Abstract

A good and really important vaname cultivation is to maintain the quality of shrimp. Shrimp pond water quality includes several parameters including temperature, pH, salinity, oxygen content, and air altitude. The large number of actuators and sensors requires an interface that connects sensors and actuators with humans to facilitate the monitoring process and manual remote control. In this study, a web-based Human Machine Interface (HMI) was built to monitor and control air quality manually remotely. The HMI built in this research uses IoT (Internet of Things) technology so that the process of reading and sending data can be done anywhere, anytime, and through any online device. This website-based HMI was tested using the black box testing method, namely by looking at the experimental results based on the given scenario. The survey results were also given to 5 respondents, 2 of whom considered this website-based HMI to be very good and 3 others considered it normal. From this test, it can be said that the website-based HMI has been successfully implemented

Abstract

Stocks are securities indicating the share of ownership of a company. In stock market, most of traded stocks fluctuate in price at all times and traders take an advantage for taking profit. Traders often use technical analysis to determine the trend of stock price movements. The problem is on how traders take positions (buying/selling stocks) with minimal trading decision so they can maximize profits. Fuzzy rule-based evidential reasoning approach can map the conditions of stock movements. Clustering can help the mapping conducted with a high degree of equality with each other. One of the clustering methods is fuzzy C-means clustering. This method is used to determine the number of membership functions for each attribute. To increase profit/Return of Investment (ROI), verification of output decision is required to analyze stock trends when placing buy or sell. From the results experimented, an ROI of 83.80% profit is obtained.

Abstract

Network activity has increased in every year due to rapid growth of internet users. This phenomenon eventually increases the load server. The high load on server makes server down. The proposed system to handle the issue is using Least Time First-Byte algorithm and multi-agent system in distributed load balancing. The agent collects information resources on the backend servers and communicates with the agents. The Least Time First-Byte algorithm is then combined with the information resources from the agent, called as Least Time First Byte with Multi Agent System (LFB-MAS). The simulation results show that LFB-MAS performs load balance efficiently to all server and provides better performance. The LFB-MAS can process 100% from the 1,800 requests, whereas WLC algorithm is only capable of processing 74.50% from 1,800 requests and LFB without agent is only capable of processing 75.61% from 1,800 requests. The results prove that LFB-MAS can handle high tasks or requests and is reliable.

Abstract

The STM32 microcontroller technology workshop, held in the Greater Bandung region, was a pioneering initiative aimed at enhancing the skills of vocational high school educators. It provided in-depth knowledge and practical experience in advanced STM32 features like GPIO, ADC, PWM, and UART communication. The workshop employed an active, participant-focused approach, ensuring impactful learning. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with high satisfaction rates in content quality (83.5%), delivery method (81.75%), and hands-on activities (79.25%). However, suggestions for improvement included better preparatory materials and post-workshop support. Overall, the workshop marked a significant step in advancing the professional development of educators and elevating the quality of technical and vocational education in the region.

Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, organisasi harus terus berinovasi dan menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Universitas Diponegoro sebagai sebuah organisasi perguruan tinggi perlu melakukan integrasi tata kelola teknologi informasi dalam keberjalannya. Banyaknya proses, orang, dan sistem informasi yang ada pada Bidang Komunikasi dan Bisnis Universitas Diponegoro membuat informasi yang dihasilkan perlu dikelola dengan baik agar tidak menimbulkan tumpang tindih informasi. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya integrasi sistem informasi yang mencakup komponen-komponen data, aplikasi, dan teknologi informasi yang digunakan pada sistem tersebut yang selaras dengan proses bisnis organisasi. Salah satu konsep yang dapat diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah diatas ialah Enterprise Architecture (EA). Dengan adanya EA diharapkan proses bisnis yang ada dapat selaras dengan teknologi informasi sehingga visi,misi, dan tujuan bisnis yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Pada tugas akhir ini, perancangan EA Bidang Komunikasi dan Bisnis Universitas Diponegoro yang dilakukan mengacu pada standar SPBE dengan menggunakan metode TOGAF ADM yang disesuaikan. Tugas akhir ini menghasilkan sebuah cetak biru EA pada Bidang Komunikasi dan Bisnis khususnya Biro Komunikasi dan Bisnis yang di dalamnya mencakup arsitektur-arsitektur yang saling terintegrasi sehingga sistem yang kompleks dapat terkelola serta proses bisnis yang ada selaras dengan teknologi yang diimplementasikan sehingga visi, misi, dan tujuan bisnis dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Pelatihan Perawatan Instalasi Rumah bagi Masyarakat Desa Cipada, Cikalong Wetan, bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memelihara instalasi listrik rumah tangga secara mandiri. Minimnya perawatan instalasi listrik sering menyebabkan gangguan listrik, korsleting, hingga kebakaran. Program ini berlangsung tiga hari dengan kombinasi teori dan praktik langsung, mencakup dasar-dasar kelistrikan, pengecekan kabel, penggantian komponen seperti sakelar dan stop kontak, serta pemasangan alat pengaman seperti Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB). Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, serta terbentuknya kelompok kerja masyarakat yang bertugas membantu warga lain dalam merawat instalasi listrik. Pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya instalasi yang terawat untuk keselamatan dan efisiensi energi, sekaligus mendorong penghematan biaya listrik. Pelatihan ini diharapkan menciptakan kemandirian masyarakat dalam merawat instalasi listrik, dan modelnya dapat direplikasi di desa lain untuk manfaat yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Caregivers of children with special needs experience a high workload, which causes stress and low quality of life. A compassionate love attitude amongst caregivers is needed to improve the quality of parenting. This study aims to develop a compassionate love parenting training program to reduce stress among children with special needs caregivers. The method employed was Pre-experimental Design, with One-group Pre-test-Post-test. The research participants were 40 care­givers identified using the purposive sampling technique. In the pre-test, the stress level of the caregivers was measured using the Parental Stress Scale with 24 items (α = .828). The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to observe the differences between the pre-test and post-test of two dependent samples. The results show that the stress score decreased significantly, with Z = -2.023 and with a significance level of .043 < .05. It is demonstrated that regular training in compassionate love parenting reduced the stress felt by caregivers of children with special needs. The implementation of compassionate love parenting training in special needs therapeutic centers is important, as it is one of the intervention methods that has been proven to reduce the level of stress to optimize the growth of the child.

Abstract

The "Hepix" smart air filtration system, developed with biomimetic and Internet of Things (IoT) technology, aims to address the urgent issue of poor indoor air quality, particularly in high-mobility urban areas. This system integrates advanced sensors (MQ135 and BME680) and biomimetic filtration inspired by leaf stomata to monitor and filter air pollutants. Tested across three locations—Cilame, Jatinangor, and Cibiru—the system achieved an approximate 24.4% reduction in pollutant levels, as well as stable control of humidity and air pressure. Real-time data is continuously monitored through a mobile and web interface, supported by Google Assistant integration for voice commands. The results demonstrate that "Hepix" effectively improves air quality, offering a practical solution for healthier indoor environments in urban areas.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the competency of vocational school teachers in the electro field across Bandung Raya by providing training on the utilization of IoT EduTrainer technology. The workshop followed the ADDIE model, covering both theoretical and practical aspects of IoT implementation, including case studies on smart greenhouse monitoring, RFID-based door locks, and automated watering systems. Participants engaged in hands-on activities, gaining practical experience in setting up IoT systems using Blynk and MQTT platforms. The evaluation of the workshop, conducted through Likert-scale-based questionnaires, revealed a high level of participant satisfaction in terms of content quality, material delivery, and the practical sessions. Although the workshop was successful in achieving its objectives, feedback suggested that allocating additional time for hands-on exercises would further enhance participant understanding and the application of IoT concepts. This training has equipped teachers with valuable skills for integrating IoT into their curricula and has supported the development of future-ready students capable of thriving in the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan cloud computing sebagai mesin komputasi berbasis internet kini menjadi pilihan yang cukup diperhitungkan dalam organisasi. Pengembangan aplikasi dalam organisasi masih dilakukan sesuai permintaan pengguna tanpa melihat kebutuhan pengguna yang lebih luas. Setiap pengguna memiliki obsesi dalam mengembangan sistem dan tidak menggunakan kerangka acuan yang sudah tersedia dalam bentuk roadmap jangka panjang, sehingga muncul sistem informasi yang tidak terintegrasi yang dalam hal fungsionalitas saling tumpang tindih. Perbedaan metode pengembangan aplikasi tersebut menimbulkan masalah lain. Perbedaan model seperti bahasa pemrograman, kerangka kerja dan mesin server menjadi tantangan terserdiri bagi pengelola layanan karena tidak bisa bagian dari sistem yang dikembangkan sebelumnya. Dengan Enterprise Architecture berbasis Cloud SaaS, maka pengembangan roadmap organisasi, tata organisasi, visualisasi proses bisnis dan pengelolaan sistem akan terwujud. Model ini diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan kompleksitas tatakelola teknologi dan sistem Informasi. Dengan implementasi Enterprise Architecture berbasis Cloud SaaS akan mengatasi masalah integrasi sistem.
