Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to find: 1) The basic pattern of learning mathematics in learning discovery model for acquisition of learning division of integers class SMP. 2) Implementation of Mathematics learning with discovery learning model developed for acquisition of learning division of integers in class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Sandai. 3) The acquisition of learning division of integers by using discovery learning model in class VII  SMPi. This research used a qualitative approach with research method and used or utilization of existing learning models. Data source in this research was teachers of Mathematics and students of class SMP. The results of the research was : (1) The basic design of relevant learning on integer material was designed by using scientific approach; observing, asking, reasoning, trying and communicating. (2) Implementation of Mathematics learning with discovery learning model, with steps: division of study group, learning implementation, group discussion, quiz awarding and group awards. (3) The acquisition of learning of the division of integers found that the behavior of students in carrying out the discussion activities as a whole showed a good attitude with high tolerance and created of good cooperation and responsibility even the existence of a confidence in expressed his opinion.  On the competence of mastery of learning materials on the cognitive aspect obtained the value of all groups of students has reached 100% complete learning with the lowest score 66 and the highest 82. Keywords: Implementation of Discovery Learning Model, Acquisition of Learning, Division of Integers

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran umum gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah di SDN Gugus Empat Nanga Pinoh, (2) gambaran umum motivasi kerja kepala sekolah, (3) gambaran umum kondisi keterlaksanaan program sekolah, (4) hubungan gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan keterlaksanaan program kerja sekolah, (5) motivasi kerja kepala sekolah terhadap keterlaksanaan program kerja sekolah, (6) hubungan gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja kepala sekolah dengan keterlaksanaan program kerja sekolah. Penelitian merupakan penelitian expost facto, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD di Kecamatan Nanga Pinoh sebanyak 120 guru. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan terhadap 30 guru dan membuktikan bahwa semua instrumen pada penelitian ini memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis  mengggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi. Proses analisis data digunakan bantuan software komputer dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Kontribusi motivasi kerja kepala sekolah terhadap keterlaksanaan program kerja sekolah sebesar 28,6%, kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi sebesar 28,7%.   Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan situasional, Motivasi kerja Abstract : This study aimed to determine: (1) a general description of the principal's situational style leadership of SDN Gugus four Nanga Pinoh, (2) a general description of the principal's work motivation, (3) general condition of enforceability of the school program, (4) the relationship of situational leadership style and adherence to the work program of the school, (5) the principal motivation of the feasibility work program of the school, (6) the relationship of situational leadership style and motivation principals with the principal feasibility work program of the school. This research is expost facto, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in District 120 teachers Nanga Pinoh. The Instrument trials conducted on 30 teachers and proved that all the instruments in this study qualify validity and reliability. Data were analyzed use traditional descriptive analysis, regression. The process of data analysis used the help of computer software with an error rate of 5%. Contributions motivation to work towards adherence to the principal of the school program was 28.6%. Contribution of situational leadership styles and motivation principals contributed 28.7%. Keywords: situational leadership style, work motivation

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengenalan angka melalui permainan dadu dalam pembelajaran matematika pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Swasta Katolik Karya Yosef Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpulan data yaitu panduan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pembuatan perencanaan pembelajaran menggunakan PERMEN No.58 Tahun 2009 sebagai acuan yang disesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang telah dibuat sekolah. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan melibatkan anak secara langsung dalam permainan dadu, cara mengevaluasi anak guru menanyakan kembali pembelajaran yang telah anak pelajari, respon anak dalam pembelajaran ketika diajak belajar sambil bermain dadu anak merasa sangat senang. Abstract : This research is to describe the introduction of numbers using the dice games during the mathematics lesson for children age 5-6 years old in Karya Yosef Kindergarten. Method used in this research is descriptive method and by doing. The technic that is used in this research is observation technic, interview, documentation by data collecting tools interview guides, observation, documentation, and field notes. This research retrieved that the contrive of the lesson plan is based on PERMEN No.58 year 2009 as the adjusted reference of the school curriculum. The implementation of study for this dice games directly involved the students, teacher then evaluated the students by asking about what they have learnt today, students’ responds of this games are exemplary because they like it. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan pemberian motivasi kerja kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru SMA Swasta di Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan instrument. Sampel penelitian adalah guru SMA Swasta sebanyak 50 responden. Instrument terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu pemberian motivasi kerja kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru. Hasil analisis didapat beberapa temuan. Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian motivasi kerja kepala sekolah (X1) dengan kinerja guru (Y) SMA Swastan dengan t hitung (2,089) > t table (2,000) dan signifikansi atau probabilitas (0,04) < (0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X2) dengan kinerja guru (Y) SMA Swasta Karena t hitung (2,247) > t table (2,000) dan signifikansi atau probabilitas (0,04) < (0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian motivasi kerja (X1) dan kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru (Y) dengan nilai F hitung (1,979) > F tabel (1,684) dan nilai signifikan (0,005) < (0,05),  maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kepemimpinan Situasional, Kinerja Guru Abstract: This study aims to reveal a relation of principal’s work motivationand situational leadership principals with the private high school teachers in Sungai Kakap,This research is using descriptive method and data collections by using questionnaire instrument. The samples are private high school teachers with 50 respondents. The instrument consists of three variables they are principal's work motivation, situational leadership principals and teachers’ performance. The analysis results obtained some findings. First , there is a significant correlation between the principal's job motivation (X1) with the performance of private high school teachers (Y) in with t (2.089) > t table (2.000) and significance or probability (0.04) < (0.05) , then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . Secondly , there is a significant relationship between situational leadership principals (X2) with teacher performance (Y) Private School Due t (2.247) > t table (2.000) and significance or probability ( 0.04 ) < ( 0.05 ) , then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Third, there is a significant correlation between job motivation (X1) and situational leadership principals (X2) together with the performance of teachers (Y) with F count (1,979) > F table (1.684) and significant values ​​(0.005) < (0.05) , then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang obyektif  dan empiris  tentang  implementasi supervisi akademik oleh kepala TK sebagai supervisor untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran di Taman kanak-kanak Negeri Pembina kecamatan Pontianak Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah  penelitian  dengan bersifat deskriptif data yang terkumpul berbentuk kata-kata atau gambar, tidak menekankan pada angka. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik dibuktikan dengan kelibatan wakil kepala TK dan guru-guru dalam menyusun perencanaan yang memuat tujuan supervisi untuk mengetahui secara jelas kemampuan guru dalam mengajar, sasaran supervisi untuk semua guru diutamakan pada guru-guru yang akan naik pangkat, pengorganisasian kegiatan dalam memperbaiki proses pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan guru.   Kata Kunci: Supervisi  Supervisor, Kreativitas, Pengelolaan ,Pembelajaran. Abstract: This research is motivated observations while interesting enough to be studied is the head of State of Trustees of the sub-district kindergarten South Pontianak able to plan, execute and follow up supervision of education programs, classroom supervision programs to enhance the creativity of the teacher in the management of learning. The method used in this study uses qualitative research. While the research setting is housed in kindergarten. Southern District of Trustees of State data sources kindergarten head, deputy head of the kindergarten and the teachers. Data collection tool used was direct observation, interview and documentation. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian hubungan supervisi dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi guru bersertifikat pendidik bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan supervisi, kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, dan kompetensi guru; (2) mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara supervisi dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi guru , baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah kota Pontianak yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik sebanyak 137 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 40 orang. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan: (1) supervisi yang dilaksanakan kepala madrasah sudah baik, (2) kepemimpinan kepala madrasah sudah baik, (3) kompetensi guru sudah baik, (4) tingkat hubungan supervisi kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi guru sudah baik, (5) tingkat hubungan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kompetensi guru sudah baik. Kata Kunci: Hubungan, supervisi, kepemimpinan, kompetensi guru Abstract: The research of the correlation of supervision and principal leadership to competence of certified teacher has some purposes: (1) to describe supervision, principal leadership, and the teachers competence; (2) to know the level of correlation of supervision and principal leadership to the teachers competence both of individual and simultaneous way. The population of the research is 137 certified teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Pontianak city. The sample of the research is 40 teachers. Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pembinaan Kedisiplinan Tenaga Administrasi Melaksanakan Pelayanan Administrasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan disiplin tenaga administrasi sekolah dalam memberikan layanan kepada siswa, guru, dan orangtua siswa; (2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembinaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan tenaga administrasi di SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan ditemukan: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan tenaga administrasi sekolah untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada siswa, guru, dan orangtua siswa dilakukan melalui dialog, sharing, pengarahan langsung dan keteladanan kepala sekolah; (2) Faktor pendukung pembinaan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan tenaga administrasi adalah telah menerapkan suatu budaya disiplin, penghasilan dan pilihan hidup atas pekerjaan mereka; (3) Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah lunturnya faktor budaya disiplin, rendahnya penghasilan, terpaksaan kerja dan toxic culture. Kata kunci: Kepala sekolah, kedisiplinan, tenaga administrasi. Abstract: The Principals Leadership in Building Discipline of Administration staff on Implementing Administration Service. This research is about: (1) The principals leadership in building disciplinary of the administration staff while performing service excellent to students, teachers, and parents; (2) Supporting factor and obstacles for the principal in building and improving disciplinary for the administration staff at SMA Santu Petrus Pontianak. The research is qualitative, by using a case study approach. Based on result and discussion of this research, the findings revealed that: (1) The principals leadership in building disciplinary of the administration staff while performing service excellent to students, teachers, and parents were given through dialogues, sharing, directing, and by making a role model. (2) The supporting factors for the principal in building and improving disciplinary for the administration staff was created and implemented a discipline culture, good income and working by choice. (3) the obstacles factors for the principal to escalate discipline of the administration staff are the fading of discipline culture at school, low income, work as forced and toxic culture. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to obtain comprehensive information on the management of a healthy school culture in MIN Sekuduk Kecamatan Sejangkung Sambas Regency, which is related to planning, implementation, evaluation of healthy school culture. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources consist of principals, UKS coordinators, classroom teachers, committee chairmen, hygiene coordinators, financial managers and learners. The results show that: 1) The planning of healthy school culture management in MIN Sekuduk Sejangkung Sub-district is well planned. 2) Implementation shows that implementation of TriS UKS program (health education, health service and healthy environment development) 3) Evaluation of the management of healthy school culture in MIN Sekuduk Sejangkung Sub-district has been running well it can be argued that the principal has made policies for the realization of a healthy school culture, a positive influence on the behavior of school residents and communities around the school and give awards to participants Students who behave in a healthy life in school.Keywords: Management, Culture, Healthy School.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai: (1) Peraturan akademik yang telah disusun, (2) Langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan, (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi, (4) Cara kepala sekolah mengevaluasi penyusunan peraturan akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam kepada Tujuh orang Informan yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Tim Pengembang Kurikulum (TPK) sekolah, Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kehadiran siswa, kriteria ketuntasan minimal, pelaksanaan remedial dan pengayaan, kenaikan kelas, dan kelulusan belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. (2) Kepala sekolah bersama TPK ikut membuat dan menyusun rencana kegiatan, merumuskan draf, reviu dan revisi, menetapkan serta menggandakannya. (3) Faktor pendukungnya yaitu dana yang memadai, SDM guru-guru, sarana-prasarana serta dukungan dari komite sekolah. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu disiplin pegawai, komitmen pegawai, semangat siswa dalam belajar dan  kurangnya dukungan dari orangtua siswa. (4) Kepala sekolah selalu hadir lebih awal di sekolah, monitoring dan supervisi proses belajar-mengajar serta evaluasi terus-menerus. Disarankan agar Kepala sekolah segera menyusun kembali, memiliki menggandakan dan mendistribusikan dokumen peraturan akademik dengan lengkap. Kata Kunci : Penyusunan, Peraturan Akademik, Kepala Sekolah Abstract: This research is aimed to obtain informations about: (1) Academic regulations that has been arranged by headmaster, (2) The steps that have been done, (3) The supporting factors and the barriers were faced by headmaster (4) The way of the headmaster was to evaluate the implementation of academic regulations.          This research used descriptive method, because it intended to describe a phenomenon, event and actual event. The method of collecting data was done by the depth interview to seven informans which consisted of headmaster, curriculum school team developers (CSTDs), teachers and an administration staff.  Based on the result of this research has been done showed that (1) students attendance, tests and exams, remidial and enrichment, passed grade, and passed exams. (2) The steps that have been done by headmaster together with curriculum school team developers (CSTDs) to formulate draft,  determine, give a technical instructions, review and revise and to double it. (3) The supporting factors were sufficient budget, human resources, facilities and infrastructures. The Barriers factors  of the employees discipline were less, employees commitment, students spirit to study. (4) The headmaster is always to come earlier at school, monitoring and supervising the teaching learning process.    It was suggested that the headmaster was soon to arrange an academic regulation document, to have it, to double and to distribute it completely in accordance with the arranging instructor of technical academic regulations for Senior High School. Abstract:This research aim to described of management of Schools Aid Operational (BOS) in SD Negeri 01 Muara Pawan including of planning, execution, observation and evaluate, and also reporting of BOS. This Research use the approach qualitative by desain is case study. Research location in SD Negeri 01 Muara Pawan which is located in Ketapang-Sukadana street of Muara Pawan Subdistrict Ketapang Regency of West Borneo. Data Source in this research are headmaster, BOS bursar, school committee, and students parent. Data obtained by interview, observation of participle and documentation. Data was analyse through 3 activity path are reducing, data display, and verification.Result of data analysis obtained by node that management of Schools Aid Operational (BOS) in SD Negeri 01 Muara Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang as according to mechanism decanted in BOS guide-book covering planning element, execution, observation and evaluate, and also reporting of BOS fund. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian adalah SD Negeri 01 Desa Suka Maju Kecamatan Muara Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang yang terletak di jalan Ketapang-Sukadana Kecamatan Muara Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara BOS, komite sekolah, dan orang tua siswa miskin. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui 3 alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data.Hasil analisis data diperoleh simpulan bahwa pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di SD Negeri 01 Muara Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan mekanisme yang tertuang di dalam buku panduan BOS yang meliputi unsur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi, serta pelaporan dana BOS.
