Abstract

Marginal people become a problem in Semarang. Kemijen is a village or a village in East Semarang Regency. It is a place for marginal people in Semarang. Kemijen has both physical and social environment problems. Indeed, this location is not suitable to stay either for adults, adolescents, or children. One of the concerning matters deals with adolescents. The adolescent phase remains in an important individual development stage. This research aims to analyze the role of the area, habitus, and social capital for adolescents of marginal people and their social behaviors in Semarang. This qualitative research collected the data from a deep interview, observation, and literature study. The data analysis used data reduction, presentation, and conclusion stages. The findings showed the area, habitus, and social capital influenced the dropout-adolescents’ social behaviors. Meanwhile, the school arena of the adolescents’ residences and the social capital did not influence the adolescents’ social behaviors at schools. The social behaviors of the marginal people in Semarang consisted of politeness, lifestyle, peer-interaction, the opposite sex interaction, and life perspective. The adolescents’ social behaviors of the marginal people were grouped into two. Dropout adolescents' social behaviors tended to be negative. Meanwhile, the adolescents that still went to schools tended to be positive.

Abstract

Sebagai remaja, siswa SMA di kota besar mudah untuk berperilaku konsumtif. Mereka ingin diakui eksisitensinya oleh lingkungannya dengan berusaha menjadi bagian dari lingkungan tersebut. Fenomena tersebut menjadi lebih menarik lagi apabila dicermati bahwa siswa SMA yang menjadi responden adalah siswa yang sudah mempelajari ilmu ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, kelompok acuan, pengetahuan ekonomi, sikap konsumen baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung terhadap perilaku konsumsi siswa SMA Negeri di kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 1767 siswa, dengan sampel 326 responden melalui metode proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan tes, sedangkan teknik analisis data melalui statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial, yakni analisis kausalitas menggunakan Path analysis melalui program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap konsumen. Kelompok acuan berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap konsumen. Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku konsumsi melalui sikap konsumen. Kelompok acuan berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap konsumen. Pengetahuan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kelompok acuan, sikap konsumen dan perilaku konsumsi. Sikap konsumen berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku konsumsi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa sikap konsumen memiliki peran dalam memediasi pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap perilaku konsumsi. As teenagers, high school students in a big city is easy to behave consumptive. They want to be recognized their existence by trying to become part of that environment. The phenomenon becomes even more interesting when it was noted that a high school student respondents are students who have studied economics. This study aims to determine the influence of family environment, the reference group, the knowledge economy, consumer attitudes either directly or indirectly on the consumption behavior of SMA Negeri Semarang. The population in this study of 1767 students, with a sample of 326 respondents by proportional random sampling method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and tests, while the statistical data analysis techniques through descriptive and inferential statistics, the analysis of causality using Path analysis by AMOS program. The results showed that the family environment directly influence consumer attitudes. Reference group directly influence consumer attitudes. Family environment indirect effect on consumption behavior. Reference group indirect effect on consumption behavior. Economic knowledge has no directly and indirectly impact on reference group, consumer attitudes, and consumption behavior. Consumer attitudes directly influence consumption behavior. The conclusion of this study that consumer attitudes have a role in mediating the independent variables affect consumer behavior

Abstract

Niat (Intensi) berwirausaha merupakan kebulatan tekad seseorang untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha atau untuk berwirausaha. . Menurut teori planned behaviour, salah satu pembentuk intensi berwirausaha seseorang adalah sikap yaitu suatu kecenderungan untuk bereaksi secara afektif dalam menanggapi risiko yang akan dihadapi dalam bisnis yang nantinya akan membentuk intensi seseorang untuk menjadi wirausaha. Intensi juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain Need for achievement dan locus of control. Kedua faktor ini merupakan faktor pendorong psikologis dan karakteristik yang kuat di belakang tindakan seseorang dan telah lama dikenal sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku entrepreneurial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Need for achivment dan Locus of control terhadap Intensi berwirausaha baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui sikap sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri se Kota Semarang dengan sampel berjumlah 370 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Need for achivment berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 21,9% (2) Locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 30,8% (3) Sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 7,5% (4) Need for achivment berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap sebesar 33,6% (5) Locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap sebesar 22,7%.

Abstract

___________________________________________________________________ Sukses mengelola rumah makan tidaklah mudah terbukti banyak usaha rumah makan yang tidak mampu bertahan lama, untuk itu diperlukan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi pemilik rumah makan. Sikap dan perilaku yang mengandung nilai-nilai kewirausahaan (percaya diri dan optimis, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, berani mengambil resiko kepemimpinan, keorisinalitasan, dan orientasi pada masa depan) perlu dimiliki oleh pengusaha yang ingin sukses. Salah satu contoh pengusaha sukses adalah pemilik rumah makan Pringsewu Group dengan 16 cabang rumah makan yang tersebar di Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Barat. Selain omset penjualan yang mencapai ratusan juta rupiah setiap bulan, usaha ini juga telah banyak meraih penghargaan berkat kreativitas pemilik rumah makan. Untuk mengetahui berapa besar nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam mempengaruhi jiwa kewirausahaan pemilik rumah makan merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 71 karyawan Pringsewu di wilayah Tegal. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sikap yang dominan mempengaruhi jiwa kewirausahaan pemilik rumah makan Pringsewu Group adalah sikap percaya diri dan optimis yaitu sebesar 34,1%. Urutan selanjutnya adalah 31,7% untuk kepemimpinan, 27,3% keorisinalitasan, 23,8% berani mengambil resiko, 23,1% sikap orientasi ke masa depan, dan terakhir 20,1% adalah sikap borientasi pada tugas dan hasil. Untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan melalui sikap beroreintasi pada tugas dan hasil pemilik rumah makan dituntut lebih semangat lagi dalam bekerja, berinisiatif untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan prestasi. Successfully managing a restaurant is not easy because many restaurant businesses are not able to last long, therefore It takes entrepreneurial spirit for the owner of the restaurant. Attitudes and behaviors that contain entrepreneurial values ​​(confident and optimistic, task-oriented and result oriented, risk-taking leadership, keorisinalitasan, and orientation in the future) needs to be owned by entrepreneurs who want to succeed. One example of successful entrepreneurs is the owner of Pringsewu Group restaurant has 16 branch restaurants spread in Central Java and West Java. In addition to the successful sales reaches hundreds of millions of rupiah every month, this business has also been awarded many thanks to the creativity of restaurant owners. To find out how much entrepreneurial value in influencing entrepreneurial spirit of restaurant owner is the purpose of this research. The study was conducted with questionnaires distributed to 71 Pringsewu employees in the Tegal area. The result of research stated that dominant attitude influence entrepreneur spirit of Pringsewu Group restaurant owner is confident and optimistic attitude that is equal to 34,1%. The next sequence is 31.7% for leadership, 27.3% onorisinalitasan, 23.8% dare to take risks, 23.1% orientation to the future, and last 20.1% is the attitude of borientasi on task and result. Task-oriented attitude can be enchanced with more enthusiasm in work, take the initiative to improve creativity and initiative to improve creativity and achievement.

Abstract

KUD (Village Cooperative Unit) becomes the main pillar of rural community’s economy which is a forum for the development of various rural community activities organized by and for the community itself. Therefore, support from various parties is needed to improve the progress of the KUD especially for its members to always be loyal to each of its business unit. The objective of the study is to analyze and identify the loyalty of members of the Rukun Tani Village Cooperative Unit who were influenced by the quality of service through satisfaction, trust and corporate image. The research method used is quantitative approach. The study population is 365 members and the sample is 191 members. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling. While the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of path analysis showed that service quality has a direct effect on satisfaction, trust, corporate image, and loyalty. The service quality influences loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. The quality of service influences loyalty indirectly through trust. The quality of service influences loyalty indirectly through corporate image.

Abstract

Small medium enterprises of weaving Troso are the second popular industry of Jepara, after furniture. The problems of the research are the rising raw materials, decreasing selling price, decreasing production number, reducing skilled employments. The purpose of the research is to describe profile of Tenun Troso Cluster, analyze the cost and the benefit of Tenun Troso Cluster, and create development strategy to overcome some problems faced by small medium enterprises of Tenun Troso Cluster. The research employs quantitative approach. Techniques to collect data are interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Percentage descriptive analysis, net B/C ratio, and SWOT analysis are used in the research. The result of SWOT strategy in strength aspect is the ability to respond market demand fast, and in weakness aspect is the less market information that affects the decreasing market strategy, in opportunity aspect is the products accepted by wider people, and threat aspect is more competitive competitor product. The research recommends that small medium enterprises of weaving troso in Tenun Troso Cluster is to keep cooperation among members of small medium of weaving troso in order to minimalize several problems such as raw materials, production cost, and marketing, and to increase the ability to use social

Abstract

The economic growth of Central Java Province in the fourth quarter of 2018 - the first quarter of 2019 experienced a slowdown. During this period, the economic growth in the Java region also showed a slowdown, namely in the first quarter of 2019 by 5.66% (yoy). The economic growth of Central Java Province in the first quarter of 2019 was recorded at 5.14% (yoy). The use of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) concept can be seen as an opportunity to improve the quality of expense both at the Central Government and in the Regional Government. This study aims to analyze the Public private partnership model and the costs as well as benefits of providing the Semarang - Solo toll road infrastructure. The method used in this research was mixed methods. The research results show that The form of cooperation for Semarang-Solo Toll Road is Build Operate Transfer (BOT), the actors of the collaboration are PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT Astra Infra and PT SPJT (PT. Sarana Pembangunan Central Java). Management time for 45 years with a higher Return On Investment (ROI) value in 2018 reaching 6.61%, the better the construction of Semarang-Solo toll road infrastructure and this affects the payback period of investment, which is 7 years.

Abstract

Jakarta Provincial Government to implement 12-year compulsory education policy since 2007. However, the disparity in school enrollment between groups is still quite high. One reason is the high cost of education borne by students. For the Jakarta provincial government funding to enforce policies KJP. But there are still cases of misuse of funds. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis percentage. The samples in this research using stratified random sampling. The results showed KJP program on education National High School is quite effective it is seen from the success of the program and the success of the target. Advice can be given by researchers that, for the government should pay more attention to the socialization of the new regulations so that the continuity of the program KJP can be better and for beneficiaries students and parents should be the attitude of opportunities to be controlled and relieve dependence on KJP only for the fulfillment of access to education and not for personal needs. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melaksanakan kebijakan wajib belajar 12 tahun sejak tahun 2007. Namun, disparitas partisipasi sekolah antar kelompok masyarakat masih cukup tinggi. Salah satu alasannya adalah tingginya biaya pendidikan yang ditanggung oleh peserta didik. Untuk itu pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta memberlakukan kebijakan pemberian dana KJP. Namun masih adanya kasus penyalahgunaan dana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif persentase. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Program KJP pada jenjang pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri terbilang cukup efektif hal ini dilihat dari keberhasilan program dan keberhasilan sasaran. Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh peneliti yaitu, bagi pemerintah hendaknya lebih memperhatikan sosialisasi tentang peraturan yang baru agar keberlangsungan program KJP dapat lebih maksimal.dan bagi para penerima bantuan siswa dan orang tua hendaknya sikap opportunities harus dikendalikan dan menghilangkan rasa ketergantungan terhadap program karena Kartu Jakarta Pintar diperuntukan hanya untuk pemenuhan akses pendidikan, bukan untuk kebutuhan pribadi.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to analyze the effect of implementation of one-way street policy towards the income and to find out how the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise) strategy in MH Thamrin-Gajah Mada street. The method that was used in this research was percentage description, with data analysis tools Paired Samples T-Test and SWOT analysis. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that (1) the value of paired t test for the average income of business actor in goods sector has decreased by 34%, then for service businesses has decreased by 40%. (2) The results of SWOT analysis explained that the direction strategy of MSME sector development was in growth and development phase with IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) scores = 2.86 and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) = 3.07, so the development strategy of MSME sector is development business in another place, business coaching by related agencies, business innovation, creating promotions by using social media, training, maintaining product selling prices, and coordination between agencies related to the business actor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan kebijakan satu arah jalan terhadap pendapatan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) di jalan MH Thamrin-Gajah Mada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi persentase, dengan alat analisis data Paired Samples T-Test dan analisis SWOT. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai paired t test untuk pendapatan rata-rata pelaku usaha di sektor barang mengalami penurunan sebesar 34%, maka untuk bisnis jasa mengalami penurunan sebesar 40%. (2) Hasil analisis SWOT menjelaskan bahwa arah strategi pengembangan sektor UMKM adalah pada fase pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dengan skor IFE (Evaluasi Faktor Internal) = 2,86 dan EFE (Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal) = 3,07, sehingga strategi pengembangan sektor UMKM adalah pengembangan bisnis di tempat lain, pembinaan bisnis oleh agen terkait, inovasi bisnis, membuat promosi dengan menggunakan media sosial, pelatihan, menjaga harga jual produk, dan koordinasi antara agen terkait dengan pelaku bisnis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of minimum wages, economic growth, and industry on unemployment in West Java. Industrial variables act as moderator variables. The method of data analysis in this study uses Multiple Regression. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in 2013-2015 with 26 districts / cities in West Java. The results showed that the minimum wage had a positive and significant effect, economic growth had a positive but not significant effect, and the industry had a positive and significant effect. Moderating variables make the influence of minimum wages and economic growth have a negative and significant effect. The addition of moderation variables is proven to strengthen the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. Suggestion: 1) the government must continue to regulate appropriate regulations so that an increase in the number of industries can be accompanied by an increase in employment opportunities. Economic growth will be better if it is able to provide employment opportunities; 2) Increasing number of industries is better when accompanied by increased employment opportunities. The community is encouraged to improve their skills to meet the criteria needed by the industry. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh upah minimum, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan industri terhadap pengangguran di Jawa Barat. Variabel industri bertindak sebagai variabel moderator. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Berganda. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada 2013-2015 dengan 26 kabupaten / kota di Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah minimum memiliki efek positif dan signifikan, pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki efek positif tetapi tidak signifikan, dan industri memiliki efek positif dan signifikan. Variabel moderat membuat pengaruh upah minimum dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Penambahan variabel moderasi terbukti memperkuat pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Saran: 1) pemerintah harus terus mengatur peraturan yang tepat sehingga peningkatan jumlah industri dapat disertai dengan peningkatan kesempatan kerja. Pertumbuhan ekonomi akan lebih baik jika mampu memberikan kesempatan kerja; 2) Meningkatnya jumlah industri lebih baik jika disertai dengan peningkatan kesempatan kerja. Masyarakat didorong untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mereka untuk memenuhi kriteria yang dibutuhkan oleh industri.
