommendations for training organizers to pay more attention to the internal aspects of participants (self-efficacy), design applicable and relevant training, and create a work environment that supports the implementation of training results. The study contributes an up-to-date empirical understanding of the key factors influencing the transfer of madrasah teacher training in the digital age and highlights the importance of integration between personal, design, and work context factors in teacher professional development through online training.

Abstract

Banyaknya gen Z yang sudah dalam usia produktif membuat mereka juga akan mencari berbagai cara alternatif untuk mengasah kemampuan dan minat mereka. Salah satunya dengan mengikuti kursus atau pelatihan, terutama kursus dan pelatihan secara daring atau E learning. Salah satu contoh LKP yang menggunakan pembelajaran E learning LKP Techade.id. Namun, pembelajaran berbasis E learning ini masih terbilang banyak hal bisa mempengaruhi keefektifitas dari pembelajaran E learning baik itu dari faktor internal maupun external. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen yaitu salah satu jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dalam suatu kondisi yang telah ditetukan penenliti. Penelitian ini, mengambil 40 pesrta didik yang menjadi sempel penelitan, kemudian akan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok masing-masing 20 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah kuisoner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil dari pengujian data yang diperoleh menuntjukan pada t hitung 14,019 > 2,097 (df 19) t table, hal tersebut menunjukan hipotesis diterima atau pembelajaran berbasis e-learning berjalan dengan efektif. Jika dilihat dari hasil pengamatan jumlah data, data yang diambil pada kelompok eksperimen atau kelompok yang melakukan pembelajaran dengan e-learning menunjukan banyak yang memilih sangat setuju hingga mencapai 52,2%. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh bebera faktor yang mendukung seperti peserta didik yang merasa lebih bebas mengeksplorasi materi yang disajikan karena tidak terikat oleh waktu.

Abstract

Peningkatan daya saing industri dalam negeri tidak terlepas dari peran strategis sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, terutama dalam sektor industri berat seperti pengolahan logam. PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (PT IMIP) sebagai salah satu kawasan industri terbesar di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja terampil di bidang pengelasan pipa. Metode pengelasan Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) menjadi salah satu teknik pengelasan utama yang membutuhkan keterampilan khusus, terutama untuk pengelasan pipa dengan posisi yang kompleks. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis karyawan PT IMIP melalui pelatihan pengelasan pipa menggunakan metode SMAW berbasis kompetensi, pemberian materi teori dan praktik, evaluasi kompetensi peserta, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Metode pelatihan dirancang interaktif dan aplikatif, mencakup posisi pengelasan 1G hingga 6G, serta standar keselamatan kerja industri. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan teknis peserta, terbentuknya budaya kerja profesional, dan terbukanya peluang sertifikasi profesi bagi karyawan. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak langsung terhadap peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja industri, tetapi juga menjadi bentuk kontribusi nyata perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung pembangunan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan moral di lingkungan pondok pesantren yang mengalami peningkatan kasus setiap tahunnya. Fenomena tersebut juga terjadi di SMP Unggulan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda (PPMH) yang disebabkan karena minimnya pemahaman siswa tentang dampak bullying dan belum optimalnya metode yang diterapkan guru dalam mencegah maupun menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan pendampingan kepada siswa dan guru melalui program literature-based group activity untuk mereduksi bullying. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan meliputi: (1) Ceramah pemaparan materi tentang bullying dan dampaknya; (2) Pendampingan, untuk menyusun karya sastra bermuatan anti-bullying; dan (3) Evaluasi, untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini yaitu peningkatan pemahaman guru dan siswa tetang bullying dan upaya pencegahannya yang terlihat dari peningkatan skor n-gain 0,72 (tinggi) untuk guru dan 0,43 (sedang) untuk siswa. Selain itu, dihasilkan juga kumpulan karya pantun bertema anti-bullying sejumlah peserta kegiatan yaitu 50 pantun. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan sebuah stimulus untuk menciptakan program anti-bullying di SMP Unggulan PPMH. Pada tahapan selanjutnya, diharapkan pihak sekolah dapat mengembangkan kegiatan serupa untuk memfasilitasi kolaborasi antara siswa dan guru dalam upaya mengurangi kasus bullying dan menciptakan lingkungan pendididkan yang aman, kondusif, dan inklusif sebagai percontohan sekolah lain yang berbasis pondok pesantren.

Abstract

The principles of andragogy have not been widely applied in adult learning within Islamic boarding schools, despite their potential to foster learner autonomy and enhance the relevance of instruction. This study aims to describe the implementation of andragogical principles in developing the life skills of santriwati (female students) at Pondok Pesantren Al-Asror. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the study involved three santriwati, one ustazah (female teacher), and one administrator as participants. Data were collected through non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, with data validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. Data analysis consisted of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the application of andragogical principles is reflected in the santriwati’s development of self-concept toward independence, the use of learning experiences to enhance relevance, the alignment of training with learners’ readiness, and the orientation of learning toward spiritual independence and practical skills. Challenges include technological limitations and hierarchical cultural norms that restrict autonomy. The study implies the need for innovation in learning systems and the use of technology to make the application of andragogical principles in Islamic boarding schools more effective and adaptive to contemporary developments.

Abstract

The competence of life skills training graduates in the industrial era 4.0 must be in line with the needs of work competencies and adapt 21st century skills, but the results of the evaluation of training programs at the Institute of Courses and Training (LKP) show that the absorption of training graduates is still low, ranging from 35%-44%. The research objectives are (a) to identify the validity and reliability of indicators of factors that play a role in the competence of graduates of life skills training; (b) to obtain a causal relationship model of determinant factors on the competence of graduates of life skills training based on partnerships with industry. The research method uses a quantitative approach designed with expost facto research. Data collection techniques with a scaled questionnaire. The research population was graduates of life skills training at the Semarang City Course and Training Institute (LKP) in the last 3 years. The sampling technique used simple random sampling 163 respondents. Data analysis using structural equation modeling with Confirmatory Factor Analysis to obtain overall model fit. The results of the research compiled a determinant model of the competence of graduates of life skills training is the alignment factor of the soft skills and hard skills learning outcomes curriculum integrated with industry competency needs, learning methods apply internship systems, product based training, on the job training with industrial partners, alignment of learning facilities and infrastructure based on information technology and process evaluation factors and the end of training learning with competency certification tests. Recommendations for Courses and Training Institutions in developing curricula to equip 21st century skills-oriented life skills graduate competencies, including soft skills competencies of critical thinking, creativity, digital literacy, collaboration and emotional intelligence and hard skills by conditioning learning in collaboration with industrial institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and validate authentic evaluation instruments for lifelong learning in the context of Community Learning Center (CLC). Quantitative methods with a survey approach were used on 120 CLC tutors as respondents. The analysis stages include exploratory factor analysis to explore factor structure and confirmatory factor analysis to test the validity of constructs. The test results confirmed the existence of four main dimensions: learning motivation, critical thinking, information literacy, and adaptability and independent learning, which consisted of 19 items measured with high-factor load items. The instrument showed strong internal reliability with adequate Cronbach's alpha values and construct reliability, as well as convergent validity through average variance extracted. Respondents' profiles reflect a representative demographic diversity. This instrument is relevant for use in the evaluation of CLC programs and the development of non-formal education curricula, supporting the strengthening of a culture of lifelong learning. This research makes a theoretical and practical contribution in measuring and developing the capacity of lifelong learners in non-formal institutions. The next research suggestion is to expand validation with a more diverse population to improve the generalization of results.
