Abstract

Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam saat ini mengalami banyak kekosongan dikarenakan belum adanya pengangkatan kembali oleh pemerintah. Banyak Sekolah Dasar yang mengalami kekosongan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam salah satunya SDN Paten 1 Magelang. Keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran tentu tidak terlepas dari strategi atau metode apa yang digunakan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru kelas dalam mengajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Paten 1 Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru kelas I, V dan VI. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru kelas menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Teacher Centered Learning (TCL) yaitu proses pembelajaran satu arah, artinya pembelajaran hanya berpusat pada guru. Sedangkan siswa hanya sebagai objek dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sehingga hal tersebut memiliki dampak positif dan negatif bagi siswa. Dampak positifnya siswa dapat dengan mudah memahami dan menerima materi yang disampaikan oleh guru, dan pengetahuan siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam juga bertambah. Namun dampak negatifnya jika waktu pembelajaran dilaksanakan terlalu lama siswa merasa bosan dan mengantuk karena tidak ada aktifitas lain yang dilakukan selain hanya mendengarkan apa yang disampaikan oleh guru saja sehingga siswa menjadi pasif dan kurang kreatif. 2) Ada faktor penghambat dan pendukung guru kelas dalam mengajar mata pelajaran PAI, faktor penghambatnya dikarenakan siswanya yang terlalu sedikit dan fasilitas sekolah yang masih kurang memadai sehingga menyebabkan guru kelas terbatas dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran untuk menunjang proses pembelajarannya. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya adalah karena proses pembelajaran untuk mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi tidak terlaksana dengan baik semenjak tidak adanya guru PAI. Sehingga Kepala Sekolah memberikan kepercayaan kepada semua guru kelas bahwa semua guru kelas mampu mengajar mata pelajaran tersebut.

Abstract

Disiplin belajar merupakan proses sikap dalam pengendalian diri seseorang dengan tujuan menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif dan efektif ditengah kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sebagai tugas dan tanggung jawab santri. Muhammadiyah Boarding School Kota Magelang sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam berbasis pesantren mendidik santri untuk belajar bertanggung jawab melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan. Pembiasaan ini dikenal dengan metode pembelajaran behavioristik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui 1). Hubungan antara amal yaumiyah dan disiplin belajar 2). Besar nilai signifikansi amal yaumiyah dengan disiplin belajar. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian survey dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji analisis data Korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for Windows. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Pearson Correlation 0,420 dan diinterpretasikan dengan nilai koefisien kekuatan hubungan berada pada nilai 0,40”“ 0,599 dan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0.001. Berdasarkan hipotesis yang dipaparkan dalam penelitian ini maka hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah diterimanya Ha bahwa adanya hubungan pembiasaan amal yaumiyah terhadap disiplin belajar santri (Muhammadiyah Boarding School Kota Magelang) sebesar 0.420 dengan kategori sedang dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001.

Abstract

The learning model of Islamic Religious Education in senior high schools has recently been highlighted by many education observers. This situation is natural considering that from year to year racism continues to occur in the world of education. The nation of Indonesia's caliber with great heterogeneity is indeed very possible for friction between students, paying attention to all these possibilities, this paper tries to analyze the multicultural-based learning model of Islamic Religious Education in senior high schools. This study uses the library research method by analyzing the results of the study of books and scientific journals. This research produces a multicultural-based PAI learning model in which students can absorb and practice multicultural-based PAI learning in high school so that it has implications for respect, acceptance and appreciation for differences between students.

Abstract

Arabic language learning has a major problem related to its renewal. Arabic language learning is always identical with grammatical (Qawa’id) aspects which seem to be rigid, complicated, and confusing. There are two major Arabic language learning orientations: as body of knowledge and mastery. The purpose of this research is to produce an Arabic language learning model based on soft skills to effectively improve the students’ Talaqah al kalaam at Universitas Sains Al-Qur’an (UNSIQ), Wonosobo, Central Java, Indonesia. This research was considered as a field study in the form of Research and Development (R&D) involving students from each faculty of Universitas Sains Al-Qur’an (UNSIQ), Wonosobo, Central Java, Indonesia. The research data were collected through observation, in-depth interview, questionnaire, test, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed through several stages: (a) initial-product test analysis, (b) limited data trial result analysis, (c) extensive data trial result analysis, and (d) student learning response analysis. The research results showed that the Arabic language learning model based on soft skills had fulfilled the validity elements through Expert Judgment method and been considered very effective proven by the significant improvement in post-test results. This model was also proven practical proven by the test results showing that the supporting instruments, such as Course Learning Unit, Learning Module, Semester Learning Plan, Test Instrument, and Learning Implementation Sheet, were very good.

Abstract

In Indonesian Muslim society, mastery of Arabic is very important to improve the quality of Islamic education. Arabic can be an effective tool for studying Islamic literature which contains many educational values. In Arabic learning activities, there are two important elements to be learned: grammar and vocabulary. This study aims to analyze the various methods used by teachers and students in improving Arabic vocabulary comprehension for Madrasah Aliyah students in Banyumas Regency. The data was collected through documentation, observation and interviews with the teachers and students. Data analysis is done through description. The results showed that there are many ways of learning vocabulary (mufradat) such as; pointing the objects from to show the vocabulary (ibra>z), demonstrating (tamsil), role playing (lu'bah ad-daur), mentioning antonyms (zikr al-mutadat), mentioning synonyms (zikr al-mutaradifat), association/collection (tada'il al-ma'ani), mentioning the origin of the sentence (al-as{l) and its derivation (musytaqat), the teacher explains a vocabulary through something related words, repeating/multiplying the reading, looking for new vocabulary in the dictionary and translating activities. In learning Arabic, vocabulary comprehension or Mufradat still uses the conventional methods which causes the mastery of Arabic vocabulary (mufradat) less optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the micro-teaching course at the Faculty of Tarbiya and Teacher Training (FTIK) IAIN Purwokerto. The laboratories department of FTIK carried out the program. Analyzing its implementation is essential because micro-teaching is a strategic activity to improve teacher competence. Micro teaching is widely associated with efforts to improve teacher skills in education, and thus great attention is required. The data source in this study is the micro-teaching manager and the study program head. It is from observations and interviews. The steps to analyze the data are reduction, data display, verification, and conclusions. The results showed that technical briefing by merging all study programs at the same time, overcrowded participants, unrepresentative speakers for each study program, irrelevant appointed supervisors with the study program, and micro-teaching schedules that coincide with the lectures schedules had the potential to cause the implementation of micro-teaching becomes less effective. It encourages the need to re-enforce the role of micro-teaching to be more effective in providing basic teaching skills for the teacher candidates. The lecture should manage every study program by coordinating with the laboratory. It aims to increase the effectiveness of micro-teaching. The briefing material needs to be supplemented by enrichment various learning strategies relevant to the study program. One lecturer with small classes carries out lectures according to the norms of micro-teaching classes, and the frequency of meetings is adjusted to the regular lecture schedule.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is not merely aimed at transferring religious knowledge but also at shaping reflective, critical, and responsible ways of thinking in everyday life. In practice, however, PAI learning at the junior high school level is still dominated by lecture and memorization methods, which provide limited opportunities for fostering students’ critical thinking skills. This study aims to describe the implementation of the drawing illustration method as an innovative approach to enhance students’ critical thinking in PAI subjects. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with eighth-grade students and a PAI teacher at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Alternatif Kota Magelang as the subjects. Data were collected through direct classroom observation, interviews with teachers and students, documentation of students’ illustrations, and field notes. The results indicate that the implementation of the drawing illustration method consists of four stages: planning, implementation, results, and evaluation. The challenges encountered include limited time, variations in students’ drawing abilities, and a lack of supporting facilities. Nevertheless, this method proved effective as an alternative in PAI learning to foster students’ critical thinking in a contextual and creative manner.

Abstract

This review synthesizes research on the understanding of sustainability risks in the financial sector, focusing on three key components of sustainability risk: environmental, social, and governance (ESG). Although the integration of ESG in finance is becoming increasingly important, the primary challenges are risk heterogeneity and measurement inconsistencies. This study aims to develop a taxonomy of sustainability risks, evaluate their impact on financial stability and investment decisions, and identify best practices in ESG-based risk management. To achieve this, the review examines 60 empirical, qualitative, and conceptual studies published between 2000 and 2025, focusing on the banking sector and emerging markets. A variety of methodologies are employed, including econometric analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), and case studies. The findings indicate that environmental and governance risks have a significant impact on financial stability, while social risks still require more accurate measurement. ESG integration has proven to enhance risk mitigation, though challenges remain regarding data quality, regulatory fragmentation, and inconsistent metrics. The use of AI technology and agile methods can improve risk assessment accuracy and adaptability. The study also finds that sustainability crisis management is more focused on risk anticipation rather than reactive responses to crises. The practical implications of these findings highlight the need for a coordinated ESG risk management framework, as well as further research on the role of technology and crisis response strategies in strengthening sustainable financial stability.

Abstract

This case study research aims to explore the psychological impact of online learning on teachers, students, and parents through observation and interviews with teachers, students and parents in elementary schools. The findings of the study reveal that online learning impacted teachers because they worked beyond the allotted time, they could not recognize students well, they had difficulty in monitoring students’ learning processes, and they found it difficult to determine student learning outcomes. The students’ discipline level lessened because the school hours are different from before the pandemic and their learning motivation decreased. As for the parents, online learning added to the burden in terms of costs, time and thoughts.Keywords: Online learning; pandemic period; psychological impact
