Abstract

The research object in this study was MSMEs in Semarang Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of digital marketing on the performance of MSMEs based on innovation and IT capability. The sample in this study was 114 respondents using a sampling method, namely the area sampling technique by selecting MSMEs in Semarang Regency. There are many sub-districts spread across Semarang Regency, so the sample was determined using quota sampling, namely that MSMEs in each sub-district were taken from 6 MSME actors spread across 19 sub-districts in Semarang Regency. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method and data analysis method using SmartPLS software. The test results show that Hypothesis 1 is accepted because it shows a positive and significant influence on the influence of digital marketing on innovation. Hypothesis 2 is accepted because it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the influence of digital marketing on IT Capability. Hypothesis 3 is accepted because it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the influence of Innovation on MSME Performance. Hypothesis 4 is accepted because it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the influence of IT Capability on MSME Performance. Hypothesis 5 is accepted because it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the influence of Digital Marketing on MSME Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to introduce an Android-based reminder system that automatically notifies Surya Media Advertising employees of expired leases. Android is a "Linux-based operating system used on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers (PDAs)"[8]. The method used in system development is the SDLC method which is the waterfall model. B. The design step must wait for the completion of the previous step, namely the requirements step. Visual Studio Code and Android Studio are used as software for this research [12]. The results of this study are; 1) Reminder system can help capture rentals for locations faster and easier; 2) The notification function makes it easy to know when the rental period has expired.

Abstract

It is important to carry out this research because the digital tourism theme is a theme that is still relatively little carried out by other researchers. This research uses qualitative methods with literature review techniques with the results discussing 37 research article publications that are relevant to this research. The research results show that the application of digital tourism has a lot of potential that can change the way the tourism industry operates and interacts with tourists, including increased accessibility, enhanced tourism experiences based on AR and VR technology, and effective marketing. The application of Digital Tourism opens up various interesting opportunities in the tourism industry, including: digital marketing, virtual tourist experiences with AR and VR, tour guide applications, online booking, tourism data analysis, environmental conservation, and personalization of tourist experiences.The development or trend of digital tourism in 4 eras has apparently experienced a significant increase. Some of the challenges faced related to Digital Tourism include: lack of a comprehensive framework, limited understanding of technology users, the need to measure the sustainable impact of digital technology, data privacy and security issues, long-term impacts of digital tourism use, collaboration with parties involved in digital tourism, cross-cultural perspectives and implementation of management strategies using intelligent systems.

Abstract

Digital health interventions hold promise for patient-centered care, as they enable remote monitoring of patients and can be used to easily remind patients to take their medications. This study used a literature review technique with research collecting 30 research publications related to the use, opportunities and challenges of digital health in the treatment of tuberculosis. The literature review technique aims to evaluate and analyze previous research to provide context, show gaps in research, and support arguments for the research to be conducted. Several conclusions from this literature review research include: (1) Digital health has a significant role as an intervention in the management of tuberculosis patients. (2) Digital health offers great opportunities to improve the management and treatment of tuberculosis patients. The opportunity for digital health as an intervention for tuberculosis patients is very promising and can have a significant impact on various aspects of managing this disease. (3) Although digital health offers many opportunities for managing tuberculosis, there are also various challenges that must be faced in its implementation, including: challenges of technology access, patient compliance and engagement, data security and privacy, integration with traditional health systems, costs and funding, quality content and information as well as cultural and language barriers.

Abstract

This research was conducted because many parties feel that their privacy has been invaded as marketers. collecting internet user data. Some respondents were concerned about their privacy on the use of digital marketing, especially the abuse of their privacy related to user data. The size of the blockchain technology market worldwide in 2018 to 2025, where it is estimated that in 2025, the blockchain technology market will have a size of $ 39.7 billion. The graph shows the blockchain market prediction which also shows the adoption of the use of blockchain technology. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of blockchain in the world of digital marketing in a literature review study. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review technique with the results discussing 26 published research articles relevant to this research. The research results show that blockchain has great potential in digital marketing, especially in increasing trust, transparency, and efficiency. However, the adoption of this technology faces challenges in the form of technological literacy and significant investment. A mature implementation strategy is needed to fully utilize the potential of blockchain in the digital marketing sector.

Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive literature review on the digital transformation required by health service institutions during the Society 5.0 era. Utilizing articles related to digital transformation and health services, the study presents qualitative data simplified into descriptive narratives to draw meaningful conclusions. The method employed is a qualitative literature review. The review identifies significant challenges, including big data utilization, data security, privacy concerns, and the implementation of cloud computing systems. Furthermore, the research synthesizes current trends and proposes actionable recommendations for overcoming these challenges, such as adopting Health 5.0 and fostering integrated Community 5.0 systems. The study underscores the importance of maintaining the human aspect amidst technological advancements. Future research directions are outlined, focusing on the "big data-based society" within Society 5.0 to explore innovative solutions, mitigate barriers, and ensure sustainable digital transformation in healthcare services.

Abstract

It is important to carry out this research because it is related to the theme of digital parenting, child care carried out by parents, especially in the use of information technology (gadgets/devices). This research uses qualitative methods with literature review techniques with the results of discussing 34 research article publications that are relevant to this research. The research results show the role of parents in The application of digital parenting in the current era of society 5.0 requires extra effort. In terms of implementation digital parenting, not only parents required to be able to understand things about advances in information technology, however On the other hand, parents are also required to serve as a good example in operating the device digital . In the era of Industrial Revolution 5.0, digital parenting faces several unique challenges related to technological advances and social change, continuous technological updates, technology develops quickly and new devices and applications are introduced frequently.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of this service activity is carried out for teachers at the Asshodiqiyah Semarang Foundation which includes orations, training and mentoring which are given directly and gradually. The activity was carried out for 2 days and was attended by 28 participants from teachers (elementary, junior high, MA, vocational) in the Semarang Asshodiqiyah Foundation and guided by 9 presenters / lecturers from the University of Computer Science and Technology. After holding community service activities in the form of orations and training for elementary, junior high, MA and vocational teachers in the Semarang Asshodiqiyah Foundation, it can be concluded that: The implementation of these community service activities was deemed successful in developing the creativity of teachers in developing interactive learning media because the majority of the participants attending training activities can create an interactive learning media in accordance with the subjects taught at school. The teachers seemed enthusiastic about participating in this training and hoped that similar activities could be held in the future to improve the skills and abilities of the teachers. Keywords: learning media, teacher professionalism ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan kepada guru di Yayasan Asshodiqiyah Semarang yang meliputi orasi, pelatihan serta pendampingan yang diberikan secara langsung dan bertahap. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan selama 2 hari dan diikuti sebanyak 28 peserta dari para guru (SD, SMP, MA, SMK) di lingkungan Yayasan Asshodiqiyah Semarang dan dipandu oleh 9 orang pemateri / dosen dari Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Komputer. Setelah diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa orasi dan pelatihan bagi para guru SD, SMP, MA dan SMK di lingkungan Yayasan Asshodiqiyah Semarang), dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dirasa berhasil dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas pengajar dalam mengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif karena mayoritas para peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan pelatihan dapat membuat suatu media pembelajaran interaktif sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu di sekolah. Para pengajar nampak bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini dan berharap kegiatan serupa dapat diadakan dikemudian hari untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuan pengajar. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital transformation and market orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs, with competitive advantage as an intermediary, in MSMEs in Semarang Regency. The sample of this study consists of 70 MSMEs selected through purposive sampling, based on the following criteria: MSMEs that use digital marketing, have been operating for at least 2 years, and are willing to complete the questionnaire. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that digital transformation and market orientation significantly enhance the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Additionally, digital transformation, market orientation, and competitive advantage have a positive and significant impact on the marketing performance of MSMEs. Competitive advantage is proven to mediate the influence of digital transformation and market orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

In the digital era, digital marketing has become the main strategy for MSMEs to increase competitiveness. This study analyzes the influence of digital marketing, product innovation, and market orientation on MSME marketing performance. The method used is a literature review of various previous studies to identify the relationship between variables. The results of the study indicate that digital marketing expands market reach and increases promotion effectiveness, but its effectiveness depends on product innovation and marketing strategy. Product innovation increases competitiveness, while market orientation helps understand customer needs. This study highlights the need for integration of these three factors to optimize MSME marketing performance and provide insights for business actors and academics.
