Abstract

The data obtained from the Top brand index shows that there are 3 market leaders of online buying and selling sites in Indonesia, namely lazada.co.id; shopee.co.id and tokopedia.com. This makes the reason for choosing the object of research with the aim of research to find out the usability evaluation model using confirmatory factor analysis. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires as many as 150 respondents to 3 market leader online trading sites in Indonesia, namely lazada.co.id; shopee.co.id and tokopedia.com. The five components that will be used to turn into a questionnaire are learning ability, memory, efficiency, errors, satisfaction. The results showed that the design of the model in solving this particular problem is needed to measure the level of suitability of the use of the technology being made, so that research that has been carried out using the CFA method for the usability evaluation model can be concluded that by using 5 latent variables and 22 constituent indicators, resulting latent variables which are very influential in evaluating usability on online buying and selling sites. The results of the data analysis on questionnaire filling conducted by respondents were based on five variables, namely learnability, memorability, efficiency, errors and satisfaction, namely the most important factors in usability evaluation were memorability, efficiency, errors, with each index value of 5.60 in the very high category. Meanwhile, the Learnability factor has the lowest score of 5.56.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the division of gender roles within small-scale fishing households and to identify the empowerment of fishers’ wives that has already taken place in Juwana District. The research focuses on two villages in Juwana District, Pati Regency: Bendar and Bumirejo. The approach used in this study is mixed methods, combining a quantitative approach with descriptive statistics and a qualitative approach using triangulation. Data are collected through in-depth interviews with 60 fisher families using the snowball sampling method. The results show that women in fishing households play a crucial role not only in domestic (reproductive) affairs but also in economic (productive) activities such as fish processing, entrepreneurship, and cooperative management. Furthermore, women are active in social and community activities (managing community). Women’s empowerment is reflected in three main dimensions: resources (access to training, capital, and social support), agency (the ability to make decisions within the family and community), and achievements (increased financial independence and family welfare). The success of empowerment is supported by women’s confidence and skills, family support-especially from husbands-and facilitation from the government and other stakeholders.

Abstract

Elderly is someone who has reached the age of 60 years and over. The elderly are a group that is included in the vulnerable category, as a vulnerable group. The elderly have the characteristics of various changes in all aspects of life which include physiological, psychological, social and spiritual changes. Hypertension is a chronic condition without symptoms in which the arterial blood pressure is very high. So prevention of further hypertension can be done by using the following strategy (measure blood pressure regularly, continue to take medication regularly and recommend drinking traditional herbs). This study aims to determine the effect of the ULA strategy on hypertension blood pressure levels in the elderly. This type of research uses a pre-experiment one group pre-post test design. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total of 30 respondents. The statistical test used is Wilcoxson. From the results of this study, 25 respondents obtained ULA strategy data that routinely intervened, while the mean artery prausure (MAP) 2 respondents occupied stage 1, 7 respondents occupied stage 3 and 19 respondents occupied stage 4. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between before and after being given the intervention with a p value: 0.000 (<0.005). Recommendations from the results of the study are that the ULA strategy can be used as an intervention to reduce blood pressure levels.

Abstract

Background: This study aimed to examine the effect of non-pharmacological therapy, specifically progressive muscle relaxation and Benson relaxation, on anxiety levels in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is known to trigger psychological disorders, including anxiety, which can negatively affect treatment outcomes. Methods: A pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach was applied, involving 43 purposively selected respondents. Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Results: The majority of respondents were aged 46–55 years, had completed high school or vocational school, were unemployed, and had undergone chemotherapy 1–6 times. The Wilcoxon signed-rank test revealed a significant reduction in anxiety scores after the intervention. Conclussion: These findings indicate that progressive muscle relaxation and Benson relaxation are effective in reducing anxiety among breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, highlighting the importance of integrating non-pharmacological interventions into supportive oncology care.

Abstract

Background: The climacteric phase is a critical transitional period often accompanied by physical, emotional, and psychosocial changes that may influence an individual’s ability to cope with stress. This study analyzed the relationship between adaptive coping mechanisms and stress levels among elderly retirees using a sequential mixed-methods design. Methods: A total of 169 respondents participated in the quantitative phase, followed by in-depth interviews with 10 key informants. Results: Fisher’s Exact Test revealed a significant association between adaptive coping and stress levels (p = 0.000; p < 0.05), while age and gender were not significant factors. Qualitative insights emphasized the vital role of social support from family, peers, and the community in strengthening adaptive coping and emotional well-being. Both findings indicates that enhancing adaptive coping and social support effectively reduces stress among older adults. Conclussion: These results highlight the need for community-based mental health initiatives and post-retirement support programs to promote resilience and improve the quality of life in the elderly.

Abstract

Religion is one of the national elements that binds national harmony. Approaching the 2024 political year, various parties contesting in the legislative and executive elections are trying to make various efforts to become winners. One of the efforts to win this contest is to practise politicization of religion. In fact, political experts have agreed that the politicization of religion is not a good thing for a pluralistic country like Indonesia. Therefore, in order to avoid the negative impact of the politicization of religion, various parties, including religion counselors, should try to prevent it. The limited number of articles and research on the role of religion counselors in preventing the negative impact of the politicization of religion prompted the author to focus the research on the role of religion counselors in preventing the negative impact of the politicization of religion. This research seeks to provide insight to religion counselors about their crucial role in preventing the negative impacts of politicization of religion. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data taken from a literature study with primary data: Joint Decree among the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and the Head of the State Civil Service Agency number: 574 of 1999 and Number: 178 of 1999. The results of this research are that religion counselors have four roles in preventing the negative impacts of politicization of religion, namely: roles informative-educative roles, consultative, advocative and administrative roles.

Abstract

Problems faced by mosque youth service partners include: Not all MSMEs have good access to stable internet. This can hinder their ability to manage their online store, update inventory, or interact with customers efficiently. Many MSMEs have limitations in terms of human resources, technical expertise and technological infrastructure. This makes it difficult for them to manage the e-commerce platform effectively. Packaging and labels must match the product itself, both in terms of size, shape and other physical characteristics. Finding practical and attractive packaging that also protects the product well can be a challenge. Good packaging design can sometimes involve additional costs, such as graphic designer fees or custom packaging production. For MSMEs with limited budgets, this can be an obstacle. This service activity was carried out in the Gunungpati Village hall on Jalan Magersari Gunungpati, Gunungpati District, Semarang, which included lectures, training and direct mentoring and step-by-step direct assistance. This activity was carried out over 2 days and was attended by 17 participants from MSME actors in the Gunungpati Village area in Gunungpati District, Semarang City and guided by 7 presenters/lecturers from the University of Computer Science and Technology. Training activities along with assistance on product packaging labeling received a good response from partners and participants. Partners, in this case, the Gunungpati Village, appreciates this activity because it can help in developing the MSMEs of its fostered partners in increasing their knowledge and skills regarding labeling. Product labeling will be more perfect if it can be completed with halal legality and a production permit, so education needs to be carried out through training and mentoring regarding this matter, especially for MSMEs in business. Increased understanding of MSME business actors regarding the importance of packaging and label design on products sold, increased quality of product packaging through brands and labels printed on the packaging, and increased income from MSME business actors in Gunungpati Subdistrict.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pengabdian remaja masjid antara lain: banyak remaja masjid tidak memahami perangkat lunak grafis atau prinsip desain grafis, dan desain acara masjid harus sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan kebutuhan komunitas. Remaja masjid mungkin memerlukan waktu untuk memahami dan menerapkan elemen desain yang tepat, serta mengatur waktu mereka antara kegiatan masjid, sekolah, dan aktivitas lain. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di masjid remaja di Kecamatan Gajah Mungkur, khususnya di masjid MTA Gajah Mungkur. Para remaja menerima pelatihan langsung dan mendapatkan pendampingan langsung secara bertahap.  Dalam waktu satu hari, kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sepuluh remaja dari masjid MTA Gajahmungkur, dan dipandu oleh lima pemateri atau dosen dari Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Komputer dan Stikes Telogorejo. Ada berbagai metode pembelajaran, seperti ceramah, praktik, dan tanya jawab, untuk melakukan kegiatan ini. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di MTA Kecamatan Gajahmungkur, yang terdiri dari ceramah dan pelatihan di bidang pelatihan bagi para peserta (remaja masjid), dapat disimpulkan bahwa para peserta mengikuti pelatihan keterampilan komputer grafis. Mereka memperhatikan materi pelatihan seperti desain grafis untuk pemberdayaan komunitas dan desain grafis untuk mendukung produktivitas.

Abstract

Abstract This research takes place as an object in Manufacture company in BEI period 2011-2014 by these research goals to analyze empirically the effect of Physic capital efficiency (Value Added Capital Employed), human capital efficiency (Value Added Human Coefficient) and structural capital efficiency (Value Added Structural Coefficient) toward finance performance (EPS, ROA, TOBIN’Q). The result of this research indicates that physic capital efficiency (VACE) influence positively toward EPS, ROA and TOBIN’Q. Therefore, the first hypotheses (H1a, H1b, and H1c) is accepted. The result of research indicates that variable VAHC doesn’t influence toward EPS, variable VAHC influence negatively toward ROA and TOBIN’Q, therefore the second hypotheses (H2a, H2b, and H2c) is rejected. The result of research indicates variable VASC influence negatively toward EPS, ROA and TOBIN’Q. Therefore, the third hypotheses (H3a, H3b, and H3c) is rejected. For next research, it can use finance performance measurement by using Return on Total Asset (ROA) because from these three models the measurement of finance performance are EPS, ROA and TOBIN’Q, are obtained the result that the magnitude of intellectual model prediction toward finance performance is bigger enough by using prediction of ROA, if it is compared by using of EPS and TOBIN’Q. Keywords: Intellectual capital; Finance performance. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengambil obyek pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI periode 2011-2014 dengan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh Efisiensi modal fisik (Value Added Capital Employed), Efisiensi modal manusia (Value Added Human Coefficient) dan efisiensi modal struktural (Value Added Structural Coeffisient) terhadap kinerja keuangan (EPS, ROA, TOBIN’Q). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi modal fisik (VACE) berpengaruh positif terhadap EPS, ROA, dan TOBIN’Q. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama (H1a, H1b, dan H1c) diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel VAHC tidak berpengaruh terhadap EPS, variabel VAHC berpengaruh negatif terhadap ROA dan TOBIN’Q, dengan demikian hipotesis kedua (H2a, H2b, dan H2c) ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel VASC berpengaruh negatif terhadap EPS, ROA, dan TOBIN’Q, dengan demikian hipotesis ketiga (H3a, H3b, dan H3c) ditolak, untuk penelitian berikutnya dapat menggunakan pengukuran kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan Return on Total Asset (ROA) karena dari ketiga model pengukuran kinerja keuangan yaitu EPS, ROA dan TOBIN’Q diperoleh hasil bahwa besarnya prediksi model intelektual terhadap kinerja keuangan jauh lebih besar menggunakan prediksi ROA dibandingkan menggunakan EPS dan TOBIN’Q.Kata kunci: Modal intelektual; Kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

PT. Data Utama Dinamika, is one of the providers of Internet service provider Internet Service Provider which was established in 2005. The company has a support and helpdesk division that prioritizes customer service. Some employees, especially the support division, had difficulties when looking for some document news events. In this case used information system news events. This information system aims to manage data news event, so more organized and in search data can be faster. The research methodology is carried out covering field study and literature study. Field studies include observations and interviews. While the literature study is done by library research relevant to the problem. This program uses waterfall modeling in system development. This report is useful for understanding ongoing system performance. Then it is depicted in Flow of Document. After the global draft is completed, it will be known to use the program. Usefulness is to assist the support division in performing its duties of data collection and search. As well as presentation of reports from Inventory, Customer Complaint to News Event Report, to be easy and fast without reducing the prevalence level.
